Cute little bistro off the beaten track in St Annes. Delicious dishes, pizzas, pastas. Take your own wine for a nominal £2.50 corkage charge. Lively atmosphere, particularly good music being played last night, I felt like I was in the Deep South! The food is all cooked fresh to order so it is piping hot and oh so full of flavour. I would definitely recommend Oliver’s.

Visiting Lytham St Annes for the Kite Festival weekend and keen to support some local businesses so gave Oliver's a try based on their reviews. Superb service and atmosphere and food. We had the starter platter for 2 which was absolutely fantastic and a meal in itself 😊 I chose the carbonara which was just perfect and my partner chose one of the pizzas but had to admit defeat and take some home in a doggy bag/box! This really is as authentic as they come and well worth the short walk from the town centre. Will definitely be back and recommend.

On arrival a wonderful warm greeting. I chose buffalo wings and penne pasta with capers anchovies and chorizo in a tomato sauce. The food was absolutely superb. The best pasta dish I have tasted. Other dishes chosen, meatballs, ribs, pepperoni pizza, tuna pizza. Everything freshly cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is fabulous very Mediterranean. Can't wait to return. We’ve been meaning to go here for a long time and finally we made it! We’ll be back again before too long. It’s a hidden gem. The service - fabulous! The food - amazing paella! Just had a delicious cheese garlic bread and side salad to start. The salad had a gorgeous tasty light dressing on it. Apart from the salad the food was fresh and piping hot. Yummy. We finished our meal with their homemade ice cream. Delicious. Note - You need to pre-order paella if you want it. Other tables were full and guests were devouring pasta and pizza. Don’t be put off by the location. It’s a BYOB restaurant.

My first time at such a place where you ' bring your own bottle ' of what ever to drink, my cousin had a bottle of red with him, I popped across the road to the shop to get some chilled Italian beers. We were greeted and politely served with the menu, we had the starter platter for two persons , when I saw the size of it I wanted to cancel my main course but was told that if you bring your own ' booze ' you have to order a main course. No problem, I was so fun from the starter I had the half of my main course boxed to take home which got devoured by my other cousin within 2 mins! The two of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal, prices were acceptable, all in all a good evening.

My favourite is the sharing board with lovely home made bread, cheese, ham, salami, olives, meatballs and potatas bravas. Oliver’s is such a lovely place. Me and my daughter were celebrating an achievement she has had recently and we wanted somewhere nice to eat. The food was really tasty and filling and the service and atmosphere was amazing. Even the music was spot on. Whoever put the playlist together has a great taste in music. Price wise, it was a lot cheaper than expected for the level of food and the environment, so we left a tip. It’s definitely a restaurant we will be returning to. I had the Cajun chicken panini......sooo good. the jacket spud was enormous and the meatball panini, half was taken home for tea. Lovely salad and mound of coleslaw, although the salad dressing was not to my taste, it was still tried. Home made ice cream to follow and we practically rolled out. Visited this charming little restaurant last night because of other trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. We ordered the ribs and a portion of the mushrooms to share as starters and both were delicious - especially the ribs! We followed this with a Mediterranean veg and goats cheese pizza with a side of potato bravas- pizza great but the potato bravas very spicy - so not fir the faint hearted! One thing to note is that they do not serve alcohol - you need to bring your own (corner shop nearby if you forget!). Only point for owners to consider is that we both struggled a bit with the smoky fumes generated off the nearby oven - maybe we should have sat further away, at times both our eyes were watering and the windows all steamed up, but minor point and definitely worth a visit!

The food here is excellent. Generous portions of delicious food. Nothing is too much for the staff. We travelled over from Manchester for the weekend to celebrate our 10th anniversary here and our son rang to pay for the meal and our younger son tried to do the same but instead discussed purchasing something else. The lovely owner Vanessa rang my son whilst she was in M & S and he agreed to pay for everything she suggested and so we arrived to find prosecco, champagne flute glasses, handmade chocs and a jug of miniature roses on the table with a gift card showing the meal had been paid for too. So very proud of our sons.Vanessa was so kind to have personally volunteered to shop for our gifts and chose perfectly - she really went the extra mile. The whole family came to Oliver's 4 yrs ago to celebrate my special birthday and Vanessa organised everything beautifully then too.I cannot recommend this gem of a bistro enough. Went there with a couple of friends, one of whom is a regular, and never shuts up about the place. The other two of us decided to go to keep the peace. And I can't recommend it highly enough. It's a tiny place; there were six tables with a total of 20 covers. We ordered three starters (Buffalo Wings, Pork Ribs & Funghi Ripieni). We just put them in the middle and shared. All three starters were delicious. My choice, the wings, were my favourite, but I would happily choose any of them again. We also had a communal garlic pizza bread, which was possibly the best of it's kind I've ever had. Simple pleasures.Similarly we ordered three mains: Pollo pizza, Creole Pizza & Meatballs with Spaghetti. We shared these as well. All three were delicious, but again, my choice (the Creole pizza) was my favourite.Portions were substantial, and the food couldn't be faulted. We didn't have any desserts, mainly because we were at breaking point! It is a BYOB (bring your own bottle) restaurant, as, I assume it isn't licensed. They charged £2 corkage (or maybe it was a rental for the wine cooler!) which I thought was very good. You can easily pay £20 for a bottle of wine in a restaurant. Here you buy your own (what, a fiver-ish?) with £2 on top.Soft drinks and hot drinks are available as normal.Great food, great service, nice place, and quality company. Life is good.Total bill was £51. Three starters, three mains, garlic pizza bread, a Diet Coke and the £2 BYOB charge. Every penny well spent.

A small wait for the freshly cooked food that was worth waiting for. I only had a small Pizza, but it was scrumptious! My wife had a perfectly cooked, baked potato with topping.

Four of us attended the St Annes Gin Festival where Olivers were supplying Tapas. We had chicken & seafood paella, Goats cheese Croquetas, Tortilla, meatballs and spicy chicken on skewers. They also had an Ice Cream & Sorbet Menu with plenty of great choices like Coconut & Lime Ice Cream or a Lemon & Rosemary Gin Sorbet. The food was excellent and there were vegetarian and Gluten free options. The chefs and servers worked hard to provide the fresh food quickly. This was the first St Annes Gin Festival, I hope it won't be the last that I or 'Olivers' attend! The Gin Festival was very good with plenty of different Gins to select for tasting to a maximum of five.I look forward to visiting their Cafe/Bistro to try other food options.

I've visited this restaurant a number of times in the evening. It's really fabulous for pizza and pasta; with warm and friendly service. Having never been for lunch I was coaxed into having a jacket potato by a colleague who said they were the best ever. And they were; cheese and Mediterranean vegetables in a crispy salted potato. And with the same warm and cheery service. This place is a none pretentious little gem and I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.

Had a family celebration here a couple of days ago. The service, food, surroundings and staff are just delightful. Nice menu selection, good portions, tasty food. Take your own wine. Kitchen on full view, making an interesting talking point. Prices reasonable too. Mediterranean style food.

The meal was superb! Every plateful was devoured rapidly and the remains were merrily taken home in boxes for future consumption. The staff were great and friendly, and being able to watch your food being cooked is a reassuring bonus.£122 for 7 full meals is more than acceptable. We WILL return

This was one of our best experiences in Lytham St Annes. The welcome, the atmosphere, the very clean open kitchen and of course the food were all superb. An added bonus was that the restaurant doesn't have a licence so you can bring your own wine. They even supplied a chill sleeve for the white wine. Note, cash only, no cards. Can't wait to return.

A friend had booked the whole restaurant to celebrate his birthday just before Christmas. We had a great night, were made to feel extremely welcome and the food and service were excellent - as always. We hadn't been for a while, but everything about the evening was as good as it possibly could be and as good as it ever had been. A really great night!

Saturday evening is full but we managed to get an early table for two 1800-2000 and started off with the place to ourselves. Good Latino cuisine served from the oven to the table rapidly and the food and plates are piping hot. Plenty of spice chilli and garlic in the cooking. No dramas about BYOB. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Not posh but homely.

This restaurant is ideal if you're looking for delicious, unpretentious and freshly made food in a friendly, relaxed environment. We had a generous sharing platter of tapas to start with followed by pizzas, and the "Vegetal" (chunky and plentiful chargrilled vegetables along with very tasty soft goats cheese) was one of the best I've ever eaten. My 10 year old son loved his Margerita pizza, and there were similar favourable sounds from my husband about his Capriciosa. We will definitely go back when next in Lytham St Annes. Great value too, since you're able to take your own wine.

We showed up 10 minutes late for our booking. I work a Saturday, and sometimes things don't go to plan. The hostess couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. They were really busy, but still took us in! The restaurant doesn't have an alcohol license, so we brought our own. Food was amazing! The bill was even better!! Less than £30 for 2 courses each! I also read on the menu that they do take away!!! Yes please! Thank you Oliver's for a fantastic evening

A true little gem which we found thanks to Google maps and especially for a Sunday evening. I wished we lived nearby because we would eat there regularly without doubt.Everything we ate was superb- thanks Giuseppe (the chef). Best pizza we've had outside Italy .Crab ravioli, Seafood risotto, Tiramisu and home made Cannulo were also superb. Only very mild criticism is that 95% of Italian restaurants that I have been in that could be called similar all offered a limoncello but Un Momento didn't. Lovely cozy ambiance and just a lovely experience. Highly recommended

Prices aren’t what advertised. I ordered a pizza which on their website is £12.50. When it was delivered the delivery driver told me that £12.50 wasn’t enough and infact it was £14.50. I’ve since looked again on their website and there is no mention of a delivery charge. Won’t be using again.

Great food and service,, spoilt by family with no control over their kids, allowing a small child to lie and roll round the floor .... 😡
