Awful, waited for twenty minutes for them to serve the family in front of me, they kept getting it wrong! I gave up and went downstairs to Pret!

Favourite place for reading. It’s cozy and surprisingly not very busy though it’s in the station. Staff is very nice. They have plugs to charge laptops and phones.

I don’t know what happened to this place but the staff working 30/11/24 morning made an absolutely RANCID cappuccino. Service was poor too - they forgot to add the toastie onto the transaction then got in a huff when we kindly reminded them to add it. Had to have a coffee from McDonald’s in the end

They have two Costa coffee shops at Victoria station. One downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs one has loads of seating and is bright. The staff are super efficient and friendly. Great service and great location.

ALL ANTIPATHIC. We asked to heat food for my 8 month old son and they refused. We asked for a glass of hot water to give him another type of food and they refused that too. They make me leave the country with the idea of ​​never wanting to return. It's a shame I can't give it a zero rating because it doesn't deserve a star. Humanity 0

Stopped in for a mid-afternoon coffee and ordered two large servings. Better described as huge, our two cappuccinos were all (plus some more) we needed to reinvigorate us after a full-on day of royal tourism. At £2.50 (discounted today) the carrot cake we shared tasted just right too.

Today experienced barista created heart latte-art motif on my cortado coffee. I've noticed that all the baristas working at Costa Coffee can create latte art motifs. This art form is achieved by skillfully pouring steamed milk into a shot of espresso, resulting in patterns such as hearts, tulips and rosettas. Beyond aesthetics, latte art enhances the coffee-drinking experience, showcasing the barista's craftsmanship and adding a personalized touch to each cup. Whether enjoyed in a cozy café or at home, latte art transforms a simple beverage into a masterpiece, merging the worlds of culinary skill and visual creativity.

Used a free drink which means I had to buy 10 drinks previously only to be given the wrong type of coffee. Lady took my order for Large DECAF Hazelnut latte and one of the guys made my drink and upon tasting on the way to my train, it was clearly a caffeine coffee, not the DECAF ordered. Had to throw the whole drink away, as I ordered DECAF for a reason....a medical reason. Thanks for nothing Victoria Station Costa

There were seats outside on the concourse but unfortunately there was a piano opposite and when played you couldn't have a proper conversation

Whilst visiting my mum in hospital. We asked if there was anything she would like. Her reply hot chocolate and marshmallows from Costa. Go down to Costa and they have no chocolate for coffees or hot chocolate... come on Costa get it sorted. 2 days and still the same. Very disappointed Costa customer.

Got a large americano. The drink was so hot I could not hold it. When I tried, it splashed on my chest and my skin has blistered since. I waited a more than appropriate amount of time to try to take a sip and it scorched my tongue, which as also since blistered. I haven’t been able to eat anything warm or slightly acidic since due to the pain and I’ve been taking ibuprofen since to try to relieve it. I ended up throwing it away because it was impossible to travel with as it was beyond painful to hold and if any splashed out it would cause painful burns on my skin.

Lady that’s usually on the till is amazing. 5 star for customer service, she’s always very friendly and polite. All the staff is efficient.

The Best thing about this coffee shop apart from the coffee are the staff who are courteous and attentive to their customer ‘s needs. We love going there as Dana always greets us with a welcoming smile however busy she is!

Latte was not bad, food was decent and service was quick

There is plenty of space here inside and outside to relax with a coffee and a snack. It is between the two sections of the station and a little quieter than the surroundings. The staff were efficient and helpful - I noticed they gave extra attention to a customer with mobility difficulty. V

Excellent friendly service provided by Dana greeted us and chatted at same time as serving us with coffee and pastry and wished us nice day. Lovely hot latte and pain aux raisin. Good atmosphere drank coffee and ate in store and nice to hear how Dana was treating every customer as an individual.

These guys were so quick and friendly, a lovely team! And the best mocha I've been made by any costa ❤️

After coughing all over her hand, the Indian lady at the till decided to make my decaf latte. No need to say I’m not impressed with the hygiene here but she also ‘over cooked’ the milk and it’s inedible.

Always like to drop in and see Dana and team at Victoria for a coffee and a pastry. The team are unfailingly friendly and helpful and the coffee always gives me a welcome boost.

Lovely place. I will come back!

Peaceful Sunday morning. Enjoying a mocha no rushing, no where to be and no screaming kids in sight. Team could be a bit happier behind the counter but who am I to judge, it’s a Sunday. At least my mocha wasn’t burnt like my one yesterday and a different location.

Got overcharged for an item. Didn’t bring it up as it wasn’t a life-changing amount, but the girl behind the counter should’ve been a bit more attentive. She was also rude and snappy with the two customers before me.

My coffee cup had coffee dirt all on the sides on my last visit and 3 occasions now my coffee has been very grainy at the bottom. I also got a cheese and tomato toastie and It was like chewing leather. Very tough to eat.

💥I had a disappointing experience with a female staff member at Costa on January 8, 2022, at 6:25 am. She was extremely rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism. Costa should consider hiring staff who genuinely enjoy their work and treat customers with respect.🫵🏼

The staff members were very nice and friendly. Efficiency makes my nice iced latte. Nice clean tables and quite spacious, away from crowds. Very nice branch.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been a few times and every time I've experienced terrible service, coffee was awful ended up throwing it away and the floor is so sticky.

The gave me watery tea in a takeaway cup instead of a cup and pot. the lady who served me was rude and not at all considerate. She said " we don't have" that is a tea pot and cup. in Victoria Station. totally outrageous.

terrible service, there were 40 minutes left to end the service and they didn't want to make a Frappuccino because they had already cleaned the machine to finish the day's calls.

Incredibly kind staff on Sunday evening, I had been struggling with my hands and dropped my drink as I left the shop. I started to clean it up with the napkins I was given and a packet of tissues I had with me and a member of the team came out with a mop to help and asked his colleagues to make the drink for me again. Amazing customer service.

Have been in to the Costa on the station concourse and the one upstairs several times recently and the staff in both have been consistently lovely and helpful, giving really great friendly service and e.g. offering to carry things over to my table when I have the baby buggy with me. Have tried several of the hot snacks, including vegan ones, and they have all been delicious.

Really poor customer service from surprisingly the manager ‘Owen’, very rude and impatient.

I went to Victoria station Costa on a Sunday early morning, the female staff there is particular Impatient, not very friendly, I was much in doubt that I own her a lot of money, the Costa reputation are ruined. There is Starbucks near platform 19, go there in stead of Costa , you will be cheerio.

I ordered a chocolate frappe in the morning at Leister Square. It was amazing! Very nice! But later on I went to Costa Cafe at Victoria Station. Staff yelling at other staff and customers, and my drink tasted like water. I got a belly ache soon after. Terrible experience.

Latte has “two shots” but tasted like one weak one, almost just like drinking milk only. And service is slack, asked for something and a minute later they forgot! And then boarder line rude saying that it’s not a standard thing for latte…like a customer can’t have their drink how they like and it should be as the staff like.

I used to come here often when Manuela was here but I haven't been here since the lockdown. I am not surprised this place has become so quiet because the customer service with this new staff is horrible. The girl with pink hair was rude and unwelcoming and the girl who made our coffee too hot when I specifically asked for it warm. will definitely not return here.

My phone was out of charge and the staff wouldn't let me use an empty seat to charge my phone. It costs nothing to be nice!

WHERE IS MY VANILLA SYRUP?????!!!

I ordered 2 lattes, one with vanilla and I’m sure there was no vanilla in my latte. The milk consistency was spot on though. I also got 2 toasties, 1 vegetarian and 1 meat but I wasn’t asked if it was okay to put the vegetation one on the brown mat (which is used for meat) the lady just went ahead and done it and I’m sure they weren’t on the correct setting as when we sat on the train to finally be able to eat our toasties they were both soggy (you know if they’re left they usually go quite hard after being cooked). I was pretty unhappy with this — being a manager of a Costa store I know how things should be done and this unfortunately wasn’t it.

Use the upstairs costa, I must say one of the most friendliness staff I have come across. Really lovely staff. Made a hectic visit to London very pleasant.

I used the unit on upper level one. Staff are nice, professional, polite. Having said that, the Costa's app/system despite granting me 300points to have a drink, did not allow me use the points and to pay difference for a drink 😔

Lovely hot chocolate, polite staff - however the whole experience spoilt by the terrible load music! One comes in here for a quite relax over a hot drink, NOT to have music blasted at them!! Will not be returning!

Costa is my favourite coffee shop! Delicious coffee, polite staff, quick service!

I buy everyday from costa coffe. from this about 2-3 times a week. I know what I order and it's never what I paid for. many customers, few staff. some of them don't even know what the promotions are and they confuse customers.

Unfortunately just 2 srars. I used to buy coffee there around 5 times per week and I am really dissapointed. I prefare go upstairs to costa coffee at Victoria even if it's not on my everyday way. I used to order latte and so many times I received not coffee but "water". But I have noticed that it depends who is preaparing coffee. If ladies staff mostly coffee is good quality but if the man who is so often there unfortunately latte is like water. Not creamy at all, even on the top. I was coming around one year but I have compared other costa coffee shops and I have decided don't lose money.
