too inconsistent. last time we ordered the pizza was lovely and doughy and plenty of cheese. today it had barely any cheese on and the dough was so thin and burnt that it snapped like a crisp. chips put on top of a napkin resulting in the bottom chips sticking to it and not being edible. wont be back

really upped their pizza game since the last time i tried them. will be a regular customer so long as the quality is consistent.

Pizza was full of liquid, had to be eaten with a spoon. Had clearly been transported on an angle, topping had slid off into box, pizza base was soggy. Not at all happy.

Just a few minutes later than estimated but delivered hot to the table!

Didn’t arrive, had to call restaurant, they were very helpful and put order out again. Went to wrong house again. Restaurant called and was then delivered to correct house. 2 hours and 15 minutes late .

Food took its time to arrive, and when it came was odd and heavy in salt. My friend felt sick after his pizza, and mine was hardly better. Poor experience.

The pizzas here are amazing especially gluten free but I am shocked that it’s been months they have had no gluten free base yet they offer you pasta as if that’s what you want instead..for me it isn’t a choice to be gluten free it’s a medical reason and the fact that an Italian restaurant have to rely on a supplier for gluten free bases is a bit strange when really it could be done on site if it is a genuine Italians this would be the norm. There are other local establishments that don’t seem to have an issue with getting the base but also it’s maybe because they can make it fresh so I will be taking my money else where. The owners need to look into this and actually cater for everyone.

You just can't go wrong in Oli and Joe's in Prudhoe. The staff are lovely and the food is absolutely delicious and well within the budget. I could eat here everyday if the week, it's that fabulous.

Very unusual, but the food was Luke warm, pizza base wasn't fully cooked and most of the topping had slid into one corner of the box. not the usual good quality on this occasion.

Took our order, took our money didn’t bother to deliver it and then wouldn’t answer the phone.

Ordered a delivery at around 8.30pm. Food hadn’t arrived by 9.30pm. Rang multiple times between 9.30pm and 10pm, no answer. Food never turned up, no communication at all from the restaurant. Very disappointing.

I come usually once a week with my son. Food is always great and staff are always so friendly and helpful. My son has additional needs and the staff are brilliant with him, hence coming weekly with him, highly recommend to anyone!

Final night of our holiday and we drove out to Oli & Joes in Prudhoe and we’re glad we did! Excellent service right from having the door held as we went in. Drinks quickly served we ordered starters. The garlic bread was huge but perfect Italian style thin crust made it very moreish. Pate was large and fresh toasted bread tasty and the caprese was perfect. Mains came and again were fabulous. Honestly £20 for a fillet steak and blue cheese sauce was tremendous value but then I tasted it and it was the best fillet I’ve had for many a year and I do like a steak! Pizza was an excellent too as was the seafood pasta. When the bill came we thought they’d missed a meal off and when we queried it we were told that a certain combination of dishes had been charged at the special offer rate so saving us a decent amount off the final bill. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the staff were amazing and the food was perfect in every way. Best food of the holiday by a country mile, best Italian in Northumberland? Very probably…

Iv had better frozen pizzas literally the worst pizza i have ever had. I actually feel so angry after attempting to eat that sorry excuse of a pizza, i cant believe and wont believe that is how you guys want your pizzas, or u just have not tried them at all, first tome trying this place i wont be ordering again from here what a sorry excuse of a pizza…. Was more of a naan bread with toppings… absolutely shocking and embarrassing to serve that

Food is fantastic but I can honestly say the service I have experienced was appalling. I made 2 takeaway orders over a month and they were both wrong. Now, mistakes can be made and that's OK. What's not OK however is I sent several messages stretching back over a month and I didn't receive a single reply. I then made a Trip Adviser review a few weeks ago and then today out of the blue I got quite an angry aggressive message from the restaurant unhappy with my review and then just said they didn't want my business again and told me not to order from them again. They're logic is I could have called the restaurant and yes that's true. The fact that I sent them a message on their Facebook page does not mean However that they can just ignore my messages and then attack me ad the customer for being unhappy. It's a real shame as I loved their food but I will not be treated that way as a customer and then made to feel like I'm in the wrong. The manager or whoever I was dealing with could certainly do with a training course about how to deal with customers.

Food late by 25 mins. Had to call for it to be delivered. Then, mains missing. Promised a full refund, if this is actioned will try again to see if it was just a one off.

I have absolutely no problem with the food but the customer service is quite poor. I have made 2 orders in the last month for delivery and we have received incorrect orders. Once was a seafood risotto instead of a chicken risotto and one was a calzone instead of a regular pizza. On the 1st example I called the restaurant expecting to just get my money back or a discount on my next order. They seemed confused and just kept offering to send me another chicken risotto. I explained I did not want this as the member of my group who ordered it did not want to wait as everyone else had their food. The phone line then went dead. I sent a message on Facebook messenger and a month later I have never received a reply. On a future order online I added that I had never heard back from the restaurant about my issue expecting maybe a message or something similar but they instead just sent me a chicken risotto. I did not order this, I don't like risotto and the member of my family who previously ordered it was out of the country so it went straight in the bin. A complete waste. I then made another order about 3 weeks later and again my order was wrong. I was sent a Calzone pizza despite not ordering one. I've given up on getting it resolved.

The order was placed at 6.15pm and advertised as 30min delivery. Just as previously the time kept getting put back and delivery eventually arrived at 7.50 over an hour late again. Telephoned the restaurant who said they were very busy with lots of deliveries. Delivery driver said very quite! This has happened before which is why we have not ordered for so long. We would order from this restaurant weekly if they sorted this out as the food is very good. Ultimately its down to #justeat to sort thi

I should point out I have no problem with the food however, this is the 2nd time in less than 2 months that I have received the wrong order. I also had another example months ago when a pizza was missing an extra topping I had ordered. I don't know why it's so hard not to get an order right.

I ordered a cheesy garlic bread and basically got stale cardboard , I ordered a penne carbonara and it was tasteless pasta was over cooked and honestly it tasted like a cheap jar , I make better than that and I’m no chef

picked up a lunch at 3pm for takeaway today 18/11/23 chicken au poivre all you could taste was pepper and side of chips was disgusting the standard has realy falling and will not order another meal unless standards return to what they were £11.95 i would rather go the a soup kitchen .

Steak was particularly poor on this occasion. Requested it rare and it was grey/well done. Chips were nice as always.

Sunday lunch was not very good unfortunately, peas and broccoli were burnt and the beef was so chewy and fatty. Very disappointed

Ordered 2 pizzas, had to ring to find out where they were after an hour. Then waited a further 15 min. Pizzas cold and all topping had slid off too. Shame because normally decent food.

Delivery over an hour late from delivery time first indicated which was 35 - 45 mins. On ordering that jumped too 60-100 mins and when 100 mins was up the app told me it had been delivered! 10 mins later i called the restaurant who informed me it was “ on its way “ and in a further 20 mins it arrived cold. I just wish people would be honest. Disappointed in the restaurant, but also the just eat app for allowing the false advertising of a 35 min delivery that was nearly two hours!

Lasagna tasted like rubber think they are microwaved then sit on a hot plate for hours which is very disappointing from a restaurant that's meant to be proper Italian. Even shop bought lasagnas tasted nicer

Pizza was good. King Prawns in garlic must have had half a pint of butter in the box, no need for so much. Chips were stone cold and not a very attractive colour, very dark brown.

Popped in off the golf I was particularly hungry, so smashed out the evening, special, bruschetta pasta and a filter coffee only 10,95. I paid extra for a garlic and cheese pizza. Total with a drink only 16.95 - Lasagna was really tasty

Very impressed with the customer service. The order arrived at the start of the estimated delivery time slot we were given. One of the pizzas was missing, so I rang the restaurant directly. They sent someone out with a fresh pizza within minutes and it still arrived 10 minutes before the end of our estimated delivery slot, whilst the rest of the family were still at the table eating. Plus food was great, as always.
