Horrible toilet staff. Always getting harassed even when i use the personal cubical. No privacy whatsoever feel like that they are watching my every move.

The food is delicious, Fish and Chips was unfortunately not available. The waiter was friendly, although it took us a long time to decide what to eat.

Good music and vibe general vibe. Absolutely rammed in there but to be taken with a pinch of salt as it was on St.Paddys day...

Tajmira was really nice and helpful overall the bar is worth the visit

Have been coming to this place for a couple of years now. Good food and reasonably priced drinks. Aine is always fantastic, whenever we see her there… always makes us feel welcome and is never too busy to have a chat with us when we arrive. Highly recommended

Waited at the bar to be served and was ignored by one member of staff who proceeded to serve another customer who had just walked in not happy as it was my friends birthday

O’Neill’s is a great time! It was the highlight of my trip of London - staff and bartenders were so friendly and the music is on point!

Have been here a few times on nights out and had a great time. The employees were all very friendly and a wonderful energy. Adem especially stood out to us with welcoming smile every time we are there he made us feel very welcome. He knows how to look after customers. Drinks and the atmosphere was amazing, good music and people.

Aparently, they treat everyone equal in this place and don't discriminate. I used to go there once or twice a month. Lately I wasn't allowed in security with no clue because 'to many men'. I though in England places don't discriminate. I saw 2 guy get let in though. Please explain? Rasicm and xenophobic place which should be investigated. No wonder it is quit and empty. Surely will close if a few years. I, for one, am not surprised. Thank you

1A tourist pub. Service could be friendlier. A little smile or “cheers” when putting down the drinks would be helpful. Be that as it may, drinks and food were good, plentiful and prices were more than ok. Lunch menu with drink for around 9 pounds is impressive. Ordering and paying possible via app.

Watched security and toilet staff harass two men, one of which I think was a trans man, both who were just waiting for a cubicle in silence. The toilet staff started verbally accosting them when they entered and then called security. Security called the men disabled and tried to stop them both from using the toilet. Disgusting behaviour. When I went back to use the toilet before leaving the guy in there was timing how long people were in the cubicle on his phone and commenting about it to them. Get better training for your staff, or better yet get rid of them. Staff here are heading the right way for a hefty lawsuit

Welcoming atmosphere stoped in for lunch after visiting the London eye , we had the wings and a side of onion rings and sat in a booth upstairs , we will visit again

I made a quick stop in search of a pint of mead but it seems that here in London it is not an easy drink to find. Anyway, thanks to Bhagya for helping me find a great beer for a nice aperitif instead. A little crowded place but for a good reason, characteristic environment and good food that I see passing at the various tables in the place.

Not a bad pub. Guinness is just over 6 quid a pint, wifi works and good amount of plug sockets if you need a charge. Staff friendly but atmosphere not great, some fairly rude customers and strict security checks wasn't a great vibe, music pretty bad too.

I really loved O’Neils and our bartender Rem did an excellent job making our drinks!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great time!!!

Indre and other members of staff were brilliant. I felt comfortable and welcomed. All was great.

I booked a table 6 nations best seats, and I specifically booked it for the first match of the day through to the evening, but the area was not ready until the second match. The branch was Wardour street, and when I arrived none of the TVs where working, however I think the way the staff handles it and helped us was great, and the TVs did get fixed. But main issues was I booked a table from 1 and could only access it from 4. Main issue with some of the staff, no idea how to deal with the fact I had a tab open and a deposit put down due to the booking, took too long to pay for al bill.

Inappropriate behaviour with the group, guards and the management are too irresponsible and the place is total chaos.

Drink took 45 min then had to go to the bar to get it, didn't get a sorry either :(

I do appreciate that the security guys are under pressure while making the checks but just calling a lady rude only because someone pushed her from behind and denying her entry is totally judgemental and unacceptable. I was really looking forward to experience this place and had recommended my friends and family to visit this place but the unruly treatment met is simply unjust! I would not want to visit this place ever and one star simply means that we were denied opportunity to experience this place simply because of a few judgemental staff at the entrance, although the actual experience, if allowed to experience, could have been different.

As an avid pub-goer, I was deeply disappointed by the behavior encountered upon entering this establishment. My recent visit to ONeils Oxford street left much to be desired, primarily due to the rude and unwelcoming demeanor exhibited by the staff at the entrance. Upon arrival, instead of a warm greeting or a simple acknowledgment, I was met with curt and dismissive attitudes from the door staff. It was evident that customer service was not a priority as I struggled to even make eye contact with the individuals responsible for admitting guests. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism extended to the manner in which patrons were addressed. Instead of fostering a hospitable environment, the staff's behavior only served to create an atmosphere of discomfort and hostility. Additionally, the absence of clear communication regarding entry requirements or procedures added to the frustration of the experience. It seemed as though there was a lack of organization and training among the staff, leading to confusion and unnecessary delays for guests. Overall, while the pub may boast a charming ambiance and a diverse selection of beverages, the negative impression left by the poor behavior upon entering overshadowed any potential enjoyment. Improvement in customer service and staff training is imperative to ensure that all patrons feel valued and welcomed from the moment they step foot in the establishment.

I’ve ordered two black americanos and an orange juice, it came after almost 40 minutes and I had to chase the waitress twice for it. On top of that, I have found a hair in my cup as soon as I got my coffee. I was asked if I wanted it to be replaced and it took another 10 minutes. The waitress was very apologetic and said they were having some printing issues. However, I’m sure it wasn’t her fault. I think they were understaffed and she could not deal with everything properly because of that. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

no whistles. Opinion - close the club for not issuing an invoice for purchasing a ticket. If you get beaten up, security will throw you out and you have no proof that you paid.
