I am sorry,but I have been having shawarma in Manchester for many years,but this wrap was absolutely tasteless. NO flavour,no specific spice ,no salt.The sauce garlic-mayo was actually milky watery liquid.Chicken was so dry..I am speechless.I will never visit this shop again.And I will advice my daughter who eats every day in Liverpool, to skip this place.

Food items missed off of the meal deal and order instructions ignored. What I did receive and what i could actually was nice though.

Advice: No one takes meat. Whoever takes meat, may God help him.

If I could give zero star for service. Food is average Horrible service , very rude and spiteful people. I ordered sharwama, rice and fries,they apparently did not hear fries and so didn’t include in the bill, I didn’t look at what was on the bill, I just paid. When I was served without fries , I asked for fries and instead of saying it wasn’t included and asking me to pay for the fries(which I would have paid),they put up a show and threw my money at me . But the good thing is, they pushed me to finding the best shawarma.

Very tasty and cheap 9.40 and i was full after not eating much that day.

One of the best Food in Liverpool. I came here twice to eat Shish Kebab with chips. It’s so delicious. The young lady (Turkish)working here is helpful and friendly. She gives value to customer service.

The food is very nice and the boss is a good guy really nice person but there’s one male member of staff who has put me off returning as I ordered 2x strips and chips one with salad one with out salad as I told him he got my order was wrong he shook his head ignored me (very rude and ignorant) andn continued to take another customers order!! I would have been happy to pay the difference but the costumer service of that man is atrocious n he doesn’t deserve to work in such environment with poor attitude

We had an lovely half an hour enjoying our authentic mediterranean lunch. The service was exellent and fast. Reasonably priced and delicious, especially the wraps. We will certainly try and come back soon.

Whoever 2 guys were working on August 2, 2024 needs a raise those guys are the best!

Perfect temperature, really tasty and fresh and big portions! the delivery rider was also really pleasant

Chicken shish kebab served with tortilla bread, comes without bread. Half of the portion chicken skewers were undercooked and chicken had some sour taste. Yes, portions are huge.

Great Kebab. Large size, good quality, and nice area to sit and eat. The prices were cheap as well. Would definitely revisit.

The food was nice but I ordered shwarma with rice and received chips, and ordered 2 cans of coke but only received one.

Fslafel and Halomi are amazing, but the staff are not friendly

Ordered the Halloumi and Mediterranean Salad. The salad was delicious and the yoghurt sauce was good also. The halloumi could’ve been grilled a bit more for my liking, but a nice place to eat overall. Would go again

Second time in days we have been! My daughter enjoyed her first visit that much that whilst we shopped, we went passed & she pointed & said " I found it mummy " so that became our 2nd time 🙂 ( clearly she was a fan !! And she ate it all too ) food was lovely, very good portion for the price, atmosphere was calm & the staff are super friendly. Especially the main girl on the till ( very professional & really great with my daughter 🙂 ) we will be back soon & definitely recommend 😃

Stopped in yesterday on the way back from the races. I ordered a chicken shish kebab, it was gorgeous I took half home it filled me up.

Went tonight and it was absolutely awesome. Some of the best chicken I've ever had

Had lots of Shawarmas so know what to expect. Got served fast... not much waiting around but it was quiet so that's to be expected.. Clean and modern deco with fair bit of seating. Decent range of food items. The wrap was big... maybe in that respect the 7.50 is justified but I'm not sure... you can get more meat for less at other places... The Lebanese wrap came with Hummus and few chips which was something different... it wasn't bad but the hummus in a wrap was a bit ott in terms of flavours.... I think the Mexican wrap tasted better... you get fair but of salad which was fresh enough...

Hhhhh I paid £5 for this but the worst thing was the service. Heard a lot of negativity about them but still went to try it and if there were zero star I would give them.

We went to this place yesterday because it is one of the rare halal places in the city center. The design and cleanliness of the place was good, but it was cold because the door was kept open. We didn't like the meat doner at all, it was very hard and the oil in the potatoes was very old. The chicken doner was not bad, but even though we bought it large, the portion was not satisfying. We asked for extra rice, they charged us 2.90 for a small amount of rice. The things I have mentioned so far were tolerable, the real problem was the negative approach and real face of the staff. We were very disturbed by this attitude. They wrote that there was a student discount, but when I showed them the card, they applied it but looked sullen. If you are going to buy a face, why did you write that there is a discount???

Excellent food! The quality is awesome, could be easily more expensive, but it's not! Recommended.

We have tried the lamb shawrma wrap and the chicken kebab with rice. Both were perfect! Prices are also reasonable. 👍🏼

Food is top notch! I usually have to go to Lodge lane to get Shawarma this nice and value for money. The staff are super friendly and the food is so fresh. The salad bar always looks super fresh and I love their pickles. I really think this place deserves a lot more attention as it’s so good, make sure to give it a try, you won’t regret it! I always get the mixed lamb and chicken Shawarma with rice and salad 💪🏼

Very nice chicken wrap. Ate in and the room was quite cold and lacked atmosphere but would still recommend you try this.

Best in town. Great place to take your lunch or to take your family for a nice dinner. 👍 Clean, spacious, amazing staff and food wash hands facility, toilet, usb sockets and much more. Highly recommended. 👍

Didn't eat here however I was sitting outside and I saw a rat running around in the restaurant, in Good news the rat was very chubby and seemed happy so at least it’s a happy rat

Food never disappoints, well priced and comes with student discount. Usually go for the peri chicken, went for the mixed shawarma, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Horrible! The food was dry and awful, not juicy and not edible. When we told the manager he didn't care at all and said it's your problem and people like the food this way. Unprofessional and rude by all means. Don't go and don't waste your money.

Excellent customer service and really tasty food, I had the falafel wrap and it was delicious! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and decor is lovely and they played beautiful music giving a holiday feel. The place was very clean. I highly recommend!

I waited an hour and a half for the order and the food was cold! This is not normal!

The shawarma wrap was nice, the fries tasted of old oil and they were very oily, you should change oil more often and remove the excess oil... The portion of the wrap was a bit small personally I was still hungry after the meal deal, I would prefer a wrap with more meat and toppings.

Had a meal deal which is a wrap, chips and drink. Paid around £9 and we both had mix shawarma - chicken and lamb with salad. For me the portion is good and quite filling, but my partner wasn't too full but was comfortable. The meat was SLIGHTLY dry but it taste good. The staff were nice too.

Their service is very bad. I say the table is dirty. They tell me to clean it yourself. We do not have cleaners, and the food is very ordinary. It is not worth it.

The best kebab and street food place in Liverpool. I go in very often when I'm on the go and didn't have time to eat. Delicious, healthy food and lovely atmosphere 🙌🏼

I been the olive o m g food was tasty like in turkey restaurants and service was amazing definitely my regular place now and I highly recommend everyone too ok go there l be back soon

If you want to have some delicious falafel this is the best place. Love the taste It was recommended to me by one of my friend. I have been there recently with family and friends and will be going again. They have both Veg and non veg options to choose from. The staff is amazing. Cheers !

Lovely home made Sharwarmas. Well worth a visit if you want a quick snack. Probably the best Mediterranean restaurant of its kind in the area.

Beautiful looking restaurant, and really good shawarma

Popped in today and decided on the Homemade Cheese Burger with chips and a drink. Delicious, lovely juicy, succulent burger, great portion, and fluffy crunchy chips! All for a brilliant price. Can’t wait to go again and try their Peri Peri Chicken Burger and Kofte Kebab!

I love the new place. I am a regular customer of Olive Branch and I have to say that this new restaurant is one of the best. The location , the food and the staff are amazing. Been here with my family and we all loved the food and the service. You have that garden and mediteranean feeling, with a really nice hand wash area, plus toilets and USB charging spots.

I have been couple of times to Olive Branch and I tried chicken shawarma and the special kebab! The food is so tasty and the staff so nice! This is one of my favourite restaurants! Keep up the good work guys!

Just passed by today, next to a couple of my other favourite places in Liverpool sand I have been excited for this to open. It did not disappoint, had a couple of free tasters for the opening day today and really enjoyed them, chicken and lamb were lovely and the people serving even more so ! Absolutely amazing food ordered the mixed chicken and lamb wrap. And 6 Strips peri peri Chicken. What can I say it was like a party in my mouth. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salad was fresh and amazing is all I can say. Definitely will be back.
