Just had a breakfast box, everything cooked perfectly, hot and very tasty,..vast menu so there's something for everyone, will definitely come back again ....bon appetite 😊

Our dry crab sandwiches were just tasteless and the buns were soggy off the cans of pop and the chips were half over done and some hard and looked like the left overs that's been fried again. It's our first time ordering from hear as the food looks lovely on the pictures but was not!! Gutted and still hungry as the large sandwiches were actually small and empty!!

Got food which took Upto 2 hours for them to deliver so once the food arrived it was stone cold! They said send it back and would get a refund from them which once they received the food they said things had been eaten when nearly all the food was returned apart from what was tried but was to cold to eat. Then had a snotty argument on the phone with myself about what she was not refunding and the service was shocking!!!! STILL NOT GETTING A REFUND AND I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AS A CUSTOMER! Absolutely shocking and will never ever go back again. Really snotty people on the ohone too arguing over what was right and wrong and just did not help at all furiating me

Chips were inedible, so hard but yet really greasy, kebab I guess was ok if that's what type you like I ordered not sure what type it was but have never seen chips like that before, they're not edible at all

Would recommend this catering firm to anyone!!! They put on an absolutely beautiful spread for my Dads wake and everybody commented on how lovely it all was! Can’t thank Kim and her company enough! X

Delicious and well presented buffet for my daughters christening. Able to cater for hot & cold options which included a chicken curry and hot beef buns. All guests complimented the food and went back for second helpings. Kim went above expectations, giving an excellent all round service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in future. Thank you!

Amazing food, amazing value, just like home cooked, highly recommend this little gem. We had mince and dumpling delivered as we live local, came super fast with a very pleasant young woman delivering. Over all, staff are polite happy and make you feel welcome.

Place your order , pick it up or have your food delivered and get the mmmmmm factor, fantastic place to grab a takeaway, have a special of the day , try a well done bacon and spam with tinned tomatoes on ...delicious... Great Welcome and Great food

Tried it out after seeing it on Facebook! Honestly could not recommend it anymore! Most friendly staff willing to do anything to make you happy! & the food is just.... wow! 10/10 from me! Well worth the try!

Ordered through tapptakeaway, confirmation email said the food was being delivered at 6:37, it arrived at about 7:30 instead. Tried to ring the phone number 10 times to find out what's happening and it wasn't answered a single time. When it eventually did arrive, they'd missed the chicken tenders off the order as well which I didn't realise because the dips were inside a box so it looked like them. Rang again and had no response. Foods great, service is disgraceful, even now I'm out of pocket for them, not to mention one of the lads had already left assuming it wasn't coming. There's simply no way to speak to anyone when things go wrong, I've spent a fortune at ding and hot club over the last few years and won't be bothering again, the food could not turn up at all and you'd have no way to get a refund through the tapptakeaway website. I even tried emailing the tapptakeaway contact but had no reply from that either. This isn't the first time it's gone wrong for me but it is the last, had a couple of other similar bad experiences but ultimately the fact I couldn't get even get a response has been the tipping point for me, too much hassle.

Ok Diner LtdWe had not been here for about 3 years and called in just by chance today. We both had milkshakes; my husband had the regular banana and I had the ‘Million Dollar’ banoffee shake. They were both fantastic, very flavourful and made with fresh ingredients (I could see the bananas being peeled from where I was sitting). Our server was called Hollie and she couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be returning, thank you.

Victoria RoadHotel had to cancel our original booking due to a fire in building opposite, they rebooked for 3 weeks later and put the price off our room as a bar tab to apologise. Cannot fault this hotel, that's now under new owners, only hope the people of hartlepool embrace it and realise what an eyesore it became when empty. We will be back soon, so much better and on par in price with the budget hotels nearby.
