Beef burger couldn't be better, definitely my new favourite place, fries and large onion rings stole my heart.

We were a party of 16 and we were HUNGRY. This place had ample space for us. We were greeted with a smile from Alikah, she was kind and helpful. She took our huge order and had it down to perfection. Alikah and the staff on duty on Tuesday the 30th July, are a credit to Burger & Sauce in Walsall. And I hope this review helps her and the others get recognition of their amazing service and great food. Food was served hot and tasty, and nothing was missing in our order, so no complaints from any of us. Managed to snap a few pics, before we annihilated it all 😜. Unfortunately the toilet needs to be sorted out quickly, this is a huge inconvenience to the staff and diners. Thank you guys 😉

We tried this place out on a whim whilst shopping at saddlers shopping centre nearby. I ordered the fiery chicken burger and it was divine! Chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The amount of spice was perfect. My kids enjoyed fries whilst hubs enjoyed a cheese burger. Will definitely visit again next time we are in Walsall

But 3 wings and onlt 1 bbq what a waste of money. Do not recommend please avoid.

Came here for lunch. Been meaning to check it out since they opened. Wasn’t disappointed. Definitely coming here again, for their burgers.

Great place to have a gourmet burger. I ordered the firecracler and absolutely loved it. Cheese is perfectly melted and the burger just looks like a work of art.

Great staff, great food and a good selection. There was something for three of us to eat and all of us have different dietary needs. The staff here were very accommodating when we explained that we were in a rush.

Food was VERY COLD. Very disappointed usually good food. Normally order from Sutton but Walsall branch needs better quality !

Every time we’ve ordered previously the food has been faultless but tonight the cod burger was overcooked and very dry and the mince in the loaded fries was very fatty also.

Once again, another useless example of a burger place. Burger & Sauce disappoints on all fronts, offering horrible, very small burgers that leave much to be desired. The patties are overcooked, dry, and lack any real flavor. Toppings are minimal, soggy and poorly executed, making each bite a struggle rather than a delight. The French fries are equally atrocious and feel very synthetic. Soggy, bland, and devoid of any crispness, they feel like an afterthought rather than a complementary side. The overall dining experience here is frustrating and unsatisfying. I’m honestly fed up with these low quality burger chains opening up all over the place with their uninspired names like "Burger This" and "Burger That." They remind me of the equally disappointing dessert shops that had sprung up everywhere, prioritizing trendy appearances over actual substance. Save your money and taste buds Burger & Sauce is not worth your time.

No access to wash my hands, food was low quality. By law you need to provide access to hand washing not put a fake "Out of order" sign

inconsistent, burnt dry burgers, less sauce on burgers, fries seasoning not mixed well thick chunks of spice on some fries with most having none whatsoever, wet fries, warm drink, sauce pot looks nothing like the image

One of the best chicken burgers I've had, the meat tasted fresh and juicy, and was perfectly cooked. The hicken is like no ohter and incredibly well seasoned.

lovey food, we had a fish burger, chicken wrap and beef burger all with fries. Enjoyed all food, the fries were cold but that's down to the delivery service but nothing a microwave couldn't sort. we would defo order again. Thanks again guys.

First time going to a Burger and sauce branch. Food was ok, customer service and hygiene-bad! HMC certification wasted on this place. Place was empty and can understand why. Saw the girl working on tills/front of house; sweep the floor, clean doors, use a mop and then touch the insides of burger boxes, organise napkins and touch everything with the exact same hands. Thank God,, she didn’t touch my wrap .At first I thought she went to the back of the shop to wash her hands but she only went to put the mop back. When questioned she said gave me a weird look and said “the mop and brushes are clean actually”(????)and “WELL I HAVE HAND SANITISER” (not used, as I was watching the entire time). Then proceeded to say how she didn’t need to wash hands at all even when putting napkins in my bag “I took the napkins out of boxes actually”, which had no relation to anything seeing as germs still exist when you take it out of a box with dirty hands. 🥲. Why is basic hygiene not a bare minimum in some of these Asian places? Don’t know why she took it so personally either, cleanliness applies to everyone.

Not very often I say this, but thoroughly enjoyed my meal for a change! Decent portions and lovely food, burgers were lovely. My only nag is that descriptions could be better for example, knowing what the loaded fries is actually loaded with. Ordered them anyway, loved them.

For some reason the driver couldn't find my address and after 30 minutes when he did the food was stone cold and I don't reheat food so it went straight in the bin. Total waist of money. And when I phoned the shop she sead she did her part in getting the food out and it was the driver fault so she sead it's nothing to do with the shop. Never again will I order from here. AVOID

Great food, it’s just really disappointing when they leave items off the order. This is not the first time this has happened. Our latest order was missing our drinks which have to be added to the meals at an extra cost of £2 per drink. Total of £10 we have lost. Can’t even request a refund as it’s not an individual item it’s an add on to the meal and just eat don’t give an option for add on refunds. Very disappointed. Total of 3 orders placed and all 3 orders incomplete

Fiery chicken strips , big portion very filing and tasty. Burger filling, fries light abs fluffy.

So disappointing, when your paying £7-50 for a burger you expect a decent size, at least the same size as a whopper when in reality was about the same size as a normal hamburger from McDonald’s! Chips not cooked and cold on arrival. Won’t be using again! £20 for 2 meals that would have cost about £6 at maccies!

The "Best Seller" chicken burger is way too small and sloppy looking. Tasted good but not worth £6.50. Very disappointed compared to the chicken strips we bought from you yesterday.

The fries , burger and wings were well made and well seasoned. The wings came in a paper bag which meant that most of the sauce ended up on the paper wrapper. Prom that i would strongly recomend this fast food burger restaurant.

This was the first time here but I can honestly say the burgers were delicious fresh and we were impressed. The signature fries were delicious would reccommend them I had the regular chicKen burger as I don't like spice but it was so tasty. If you like spice go for the fiery burger . Definitely recommend burger and fries if you love burgers .Great service too by the staff !!!

Had ordered a chicken burger which I thought the fillet was small, and had put a review as wasn’t happy with the quality on this occasion. The owner contacted to rectify that, and make sure this does’t happen in the future. Very pleased with the way they dealt with my feedback

Just ordered a chicken burger and the chicken fillet was as thin as a paper, so small burger for the price, it was almost just eating a sauce filled bread. Very unlike the photo, unhappy about it.

Burgers always come warm and fresh, not a single burger that doesn’t meet my expectation. Fries (especially chicken and cheese fries) are the best fries I have ever tasted, topped with the classic sauce and cheese sauce which adds that feeling of warmth. Staff very friendly, great customer service. Overall, would highly recommend
