Ordered food at 10 and it came now

All of the ice cream was like frosty water and did not taste like ice cream. However the milkshakes were delicious and my favourite part, the waffle and cookie dough was nice too

Delivery was very late. They kept delaying. I paid for happy birthday message for my daughter which was not included. It got so late she couldn’t even have her dessert and had to go to bed, very disappointed. Milkshake was good though

The terrys chocolate orange cookie was not what it normally is , infact i have no idea what you sent but it definitely wasnt anything like the usual and did not get eaten as it was vile , both items were cold

Order was extremely late rang up was told it was next out waited another 25 min still no sign of desserts kids fell asleep wasted money and my time and kids slept upset too. Will not be ordering from shake-house again.

Absolutely terrible experience order still hasn’t arrived 2 hours after we ordered. We rang after an hour told it would be ten mins, 45 mins later rang again said he would be a couple of minutes didn’t arrive for 35 mins and order was tipped over

Orderd falooda was horrible no ice cream no cream a nothing was like just flavoured milk won't be ordering from here again..and before yo say its melted no it didn't I live 2 mins away.. sorry but my review is a honest review you speak to customers yet they all still leave you a review.. maybe you should change the way respond to customers honest reviews you if you been in the game 5 years like you said your food should not be going out to customer like it is I would leave a zero star if there was a option...

I love visiting Shake House every time I’m in Bradford! They never fail to provide great quality food and service every time :) they always have new innovative things on the menu which is nice as there’s always something different to try & you never get bored. I can order from the comfort of my car and they’ll bring it out so there’s no faff of having to wait inside nonetheless the interior is stunning so waiting or dining inside is a pleasure. The staff are great always respectful and polite couldn’t recommend the place anymore!

Came all the way from Nelson Lancashire, well respected staff, I have been here a couple times. This particular time around I chose to have their seasonal mango milkshake with fresh mangos blended. Milkshakes are nice and thick. Real tasty fur sure. Thanks Shakehouse you have lived up to expectation.

Ordered on Uber eats and was given a disaster. Absolutely horrible and for the price. I’ve not had a problem before but this was poor. The san sebastian looked like it had pieces eaten off it and it was so dry and tasteless. For £7 you get a tiny piece and the presentation was horrible. The flooda hand no cream what so ever, it couldn’t of been the flooda had cream and it melted because I don’t live too far from the place. Also where is the actual flooda, it was literally just a pink milkshake. Absolutely disappointed, especially when you expect a high standard. Maybe i ordered on the wrong day im not too sure but it was dissapointing and waiting patiently whilst it’s getting delivered to then be shown this is not the one!

Over 1 hour late then when it came one of the sundaes had hardly nothing in it. Other 2 was very runny and did not taste or look like an Oreo sundae Very shocking

I’ve got to admit , I never usually come to dessert places as such; it’s always your typical heavenlys, hauti dolci etc. But I came on Saturday for the first time to try the milkshakes and I am truly gobsmacked. It was absolutely unreal. Wasn’t watery at all, so creamy and thick. And for £5 - that is ridiculously priced so well. Oh and not to mention exceptional service, the boy at the front desk was so lovely. Giving me recommendations, asking what I like and tailoring my shake to that. Cannot top that, brilliant work. Definitely back for my next off plan meal 👏🏽

This is my go to place, massive portions and so tasty massive menu so theres always something for my fussy family. Our favourite is cookie dough milkshake its not run down with milk like some places and its just so tasty. We also love the mr and mrs waffle, and all the cookie doughs are delicious always spoilt for choice. The lad on tills Raees is just so amazing hes always so polite and helpful, they do car service which is so helpful the customer service by him is one of the main reason's we come here atleast 2 times a week (even though i should be on a diet 🫣)

We've tried a few of the desserts so far from this place. From the portion size to the presentation and dealing with customers, it's an all rounder for us. Just devoured their ice cream bowl with fruit. Finger-lickingly good 🤤🤤. From milkshakes to chochlate waffles to ice cream bowl. It's Divine!

Desserts always taste absolutely amazing and staff have always been understanding and kind. The atmosphere is very lively and there are also services for people who may not feel comfortable coming into the shop to get their dessert dropped off to them in the car. This is definitely the best dessert place in Bradford and I would highly highly recommend it to other people.
