Unsure why there are bad reviews for this restaurant. We were staying at the hotel as a family with a 2 year old. We really enjoyed our food. The staff were great. Great deal where kids eat free with paying adult. Would definitely eat there again

Truly dreadful place, waited well over an hour for six pieces of salted squid. The place is a mess, not enough staff and honestly the worst place I’ve ever eaten. The service is appalling , like an episode of faulty towers. Please do yourself a favour and never order food here…Be warned…

Très bien. Nachos en entrée étaient très bons. Les burgers très bien aussi. Service très sympa. On ne peut pas attendre beaucoup d un restaurant d hotel.

If you enjoying queue and spending over an hour to have a breakfast buffet then this is the place. Arrived, no one to greet or seat, waited til the sole service person arrived. The place was packed, well over 80 guests and only one service staff and one girl from the reception. The hot buffet followed the same, large queues, no plates, then cold plates, one had to wait for the sole chef to refill each dish which took ages, there was never a complete buffet at any one time. Then the only coffee machine that was working broke down and a manager looking guy attempted to fix it. Then the mugs run out and the juice glasses, both of which took ages to restock. Fruits and other items took over an hour to replenish. Overall appalling, understaffed and no real sense that anyone cared. Never to return.

Had dinner here whilst staying at the Holiday Inn. Food was good as was the service. Very convenient as you literally walk from the foyer to the restaurant!

We were staying in the Holidayinn that this restaurant is in. Having driven the coastal route from Canterbury I was a little pooped and didn’t want to drive out to look for somewhere to eat. I noticed on trip advisor it only had one review that wasn’t all that good, but it was over a year ago!! So I booked a table. It’s not the cheapest off restaurants, but you are paying for the convenience, plus I could have a drink. The service was good and the food was also very good. All cooked just how we wanted.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn which is connected to the bar/restaurant. We ate there on a Sunday night. The service was friendly and we got a good deal by using our Meerkat Meals offer. We just had mains - I had the chicken and mushroom pasta which was slightly bland. It included bacon lardons which were chewy. It came with a parmesan and rocket salad which was too oily. My husband had the ribs which were OK. We shared a nice bottle of red wine with our meal. My daughter (9 years) thought: Eating here was one of my many pleasures, the service was fabulous and they always were glad to help when they could. I had some garlic bread and it was doughy and scrumptious. My chips were thin but it didn't stop them from being as tasty as ever. My mum used her Meerkat Meals log-in to pay for it. All in all, it was exellent and I am glad we ate there and stayed in the Holiday Inn

took more than an hour to get our food after we ordered. food was quite good but absolutely not one-hour-wait good. we arrived at 2:15 having made a reservation already for that time, we sat down and it took them about 10 minutes to get us menus, then we ordered almost immediately. starters came after around 45 minutes, meals didn't come for around 1h 15 minutes.

Staff friendly food was ok is what it is but very disappointed as this seems to be one of the only Zizzis that doesn’t accept Taste card so for that reason we will not go back

My partner and I got turned away by a young lady because we didn't have a booking when the restaurant was half empty with absolutely no explanation as to why. Even if it's the restaurants policy to not accept walk ins after a certain time, maybe train your staff in how to handle it better. We like wildwood. After this experience we won't be rushing back.

I really wanted to like Three Joes as it occupies a cute spot in Winchester and the menu looked great but unfortunately the service (very very slow and disorganised) and the food (average pizza base and stingy levels of toppings even when someone in our party added extra cheese - the toppings were meagre). The dining space is attractive, the chilli oil on the table is truly excellent and the prices are fair but I’d probably swerve.
