Oliver's Steakhouse in City of London, Westminster

Great food, friendly service, chaotically busy. Although obviously short-handed, they put out great food with quick service. Unfortunately they got the billing all wrong, and after a couple tries presented our order with another table’s , with promises to credit the items we hadn’t ordered. If so, the credits are still pending so we cannot verify yet. And the billing comes through with the former name, Oliver’s Steakhouse! If you don’t mind a noisy dining experience, I suggest going anyway since the dining room is bright and cheery and warm on a chili evening, the staff friendly and the food so good. Just be sure to check your bill.

Ordered two ribeye steaks, one medium one rare, medium steak was well done and very very dry, rare steak was medium, frozen chips, frozen onion rings. wouldn’t go back.

Verkligen inte bra, riktigt dålig service men också väldigt dyrt och fick vänta 1h 20 min på mat. Jag beställde oxfilé och det kan jag säga att det inte var, riktigt billigt kött som var så dåligt gjort för över 22 pund och då ingick inte ens sås eller potatis för 7 pund extra. RIKTIGT KASS STÄLLE

Good food, friendly and efficient service, reasonable prices, a good choice for dinner! We particularly enjoyed the burgers but they did pasta good as well.

Llegamos 2 adultos y dos niños y nos atienden bien però después de 40 minutos aún no os habían servidor... En preguntar y referenciar que se estan sirviendo mesas que llegaron mas tarde se nos responde con excusa como que sus comidas eran mas rápidas en la preparación cuando por la poca extensión de su carta casualmente eran los mismos platos... A la mesa de nuestro lado le ocurrió exactamente lo mismo.

Food took some time but was well worth waiting for. Delicious chicken burger. Pasta freshly made to order delicious. Staff very friendly. Clean.

Ammiro molto le cameriere di questo locale che con grande cortesia cercano di fare il loro meglio per rendere questo posto più piacevole. Per il resto è stata un'esperienza abbastanza Negativa: tempi di attesa epocali, È una mozzarella di bufala veramente pessima, tanto che non credo nemmeno fosse di bufala, Una bistecca veramente misera.

Pour commencer, nous cherchions simplement un endroit sympa où dîner et l'employé à la porte nous a bien forcé la main pour entrer, il est là pour ça. Un peu lourd pour débuter. Ils ne demandent pas la cuisson de la viande (typique de l'Angleterre ?) et nous avons eu des burgers archi cuits sans sauce à l'intérieur. L'entrée était bonne, crevettes frits, tapas.. Mais saumon fumé immangeable. Pas très frais. Service correct avec une serveuse souriante et sympathique. Ambiance correcte également, peu de clients ce soir là, assez calme, agréable. Cher par contre et le service n'est pas compris dans le prix des plats.

We ordered Scottish rib eye steak which was good, the only downside was that it came with nothing, we had to pay for the sauce and vegetables. It ended up quite an expensive night out, but the service was good and we were given free drinks afterwards.

Absolutely brilliant food, quality ingredients perfectly cooked. Combined with attentive and friendly service. A very enjoyable night out .

We had dinner here as we were staying just around the corner and although it was empty when we arrived (we weren’t sure it was open), the food was very good and so was the service. We had a filet and a rump steak with mashed potatoes and some of the pesto garlic bread. We really enjoyed everything about this unassuming little place!

Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να πας με τόσες επιλογές που έχεις. Κοινο κακομαγειρεμενο φαγητό, με κρέμα γάλακτος που απλά την πέταξαν ωμή επάνω. Η ποσότητα σπαγγέτι πραγματική λίγη και σίγουρα όχι αντίστοιχη της τιμής της. Όχι..

Bon petit restaurant à quelques mètres de notre hôtel. Carte variée et pour tous les goûts. Les plats choisis (burger et ribs) étaient bons. Service très sympathique tout comme l'accueil dans la joie et la bonne humeur. Possibilité de manger rapidement. Par ailleurs, musique assez forte dans ce restaurant... Qui peut déranger quelque peu.

A 18h30 le restaurant est déjà presque complet... normal: service rapide et efficace, les hamburgers sont copieux et l'assiette de pâte aux aubergines est délicieuse (légumes frais, sauce relevé juste ce qu'il faut)le tout à un prix raisonnable pour Londres: pâtes +hamburger, bière et Fanta 34 livres environ. Bravo!!!

The doorman is gentle and accompanies us to the table and the other staff are gentle too. The food is good but I mention it is a little pricey because we pay for the side dishes such as fries or vegetables.
