Oodles Walsall in Walsall

Basically tasteless. Sauces are bland and watery, noodles the same, egg fried rice is not fried. Boxes consist mostly of base (rice, nodles, etc.) with just few pieces of chicken. I had one (1) green pee in the rice. Not worth the price.

Food was alright. Order took too long because they are happy to accept multiple orders from just eat and Uber eats but keep the customers waiting for upto an hour. Do not recommend if you are coming here for your lunch break!

The customer service is very bad the food was very salty and extremely spicy and I tried politely explaining to the manager about the food and he was certain that yhr good had nothing wrong he was being rude and loud on the phone my auntie has high blood pressure so she couldn't eat and he said we can't refund however we can send a replacement if the food and boxes were still there although the food went in the bin because it was inedible

I liked the restaurant for the nice taste. The stuffs are also very kind and friendly. I recommend the restaurant.

the worst food i’ve ever bought. the sauce was nasty and unnatural . the chicken was sub par and became unsatisfactory as i ate more . the rice was not fried and was cold and drenched in the sauce . really terrible food . so expensive not worth the price at all . the value box i bought was realistically worth £1 and that’s being generous save ur mouth the horror microwave noodles r far better and cheaper . wouldn’t let me get a refund don’t go there at all

Classic case of shooting yourself in the foot . Food ok .. why the app ? Can't even place an order. Usually most businesses are ok with their own website and app .. not these guys 😂 absolute genius Update.. 02/08/2024 places an order , oodles would not cancel after less than a minute on the phone. Picked up the order , chicken was dry and salty . nothing like the usual Threw both boxes in the bin. would not recommend to a pet shop.

Foods was flavourful and tasted delicious. It arrived hot and we were surprised at the quality of food. We sat and ate in silence it was that good. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Great tasting food with some original flavours. Compliments to the chef.

Come here regularly and the food never disappoints. The portions are amazing and great value for the price as it’s not too expensive. Location is great too as it’s in the town so easy to access and close to work so can pop in during my lunch.

Ordered oodles walsall via uber eats. WORST branch out of all oodles. My food arrived with multiple long strands of human hair throughout the food. I was so disappointed as i have been to ladypool road and soho road oodles and never experienced any disappointment with my food. Spoke to the store manager who was very unhelpful to begin with and was reluctant to provide a refund as he said ‘ i’m looking around and the staff have hair nets on’. Overall i was just so baffled with the service.

Food wasn’t late never arrived restaurant totally unhelpful. Driver could not understand me nor could I understand him. Unable to speak clear English then put the phone down and set order as delivered but never arrived. Poor service from both restaurant & just eat. Now I have to try get refunded for food that never arrived.

Ordered for delivery 4 large boxes all filled to the top, chicken portions were amazing not stingy at all and was so fresh and tasty flavours were amazing.😍🤤

Delicious food, we ordered 2 types of prawns, 2 of chicken, tempura prawns and spring rolls, we were also given some spicy chicken wings. Everything was great, the spicy dishes a bit much for me but my husband loved them. I’m not sure I preferred the tempura prawns, egg fried rice, caramel chicken, or udon noodles! Plenty of food, too, the meal boxes are deceptive!

Order was mixed up. Wrong chicken sent with wrong bases. £25 wasted as neither of us wanted the other bases or liked the other choices of flavouring for meat

Not so flavourful just pure chilli ,,smelt slightly off too but thought we r just overthinking but later we all had bad food poisoning and extremely bad stomach so extremely bad experience ..avoid !!!

Food arrived damaged due to drink spillage in bag. Advised replacement would take 1.5hrs. Ended up collecting the food myself. Very very poor service

Noodles were soggy unfortunately. And the egg fried rice was very salty. But the Manchurian Chicken was very nice! I probably wouldn’t order again unless for this item. And if I did, I think I would go plain rice/chips with this instead. Thank you. Delivery driver was very nice too.

Normally order from uber eats which is nice but on this occasion it was not chips were stale and chicken bad no crisp.

The boxes seem to be small, but it is very nicely packed - compact. Exactly Chinese food I craved for. Very neatly packed, labeled. Taste is amazing! recommended

I had come across a fat guy that was very disrespectful and came across rude and on top of that the food was cold I’m really disappointed as I’ve been here twice before and I had a good experience I also noticed that at the back I could smell weed being smoked which is very unhygienic and really bad especially in food places this will be reported to the authority’s as this is not fair on customers at all thinking that it’s a nice environment when it’s not at all
