I have been to the Tokyo branch and like Japanese coffee shops, so was happy to find one in London. The coffee here is amazing, not too bitter but not watered down, one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long time. They also have soya milk although at extra cost. I had an Americano with soya and it was £3. The prices are standard like most independent coffee shops so slightly more than chains, but the coffee does taste a lot better. The place itself is quite small, very few seats which are small bar seat like stools, and no toilet so it’s not the type of cafe you would want to sit and chill or study in. Also no toilet here.. so only two stars for atmosphere as it’s very basic. Great for a quick cup of coffee or a takeaway rather than sitting in as such.

Overrated - I joined the queue around 2pm and was out the door. I went cause of the hyped reviews. It took 20mins to queue to order. It was cold so I wanted to dine in but the seating area is very small. The coffee was average and expensive

This was the first coffee shop I visited on my first trip to London and it was the one I wanted to visit every day. Omotesando is a beautiful coffee shop with delicious kashi and comforting coffee. Love, love, love everything about this place. My friend and I would visit pretty early so crowds and seating were never an issue but I see how that could be since it’s pretty small. On an early weekday morning though, I’d pick this place every time. Do not miss their kashi or their flat white.

I bought a ground coffee beans and the coffee bag wasn't sealed very well. The staff cut off the coffee beans bag and grinded the beans then reused the bag for the ground coffee with elastic band. Which is fine to use reuse the bag, but I would prefer sealed the bag properly. I bought some coffee other coffee shop they did seal the coffee bag properly. I politely asked politely 'do you have other bag, like zip rock ? I am afraid of the coffee will be go everywhere in my bag'. The staff told me 'yes we can seal it for you'. The staff sealed the bag and left it on the table 'SEALED IT'. not very nice warming welcome feeling.

Omotesando Koffee is what a chic Japanese coffee shop I have always imagined it would, but in London. The coffee was lovely and really liked that they offer a variety of choices too. The interior was really warm and relaxing too though it gets really packed. Would surely be back often!

I visited the shop with my partner and we ordered a flat white and a cappuccino. A few minutes later the barista calls out our order “a latte and a flat white”. I politely say that we had a cappuccino and a latte. “That’s a cappuccino”, the barista says, rolls her eyes and adds “it’s the same thing, it’s just espresso with milk”. Still not understanding why she refuses to make me the drink I’d ordered and paid for, I take the wrong drink and leave feeling pretty stupid having spent £3.5 on something I didn’t want. A latte and a cappuccino is not the same, they are two different drinks on the menu, the barista knew that, she just didn’t want to make another drink and didn’t mind being rude to a customer along the way. I will not be returning.

Best coffee at London. You must try the Kashi. It goes perfectly with all types of coffee. (And I went there every day while visiting London).

I had a cup of Double Espresso here. It was slightly costlier than other coffee shops, but the flavor and intensity were outstanding. Great Premium Coffee!!!!

Coffee is nice. BUT their customer service is awful! I arrived at the cafe 16:50 and the door was open. I checked the menu and I was like “ummm which one shall I order….” Trust me it was just 2 sec and the staff was like “sorry we will close in a minutes!” Wtf!?! If you wanna close the shop before 17:00 then close the door! We ( 3 of us) ordered our coffees quickly then she didn’t say anything so we were standing at the counter then she was like “move that way and wait” again we were like wtf?! Such a lovely customer service! She looks like because they are cool coffee shop, she can act like that to the customers. AND! Because it was still 16:55 and the door was open, other costumer came in and that same staff were like “sorry we are closed now!” The crazy thing is she seems their regular customer and the staff said “by the way I followed your advice and it was really helpful thanks!” WTF!?! But anyway she doesn’t even make her a coffee? Why? She arrived before the closing time and even helped her?? I actually been to this cafe few times and about 80% times their customer service is pretty bad (so unfriendly) so I told my friends this could happen but coffee is nice. So we kind of ready for their “COOL” attitude towards to customer but it was more than we expected. I think they should give them better staff training. In the end it’s just a coffee and anyone can make coffee after a day training with equipments.

I had the Oatmilk Flat white, which was full bodied and smooth, served at the perfect temperature cannot fault, 5/5 - this is the flat white other coffee shops should aspire to serve. Great little coffee shop, great service, will drink there again. Thank you!

This is a really fashionable chic Japanese coffee shop, very simplistic and design with bar style seating and a chic atmosphere. They have a variety of coffee including filter coffee, iced versions and also matcha matte both hot and iced. The matcha latte here is amazing; it’s not sweet and tastes like proper real matcha which I like, and soy or oat milk options are also available. The prices are higher than the average coffee shop, but it’s worth it for the quality. Overall very trendy coffee shop with amazing matcha!

If you take your coffee seriously and are prepared to pay a premium for your brew of choice then Omotesando is almost certainly one of the best spots in London. An offshoot of the Japanese "chain", the feel is minimalist and clean with an obsessive focus on quality. Whilst coffee here is pretty expensive (close to £5 for a pour-over, batch brew and espresso based drinks are less) you generally get what you pay for... There are usually 2-3 filter options, changing on an almost daily basis; OMO work with trusted roasters and are obsessed with quality - which shows. I appreciate why some might find the experience intimidating or overwhelming, but the staff are generally very helpful and generous with their time - explaining different options and happy to provide tasters where possible. To sip on an OMO coffee with the sun shining through the glass panels that run the length of the shop is a thing of beauty...

Most pretentious coffee shop in London. Conversation goes... Pour over Kenyan please.... Do you have sugar? Why don't you taste the coffee first? Tastes coffee.... Can I have some sugar Perhaps you should get an americano next time? Hands over sugar reluctantly.... If you want...

It all looks OK but service is poor and the bar food served is cheap frozen food at prices that should require a far better quality. There are far better options in London

I used to love this place, but haven't been for nearly 10 years. I'm glad to see it hasn't changed too much, but with the downside that it is now apparently owned by BrewDog. Luckily, it appears they let them continue without having to follow the "taproom by numbers" you get out of most BrewDog bars, so not only does it have it's own look, but there is a much more interesting selection of beers. It was easy enough to get a seat on a Saturday afternoon, which is always a bonus in a decent location like this.

Absolutamente basura. Fui y me senté.
