Terrible experience deliver driver didnt give the food as he tried the code numerous times throughout which did not work food went cold. Poor customer service

Pwrsonally i didnt like the burger, chicken was hard. But i liked the (signature fries).

Comparing to McDonalds - Make it better and charge more, certainly works for the burgers. I like this approach. Unfortunately you can’t double the cost of the fries by adding some spice powder. Would order again, but not the fries.

From ordering to getting food took 2 and a half hours and was cold

No hair nets, no gloves, sneezing without covering their mouth, these are the basics how are they getting that so crossed up. Food was honestly pretty good but the price was steep and more importantly the lack of hygiene scares me. It's the bare minimum to have some level of cleanliness, it's not a dodgy cash only kebab shop it's a proper burger place there should be standards that are adhered to.

First time ordering from here. Food was really nice, enjoyed by everyone.

The staff were friendly and cheerful. We had the original burger with fries and wings. Absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy and not overdone.

Amazing burgers! I struggled to choose because there are so many delicious options available. The fries were excellent as well, and they serve a generous portion. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the place was very clean. I will definitely return when I'm in the neighborhood!

Uber eats would not let me leave a review so I personally felt inclined to find a way to leave a review to share that this was the best food I have eaten in a long time. It was so good I am sat contemplating my life after demolishing it. The burger fire fries and creamysu was absolutely impeccable. Absolutely recommend.

A pleasant experience trying this place out while I was in a rush between errands. Walked past and checked reviews, they seemed good. You know when you look at a takeaway and something tells you to try it? Well that’s what I did, I tried a chicken burger with classic signature sauce and I’m telling you it was great! Fresh not greasy or heavy just bang on! I wish I got another one. Will defo visit in sh allah again to go through the menu. Nice to sit inside, friendly service at the till. Food was quick piping hot again as mentioned fresh. Defo try it if you want good food. Thank you!

I ordered from here around half an hour before closing, and despite the late timing, they still delivered a large order completely fresh. I'm amazed at their consistency.

Never have a bad meal from burger and sauce! Even with a delivery mix up and missed food due to just eat, the managers were quick to correct the issue and deliver the remaining items within minutes. Very kind, and helpful. Also threw in some free signature fries which were delicious. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Will be ordering again!

Had the chicken burger combo deal, beef burger combo deal, lemon pepper wings, bbq wings, chicken wraps, signature fries. 2.5 stars average but has potential to be much better. The burgers were nice but needed to be way hotter were a bit cold, the wings are average and no lemon pepper taste at all which was odd, the signature fries are nice again need to be hotter, the wraps were warm but very average tasting. The way the chicken is cooked needs to be improved especially for the wraps it was a bit hard and over done unfortunately. Not sure if I would order again or not far too overpriced for the quality, but may give the burger and signature fries another go.

Food was cold,food orders labelled in the incorrect boxes

I have met the most rude people ever. There was no customer service whatsoever; it was absolutely shocking. The manager (wearing glasses) didn't have a care in the world; as you can see in the image I have provided, he is on his phone, and it's as if he doesn't want to be here whatsoever. I advise everyone not to come to this terrible place. Give it a couple of months, and this place should be done for. The young girl in the hijab has no manners whatsoever & speaks to the delivery drivers as if they are below her in status. I have no idea how she's managed to get the job….

The food was more than 30 mins later than first stated, so took nearly twice as long, it was mostly cold when it arrived, and the sauce on one of the burgers was the wrong sauce. We were very disappointed.

We pre ordered our food for 5 pm it didn’t arrive until 18:00 after I called the restaurant. The food was stone cold and the kids meal was an over priced excuse for food . 6 chicken bites looked like two strips cut up and there were only 5. It was also way too spicy for a child . What a waist of money and time . Very disappointed.

I order regular and food was cold when delivered. I called the restaurant who still had my order and they assured me it would be warm still. Driver dropped order off 5 minutes after my call and it was cold. Wasted money, had to reheat it all, wasn’t even edible nor nice.

1-Star Review I’ve been a regular customer, visiting this place multiple times a week and spending an average of £10 per meal, but the experience keeps getting worse. The service is consistently slow, no matter how busy or quiet it is. Despite my loyalty, they’re now charging 50p for sauces that should absolutely be complimentary, given the already steep prices. It feels like they’re prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction, and it’s disappointing. I expect better from a fast food chain. Unfortunately, this is making me reconsider returning in the future.

I requested for the food to be delivered at 8 called the restaurant at 820 who said the food had been ready cooked 15 minutes ago the driver had not picked it up food was cold on arrival at 840

first class burger much better than McDonald's delivery was very good and on time

The order came nearly 2 hours late and no one from the restaurant informed me about the issues with the drivers - I have to call my self after hour and half and they knew that no one is picking my order.

I ordered via Just eat. After a 30-minute delay, I called the restaurant I ordered from to find out what was happening I found out that he would send a courier with my order in 10 minutes. It's been 50 minutes since I called, so I doubt that this order will still be delivered to me. P.S. I live 15 minutes walk from the restaurant.

two of the pieces of chicken on my fiery burger was over cooked uneatable, I paid for an extra piece of chicken on that burger and ended up with only one out of the three that wasn't tough and chewy. foods normally lovely this is our first bad one.

first time ordering from this chain. what you would expect from a burger restaurant, but was disappointed with the onion rings. was expecting in house freshly made, but instead received 4 measly frozen packet rings that were bearly warm. for the price of them I would expect proper ones.

Delicious food! It was perfect when we actually got it all, delivery driver stole a whole meal. The burgers were lovely and juicy, the salad was fresh and the animal fries were gorgeous.

Food is good, however they don't add the 20% off unless you ask for it which is stupid. They have a big banner advertising the deal. They could have reimbursed or gave something to make up for it.

I popped into try this place out after reading the reviews, ordered the fiery legend chicken burger meal, which had a ]thin slice] of so called "chicken fillet".. in fact I couldn't taste chicken at all!! just the bun with cheese and the fried coating.. no lettuce!! (DON'T BE DECEIVED BY LOOKING AT THE PICS) To be honest it was a waste of time and money. Only thing I liked was the fries!! I wouldn't be visiting again!

Good service and food. The portion size and quality of food is good for the price you pay, and the staff are incredibly friendly and polite.

Great quality food as always. After some of our order was missing the staff as the restaurant could not apologise enough and very quickly rectified the problem by bringing us the missing items as well as complimentary dessert which was so lovely. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ordered online as one of HMC halal options near Wolverhampton. Got the chicken burger with fire fries. The burger was good, but the fries weren't mixed properly with the powder chilli. Also no sauce provided on the side. Overall, a good choice for lunch, but wouldn't bother spending extra for the fries.

Called at 23:35 and it said closes at 12:00am online, when i called in some girl answered who sounded young and asked how can I help? I said I would like to place an order for collection. Straight away she replied we not taking orders over the phone because we’re closing soon! So I go why did you answer then? And her answer was because we still Need to answer the calls! Then she cut me off Rudley! Then I straight away called back and the same girl answered the phone and I said I wasn’t finished talking why did you cut me off and her replies was because we not talking orders anyway so what’s the point? Very very bad customer service!
