Amazing food and a generous portion, the customer service was amazing, never met any shop owners as lovely as the two that work there, they were welcoming and chatty and made you feel like you were a friend rather than a customer.

Just popped into my favourite chippy... and can genuinely say it's by far the best in Keighley... food always fresh... cooked perfectly and service is always with a smile 😃 great job guys...

I called in for our tea and asked if on the lighter bite option you can swap the peas for curry sauce. I was abruptly responded with a very stern NO ITS A LIGHTER OPTION. …. Surely it’s my choice if I want to be healthy ? Anyway as I was still choosing I was really confused why I can’t swap peas for sauce as everywhere I’ve eaten out (and it’s a lot) always accommodate a request like this unless it’s a pre bought in deal that (but this is fresh fish and chips?) is usually microwaved lol so I casually and politely asked and again I was met with an obnoxious rude reply of … “WE DONT DO THAT HERE” …. I’m wondering why they don’t do customer service? Anyway I was so shocked at how rude a small local business owner can be I just walked out and said thank for being so rude! I will definitely not be back and I will definitely not be recommending this place, for the sheer rudeness alone. How anyone can expect a business to survive with an attitude like that is bizarre Anyone know of a decent bag of chips in keighley?

Lovely people and fantastic fish and chips. My wife is gluten free and they gonthe extra mile here. Highly recommend. The "normal' fish and chops were fantastic and so was the extra spam fritter. Thank you
