Chips and fish very nice but batter very thin and just broke up

Under new management. Good experience.

New Owners took over Several Weeks ago Been in Once since so far Staff seem very nice and Friendly I don't know if the Woman Who Served Me is One of the Owners or not Does Google still have the correct Opening Hours?

Everything was spot on prices are good, not 2 expensive Friendly staff

Hands down the best fish an chip shop around 10/10 on everything

We notice it had changed hands a few weeks ago so let them get used to the equipment for a while, I tried to buy a portion of chips yesterday at lunchtime but they don't open til 12 O Clock, (far too late for lunch) so we tried them last night and we didn't bother with the fish as they were too small so went with sausage and chips, the sausage was edible, but the chips tasted terrible, no idea what they were fried in but we both said we won't go there again, a shame as it the nearest chip shop to our house.

Amazing fish and chips and that Irish curry sauce is wooooooow

Went the other day and because there was fish already sat in the warmer looked like it had been there for days put me of getting anything fish! Everytime a customer comes in you should ask them if they want fish not have it sat there sweating. Chips was soggy n luke warm too.

Just tried the small bites fish and chips and curry sauce, absolutely fantastic, the best fish and chips ive had for a long time, i will definitely be going again. Staff are really friendly too. Highly recommended.

Just popped into my favourite chippy... and can genuinely say it's by far the best in Keighley... food always fresh... cooked perfectly and service is always with a smile 😃 great job guys...

Amazing food and a generous portion, the customer service was amazing, never met any shop owners as lovely as the two that work there, they were welcoming and chatty and made you feel like you were a friend rather than a customer.

I called in for our tea and asked if on the lighter bite option you can swap the peas for curry sauce. I was abruptly responded with a very stern NO ITS A LIGHTER OPTION. …. Surely it’s my choice if I want to be healthy ? Anyway as I was still choosing I was really confused why I can’t swap peas for sauce as everywhere I’ve eaten out (and it’s a lot) always accommodate a request like this unless it’s a pre bought in deal that (but this is fresh fish and chips?) is usually microwaved lol so I casually and politely asked and again I was met with an obnoxious rude reply of … “WE DONT DO THAT HERE” …. I’m wondering why they don’t do customer service? Anyway I was so shocked at how rude a small local business owner can be I just walked out and said thank for being so rude! I will definitely not be back and I will definitely not be recommending this place, for the sheer rudeness alone. How anyone can expect a business to survive with an attitude like that is bizarre Anyone know of a decent bag of chips in keighley?

Lovely people and fantastic fish and chips. My wife is gluten free and they gonthe extra mile here. Highly recommend. The "normal' fish and chops were fantastic and so was the extra spam fritter. Thank you
