Optimise Wellness Centre in Clackmannanshire

We visited TLB yesterday (20th Jan) for some breakfast. Upon walking in it was a friendly warm welcome. The decor is very nice and I like how it’s promoting local artist with their artwork which you can purchase. The food is very good quality and freshly cooked to order. The pricing is very very reasonable somewhere you could easily go every weekend! Especially when places close by can be x3 of the TLB prices and not having the feeling the TLB offers. Fantastic keep it up!

This business doesnt just have amazing food it has a fantastic chilled atmosphere, amazingly friendly staff and an array of wellbeing services. Not only have i been a frequent visitor for food but also for massage therapy. Today i had the joy of refueling after a bout of COVID with a stack of pancakes and bacon smothered in maple syrup. The pancakes are freshly made and fluffy, the bacon is thick and cooked to perfection amd the maple syrup is on point! If you dont salivate at the picture shown you have to ask yourself are you even a pancake fan? I have to also comment that their cakes are fantastic too

I go in very regularly as it’s my local cafe, grabbing a coffee or brunch is my usual. I always have pancakes with bacon maple syrup + scrambled egg. Pancakes are amazing! My treat! They are super accommodating/friendly staff and the place is full of interesting local art. A very zen experience. I highly recommend as the food (for me) gives such a good old family bests vibe.

Lovely cafe, food is very tasty (chilli nachos are my fave). Staff very friendly, cafe and toilets both very clean. I’ve also had treatments from Susan which are fab!

Visited today for the first time with my grandchildren. Good COVID measures evident from the onset with clear signage about mask wearing, sanitiser available at the entrance, staff wearing masks (correctly) and track and trace in place. We sampled the scones, brownie and sausage sandwich - all of which were delicious, I had a coffee which was of excellent quality, piping hot and full ! The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and the toilet facilities clean and well stocked. Will definitely visit again. They also do therapies and yoga I gather.
