Collected a Cantonese meal for 2 last Friday excellent food as usual 👌 ordered prawn toast but mistakenly received spring rolls...barely got home before a car pulled up a man got out and apologised passing us the prawn toast ... unbelievable service 👏

Absolutely amazing Chinese, served hot, very tasty and huge portions. It was recommended to us by a local lady. Would definitely use again when we stay in this area.

Easily the best Chinese in Sileby, from the taste to the large portions is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also extremely efficient in terms of getting the order ready on time and always service with a smile.

Food is exceptional. Always tastes delicious and is hot. Been here many times and wouldn't consider another in the village. The people who work there are always so friendly and nothing is ever too much of a bother.

Food wasn't great compared to other Chinese takeaways in Sileby. Noodles were overcooked and the sauce on the Cantonese chicken was blatantly microwaved. Also with the amount we spent, surprised we didn't get any complimentary prawn crackers. Bit disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again.

Orient House is offline more than it's online on the Just Eat app. Placed a pre-order this evening, paid and then the restaurant cancelled the order 13 minutes after they opened and went offline. 15 minutes later, they were back online taking orders! My son and his friends placed an order last week and it was cancelled 30 minutes later. They ordered from elsewhere and so have we. If they can't cope with the orders, then don't allow pre-ordering or take the business off Just Eat. We have been customers for years but will be ordering from elsewhere in future.

Arrived quicker than expected which was amazing! Food came very hot even though we got it delivered! Extremely yummy, I would definitely purchase again! Always a returning customer!

The restaurant left off an order of chips in the order. I rang them and they made a note to include those chips already purchased in a future order. I was told to make a note to the restaurant when ordering through Just Eat or to ring again. Although a minor hassle, mistakes can happen so we will give this restaurant a second chance.

Good service and delivery fairly quick. I ordered the duck and pork fried rice and chicken chow mein. The rice was ok, but the chow mein wasn't very nice. Chicken was gelatinous and overall the food was quite bland. I did enjoy the chicken balls and you get a lot for your money.

I asked for no vegetables in the two chicken curry’s I ordered,both were full of onions and peas. I also ordered chicken with chilli, salt and spices (no batter) and instead they sent the battered chicken which was cold and dry. Really disappointed. He chicken fried rice was nice as were the chicken balls but won’t be ordering again despite prompt delivery on a Friday night

Always great food, hot and tasty and never been late

I’ve just spent over £25 with this joint and they couldn’t even give me a bag of free prawn crackers, I won’t be spending another penny here from here on out!

Disappointing. The £3 delivery charge for 1/2 a mile is expensive, and you don't get much sesame prawn toast for quite a premium price. Not be using them again.

chunks of chicken put in a curry sauce, saved by a really tasty sauce. lovely chow mien. ordered boiled rice, got home to find fried rice.

Food was absolutely disgusting, chicken balls where taste less and felt like they where made a week ago, egg fried rice was also taste less. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again

Wouldn't order from any other Chinese as this one never disappoints! Always early or on time food is always hot and tastes amazing! Most importantly they get everything right with your order and read any notes left for them.

The food was not as good as we've had before and we'd requested a delivery time for 90 minutes after the order was placed but they still added an extra half an hour to the delivery time, the food did then arrive at the time they gave.

The food was ok not great I ordered crispy shredded chilli beef and got chicken in some sweet tangy sauce. The chips were pretty dry and the chilli chicken was bland. It’s more expensive than our usual Chinese and not as good.

Most of the food was great, however the person who had the special black bean has been throwing up since about 1 hour after eating, and has been very unwell since. He has no allergies or intolerances. The rest of us who did not have this dish were fine.

Ordered at 6.30, got a delivery estimate of 7.40, rang to chase at 8.30, finally delivered at 8.50. Luckily the food was good.

first time ordering, great vege chowmein and rice. A creamy satay sauce as well. Delivered 20 minutes late, though they said they were busy.

I had never ordered from here but will defo use again the chicken and mushroom curry was the best I'd had in years !

The food didn’t taste great, the chips were especially awful. Food arrived 30 mins early however id rather it be on time or late and the food taste good.

Visiting area. Couldn't be bothered with cooking and the local pubs were not brilliant. Decided to check the app and was not disappointed. Not only did everyone get what they wanted, we had plenty of leftovers for the next day.

Food ordered at 19:40 with an estimated time of 20:10. Time was updated to 20:40 and I had to ring the takeaway at 20:45 to be told it would be another 20 minutes. No real apology and no extra effort to improve on the situation. Not happy.

Best Chinese Iv had for years! delivery was meant to be 1 hour but the food came within 30minutes (Saturday night aswel) so was expecting it to be late not early. very hot and very fresh. the delivery guy was really nice. I think this is going to be my new regular! thank you

We enjoy the food from this takeaway but they regularly go offline so you cannot order. I was trying to check out an order this evening but was unable to pay due to the fact that they disabled the orders. whilst I was doing it. We have now ordered from elsewhere this evening (17/6/18).

The food and service from here used to be amazing. The last time we ordered, the order was wrong and the food not brilliant. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight. The food arrived an hour late (after they’d delivered it to the wrong address) and it wasn’t the best. The rice was a greasy and the chips a bit under done. We will be trying somewhere else next time we want Chinese.

Collection time bang on. In and out withing seconds. Food was good, although the crispy beef was in fact soggy not crispy. Pleasant meal on the whole.

Great food, delivery was really really slow. Was supposed to come at 8:10 (already an hour and 20 minutes after we ordered) but still didn't come until 8:45... just under 2 hours waiting time

Excellent food as per usual. But the outstanding thing on this occasion was the delivery time. Ordered at 6.50 with an original estimated delivery time of 7.35, this was adjusted by Orient House to 7.55. Imagine my pleasant surprise when it turned up at 7.15!!!

Spent 25 pounds on chinese here and dont even give you prawn crackers, a rice missing and food luke warm dissapointing to say the least overpriced for quality. Came 45 min early whilst in shower

We picked a 7pm delivery time on the app, restaurant added 25mins to this, food arrived just after 7. Food was good quality, still hot and tasted lovely. Not greasy like some takeaways can be.

Was very hot on what I remember as it was Christmas eve and I had a couple of beers but yes the food was great, I had it all over me so that was a good sign of a good meal but then my partner found me at 2.30am passed out on the sofa with the Chinese all over me but in awe of the food and how good the food smelt, she then decided to actually stay awake and eat away at this delicious food you delivered to our house. It was a saviour as we wasn't hungover the next day, well I was but you saved my partner from feeling like death. So thank you. The best food ever delivered.

Ordered at 6.20pm Put 7pm delivery, got pushed back to 7.30pm didn't arrive till 7.50pm. Rang at 7.45pm to see where it was and got no apology. No proactivity in communicating it was going to be late. they even turned off Just Eat app service probably due to being busy but customer service/communication was shocking. not impressed tonight.

Beef was cheey and dry and tasteless. Chicken fried rice was mushy and watery and bland. Why no free prawn crackers aswell thought it was standard? Never ordering from again.

We have used this take away for many years but will not again this is the 2nd time it has arrived late and the food quality has fallen. Very disappointing as loved the food before.

Really surprise how good this was

Crispy duck was more just like fatty duck, not enough crisp in my opinion.. no complimentary prawn crackers, I thought this was a standard thing for orders over £20-25+ at all Chinese restaurants

Food was overcooked. Meat was dry and chewy!

Food was nice, especially the chow mein, just a shame it took so long to arrive (90 mins). We phoned to enquire and were reassured by a very polite and friendly person that it would be there any minute, which it actually was.
