Received wrong order and the bosses attitude may as well of been tough. And the delivery driver walked into my house I’m gonna go down there and smack the owner with the delivery driver

Would like to say best parmo ever but it wasnt no taste full of grease not hot no salad warmed up chips first and last time AVOID

Ordered a mixed kebab, garlic sauce and chips. Food arrived half an hour later than expected. I then opened the mixed kebab to find two pieces of chicken and three pieces of meat, with no doner meat in sight. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered £30 worth of food for 1 to come with sauce when I ordered the food without sauce!!! Phone the shop up and they admitted to me that they had gotten the order wrong but wouldn’t rectify their own mistake ! Not happy 1 bit 1 of us without food now and nothing we can do 🤬🤬

Quick service and value for money

I ordered a pizza and asked for thin crust. But when the pizza arrived it was so thin it was litteraly stuck to the cardboard box.i had to prize the poor excuse of the pizza slices off with my fingers.i only like thin crust pizza. But surely sending me a pizza in this condition you must of known you where just taking the mick. I wont be ordering anymore from here

Good arrived cold even though we live less than a mile away.

Well i ordered from the app to pay by card and iv got to say thats the only good part about this place the app is better than the food, i orded the 7 pound box meal cheap and not very cheerful it went to the dog food took over a hour to come good customer service tho just food isnt great 1 star for the app and 1 star for customer service cant rate the food it was that bad.

I orderd a meal deal from this pizza shop and they took it to the wrong address and then had to wait another 20mins on top of waiting nearly hour and ten mins for him to actully get in touch to say he's at the wrong door, the food was also cold of corse as he had to drive to the new address but he says I put in wrong address when I told him persificly I put the address I live at I have no other address to sign it to, ohh and one other thing the delivery man was very upset with me because I "apparently" put in the wrong address next time I order I want it spot on I asked for food delivered hot and it comes the coldest I've ever ate a pizza or parmo, was not happy at all next time I order if I order again I hope it's a better experience because the man who dropped it off had nothing but bad things to say "you type wrong address" "you stupid you put 100 greenway" was not happy at all somthing needs to be done .

Can you please use pizza box for a parmo?? Them polystyrene trays make things soggy!

The food could have been hotter, given we weren't far away to deliver to but it was still enjoyable. Good amount of food and good value for money on the meal deal we chose. I'd order again.

Delicious! Food arrived a lot earlier than expected

Although they're normally on time, they were very busy this evening and the delivery took over an hour, as opposed to the stated 45 minutes upon ordering. They did apologise and kept me informed of when the driver was getting around to my area. The food was lovely as always, and they even cooked the Tomato Garlic Bread in a specific way on request, as i prefer it to not be cooked too crisp, so the tomato pure stays a bit pasty and and the bread soft.,

Not up to its usual high standards! Perhaps it was busy with it being a bank holdiday but it just wasn't the same and food arrived cold. Please fix as normally 5 star!

Kebab was cold when arrived. Been to shop several times with little one for kids meal and she's always got a drink with it however, no drink was delivered with food this time.. Other than that olivitos has always provided my family with great customer service.. Would definitely recommend

Wedges were plentiful and delicious. The Garlic Bread was likewise delicious and cooked to my specifications. All food was hot. Delivered slightly earlier than the time given. I think you should add the Free Choice Pizza to the JustEat menu though. It's on the physical and in-store menu but not the JustEat menu.

Took nearly 2hr to arrive and they had there phone off the hook so impossible to contact them! As for the food it was quite tasteless! And soggy
