We got the latte with oat milk and gingerbread syrup, and the matcha latte with oat milk. Both were good and just right on the sweetness scale for both. We don't like super sweet drinks. The decor is really cute. Definitely set up for social media selfies/ussies.

My daughter had purchased a voucher for an afternoon tea as a birthday gift for me so I don't know the cost but did see that it was advertised as £50 for two people in the cafe. When we arrived I asked to use a toilet and was told I could use the pub next door. When I asked the woman behind the bar where the toilet was she was angry that Okashi were sending their customers through without even having spoken to them so I felt a bit awkard about that. We had booked for 1 pm and there were no other customers when we arrived so it was disappointing that we sat for 20 minutes before getting our afternoon tea. I would have thought it would have been pretty much ready in advance or they could at least have served our drinks as we waited for the food. When it arrived it did all look very nice except that my knife was dirty (not just unpolished; you could see where the butter or whatever had been along with the fingerprints on the blade). I did get it changed for a clean one. The sandwiches were cucumber on white bread, tomato (yes just tomato) on brown bread and then ham with mustard on both sides of the bread which I thought a rather odd choice. My daughter commented that it was burning her mouth and asked what it was. We didn't eat much of the sandwiches and moved on to the scones. There were two huge fruit scones and two huge plain scones, which looked great. Sadly they were rather hard to cut and dry and there was no butter and only one small portion of clotted cream, a small jar of jam and a small jar of marmalde - is marmalade on scones a thing? I did get the marmalade swapped for another jam but did have to wait as there were other customers by this time. We moved on to the cakes, which again looked nice except that I could tell that they all had synthetic cream in them which totally spoiled them for me. The strawberry tart was otherwise nice with a tiny strawberry but a lovely crisp pastry. I left the chocolate choux bun and the sponge due to the synthetic cream and my daughter declined also. The chai latte and strawberry lemonade were lovely. We left very disappointed having eaten very little and with my daughter feeling awful that she had bought me such a rubbish birthday gift. Trying different places for afternoon tea is one of our things and we like our cakes; we have never left so much food and would usually take a doggy bag home. Had I paid £50 for this I'd have been asking for a refund. I would not recommend.

Super cute little place! The matcha latte and crepe cake was super good and they had Kpop playing in the back. I’m usually a little anxious eating/sitting in places alone but I felt so comfortable and welcomed here!! Will definitely return next time I’m in Glasgow💕

Finally managed to come here despite new covid changes. The restaurant is VERY pink. Anyway ordered a rainbow cake for hubby and smarties cake for me. I’d say the smarties was the better choice. Hubby complained rainbow cake was slight bland. Still good fluffy ones. Not quite Lady M’s but still really decent. Good choice as breakfast.

My partner and I recently visited Okashi, after it had been on my list to visit, after seeing their Instagram feed - I wasn't disappointed! I had a Nutella crepe cake with an oat milk matcha latte and my other half opted for the rainbow crepe cake with an Earl Grey. Both cakes were delicately made yet filled with flavour in each layer. The hot drinks were a great accompaniment to the cakes. There are alot of options for people both in the form of cakes and hot drinks! I will definetly visit again in the future when in the area :)

Visited on a very wet fri morning, quickly cheered up once the novel cakes and fairytale looking drinks arrived. Highly recommend the rainbow cake, so light is doesn’t feel if you’ve eaten it so zero guilt. Kids throughly enjoyed their various milkshakes and hot chocolates decorated with candy floss and marshmallows. Lovely little place definitely worth a visit.

Most definitely the cutest cafe in town, and the most instagrammable! From the flowery walls right down to the rose gold cutlery everything in here is adorable, the cakes and the drinks are all beautifully presented and the attention to detail is amazing, the team are all really lovely, welcoming and helpful as well. I can not wait for my next visit!

Visited this place due to the hype on instagram with my daughters. Must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. Coffee was lovely and the crepe cakes, especially the chocolate version, were yummy (rainbow version very sweet so glad we shared). Pretty surroundings and insta pics ticked off the list for the girls. Unicorn milk shake drink with candy floss very cute and was actually finished which was a surprise.

Before coming to Scotland for vacation, me and my girlfriend found okashi online. Decided to pay a visit and it lived up to the hype and then some. Drinks were amazing, the unicorn cake was light, rich and adorable. One of the best cafes I've been to in Glasgow.

Small cafe with the concept of cute, the cafe has only small tables and when I visited with my family, we had to wait a little while before we could get a little table for 3. From my observations it appears to be popular with people who are Instagram crazy as I’ve never seen so many people pose with their drinks and food before in Glasgow.....I felt like I was back in Asia. On the day we visited they were playing Kpop in the background which was a nice touch, anywhere that plays Gdragon has points from me. The cafe is reminiscent of the tiny cafes often found in Tokyo and Seoul, kitsch and fun. We ordered some toasted sandwiches to start as our wee one was hungry, although we found the sandwiches great it wasn’t to the liking of our little one and to finish we had a crepe cake and a bunny cake popsicle. If I could suggest an idea, make the sandwiches cute and keep it simple for little ones, I know our little one would have devoured a bear or rabbit shaped cheese and ham sandwich if presented with it. The variety of drinks was also great with effort put in for the coffees and a mermaid latte topped with candy floss and sprinkles. Presentation was on point at this little cafe but it’s not a cafe to chill in for long due to size but has potential to be a mainstay on the cafe scene.

Wanted to visit for a few months since I seen their page on Instagram and was not disappointed. The cutest little cakes and crazy drinks! I had unicorn latte which was pink with a huge candy floss! Cafe itself is very cute with flowers on the wall only a few tables and you can't book so we went early. Reminded me of being in Harajuku in Tokyo I loved it!

Heard that the cafe served specialised coffee and cakes along with vegan options. They also do a lovely candy floss topped raspberry white chocolate drink called the “unicorn latte” that was amazing. It has great customer service and is absolutely cute and great ambiance. I ordered a hazelnut latte and it came with a fantastic design but more importantly it was smooth and tasty.

Visited here today (a Tuesday afternoon) and felt compelled to write a review right away as we had such a great experience. I came across the cafe & the cute Japanese inspired drinks online so went along to try it out and so glad I did! The cafe is small but clean and very eye catching inside with the flower wall and velvet chairs. The owner who served us was so welcoming, making a fuss over my baby girl & explaining all the drinks to us. We opted for a sandwich, which was fresh & tasty, then had a candy floss coffee (floffee!) each, as well as crepe cake & a unicorn mousse cake. The coffee not only looked amazing but tasted great (and I’m very fussy about good coffee!). This place has been open 5 months, and no doubt will be popular with bloggers etc. due to the photo opportunities!!! For us it was just a cool place to try something different but it exceeded expectations & cant wait to return!

I was in here a few weeks ago with my mum and sad to say it’s gone really downhill. The refurb has totally ruined what was once a lovely atmosphere and is now very tacky and in your face. The food has also gone downhill with most of the food seeming like it had been taken straight out the freezer, heated up and put on your plate. The food here used to be incredible and felt very authentic. Also the wine list consists on one red, one white, and one fizz. Lack of options were disappointing. Really used to love it here but will now not return. Really sad to see such an incredible place go so downhill.

The food itself was nice but everything else was really poor. The restaurant was freezing with icy cold blasts every time the door opened which was a lot. People round our table sat with outdoor coats on. Instead that table should have been taken out of service. Then when we ordered a Samurai each we were told we wouldn't need one each there was so much we should share. Hmm well unfortunately we took the advice but It was not good at all. How can you share soup? Then when the food e.g. the sea bass, vegetables were served it was put on one of our plates and we had to awkwardly cut it and share it between plates. We may be slim however we can still manage to eat a full dinner each. We would have ordered more than 1 drink but the service was so slow. Many empty glasses I noticed round our table. We had been so cold that instead of continuing our night in Glasgow we proceed to go home to defrost.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered a WAGYU BEEF DONBURI costing £29.00, but the worst thing was the wagyu beef was not WAGYU, and some of it was still raw and pink. The worst thing has got to be that the apparently Wagyu beef was actually beef that I had gotten before in a Chinese supermarket for hot pot. Don’t know how this place could manage to make it taste so disgusting and stinky. And still have the audacity to state that it’s WAGYU and charge it at such an expensive price. Not only did we get scammed, but due to it being raw, it gave my son food poisoning. The food was so bad that we couldn't finish it and also didn't ask to take it away due to it being completely not EDIBLE. As can be seen in the photo I have provided down below the beef is very thinly sliced hot pot beef not what they state as Wagyu and charging people £29.00 is shocking and unbelievable.
