The guys at ShakeHouse sponsored the very 1st Ramadan Tea Night at the JTI Southfield Square Mosque. Attendees devoured the freshly baked desserts and their service was second to none! They provided over 50 desserts yesterday and we were so impressed by the slick service. Delivery was bang on time and the guys were even willing to give us more! Raees and his team are doing an amazing job and we pray their business goes from strength to strength!

I’ll just cut straight to the point. For everyone looking for a cheeky desert, this place does not miss its mark. It has incredible desserts, hand made and cut down to excellence. Wow , the deserts from this place are absolutely astonishing. The pure marksmanship and effort these individuals put into their dessert making is staggering. The only thing that’s bad about this place is that I’m addicted to it!!! It’s made me addicted to its bloody desserts! And guess what!!! We don’t only stop at the desserts, even The people, the workers, the owners are very respectful individuals and all are down to earth. My favourite dessert was the cookie pie, BY JOLLY!!! What a stupendous confectionary!!!! The way it melts in your mouth!!! Was A great experience for my first time and every time after that. Overall An amazing place with amazing people. Can’t go wrong. Shake house Bradford. Raees is absolutely one of the best customer service person I have experienced, their deserts is out of the world but main reason I go there is for the service 10 out of 10. I would recommend anyone to experience this. I love this place no desert is better than these guys. Please people try them and I assure you will not regret it. Last thing I want to say they are very helpful and give you a lot of discount unlike other desert places when you’re a regular, also they bring the desert out to you in the car it’s almost like drive through but with better services please try them before you go and try else where after you visit them you don’t need to go elsewhere. One of the best dessert shops in Bradford the car service is excellent the place is clean the staff are all welcoming and friendly the shakes and desserts are always made to order and our requests are always met

Everytime you go there for a shake they are out of wafers and the best excuse is they are out of stock and charge you the full amount for incomplete order which they believe is complete as per their own personal standards as opposed to what's on their menu haha, which is a contradiction of statement from this brand. They are out of them Everytime when you go because they don't have the audacity to hunt them and buy plenty of them to complete their menu items ingredients. And the owner is so dumb and proud. I love they way he has responded as he is not bothered to rectify his mistake rather is glad to bash the customer. So rude and arrogant little man. I feel sorry for the owner I truly do. They say if we can find them we can get them some. Rude servers. Lidl has plenty go fetch them if you cant buy them wholesale but this is normal for them. Horrible service Everytime will not be going back there and thanks for the response as it truly shares how low you place your customers and customer services.

Order two so called ‘Matilda’ cakes. One of them turns out to be a standard chocolate fudge cake with a pint of chocolate sauce poured on it. It would be better if these cowboys just serve the what it says on the menu! Double check your orders! Update: The reply to my review just says it all. Keep the change ‘brothers’, maybe invest in some customer service training for the amateurs ! 😉

Beautiful shakes. Often come to for the sprinkle cake which doesn’t disappoint. Place offers other various in house desserts such as Matilda cake, cookie pie. Not to mention the milkshakes which is in the name itself. Carlisle road is the spot !!!

We were given a late time by the restaurant itself rather than the driver coming late. So pls try and give an early time 👍 Also, can you pls pls pls add Biscoff sundae and milkshake to your Just Eat menu. It is not there and it’s our favourite.

Disappointing Experience at Shake House I recently visited Shake House and decided to try their pistachio milkshake. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. Instead of a proper milkshake, it was just overly thick and creamy, lacking the smooth consistency you’d expect. It didn’t taste like a real milkshake at all. If you’re looking for a good milkshake, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The quality didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t go back for this drink. Hopefully, they can improve their recipes in the future

Salaam, I just wanted to say that your milkshakes are absolutely incredible! My favorite is the Raspberry shake—I never miss it whenever I’m in West Yorkshire. I was there yesterday around 2:00 PM at the Manningham branch, and the staff member brought my milkshake out to my car, which I thought was such a kind gesture. Very respectful—Jazakallah! The milkshakes were good but the cookie dough was too over cooked. It was so solid the plastic spoon did nothing. Taste wise it was good.
