So I came in here the other nights for a few beers with the boys live music in the flamingo room was amazing and Paddy the supervisor up there is a stand up guy. Would definitely come again 👌🏻

Was served a rum and coke with a lipstick stain around the rim of the glass, the staff refused to pour me a fresh drink and insisted I accept it in a new glass that was taken from behind the member of staff and was again dirty. Avoid this bar at all costs clearly they do not value cleanliness even in the face of a pandemic.

Had a party of 10 enjoy our little Christmas meal here, not only is the pub absolutely gorgeous, but there was some live music, and the general atmosphere was great. Staff were super attentive and made sure we were looked after. Will definitely visit again, had a wonderful time! Food was decent too, the chicken bites were dreamy and the chocolate and orange torte... OH EM G stunning.

I love this place the live music is so good and the atmosphere is amazing. The service is excellent as well and Madison the bar server was super busy and efficient and still had time to for a smile and joke she always makes our evening. Can’t recommend it enough!

O’Neills doesn’t change. Every time we are near China Town we pop in to this wonderful Irish Pub. Bar service is quick and friendly. Very reasonable prices for London and the food looks good so we will try a little nibble on our next visit.

Came here on Friday 22 October with my husband after seeing the Bob Marley Musical round the corner, we had a great time dancing the night away and would definitely return but find the £10 per person entrance fee a bit steep after all it is only a pub, unusual for pubs to charge it’s normally only clubs that have entrance fees

Went here on thursday night and would like to say how well management dealt with a horrible situation, some woman passed out and they were so attentive and quick to action. Not only this throughout the night the bar team, security and management were all super friendly and welcoming, they had great cocktail making skills and knew which drinks to recommend and when! Got to try my first ever Chieftan IPA which i will definitely be trying again! Would like to thank the bartenders especially the girls Ece and Isabella who were super helpful and lovely! Live music was great and the overall night was 10/10 will definitely be returning!

Popped in for some drinks and food while stroling around China Town, what a gem of a find! Mario and Trish were very attentive and friendly. Food was served quickly and tasted great, and beers were cold and fresh. Good variety of sport was showing on the TV's, Will definitely be back.

Amazing staff, they were attentive, quick and friendly. We all understand the issues in hospitality at the moment but its always good to see that they are managing to cope and smash it regardless. Would highly recommend visiting this pub for its great atmosphere and friendly staff

I don't even know,how described today's experience in this venue and where to start as I'm still quite shocked.Anyway,we've booked area for our staff party and we're pretty excited to spend nice time in this bubbly environment with good drinks and decent food.First of all,even though behind the bar four staff members were working, waiting time to ORDER food was 40!!! minutes and waiting time for food was around 1 hour.Two dishes hasn't been delivered at all,my colleagues were waiting additional hour for their meals to arrive and I really don't wanna even start describing what happened there,as I'm still deeply shocked by action or rather lack of it from Manager on Duty,apart from taking plate of food from one of my friends , shouting that this food is for Security (!!!) Waiting time to order drinks was ridiculous as well,some of my colleagues decided to order Espresso Martini,which has been made with use of Jegermaister (!!!!) and simply undrinkable. Eventually drinks has been changed and served with ice cubes in it.As a cherry in this unpleasant cake while using a toilet one of my colleagues has been refused access to paper towels ( hand dryer was broken).This is my first and hopefully last negative review ever As a hospitality manager,I know exactly how hard those days are for industry, shortages of staff, supplies, stress etc. but nothing can justify basic lack of care and empathy.Shame.

Went for drinks for a friends birthday and found this place by chance. Great music great cocktails and super friendly helpful staff. I can’t leave a review without a special thanks to Madison for making the day extra special! After we left we all said we can’t wait to go back!

It's a nice venue with good atmosphere but is let down by the horrible older doorman who seems to have a real problem with solo customers. Twice now he has turned me away and made me feel like a total loser for the crime of wanting to drink a pint or two and listen to some live music after work by myself. It's a shame because the other younger doorman are perfectly fine and welcoming as are the bar staff.

Went here recently with a group of 6 friends, the staff were so friendly and inviting, although they were busy they always were happy to help and nothing was too much to ask! The cocktails and drinks selection was brilliant however the best bit was the live music! It went on all night long and really got everyone dancing! Security were friendly and chatty, they even dealt with some drunk people amazingly! Never rude! Would highly recommend this venue and we will be coming back for our Christmas night out here! MUST GO

We went to O’neill’s as a work party on friday and during our time there my brother was abused by the toilet man who sells soap/gums etc. Firstly he forced my brother to use the urinals and asked him to pay if he wanted to use the cubicles as they were for VIP only ??? since when are toilet cubicles VPI?Then while he was in the cubicle the man banged down the door asking my brother to open it because he’s not allowed to be on his phone while in the toilet. Forced my brother to pee sitting down and said that he was not allowed to stand up. He threatened to call security on my brother when all he wanted to do was go to the toilet in peace. We have all of it on video as he recorded the whole thing. Please be careful when going to the male toilets as the staff will try to see you naked !!!

My girlfriend and I went to this pub and had a great time initially, great drinks and music, until we spotted one guy alone, who followed us throughout the night and stared at us relentlessly, and would approach in very close proximity the moment we were alone. We tried to report this to bar staff initially who seemed to take this onboard but did nothing, and when it did not relent we asked to see if anything was to be done, the staff rolled their eyes at us and refused to do anything. Despite him lingering very close by and staring to a genuinely concerning extent, he was prioritised over us. It was super disappointing and really de-humanising from the bar staff. We hoped in this day and age where there are mechanisms in place to protect women that are supposed to be enacted by bar staff, that this would be enforced and we would feel protected rather than mocked. Unfortunately, the creeper who ruined our night was their first priority. So disappointing.

My sisters hen party. Being a mainly northern Irish group, we wanted to find an Irish bar with SUCH AN ATMOSPHERE.. and that showed… O’Neill’s was unreal. The band was pumping. The drinks were flowing, bar men & maids were so attentive. We had an alround amazing night, being a smoker we were obviously out and in like yo-yos but Dominic & Jean (the doormen) were soooo lovely! Their spirits were high and they were the best craic. Hats off the them, patience of saints. Even had Dom running errands! Lol

I went to O’Neils last night with a group of friends for drinks and the first great surprise was the live bands. So much fun!Everything was very organised, you could see staff coming to wipe the floor all the time and someone spilled drinks. They were always friendly.But the highlight and the reason of my review was an unpleasant situation where a random guy touched me inappropriately (without my consent). I asked the security to help me (a kind young man) which promptly tried to find the guy with me. I saw him, but he ran away…I gave up, but the security didn’t. 15 minutes later he came and asked me to confirm if the guy they found was the one - it was. Immediately the took care of the abuser. I never had such support from a a club staff like that before. They made me feel so safe and respected. I wanna leave a huge THANK YOU in my name and for every other women that had ever experience sort of thing before. It meant the world! Special shout to security team (specially the young man that had my back instantly).

I would high recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. Our waitress, Gosia is an adorable blond, very personable and very efficient. Our food was very good, price was more than reasonable and overall the vibe in the venue was great! Definitely returning

Despite reading some less-than favourable reviews, mine is a more favourable. ! A few hours before the England-Ukraine quarter final, i was given an Outside table (1 of 4) to watch The World Go By, (On the junction of Wardour St & Chinatown,) until being belatedly granted a TV (Inside) seat to watch the Match. Thanks to Jamie & The Manager., for squeezing me in !.... I watched the "Door-Staff"Security, folk, deal admirably & generously with dozens, of 'last-minute', requests by "Walk-ups", trying to find a bar to& gain entry to see the game. despite, manning 3 floors, the venue was Fully Booked,........ in fact you could probably, get a room in Bethelem,..... more easily, on Christmas Eve !!!!! Thanks again, to the waiting-on staff & everyone @ O'Neills', for a great night. cheers WILF ps Didn't Dine, BUT the Tapas/Burgers etc looked very appitising ... Average food and average food, but fake advertisements which really put me off the brand and the establishment which promised free drinks but failed to deliver which put a real sour taste in my mouth.

Myself and my mum and sister came to this bar for food and drinks, we were placed on a tiny table with three chairs and not enough space to put plates or anything on, it was dark and very claustrophobic / uncomfortable. Around us were 3 men sat on a 6 seater table and 1 man sat on a 4 seater table, a couple of spaces away was a lovely 4 seat table by the window with space and daylight. When we politely asked to move each staff member said ‘no because you are a group of 3 and that table is for 4 people’ when we said ‘oh but why can those men sit on tables bigger than their party size?’ The response was ‘they are watching the football’. Absolutely terrible! Men who want to watch the football have different rules for women who want a little extra room to enjoy our food and relax. Staff were unhelpful and rude. What a shame.

I have been to this place a lot of times. But yesterday my server was something else. She was rude, aggressive and extremely unprofessional. She dropped a drink on my trouser, and while she was apologising she was laughing as well, she didn’t even bother to bring some tissue paper. I asked for a ashtray and she brought it after 10 minutes. The customer service was awful. When I told the server that I will write a review her answer was “I don’t mind”. Anyway, never returning back.

Listen - we came on Karis first night ever working in O’Neill’s and she was a delight. She was so helpful, so personal and so easy to talk to it was such a refreshing sight! I would personally hire her as a Hote revenue manager myself, I know how people work and I know when someone is Impressive! Great work Karis! Love your Irish table 17 x

Come dice il titolo, qui c'è poco da stare allegri..personale un po' "freddino" e molto distratto.Piatti, tavoli, posate e bicchieri sporchissimi! Abbiamo fatto cambiare posate e bicchieri perchè avevano le croste del cibo di quelli che avevano mangiato prima di noi..i tavoli sembravano ricoperti dal biadesivo bagni sporchissimi.Prezzi nella media Londinese.

Vinimos un día antes para reservar una mesa para el partido de fútbol de la liga de campeones y pedimos que nos sentaran frente a una pantalla. Nos dijeron que nadie había hecho la reserva todavía y que estaremos sentados en un lugar muy agradable frente al televisor.Al día siguiente, cuando llegamos, nos sentaron en una mesa alta muy lejos de una pantalla de televisión, aunque tenían mucha mesa vacía frente a las pantallas. Les pedimos un par de veces que se movieran como si solo fuéramos dos, la mesa todavía estaba vacía después del comienzo del juego. Rechazaron toda la solicitud. Durante el juego, una pareja o amigos llegaron a las 2 y básicamente los sentaron en la mesa, nos negaron a sentarnos porque solo éramos dos.En cuanto a la comida, pedimos unos entrantes y unas hamburguesas, nos pidieron que pagáramos incluso antes de recibir nada en la mesa y sin que el camarero nos mostrara el recibo. Así que nos pidieron que pagáramos sin saber qué había en la factura.Cuando pedimos la hamburguesa pedimos que el bife de ternera esté raro, la camarera dijo que no podíamos elegir y vendrá como viene. Llegó QUEMADO, negro y sabía a neumático.No terminamos ni plato, dejamos la carne en el plato. Cuando llegó la última camarera, preguntó cómo estaba la comida. Le dijimos, y ella dijo que vendría el gerente. Nadie vino nunca a nosotros.Una de las camareras fue muy descortés. Parecía que no quería servirnos.Muy mala experiencia. Al final fuimos a ver un partido, ni siquiera pudimos mirar porque tampoco pusieron el sonido. Y la comida estaba asquerosa.

We had to pay before the food came into the table. The hamburgers were very dry. They forgot part of the food we ordered. Waiters were very defensive.

Great pub in the heart of the city. Plenty of tvs including several booths with their own mini screens. That was something different! There were 2 floors so plenty of space. Not much seating for a large pub but really nothing to complain about.

El gerente irlandés en el turno después de las 6/7 pm fue increíble, me sirvieron la comida equivocada y él fue muy servicial, se disculpó y reconoció la importancia de servir los artículos correctos para fines de alergia / servicio y realmente respeto eso. Locale carino e pulito, ambiente giovanile. Personale quasi inesistente, non sapevo che si dovesse ordinare tramite una app. Il vino mi ha stupito, sapore nella media, così come il costo. Punto negativo per i nachos: blocco unico fusione di nachos e formaggio, avocado e salse ghiacciate.

We came here for a bit of people watching as it had a window table that pointed out to the main street in china town. They have a good selection of food and drinks and its just a pleasant place to be.

Great bar on the middle of china town. The food is good as well as the environment. We were there on a Monday night and it was life music. The bar tender was really nice and I was I really good experience. Advice: make sure you have a piece of ID to enter the bar.

Came in this pub twice in a row last week while I was in vacation and I’ve spent the best time ever in it! The food is really good, the selection of beer is amazing, even the Guinness taste it’s pretty close to the Irish one! The live music is really cool and the staff is so nice and helpful! Stay the hell out of this bar. RUDE TYPICAL NIGERIAN STYLE uneducated rude for no reason Nigerian style communication. This is normal to them and no I am not racist, only stating facts. Give them a minute amount of authority and they will abuse and be rude and think back to their only claim to fame the '419'song which is a pop music track about scamming westerners in that smelly country. More unsurprisingly was the little English weasel 'manager' has no back bone or Irish customary hospitality to correct their disgusting attitude. In Ireland North or south these b@stards wouldn't last 2 minutes. They need old schools Irish managers to manage the pubs and security in these dumps which were once Irish pubs. I went as a lone male but was subjected to pure ignorance and rudeness from excrement that shouldn't have a right to work in security.

We were looking for a quick refreshment break prior to going to Prince Of Wales Theatre (5min walk away) Came across O’Neill’s in Wardour Street & with an empty table it fitted our purpose. Drinks & quick bites to eat ordered at the bar & all served nice & quickly. Great bar for drink & cheap eats.

Visited here last Friday night for my girlfriends birthday as we often use our local O'Neill's Sutton, Wimbledon and Kingston. Arrived about 6pm and the place was busy no free tables so stood and had a drink at the bar upstairs. Waited quite a while to be served as the girl behind the bar just kept serving whoever was in front of her instead of actually bothering to notice who had been waiting. Waited about 30 mins for a table to become free, sat and looked at food menu, the place was nicely heated and dim lights, good view from window of China town, quite romantic and nice atmosphere. It seemed to quieten down at 7.30 to 8.00pm while we ate. Staff don't really seem to know what they're doing or table numbers, food got delivered to wrong table and wasn't given any cutlery, also app doesn't work here so have to order at the bar. The place started to liven back up at 9.00 when the band were setting up and they were really good, they made the night really good mix of different music 80's, 90's and bands such as Oasis, whitestripes and linkin park etc. The only thing that would put me off going back is the rude woman that sits in the toilet waiting to be tipped for handing you a paper towel to dry your hands. I wouldn't mind and I do tip for good/ nice friendly helpful service but really she's not any of those things her attitude was disgusting and the things I heard her say while I was in the cubicle because another girl didn't have any money on her to give, I was shocked. I don't think this is right to make people feel bad and obliged to tip for no reason she sat in front of the hand dryer on purpose and when I asked if I could use it to dry my hands she asked me if I was going to throw her out of the way to dry my hands. I just walked out and dried my hands on my clothes, even if I'd of wanted to throw her out the way I wouldn't have been able to move the 22 Stoner, she's to me intimidating and in a place that has no CCTV no thank you. BE WARNED!

I’m actually disappointed that I have to write a complaint after being a regular at O’Neill’s. I paid 7.50 for a gin and tonic, which tasted bitter and the tonic was flat, no bubbles at all! I told the bartender that the tonic was flat, he shrugged his shoulders and continued serving over customers. We told him again that the tonic was flat and it didn’t taste right, he still looked at me blankly. I said it’s not a problem I’ll be happy just to have a cider, as I didn’t want to cause a fuss, he then says that I would have to pay for the cider. So I asked to speak to a manager, he nodded and went off. I waited 10 minutes and there was no sign of anyone, he returned to the bar with a stack of glasses as he must’ve gone off to collect them, he served a few more customers and when I finally got his attention I asked where the manager was. To cut a long story short I spoke to someone called Sian/Sean and before him some other guy who claimed to be the manager. They both asked me to go to the door/to leave, when I asked why they accused me of insulting the bartender and that I called him ‘fat’!! This was a lie, I am utterly disgusted that I would be accused of this as I myself, am not slim and was upset that they would say such a thing. It did later dawn on me that when I was saying the ‘tonic was flat’ (many times) that this might’ve been misinterpreted! Anyway this place is poorly managed and if your staff doesn’t understand simple English like ‘your tonic is flat’ when they’re serving drinks, doesn’t know how to smile, say a simple PLEASE or THANK YOU then they should work in another industry. Also poor management, you have no clue what you’re doing and don’t know how to deal with genuine customers. 0 people skills!! If someone says their drink is flat, the first thing that you should at least do is look or try the drink!! Then maybe you’d realise what’s being said instead of turning people away.

Stopped in here for lunch on the 13th December, really good food and a good atmosphere. It was lunch time but not to busy for this area.

Theme Pub but definitely not Irish. Place was busy but the drink was only average. There are better places to have a pint in the area

Estive no O Neills e não recomendo! Pedi um drink com Gin que no cardápio estava com o valor de 5,99 e me cobraram 15,50. No cardápio tem escrito que com mais duas libras dobra o drink, foi a opção que escolhi. Mostrei o cardápio e me disseram que em Londres é assim, cardápio não conta. Uma péssima experiência, não recomendo.

Me encanta Londres, vengo dos veces al año para visitar diferentes lugares, ¡pero siempre vengo a O'Neill's!

Went here from 9-11pm Saturday evening after a show in Leicester Square.

Had a few beers here tonight with friends. Only two real ales on, Doombar or London Pride. Loads of keg beers and lagers, but that wasn’t what we were after. Plenty of places to sit on a Monday afternoon / evening. Seemed a bit off colour compared to our last visit, the ambience was a bit dour, but at least the creepy guy trying to sell you soap in the toilets wasn’t there tonight. And the prices have gone up again, twenty quid wouldn’t cover our four beers.

They play a mish mash of music here. Wouldn’t say there is a typical selection. Sometimes popular/then 80s/chart music.

My partner and I visited this place on 3 September around 5:30pm. There was only one person who was working the bar and delivering food - and she wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. Since this is supposed to be an Irish pub, I ordered the Irish sausages and colcannon - big mistake! It was the most disgusting plate of "food" I have ever seen - one bite of the sausages was enough - most horrible texture and bland taste, and that was not colcannon either! Everything was drenched in what I can only call meat water, it definitely was not gravy. This may be a great bar to drink and party, but not a restaurant, go elsewhere for tea.

In the heart of Soho, this Irish pub is one of my favourite places, the atmosphere is brilliant, live music every day, great beer and very good deal food and drink!

Vine aquí para un cumpleaños amigo. La noche fue bebidas, chat, comida y banda en vivo. Habíamos reservado una zona y de antemano y el buffet. El buffet era 10 por cabeza y era encantador. Mini hamburguesas recién hechas, cebolla bahji, champiñones, envolturas, papas fritas y una gran ensalada de granada. Había una buena selección para vegetarianos. Las bebidas eran un poco caras, pero eso es de esperar. El lugar es un pub normal, pero luego, en el primer nivel, las luces se apagan más tarde en la noche y se enciende un DJ en vivo y se convierte en un tipo de lugar de discoteca en la pista de baile. Luego en el segundo nivel comenzó a tocar una banda en vivo. Es lo mejor de ambos mundos. Podrías quedarte en la pista de baile o ir a ver la banda en vivo. La banda en vivo fue genial y tenía a todos bailando. La decoración en el piso de la banda tenía imágenes de grandes músicos como Bowie, Hendrix, etc., por lo que dio la impresión de un lugar en vivo. La clientela en la pista de baile es joven. Pero la música es variada. Un montón de 80 y 90, así como música moderna. Mi único problema aquí fue que el DJ tocó solo fragmentos breves de las canciones antes de mezclarlas con otra cosa. Fue molesto cuando te pones a tocar una melodía, ¡pero cambia antes de que realmente te metas en ella! !

I used to send plenty of costumers to this place me as a manager from a neighbour pub, as return the place promised us discounted entry for our staff, when I visited the venue after our shift it was barely given. The door staff was unacceptably rude, at first they were arguing with us. Finally we were let in after a long argument, while we were dancing by our table the glass collector took our drinks and they humiliated when we wanted to claim it back. They treat everyone like they are dogs even if you haven’t have an alcoholic drink before. Live music is pretty good but the gained experience from staff (especially door staff) is unacceptable. I will no more recommend this place after four years of sending costumers daily to them.

Visited here on Friday and had a lovely grilled chicken on bun with reasonable amount of chips. They have a lunch menu which seems reasonable as well; and a list with food intolerance information if it is needed. As it is a pub, it was quite noisy but pleasant. The food is highly recommended.

Um lugar onde agrada a todos os gostos, com seus 3 andares, tem música ao vivo em cima, no andar do meio as vezes DJ com excelente músicas, simplesmente incrível. Dependendo da hora que você chega, você entra de graça e se caso tiver que pagar, não é nada muito caro, vai por mim vocês não vão se arrepender!

We just visited O Neill's my self and four of my mates. We were all guys for a drink after work.

Came here for Pre theatre drink, ok this is a busy place and set on a 2 tiers, drinks usual west End prices, didn’t eat but the menu looked good, we found a bench seat to share with another couple, found the staff ok and approachable,the upstairs has a large screen for sports with various TVs also a bar upstairs as well.

Vinimos aquí un sábado por la tarde, después de ir de compras por Chinatown, con la esperanza de ver fútbol. Al llegar, el personal de la puerta nos dijo que no existía una política de líquidos, lo cual entendimos completamente, y por eso el personal de la puerta se ofreció a guardar nuestros jugos sin abrir (3 botellas y una lata) en la pequeña habitación a la izquierda de la entrada (donde solo el personal de la puerta puede ir) para mantenerlos seguros y nos aseguraron que los devolveríamos a la salida. Una vez dentro, tuvimos problemas para encontrar asientos o mesas que mostraran el fútbol; este establecimiento es claramente insuficiente para sentarse o poner nuestras bebidas. Pedimos 48 alas para 16 y valieron la pena el dinero. Sin embargo, las bebidas eran demasiado caras y decepcionantes para lo que eran. El personal del piso parecía deprimido y perdido por completo - ¡No los culpo! Además, en los baños de mujeres había moscas por todas partes, lo que me hacía no querer ir nunca más. Después de unas horas, pedimos nuestras bebidas en la puerta principal, pero el personal de la puerta parecía confundido. Uno de ellos continuamente dijo que no tenía la llave y que tuvimos que esperar en la puerta ocupada, pero nos pidieron que nos moviéramos a pesar de que esperábamos a uno de ellos. Después de un tiempo se localizó una llave, pero solo nos dieron la MITAD de las bebidas que pensamos que podíamos confiar con ellas. Teniendo en cuenta que nuestras bebidas fueron dejadas en el área donde solo se permite el personal de la puerta, no tengo ninguna duda de que algunos de los miembros del personal de la puerta bebieron nuestras bebidas y todo lo que obtuvimos a cambio fue una disculpa sincera y nos fuimos con una clara decepción. El personal de la puerta en O'Neill's no se preocupa en absoluto por sus pertenencias. La mayoría de las críticas negativas que he leído son sobre lo grosero y poco profesional que es el personal de la puerta. Entonces, ¿cuándo hará O'Neill algo sobre este problema que ha arruinado las experiencias de muchas personas?

Absolutely LOVE this place .... Always a warm welcome and lovely new friends to meet .... Only criticism is that, as an 'Irish' pub, they cannot do Irish coffees .... And this, after showing the lovely Jesus to make them in house about 2 yrs ago! . Still not on the menu guys!!!

Called in as it was raining and the kids wanted an ice cream. The staff did my daughter a plain ice cream even though it wasn't on the menu. We had a drink and it was a lovely friendly atmosphere. Thank you O'neills top service

My two friends and I decided to go here on a Friday night. The entry charge wasn't cheap (£10) but we paid and went in. At first we had fun but then when in the queue to the smoking area the man in front of us in the queue was staring at my friend. We told her and she turned around so her back was to him but he kept staring. Eventually after another 10 minutes she turned to the man and asked him what he was staring at. What happened after was crazy, he completely flipped out and starting using the most abusive language towards my friend. He called her a dumb b*tch and told her to get the f*ck away from him. Other people in the queue started the intervene and told him to stop shouting but he was out of control. The security guard seemed to be actively avoiding the situation and only came over after multiple people called him over (he was only a meter away for reference and clearly witnessed the whole event). He then told us that this man used to work at the bar and that it was fine. He then let the man into the smoking area and told us that it was fine and we should also go into the smoking area despite us telling him we felt uncomfortable with this man so close to us (he was still giving my friend these scary looks). While in the smoking area another security guard came over and told us the manager wanted to see us. When we finally saw the manager he told us that the altercation was out fault! Even-though he hadn't been there he told us that we were being just as combative as the man and that he wouldn't ask him to leave because he hadn't actually "done anything" despite being verbally abusive towards my friend! When my friend told him that as a woman she felt scared because the man was obviously much stronger than her and she was worried that with how angry he was getting he was going to hit her the manager actually said "don't play the gender card with me"! It was absolutely unbelievable! He basically told us not to be so "whiny" and that even if my friend was scared he was going to hit her he hasn't actually hit her and therefore hadn't done anything wrong despite him saying these really awful things to her!

Was passing had a quick beer here, price was extortionate. Bar itself was nice, good service, nice seating areas downstairs and upstairs and clean toilets. Screens were good and good choice of booze. All positive except the pricing.

We went to O'neils for some food with friends. Went to the bar to place our food order and we wanted to open a tab so we can have some more drinks after the food. The young Italian guy with tattoos asked if we speak Italian, then told us if we want bottled soft drink we need to go downstairs to the bar to get it. After we mentioned that we work for the company and would like to use our employee discount, he ignored us and started to talk on the radio. I worked in Nicholson's, Castle and Brown's(which are all different brands of the company) but this sort of service is very disappointing even if we are more understanding aa we work in the industry.

We got to the place quite late after 10pm and got in after paying 10 pounds. If you get there earlier apparently it’s free to get in. The place is friendly and the staff helpful. The wardrobes cost 2 pounds per item. There are 3 levels. The music is great and the service is excellent. On the top floor there is live music and 2 bands were playing on the night we went. It is a good place to go out with friends and party. It gets really hot inside after a while. There is a heated smoking area on the rooftop but there are queues to get to it and it gets crowded. We go there quite often and if you are not bothered by it you will have a great night out.

Visited China Town for their New Year on 10th Feb, we could not move for people and decided to pop in to rest our feet and have a drink... We ended up sitting upstairs with a great window view of China Town. A few drinks later we order food. My wife and I both had char grilled chicken breast in a bun with fry’s and a side salad, this was in a meal deal along with a drink £9.25 each... Great value for money in London.

Another Chinese New Year and, naturally, a visit to O’Neills was called for. This wonderful Irish pub has not changed over the years that we have visited. Always friendly, cheerful service at the bar. Plenty of seating around. OK, sometimes very crowded and noisy but, remember, it is an Irish pub. I believe it is a great advertisement for a British pub to our many foreign visitors.

Better not to serve that poor salat with burger. Looks pathetic! I thought I were in the some kind of a charity restaurant! Waited for a burger for like 30 mins.

We had a problem with are order. We had ribs and beer, was good but not amazing. Live music is great if a musician finaly starts play. Weird think for us was a men and women at the toilets - he just sit there and ask for the tip and do nothing.

We visit the pub just random for both a pint and some food. We were positive surprised how good the meal was. Nice surroundings and it felt genuin. BUT 3 days later we returned and expected the same service, and it wasn't. The staff didn't informed us that the kitchen couldn't serve a complet meal just put out some random things from our order. If they had informed us we had taken a pint and then moved on to eat somewere else.

Had a wonderful night in Oneills in Chinatown, good service overall and really loved the live music!!! The bartenders who served us Elias and Carlo were nice and chatty, good job!

Incluso en un jueves por la noche el lugar estaba lleno. Es un poco extraño tener que escanear tu identificación y tomar una foto antes de que te permitan entrar. De todos modos, hemos visto tocar a dos grandes bandas. Tocó una mezcla de canciones y al público le encantó. Era demasiado tarde para probar la comida, pero volveré a probar eso en el futuro.

I've spent many nights in o'neills and I am very happy with the service. Everyone has been such a charm and helpful. I want to especially mention Liam who always looks after me. Although all the staff are amazing I can specifically remember Laura and Eva who have been fantastic every time I've been there.

Came to this place to have couple drinks and was served by one of the rudest bar staff ever! Her mannerisms and attitude was awful. She didn't smile and was very abrupt in her actions. She was small, brown hair and looked Spanish I think? Wouldn't recommend going there!

I mean most people come here for the drinks, but I think the food is even better. The chocolate cake is amazing.

My second time going to watch an Irish Rugby international. On the top floor there are plenty of large screens but very few seats available. We(4 of us) arrived about 45 minutes before the game hoping for seats to no avail. We asked some of the people who were there already were they staying for the match and unfortunately nearly all were Irish bedding in for the game. Not long before kick off we were approached by a lady who's party were leaving and she kindly offered us their bench which was a life saver as by that time the place was thronged. The atmosphere during the match was amazing - down to the quality of the game and the very partisan largely Irish supporters. A famous win over the All Blacks and O'Neills lends itself to such an occasion.

Burger and a beer .cant go wrong for 9 -25p.plus chips and coleslaw.wasnt busy .got a seat .ordered food. Clement served us.burger was good .hot chips realy nice.good value .meaty burger .toilets were clean .we will be back.

Intenté entrar a este pub después de haber estado en el cine con una amiga en Leicester Square, la noche del jueves pasado, alrededor de las 7 pm. Parecía sorprendentemente medio vacío, por lo que pensamos que era ideal para comida y un par de bebidas. Normalmente no iría a ningún pub con un portero in situ, pero dado que había mesas disponibles, decidimos darle una oportunidad. Al abrir mi pequeña bolsa para su inspección, inmediatamente se hizo evidente que una pulgada de agua residual en una botella era suficiente para no cumplir con la política de este pub.

I had such a good time that I ended up going two days in a row! The third floor had a live band and that was a nice surprise!

He estado aquí muchas veces debido a la buena vibra, pero probablemente nunca más después del tratamiento por parte del personal frente al lugar. Entramos y queríamos dejar nuestras cosas en el guardarropa. Desafortunadamente, no teníamos efectivo y el cajero automático no funcionaba, así que volvimos afuera para conseguir algo de dinero. Regresamos a la cola para dejar que entraran dos personas que intentaban vendernos drogas (tenga en cuenta que el personal de O'Neills es plenamente consciente de que hay personas que intentan vender drogas a sus clientes mientras están en la cola y no hacen nada al respecto). !). Hemos declinado, como lo hemos hecho muchas veces antes cuando visitamos el establecimiento. Hablamos con una persona que decía que era gerente y le explicamos lo que sucedió más el tratamiento recibido. Admitió que suena como un malentendido, pero tiene que respaldar a su hombre en la puerta porque trabajan juntos. Fue una conversación prolongada y le ahorraré todos los detalles, pero para resumir, no nos dejaron entrar sin motivo alguno. La razón real por la que el portero no nos dejó entrar seguirá siendo un misterio para siempre.

Fuimos a O'Neills varias veces cuando estuvimos en Londres recientemente. Está al lado de China Town y a un tiro de piedra de Leicester Square. Es un pub largo y bastante oscuro. Vende las cervezas y licores habituales. Llamamos a media tarde y estaba tranquilo. Muchas otras personas estaban comiendo. Regresamos en la noche y estaba lleno de espacio permanente. Un buen pub en una buena ubicación que vale la pena una visita.

Stopped here for a drink before going for lunch in China Town. The place was clean, Very interesting decor and the wine was good. Saw food coming out which looked very appetising.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo locale dopo aver cenato a Chinatown e nonostante la fila abbiamo deciso di entrare perché facevano musica dal vivo. Siamo rimasti decisamente soddisfatti, il gruppo che suonava al piano di sopra faceva cover di canzoni rock ed erano proprio bravi e al piano di sotto c'erano invece alcuni tavolini ed un ambiente più tranquillo per chi lo preferiva. Serata divertente!

Eravamo nella zona e abbiamo scelto questo locale un po’ a caso, attirate dalla musica dal vivo. Bellissimo sia il concerto al secondo piano sia il DJ set al primo. C’è un piano terra solo pub più tranquillo e una terrazza per fumatori; tutto perfetto anche per quanto riguarda il personale e i drink, questo locale accorpa tutto quello che si potrebbe volere da una serata coi fiocchi. Ciliegina sulla torta, non ha chiuso prima delle cinque di notte, cosa che ci aspettavamo dalla media generale degli altri locali.
