Lovely chip shop serving great food. Gets busy at times but they are fast and efficient.

The chips were very soggy and the chicken kebab was rock hard and cold .Food is not the best quality not worth the money I would think twice before you order . I was very disappointed with this place. Gilly

Woman working tonight wasn't too happy about some music. Ended up doing my wife's tea wrong mine was good though.

Been coming here for years, always been a good chippy. Both battered and normal chips available. Plenty of deals available and dipping options (curry sauce, Chinese curry sauce) always a nice friendly team when you come in. Expect to queue sometimes it’s a popular place locally!

The delivery window kept changing but it was outside the original window. The delivery times over the last few weeks have been poor. Your estimated delivery is 15-30 mins. I ordered at 6.30 and it arrived 55 minutes later. 40 minutes okay but 55, no.

It's OK to be fair 1st time I want in was better then the 2nd time Very over prices for the Quality My friends pie was Solid on top And dry out on the sides they warm ups all kept under light to long Chips 👍 ok but any1 can cook chips

Best Chippy in Walsall, staff always friendly, food always on point. Battered chips are amazing!! Only downside is stopping serving them by 8pm, I've had some stressful moments trying to get there before 8pm at times. Haha. Oooh and Scallops are banging!

Use this chip shop most weeks but the last 2 times been bad after the kebab meats won't be using again and we'll over priced for the location and quality of the food.

Finish they changed owners, fish shop isn't good came in today for a fish and chips, fish batter was not cooked all soggy fish tasted like it was full of dirty water nah man

The food is second to none, it's great food, always fresh, for the first time we ordered from from home tonight.. lady called us to confirm, and still the order was wrong, hole in the sauce pot made it leak everywhere, we ordered sweet chilli and mayo, still got got mayo The lady was so polite on the phone, the reception was bad. Could of been that. We usually go here to get food, big que (sign of a good chippy) we can't reallt complain for minor mistakes xx

Fish was dry paid 11.49 for a large fish it was more like a medium. Chips were cold gravy was supposed to be large more like smal discussed with meal should be ashamed for price of meal!!

They charge me 4.99 for Charles chicken nuggets and all the ones in there was just chips no nuggets

Best Chippy around Darlaston/Walsall & Wednesbury. Both plain and battered chips, amazing kebabs and their fish is amazing. Never greasy.

Disappointed in a 40p increase on chips in the space of a week

left us hanging on delivery that was never gonna happen, food was cold as we had to go and pick it up. refund requested. will not be using again

Hot food and very quick delivery

A full chip shop means they are good. Choose from plain or battered chips. Good range. Cooked fresh. Marked atmosphere down as a big queue after a 12 hour shift was tiring.

This place used to be the best in the area, the prices were higher than elsewhere but you always had good quality food, I have no idea what has happened in the last year or so as the food is terrible, I know places have a bad period now and again, so i decided to give it another go as they served excellent food previously, the food was rubbish again, now 2 months later against my better judgement the wife ordered from there, The kebab meat was rubbery and didn't seem cooked (had tikka chicken) the chips were a mix of hard and mushy, and the salad on the kebab was old, the tomatoes were squiggy and tasted sour, They do not seem to follow instructions when given, I will never use this place again, I have been using it for over 30 years and it's only recently it has become the pits for food,, premium prices for inedible goods, and don't use their own website to order, I only live half a mile from it and they want 7 pounds delivery where uber charge 2.79. leave this place well alone and let it die in peace, either that or the owners who may be new ought to sell it on and get someone in there that knows what they are doing and knows how to cook.

Normally food is good from here but on this occassion the fish did not taste fresh and the chips were under cooked. We threw it all away

I have just received an order of 2 pies and regular chips. I have never been so disappointed in a meal from there. The chips were hard and I think they had been cooked a while ago and were kept warm, the steak and kidney pie wasn't too bad but the beef and onion pie was really dry inside,again it seems like it had been kept warm for a while. Delivery by Uber was prompt.

Even if your not sure about kebab food they offer a sample to try, also the cleanliness of the place is pristine.

First time customers will definitely try again. Polite driver, prompt delivery.

Bentley Fish Bar consistently delivers hot and fresh food, but their vegetarian options are quite limited. Despite enjoying their veggie burger with chips, I wish they offered a more diverse selection for vegetarians. I rate them three stars overall.

This chip shop is horrendous since it’s refurbishment, I seen the cook the Asian guy drop chicken pick it up an put it in the Bain Marie instead of putting in the bin , 2 out of 4 of us was sick after eating from here they shud be ashamed of them selfs

I am really impressed with everything, the food was still hot when arrived. Everyone was happy with there food. Tasty, hot, good value for money and good portion of food. I used to have food from Bentley Fish Bar when I was a teenager. Hasn't changed, even though I don't live in Bentley and have plenty of fish and chip shops in my area. I would still order here again and again. Thank you, plus delivery driver was polite!

Placed an order for the first time in a few weeks as I normally use this place alot ordered the min fish special. and to say I was disappointed would be an under statement. opened the box to find it half empty . seems like the place is trying a bit of shrinkflation by halfing the portion size compared to what is normally provided .

food was warm, not sure if the delivery person had a thermal bag, but could have been hotter as i'm only 5 mins from the shop, the chinese curry sauce was very thin and to be honest i ordered a large tub but it only came half way up the tub, and the tubs were not that deep.

Having waited in a queue to order chicken fillet burgers meal a customer further down the queue ask them to save her some chicken which they did when I then placed my order for my meal I was told they had no chicken for my order but saved chicken fo someone else which I think is absolutely disgusting I use this place regularly but to be treated in this way I find totally wrong and I will think twice about using this place again after being a loyal customer

The mini fish and chip special does not provide an option to select your sauce or side. The fish, chips and sausage can, but despite leaving a note on the delivery/payment section - no mushy peas. An update to the selection options would be good.

Hardly any food, what did we pay for? Really high prices for hardly any food. Really disappointing.

We was really disappointed in the fish. We paid nearly £50.00 for our order and I can we will probably not be buying from here again. We are regular customers and the food was from the afternoon, the fish was hard and tasteless. Sorry Bentley fish bar.

Normally the best - today absolutely awful - asked for chicken kebab - got doner meat - cold chips and roe horrible. Never known this from here. Really disappointed

Lovely chippy use to go here when lived in Bentley now I live in Devon I come with my partner when visiting family and always pop in for food . Keith is always helpful and chatty always gives my partner a free potatoe scallop.

Not the best I'm affraid, chips were just a bit plain fish batter also not the best. Wasn't terrible but I do prefer my local place. Update: June 2023 better than before. Just the chips with some Chinese curry sauce.
