The only place we get desserts from. Cookie dough was gorgeous as usual but the sweets were stale.

I ordered a biscoff brownie pot and there wasn’t any brownie in the pot just biscoff and cream. I also ordered sorbet for my partner who can’t have milk and rather than contacting me to tell me they just swapped it for ice cream. I tried to call the restraint there wasn’t an answer. Not happy with my order at all.

it’s our 3rd time ordering from here and the 1st time we’ve been disappointed. the food was late and stone cold. the garlic bread wasn’t even cut into slices. the delivery driver was then rude to us at the door. would probably still order from here though as we have only had positive experiences in the past but this was a bit of a let down.

We use oh fudge regularly and have never had a problem until last night. Ordered some items including a £7.50 box of sweets and the box stinks and ALL the sweets inside actually taste of old chip fat/oil it’s terrible! Not sure what happened but hoping it’s a one off mistake

was on time but we received no updates as to when it was on the way which was a problem as we have dogs and a sleeping baby. however the food was absolutely lovely no complaints :) would 100% order again

A lovely takeaway with fantastic food. Food always has great flavour. Takeaway has a great variety of options. Food has always arrived hot, with the exception of the milkshakes and ice cream, which obviously arrive chilled. Try the range of brownies, you won't be disappointed! I think I like them a bit too much lol!

Ordered 2 cookie dough neither came with gelato, which is stated on the menu, and the candy crush milkshake was just vanilla not strawberry gelato as advertised. also turned up 20 minutes late, a little disappointed

I've ordered huge amounts of complex food from takeaways over the years. I've never waited 2hrs or more for it. I cannot understand why it continually takes this length of time to make simple deserts.

I always order from here as the food is always great but waiting for the delivery just takes so long! An hour and a half we waited tonight. the waffle was cold and got given wrong flavour milkshake

Ordered last night normally everything is great from here but unfortunately the service wasn’t. Ordered through Uber eats as normal and the items where clearly someone else’s order, mistakes happen but when I called up oh fudge they did the classic “it’s not our problem you’ll have to call Uber”. I’m annoyed at this as when you order through Uber eats you get a PIN code to tell the driver, the PIN code was correct when I told him it so that tells me oh fudge clearly passed the driver the wrong order to deliver! The person at oh fudge didn’t seem bothered at all and just kept saying we have nothing to do with the drivers and couldn’t wait to get off the phone instead…..just poor attitude really, own up to your mistake instead of blaming the driver, I would of respected that at least.

Delivery took quite long however the quality was 10/10

Usually our food from oh fudge is delicious but this time round it was a bit disappointing. The pizza dough was undercooked and the doughnuts weren’t that great.

So disappointing that my order was not only damaged but was also stone cold the gelato if you can call it that was like a tub of milk. I have ordered from here around 3/4 times why is it when you try a new place it’s good for the first few orders then starts getting worse & worse . Thought I had found a new quality for money dessert restaurant how wrongs I was.

Food was fresh and packaged well,the driver was so polite and helpful with the bags and boxes we had.Everything tastes amazing A++++++++ for everything!!!

Had several items from here. Pamersan cookie dough waffles and milk shakes are 10/10!! How ever the pizza was absolutely drastic. Worst pizza Ive had in west Yorkshire would not advise it. The beef mince was chunks, chicken tasted rubbery cheese tasted like plastic. Base was cooked toppings and cheese where barely melted, toppings spread very un evenly. Would not recommend or return especially for pizza! They need a new pizza chef!

The Parmesan was tasty, juicy and full of flavour

I love this place, always on point on very polite drivers.

Will definitely order from them again as the puddings are the best around. Slightly disappointed that the hot puddings were delivered on top of a large sweet box which contains chocolate sweets and these were melted. Also the cookie dough was served without ice cream but it didn’t spoil it.

The pizzas are very fresh and tasty same as the doughnuts ❤️

Me and my partner ordered 2 box's of 6 doughnuts, not only were they delivered early, but they were still warm when they arrived and they are the best doughnuts we've ever had. Krispy kreams got nothing on this place!

So good! We order from here all the time and just love it! Staff are really friendly when you go in and the delivery is always quick when ordering online.

Ordered tonight as a birthday treat for me daughter, 2 adults and 4 kids all had desserts and no one was disappointed. Very rich and indulgent no one finished the whole portion but all were very pleased with their choices including my very picky sister, even she couldn't fault the waffle that she had and took the remainder home for later. Quick delivery and using the Uber 40% off coupon was also a great price for what we had. Thanks oh fudge will definitely be back.

Ordered in august, they called us as they were out of stock on nearly everything, so order was cancelled. They told Uber eats I’d cancelled it! Therefore pocketing the money and receiving nothing for it, ultimately it’s fraud. Won’t ever use again as can’t afford to give £25 to companies for the laugh of it

On a good, this place is really nice with generous portion sizes. However, there have been a few occasions where they miss items or they have been running out so made do with whatever they had.

Hi I just want to say that my recent order wasn’t correct I ordered 2 brownies and one didn’t come with the correct topping and I also didn’t receive any ice cream which the description states Disappointed as we are regular customers

Disappointed with nachos, hardly any cheese or salsa and was bit burnt however the puddings were amazing. Best we’ve had and nice and hot on arrival so highly recommended
