2nd time visiting after being pleasantly surprised during first visit. Amazing selection of Tapas dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of cocktails. Dishes are served when freshly prepared so may not arrive at the same time. My recommendation is the Ox Cheek- it melts perfectly! I recommend 3 dishes per person and book ahead of visiting to avoid being disappointed, especially if a larger group. Fantastic service. Will visit again :)

We decided to stop here for a mid-week lunch on the way home for a birthday treat, rather than eating at one of the chains in MK. Food was fantastic and service was fast. I particularly recommend the smoked salmon 👍. Would love to go back again, perhaps in the evening where it might be a bit busier and have more of an atmosphere. Thanks again.

One of MKs hidden gems. One of the best Spanish restaurants in the UK with passionate cooking by a top Spanish chef using the best ingredients in classic and new dishes. The waiting staff are great and do try their cracking cocktails.

A true gem of a restaurant selling authentic Spanish food cooked with fresh ingredients by a top Spanish chef who is passionate about creating classic and innovative new dishes. Some of the best Tapas we’ve tasted not just in UK but across Europe. Also a great selection of wines beers and cocktails. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough as a couple, who spend a lot of time in Spain and one of us is Spanish!

This is our favourite restaurant in Milton Keynes without a shadow of a doubt! The food is always amazing and the staff are lovely. We've visited plenty of times now, both on date nights and for meals with family / friends and every single time we're blown away by the experience. The food is fresh, authentic, and truly gives you the taste of Spain. You can tell the owners and the staff are passionate about making your experience one to remember. If you're in the area then you must stop by. Even if you're not in the area, it's worth travelling for!

Extremely rude service. We had to leave before even order placement. Didn't try any food but noticed quite an unpleasant smell as well....

We had the most amazing Paella and Tarte de Santiago (not too sweet almond desert). We've been regulars at Ole sine it opened, usually having a variety of Tapas but this time were organised enough to order ahead for the Paella arriving just as the late lunch crowd was leaving and before tbe dinner rush started making it the ideal time for us. Great service and food at a reasonable price.

Olé Tapas Bar in Wolverton offers an exceptional dining experience that beautifully captures the essence of Spanish cuisine. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and warm, welcoming staff made us feel at home. The menu is diverse, featuring a delightful array of tapas that are both authentic and delicious. Each dish we tried was bursting with flavor and meticulously prepared. A highlight of my visit was the dessert presentation. As it happened to be my birthday, the staff surprised me by presenting my dessert with a "Happy Birthday" message beautifully written in chocolate on the slate plate with a little brownie and candle , adding a special touch to the evening. This thoughtful gesture, combined with the impeccable service, made our experience at Olé Tapas Bar truly memorable. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Spain in Milton Keynes/Wolverton

I really hate leaving bad reviews, Just please don't waste your time going here if you like actual tapas because you're going to be severely dissapointed. That's if you even get served any food at all!!!

We really enjoyed our meals, excellent food and service. it's set in a strange place, in what looks like a converted locomotive shed but we enjoyed the quirkiness of it. Highly recommended 👌

Went for lunch today and I it was spot on! We have tried a few tapas places and none compare, the food was amazing and seasoned perfectly! really friendly and helpful staff had a lovely time! We Will be back soon!

Lovely place in a relatively unknown area so was surprised to find this. Food was delicious and service was lovely, especially as a more adult environment / food style, the lovely people were fabulous with our 2 year old and especially 6 year old birthday boy. Paella was really good, as were the croquettas in particular! Muchas gracias!!

Great all round! Fantastic service from everyone, great selection of tapas options. All the dishes we tried were awesome. Parking was immediately obvious but along the side of the building had plenty of spaces for up to 3 hours of free parking.

The best place to come for Tapas and Spanish food in Milton Keynes

Been here in 2022 and it was lovely, food was amazing, fresh and tasty.This year decided to go again...very very disappointing, tasteless food, a bit of a joke in comparison with last time, i'm guessing different cook who has no ideea how the spanish food tastes. Meatballs tasted like the one in tesco, mash potato made the powder one feel like it was a michelin star dish.Polpo was cut in 4 tiny pieces and seemed like the potato was the main course( for 17 quid was a disaster). I don't think i found a dish even remotely looking like two years ago.If you want to taste a real Spanish restaurant i'm sorry to disappoint you but look somewhere else and save your money.A really big disappointing experience unfortunately. They even spoiled the patattas bravas with that disgusting tomato sauce.Very poor menu as well. .

Pretty disappointing. I would not recommend this place for anyone Spanish, we ordered with the family out of nostalgia and wanting to have a paella on a Sunday and some tapas and it was very disappointing. The bravas were not good, they didn't give us hot sauce when we asked, the aioli looks more like mayonnaise with garlic than aioli, and the paella tasteless without any flavor. The only thing that was good were the croquettes. If you are English, I think it could work for you, but as a Spanish person, very sad. We won't be back.

Great little tapas bar round the corner from Wolverton High Street. Food came out very quickly and the service was great. Booked a table for 8 but got seated earlier as it wasn’t busy. Wide selection on the menu. We had 4-5 small plates to share plus bread and drinks. Reasonable prices. Enough to choose from and certain would go back to try more.

Great meal, lovely staff. Brought back happy memories from our recent spanish holiday, will certainly book again. Reasonably priced.

Just moved into the area and this really is an absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. The place was really busy but well staffed and staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely vibe. I recommend booking! Will definitely be back

4.5 stars - Really pleasant place with great, quick service. Lovely food and simple, clean decor. The only thing stopping it from being amazing would be the portions - small for the price. I know it’s tapas but the pulpo (£16) and chicken in honey portions were too small for the price. 3 hours free parking around the corner was good too.

I’ve been here twice in the last few months and it never disappoints, the food is really great and the croquetas de marisco are some of the best croquetas I’ve ever had. I also love that they ask how you like your tortilla to be cooked, this is the first Spanish restaurant in the UK I’ve been to that have actually asked. It’s a bit pricier than going out for a standard sit down meal but 100% worth the money. Would definitely recommend this place!

Had a fantastic lunchtime here. Our server Foxy knew the menu and wine list inside out and was so energetic it was infectious. The food that followed was amazing. We ordered 12 plates and weren't disappointed with any. Personally I enjoyed plates arriving as they're cooked, I can't imagine waiting for all plates to come in one 'go', that's not really tapas for me, so nothing negative there. Welcoming staff, lovely food in a really nice environment. I will absolutely be coming back.

My new favourite restaurant since moving back to the area. To be fair it's been on my wishlist to go for a while and it didn't disappoint. Efficient, polite and not one bad dish. It will be my first choice when I eat out!

Came for a last minute Sunday anniversary meal, Our server Junette was excellent and even gave us hot chocolate on the house. Food exceeded expectations was delicious especially the octopus! Thank you for a lovely meal

The ambience in this restaurant was amazing service was outstanding. But the meal we had was much to salty. They did offer to change it but had to wait for at least 30mins. Which was unsatisfactory.

Recent 40th birthday celebrations for a large party. Beatriz and Nerea did an excellent job of organising in advance and serving the evening. They missed nothing. In fact the whole front of house and kitchen were on point and very kind to the children. The food was superb and plentiful. As were the drinks. Service was a very high standard. Thank you to the entire team at Olé tapas bar for a great night.

The restaurant's staff was very helpful and kind. Food was either discreet at best or downright bad in taste. Little resemblance to real spanish food or original tapas. For the quality of the food served and the size of the portions (tiny), this restaurant is way too much expensive. Me and the group that I went with left very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and I would never go back. Very disappointing to see such a representation of Mediterranean food, coming from our mixed Mediterranean group of people. Save your money.

A fantastic selection of tapas; I could've easily ordered the whole menu! It's very hidden away but well worth seeking out. I aim to return to sample the paella which needs to be ordered a day in advance.

I have travelled the world in pursuit of good food and this has made it into my list of top ten places. Every tapas invites your taste buds on a different journey wanting more and more. Not your average flavours. Culinary magic!

For our 20 year wedding anniversary, my wife and I wanted to enjoy the best food, but also wanted to be able to stay at home and enjoy plenty of wine. I contacted the team at Ole Tapas well in advance, and their communications were truly excellent, and made sure that my large takeaway order was ready on time for pickup on our special day. They could not have been nicer to deal with, and everything went perfecfly. Most importantly, the food was excellent in every respect - we sampled a wide range of the tapas on offer and we can say that the chef and team fully deserve the accolade of No.1 restaurant in MK. Truly authentic and delicious. Thank you again Nerea and Team for making our day perfect!

Imposible to go on car beacose it's not car park at all in all surrandings, there are all private car park with cameras, then this put me off, and never go again.

Just amazing! Had the seafood paella and it was absolutely awesome! Staff were friendly and the restaurant was spotless.

Really lovely interior with a great atmosphere, it was almost full so recommend booking. Started with the charcuterie board which was really nice, but it did feel a bit lacking with only 2 small slices of bread and really thin bits of manchego cheese. The chorizo balls was a similar story, wish there was more as they were lovely. The pork belly bites were expensive but so delicious, definitely my favourite part of the meal!

This place is a little hidden away but absolutely worth the effort. The food was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There is free parking just round the corner. This is highly recommended

The platter, seafood paella, and churros were delicious! The sangria and Spanish shots were great! The service was friendly and attentive. It was busy but that didn't affect service or the timing of food. This was our first visit but it won't be our last. A perfect evening!

Such a lovely experience! A tapas restaurant with phenomenal food and drinks! Our first time here celebrating a monumental event and we decided to try their various tapas dishes and omg everything was spectacular and we kept wanting to order more. My favorite was the mushroom croquettes and daughter loved the prawns with paprika! Well, husband was devouring everything 😂! We are definitely going back to try paella!! The staff is very warm and friendly. Totally recommend Ole Tapas Bar!
