Very bad will never order again

Salt and chilli taste is always bang on but for being early this is the second time the chicken was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a good half hour before being delivered even though delivery was under that! Crispy Chicken baos had nice flavour but the chicken is pointless in a bao, you can’t even eat them correctly as they have just put a slab of battered chicken breast into in so avoid these particular baos

1hour and 45mins waited for it to be delivered when I looked at ordering it said 30mins delivery

The sweet and sour was nice, my husband said the chicken curry was flavourless, the chicken satay sticks were not edible due to being overcooked and hard to chew.

delivery was 15 mins later than revised later delivery time and was shown as delivered on the app even though I had not received it called the restaurant and said it was on the way , unfortunately the wait wasn't worth it , threw the pulled pork chips in the bin , fatty and soggy , the bao buns were ok and the honey chicken and beef was extremely over cooked and hard to chew , I'm sure this will just get the standard copy and paste reply !

king prawns and bean sprouts were amazing, prawns were so fresh and tasty.

Food was tasty , on time, and well packaged, the complementary prawn crackers were rather scares tho to say they cost pennies to make!

Ribs were cold, Beef chow rib was very chewy and noodles was cold

Excellent food quality and service as always

we ordered at 4pm to arrive at 8pm. After a few phone calls it finally arrived at 9pm.

Pre orderd but was still late and cold

Food arrived 45 minutes late, was cold, after reheating the “crispy duck” it was more fat than meat and I even found bones, absolutely terrible

This order was delivered over an hour late, when contacted the restaurant apologised and said I would be entitled to a refund as an apology.When a refund was applied for the restaurant refused. Poor customer service, false promises and poor food

The food was great. We didnt recieve an update on delivery time until after the delivery was on it's way on the app but then had to wait over an hour after the original hour and a half. It's a shame because the food was lovely when it did arrive.

Order arrived before estimated time. Salt and chilli chicken is EXACTLY how it should be. As someone from Northern Ireland if you want proper spicy salt and chilli then definitely order from here. Taste was bang on and good amount of spice/seasoning. Look forward to trying more.

Got it in 30 minutes, took 40 minutes to eat and tasted great!!!

Estimated delivery time was between 7:35-7:55pm however after getting a notification to say it was out for delivery, between these times it turned up around 8:20! Food was ok, portion of prawn crackers was very small and we usually share. Some of the dishes we ordered were really good! However the chips we received were three quarters the bottom of the bag type and only one quarter edible ones. If it wasn’t for the delivery time being so late then I would have ordered from them again soon!

i had the duck, but it was pretty dry or just complete crisps there weren't many piece of duck with a crispy exterior. given the price it was very disappointing. delivery was great

Shocking delivery service. Kept ringing and told out for delivery but just under an hour late. Food cold as well. Hadn’t used them for a while due to poor service but noticed reviews had picked up. So tried again but won’t be bothering again,

Cold. Bland. Hardly any chicken in the chow mein and only slivers when we did find any. The mushroom rice was tasteless. Needed a good blast in chef Mike to warm it up.

Food arrived piping hot and very tasty. Large portions but the chips could have been better. Despite the chips ony being a 8/10 I still highly recommend.

The best Chinese, we love the variety seriously they're so different to others. Arrived quick and was piping hot. Tasty fresh and quick. The cornflake tart was amazing as well.

As a considered connoisseur of chinese takeaway food my opinion is, delivery was late compared to what just eat say but food was of excellent quality and hot and obviously fresh. I don't mind extended delivery from a obviously busy takeaway as long as the food is of good quality which this was, complements to the chef. Sweet and sour sauce was too vingerery but apart from that everything was of excellent quality. will definitely be ordering again

Absolutely fabulous food and was very quick, every single dish we order around 23 dishes was all spot on from the Udon to the crispy cauliflower and duck. Our party of 7 couldn’t fault anything, service was great with additional freebies. You can’t go wrong, also definitely take advantage of the 50% offer!

Delicious food at one of their off site events for students. I would highly recommend their vegetarian options as had lots of flavour! All staff were lovely too

I think they may have had an off night. The food was awful, like barely edible awful. The only reason we ate it is because we were starving. The chips tasted like they had been re-heated but were cold, the chicken balls were cold and tasteless and powdery, the rice didn’t arrive. Unusually poor service. We will go back but if we get this service again we won’t be.

Avoid like the plague. My husband has been up all night throwing his guts up after having prawns from here. Needless to say we won't be ordering again or recommending to anyone else.

Food was ordered and given a time of 194-2010, which was 50 mins from the time of ordering. It is now 2045 and no food has arrived, after the restaurant saying 20 mins at 2015. Called the restaurant and they said there is nothing they can do to help us as the food has apparently left their restaurant and they don’t know who has our food. This is atrocious service. We understand with the bad weather, which we’d understand if this was the reason but no reason was given for the lateness and no food

they don't deliver on time. it is more than 15 minutes late. also refuse money back.

Food was lukewarm. Very few pieces of chicken in the dish. Duck was extremely fatty. Such a shame as I only have had positive experiences in the past.

Me and my wife have come down with food poisening due to this take away last night. We had nothing to eat yesterday apart from this food so it is evident this is the cause. We have both had to take the day off work. Will never order from here again.

Ordered our food, was sent sweet and sour when we ordered chicken satay. Tried telling us it was in fact chicken satay when I clearly isn’t. Refused to change the order or do anything about it. Very poor customer service. Not the first time we have had poor service from here either. We will not be returning!!!

Our order arrived only to find it wasn’t what we’d ordered our King Prawn curry arrived as prawn noodles!!! I rang the restaurant who did apologise and said they’d send the correct food immediately. 25 minutes later the curry arrived and it was awful. It wasn’t King Prawns it was shrimps and it was so watery and bland. Not somewhere I’ll order from again

Unfortunately the late delivery meant that the food was cold and lacking flavour. I genuinely didn’t enjoy my food despite being really hungry and looking forward to it.

over a hour oate ..food was so cold i had to try and re heat it .. but then it tasted weird .. and driver person was very rude when asked why so late

Been going here for many years and it’s always been so nice . Unfortunately the spring rolls were hot on the outside and cold in the middle . Didn’t have time to take this back . Salt pepper chips were next level though - truly awesome

Asked for a refund and was told only the manager can authorise it, asked to speak to the manger and was told he wasnt in. attitude of the staff and resturant disgusting. Food was cold when arrived, would give 0 stars if possible.

Yesterdays leftovers reheated, dry chips, hard meat, warm nkt freshly cooked, 44 minutes late, order at 5pm so it should have been a freshly cooked meal. Special fried rice missing from the bag. Awful, wouldnt recommended, i would rate it ZERO!

Decided to pick up a Beef Chowmein. First time ordering food from this local takeaway. There were around 6 staff cooking so I thought the single dish I ordered would be delicious. How wrong was I. The beef tasted boiled and had gristle. It smelled. The noodles were luke warm with a scattering of sliced onions and bean sprouts. I couldn't eat it and binned the whole lot. I am never setting foot in this takeaway. What a waste of money.
