O'Neills in City of London, Westminster

Last night I visited this pub it was amazing fun all the staffs are great. My order is taken by Savan and his pouring skills and customer support is really excellent. I recommend to visit this place.

A little pricey but it's soho. And even on weekdays they have great live music seen here in a mon and Tuesday

For a pub with an Irish name, it completely misses the mark. They don’t play any classic Irish music or even old-school hits—it’s just the same generic club music you’d hear in any Leicester Square venue. I came here expecting a mix of good old 70s tunes, some Irish music, and a genuine Irish atmosphere, but instead, it’s just another run-of-the-mill club scene. The place is full of desperate people pretending they’re having the time of their lives. Really disappointing.

My phone was stolen in there, wouldn’t say it’s entirely the venue’s fault but the bouncers/security were aggressive to me and my friend in not letting me look for my phone after I’d left right at closing time, never experienced that reaction before

One of the worst night's out I've had in a long time. There are many nasty security staff but perhaps their behaviour is not surprising as the place is full extremely drunk guys.

Comedically overpriced. £5.30 for a diet coke 😂😂😂 absolute jokers. Otherwise it was what you'd expect from a chain pub in central London. At least it's one of the few places open late

I had a fantastic experience at O'Neill's Wardour Street! The atmosphere was vibrant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Ordered chicken wings with blue cheese sauce - no sauce so asked for manager who said their out as it Christmas! (It was Friday 22nd Feb) they were over cooked and really greasy! Ordered nachos served in a small kidney bowl. Nachos were greasy and stale with gloopy sauces on top. Ordered prawns which were dry and overcooked. £17.50 wasted. The barman upstairs was hapless and keep sneezing, rubbing his nose and hair. No hygiene. Cocktails were less than impressive. Live music was the best but service, food quality and lack of hygiene unacceptable - I’ll never go back there and do not recommend to anyone!

A scam with rude employees. £9.40 for one pint—I've been living in London for over 4 years and have NEVER paid that much for a beer. Additionally, the bathroom attendant was very rude, making me flush the toilet when I had already done so, and was unpleasant until I left the bathroom. I will NEVER return to any bar owned by this company.

Nah I would not recommend coming here. You've to pay 10£ just to get in. After ordering drinks we went to the dance floor in the 2nd floor. It was awful. Get a new DJ

Its basically just an O'Neil. Take that comment as you wish. Good location, staff were nice, and its relatively clean. However, be very aware that they operate on prices that changes after certain hours.

Place is very central, live music is great, Rem at the bat is a great guy, excellent service and makes you feel at home...only thing was that upstairs became full of young students but luckily they left quickly....reccomended.....

Not sure what is worse, the volley of low scores is aimed at your company and not your pub. Dynamic prices are unfair and I predict it will end very soon. What you should not do is entertain fake reviews to combat your 1 star reviews recently. When your average reviewer has 1 or even no reviews prior then it's pretty obvious people what is going on. I will give you 3 stars which balances your 1's and 5's. I suggest your company look at the real reviews and take action.

Rem is the best bar tender in the world and the whole galaxy.

Overall it was good. The price seems bit high. Service was excellent, the person serving me was very kind. Atmosphere wasn't great. The space was very confined. I had to share table with one more person which was bit awkward. Food test really good. I tried a drink, attached is a picture, totally overpriced, test like nothing and very small. Other than that i would say it's worth visiting.

An overpriced tourist trap where they rip you off for a beer and increase prices to an even more ridiculous level after a certain time. Dynamic pricing should be limited to having a set upper price which is transparent and any change should be a happy hour where it’s cheaper so customers don’t get conned. This is a very dodgy and dishonest practice and disingenuous to the customer. A small sign saying prices might change isn’t transparent. If they want to charge a certain price this should be displayed. There are plenty of boozers in neighbouring boroughs (head Camden or Southwark way) opening late and charging sensible, consistent prices. Getting around on a Night Bus or Night Tube doesn’t take long at night either. Take your customers elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place ! The food is delicious , supervisor Indre is very hospitable and the place itself is super cozy.

Visited O’Neills recently and they have introduced dynamic pricing for their drinks. Having seen people’s outrage at dynamic pricing in relation to ticket prices, you’d have thought they’d realise this is a despicable idea, particularly during a time when people are short on money, and the price of a pint is often £7+ already. I suggest people avoid this establishment and boycott it until they remove this terrible pricing structure, or it will soon become common place. Corporate greed at its finest.

It irritates me that a place that earns as much as they do a week can charge a tenner to get in. It's absolutely ridiculous

This place is a rip off, avoid at all costs. I got caught out by the price hikes after 2200, which is very poorly posted on an A4 piece of paper. (I only found this out from an LBC article about the pubs so called "Dynamic pricing" which is a euphemism for con job.

Look out for the 'dynamic pricing' Prices go up by £2 after 10pm!!! As stated on the LBC website The branch of O’Neills on Wardour Street, Soho, has customers shelling out up to £9.40 for a pint. The Irish pub chain with around 40 locations charges £7.40 for a pint of Brewdog IPA during the day - but after 10pm it costs £9.40. The price increase, which is not listed on the menu, also includes bottled beer and water. A 500ml bottle of Budweiser costs £6.05 before 10pm and £8.05 afterwards. The price of tonic water increases by 46 per cent, from £2.15 to £3.15. The only warning of the change is written on an A4 notice at the end of the bar, which reads: “We operate a variable price list in this venue.
