Food wasn’t very nice. Curry sauce and chow mein didn’t taste right.

Food was beautiful, especially the sesame honey chicken. Good sized portions and reasonably priced. Ordered and delivered in under 1 hour on a Saturday night and the driver was very polite. Can’t wait to try more items from their menu.

The cashier was so lovely she deserved a raise

I normally love ❤ the 3-in-1 dish.. unfortunately this wasn't one of those times. I'm not a fan of the chosen sauce premixed into the rice before I even open it.. its just a mushy mess. Should be rice on one side, chips on the other with sauce over the chips... this was just , a mshy mess & old tasting chips. Really, really bad.

Not nice, very dry and the rice was burnt

Shredded beef was like eating glass, had to throw away most of the dish sadly, rice was nice, comes nice and dark, sweet sour spot on as well. Would rate this a 4 but the beef was literally like glass. 3.5/5

Disappointing. Ordered at 17:23 and food was here at 17:34, which is a 5 minute drive away... meaning that they cooked up our food in 6 minutes. Their website states fresh and flavoursome but some of the order had been reheated, chips for definite, possibly rice also. Just very meh, seemed to put no effort into the food they sent

Nice and hot, good quality, quick service

We ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was spot on good full of flavour however the Singapore chow mein lacked flavour and spice I enjoy which was disappointing.

Rang to chase order up and given attitude on the phone. The food tasted like medicine and was cold, wouldn’t order from here again.

Was told 45 minutes, but took over 2 hours to arrive. Was lied to on the phone when chased up - “leaving now and coming straight to you” which was 5 minutes away: arrived 35 minutes later.

Lovely food and lovely staff. Can't fault in any way. Will definitely be coming back to you. Many thanks :)

Pre-ordered at 14:20, told it would be here at 16:40. Then told delayed, then 17:15 and it finally arrived at 17:30. Food almost cold. Told the driver who said tell the restaurant - not his fault.

Order took a long time (over an hour). It would have been helpful to have updates in the app

Delivery time altered from an hour, to an hour and 20 minutes which was too long so we decided we'd have to go and collect, which we could, within 15 minutes of calling... enjoyed all of the food we ordered was just disappointed in the delivery time.

we ordered for 7pm as we were out and knew we wouldn't be back until just before. Got a call from the driver asking where we were and order left on the doorstep just as we were about 2 streets away.

Food was not tasty. I asked little spicy but it was extremely spicy and not edible. I am not exaggerating but it actually was not edible. Fire cracker chicken sauce had some funny flavour and had a un natural sweetness to it. I did not enjoyed food.

Used this take away twice before as recently moved to the area , ordered tonight at 5.27 and confirmed 65mins to delivery it's saturday so no surprise there . I phoned after 1hr 20mins to be told been on its way for 5mins which is about the distance I live from the shop , when I said that she said he had 3 deliveries , finally arrived another 15mins later ...everything was luke warm at best had to microwave or airfry to reheat .Phoned when delivered to be told it was because its wk end and busy ....I said so I can expect sub standard food because its wk end and have to reheat which defeats the object of a take away ...I dont really want my order to travel around while dropping off elsewhere the bags were all wet so knew it had been in carrier for a while ...we wont be back sorry shame as previously food had been lovely and had no complaints

Sadly the food was very late, was 2 hours from order to delivery but that said the food when it arrived was very nice. The staff were apologetic and did give us a free drink to make up for the lateness so we would try again 😀

Usually have excellent service. Delivery time was updated twice and took over 2 hours from the point of order. Had to contact restaurant when delivery time exceeded 1 hour from the estimated time. Food was somewhat cold.

Stopped ordering from here years ago after many instances of food being delivered late - one time 3 hours late!! Thought I'd give it another go after reading the recent reviews, and (to no surprise) the food was late and cold. Nice oneeeee

The food is always good, my son ordered the 1/4 duck though and it was nothing but fat and skin, barely any meat at all, certainly not 1/4 it's like someone picked a chicken clean on a Sunday dinner and then threw everything else in a tub as 1/4 of something. Yes I know duck is fatty but the cucumber was not cut fresh and and "duck" wasn't even quantifiable in any way. shame as everything else is nearly always really good. delivery was really really late, took more than 2 hrs from ordering

I’ve ordered here for a while but the last two times have been disappointing. Only 4 and a half lean dry ribs in a portion, a third of a bag of crackers for almost £3 and a large delay in getting it delivered after an already altered longer time just has left us feeling this may be the last time we order from here

Rather than complain if more people simply COLLECTED their food this awesome restaurant would be 5STAR everyday. They are incredibly popular for a reason but if everyone orders at the same time each week and all want delivery they dont stand a chance

arrived late and freezing cold

Ordered in error, as name is similar to a takeaway in Long Eaton, my mistake. Ordered food at 7.10 pm, actually arrived at 9.30 pm. Was not piping hot (understandably), but I only ordered two dishes. Quality of the food was good, hence not a 1 star review.

We always order from this place as we've always loved the food and service but last night was abysmal. We waited well over 3 and a half hours and it never arrived. The restaurant wouldn't answer the phone. I'd been calling them over and over. if I hadn't had a drink, I would have gotten in my car and gone down there. Just thought the whole service was terrible. I understand it was Valentines Day and they'd obviously taken on more than they could handle. Could at least have answered the phone!!!

Best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever been to, consistent fresh ingredients, cooked with love. All of the staff are very friendly and hardworking, producing a great selection of delights. It’s the main reason I live in sandiacre, in all honesty

Usually very good, but on the whole quite poor tonight. Best thing was the salt and pepper chips. Singapore Chow Mein had barely any meat and was bland and majority was onions and bean sprouts.

The food was late - they pushed the delivery time back after we’d ordered and still came after this time. The food could have been hotter - but we know it’s a fair drive for the delivery driver. The quality of the food was good however with plenty of chicken.
