Warm and cosy with a nice vibe. Friendly staff, hot tasty food. Great service. Really enjoyed our experience. Table of four ...family members, celebrating two birthdays.

My pizza was horrible- cold and uncooked jelly like egg white! The chips were inedible- not only were they cold, they also had a very odd cleaning substance taste. Overall a complete waste of £20 odd pounds. The delivery lady was an absolute star, very friendly and lovely. Don’t think I’ll be getting a pizza from here again- so bad

Excellent service this evening with friendly attentive smiley staff. Popped in for a quick dinner and the 3 of us had a burger, bolognaise and a pizza. Pizza was the best I’d had anywhere in a long time. My request for a couple of extra toppings on my margarita was happily fulfilled and a generous amount too. All in all we are glad we came here for dinner as hadn’t visited for some time and everything was perfect. Will return for sure.

We waited an age for our food we even saw it on the hot counter to be bought over to us. When it eventually arrive the meals were Moy very warm, so we will not be rushing back.

Super service, on a quiet Sunday evening. Pizza was great, fresh and Naples style thin and huge. Fair price.

Lovely for lunchtime Menu suitable for all tastes went for the lighter options and was very pleased when meals arrived still very generous portions both me and my sister enjoyed our meal thank you too all the polite and helpful staff will be back

Great food and atmosphere, I dont like the tipping scheme. I dont mind a polite request for a tip, I don't like having to ask to remove it. I feel like I'm pressured into it.

The whole family love this place, none of us has ever had a bad meal, and they are often excellent. The staff are always great, and very quick to sort out any problems. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I was treated very bad by a guy, very rude and discrimination was there against me! and pizza was cold and raw, I had ordered chips and the chips were very stale and cold and some were full of oil I recommend not going there or ordering food from there

A little slow on service but it was busy. Food was good and staff were polite. A little noisy from the kids room and lots of screaming. Perfect for young families.

Came here for dinner with friends. I’d say it’s a nice place with attentive and friendly staff. I’d also say the food was really nice but if I’m being honest I feel it’s pricey for what it is and not particularly good value for the food. The decor is good in the restaurant. There is an ‘optional’ service charge added to the bill which you are told is totally optional but personally I don’t like this because if you want to tip then you will tip. I don’t like all these ‘optional tip’ places put on now as it’s almost forcing you to tip. Not in agreement with this new trend.

Not the best Pizza I've had lacked flavour, price wasn't cheap,not in hurry to go back.

OK Food and Service, Spoiled a little by the 10% automatically added Service Charge....with the option to remove it. We are not in America. We were a couple having a quick bite, one course before the cinema. Don't add 10%, I removed it on principle. Would probably have added myselfit if it hadnt been added for me.

Came here with my mum and brothers for mother's day. We all enjoyed our meals. Lady came over a few times to see if we would like drinks which was nice. Didn't use the toilets so can't comment on them. Would come again 😁

Took two of my Grandchildren here for lunch all staff very helpful. We all ordered our food which came pretty promptly. I asked the waitress part way through the meal if it was possible if I could have 1 more slice of Sourdough bread to enable me to finish my pate No problem she said and within a couple of minutes it duly arrived. We finished our meal and I asked for the bill which also arrived pretty promptly. On studying the bill I noticed a charge for a slice of Sourdough Bread wait for it £1-75 I could not believe what I was reading yes I did say £ 1-75. I asked the waitress if they were joking because I could buy a loaf of bread for that price and have change she said there was nothing she could do!!! I then decided to remove the service charge which did not go down well. Someone in Authority at Wildwood needs to get a grip as all I wanted was one more slice of bread

Fabulous evening's meal with family. Service was spot on. Staff were lovely and happy. Food was tasty and we all enjoyed. It was perfect in every way. Well done all staff.

Brilliant. I had a job to finish my dish and needed help from my family. But it was excellent, everything was excellent. It was quiet when we went there, not too pricey.

We had a great Christmas meal here. Good choice for veggies which we often struggle to get. Staff helpful

We had Christmas catch up with friends and decided to pop in to Wildwood. Our waitress Daisy was a delight - really pleasant with a great sense of humour. Certainly did Wildwood proud. Our meals were all very nice and included seafood pasta, peri-peri chicken and pizza. Overall a very good dining experience.

It was a quiet afternoon & the service & food were great. My only gripe was for a table of 2 was the 10%service charge automatically added, although it was optional to pay it. I felt that for big parties fair enough for tables less than 6, it shouldn't be automatically added. As a result, I didn't tip how I wanted to. A downer or a very pleasant lunch.

Ordered a takeaway the other night, when the calzone and flat bread arrived stone cold, shame really as it’s not cheap.

The food here is so very hit and miss lately. Ive been coming here for years and last nights experience fell short . I had a pepperoni pizza which was over cooked and tasted like a frozen pizza from Iceland , my son had carbonara which was very flavourful but was dry . The rosemary garlic bread was like a poppadom ,, very over cooked and snapped intead of tearing . The best part of the meal was the side of chips which were hot and salty (£4.75 for a tiny basket) !!, . The staff on the whole were ok . We were greeted by a mature foreign lady with very little warmth or welcoming / time for the customer , given a table by the front door which produced an icy blast every time it was opened , we moved in the end but I could tell she was irritated by our request. At no time were we asked if we were happy with our food ( we were not ) but just got on with it . This is not a cheap place to eat and the standard has definitely dropped , there is also a 10% service charge added to the bill , which granted is optional . I dont mind tipping people who have given good service and food but the presumption is not welcome ,, plus why should you pay extra to people for doing the work they are already paid to do and that is the reason they are there ?. This experience has pushed us away from Wildwood Whitely and we will go to other places ,, its such a shame things have slipped at our old favourite .

We’ve eaten in different venues of Wildwood previously, they’ve all provided good food with minimal waiting. Will continue to visit.

If you’re looking for a nice dinner where you’re able to have a conversation AVOID. The restaurant is so loud and they sat us in the middle of the echoing room - if you do not want to spend your meal shouting to one another then defiantly avoid. Myself and my partner ended up moving tables due to not being able to bare being in the middle. Although this helped it was still overwhelmingly loud within the restaurant. It is very much similar to a restaurant within an all exclusive hotel, not the dining experience we were expecting. The staff were extremely rude, they rushed us to order. Didn’t ask how our food was or if everything was okay, was not welcomed on our arrival (menus where thrown at the table and the waiter disappeared before we even sat down) - probably due to knowing how bad the restaurant is themselves. We ordered prawns for a starter - just to make it clear you can by a pack ready to eat which is nicer from M&S for a quarter of the price. Bread was dry and they were defiantly not king prawns - wouldn’t be surprised if they were microwaved. My main was not as bad as expected. I got the cheese steak sandwich - it was average for the price. My partner on the other hand got a rack of ribs - the driest, most flavourless ribs. Do not recommend at all. It’s a shame as I feel that the location has so much potential that is going to waste.

Portion sizes were disappointing. If I'm paying £12 or £13 for a burger, I at least expect it to be Big Mac size, not something just big enough to feed a mouse. Everything else was good though!

Stood waiting at the entrance for a while, asked for a table for two and was told it would be a 20 minute wait because they didn't have enough staff. The place was half empty. If the management read this, you clearly need more staff.

Went for a meal with grandparents who are notoriously fussy but everyone enjoyed. Service was really attentive, however there was a longer than usual gap between our starters and mains. All dishes were delicious, apart from the confit duck which was more like crispy aromatic duck from the Chinese, which was a shame as the flavour was nice. Would go again - great space and even have a ‘kids zone’ away from the main dinning area.

We had some lovely food here on Saturday night. My risotto was lovely and my friends all enjoyed their meals too. Parking was really busy but it was raining so that was to be expected. They did add a service charge onto our meal which we chose to remove as we were not a large party. Would definitely come back. Spent £25 on main, dessert and a drink.

Very nice restaurant, the staff were very friendly and efficient. This is the first time I had visited this chain of restaurants, and will certainly chose them again. Good range of foods and affordable prices.

Went for a quick bite to eat after work. Sadly the outside area was not open due to shortage of staff to serve it. Nice decor inside and staff were very friendly especially our waiter. Food was good but under seasoned (but I always find that with carbonara and is probably just my taste!). Rosemary garlic bread was a bit over cooked and needed more rosemary. Portions were good size and good price. Would happily go back again.

Very welcoming place. Quick to be seated and served drinks. Staff don’t hound you and the restaurant very clean. I have recommended this place already as the food is delicious. Hopefully going back soon.

The menu looked very good and the food was also very tasty. The pizza could have a little more meat and the staff could smile a little more. Furthermore, nice place, you sit private and there is also a separate corner for children.

Food was excellent, there was four of us ,so we had a variety of different items from the menu.. Recommend the risotto and also the ribs..Staff really friendly and polite.. really nice decor also. Definitely a favourite!

I had never been there before, but will be going again, food excellent service good, they have a small service charge, more than happy to pay it For the standard of food we had.

First time of visiting, on spec, as we passed the door. Lovely service, fantastic food. The only down was that it took a long time for the food to come - although maybe that's a good thing as it's cooked fresh.

Such a shame. Very little vegan choice, no lt even dairy alternative for tea/coffee. Floor staff, although lovely, were not attentive by any stretch of imagination. Mains brought out before starters were finished. Had to wait 20 minutes before anyone noticed we were finished our mains, then another 20 before anyone came back to ask us if we wanted anything from the dessert menu we had been given :/

Good food and relaxing atmosphere

This place has fast become one of my families favourite go to places, the staff are always lovely, the atmosphere is good, there are even blankets for you to snuggle in if your cold. Reasonable prices and the best gluten free pizza I've eaten!! I always add Italian ham to my pizza.... No its not on the menu but that's how I like it and they are always happy to make it that way for me, 10 out of 10 we will be back, lots!!!

Very sneaky way of adding the service charge to bill which as an older customer and lights a bit low, I could not see. We queued to pay for what we had eaten and I ended up with the entire charge on my portion of a 5 person bill. I paid almost £14 for three of us on top of our food. There was a biro line around that part which I saw later but by then had paid £88 for three meals.

Came here for dinner this evening. There were 3 of us. The staff were very friendly any very good at their job. The food was fantastic. The restaurant was very busy so we assumed we were in for a long wait for our meal. But that was not the case. I thought the prices were reasonable. I had a ribeye steak which was cooked just how I liked it. It was one of the best steaks I have eaten in a restaurant. Suffice to say we will return.

Great service, tasty food and food came very quick. Me and my partner decided to go out last minute. We didn't book just walked in and was seated very quickly. My partner ordered the 'seafood linguini' he said it was very tasty, he was hoping for a bit more squid as only came across 3/4 small pieces, but apart from that he was very happy with his dish. I order the 'carbonara' again was very yummy, but it was a bit too salty for me in my opinion. Overall great service from the staff with smiles on their faces and we're all very polite. Would definitely recommend and be returning 😁

Fantastic resteraunt, delicious food, excellent service, kids room allowing for a more relaxing meal, and great attention to detail regarding food allergies, which put our minds at rest. Everything you want from a meal out. Would highly recommend this place.

Part of our party arrived first and was told that they wouldn’t be able to seat us as they had no space. Looked around and in the whole restaurant 4 tables were in use. When they sat us, 2 of us decided to order the duck conflict which was disgusting. It obviously came out of a bag and the veg was not enough to feed a small child. There was no sauce on the plate apart from a bit the size of a finger nail. One of the pizzas was like cardboard. We never got table checked and they had the nerve to put a service charge which was a disgrace. I myself work in the trade and this is not how you treat customers. They weren’t accommodating towards customers and generally a visit I never want to repeat. Our party will not be returning.

2nd visit food brilliant both times

Very good. We had a nice booth for the three of us. Pleasant and attentive staff (but not overly intrusive). Good menu choice and wide range of options for the gluten-free member of the party. The pizza was enormous and so we were given a doggy-bag/box. (Pizza was still good the net day!) Has gone to the top of our list in Whiteley. Will return.

We visited for lunch today as family of 3 From the moment we entered the staff were happy and welcoming The service was swift and the food was lovely (Lasangne) piping hot. Will definatly return there next time we visit.

Went here for a Christmas do with my work colleagues. The food was ok thats the best I can say about it! When we recieved the bill we questioned the service charge which was £35 and were told "we asked if the food was ok and you said yes so the service charge stands" I personally feel that this is shocking as all restaurants should ask if food is ok. The service charge should not be mandatory and should not have been charged unless agreed. I would not recommend

Really lovely for a mid-week meal. I wouldn’t recommend the starters or desserts that we had but we really enjoyed our mains with very good portions. The atmosphere was really nice & the staff were very friendly.

What a disappointment, looks lovely from the outside so we went in for something to eat, restaurant was pretty quiet so thought the staff would be attentive and the food cooked well, unfortunately this was not the case. The prawn cocktail starter was 5 tasteless prawns with no sauce just sat in a giant leaf of lettuce and a slice of avocado, appalling for the price. Mains arrived........ incorrect We were never asked if our meals were ok at any point, not offered any sauces, no parmesan offered for pasta which was already tasteless , just a fork and knife, no spoon. The new roast turkey meal looked and tasted exactly like the little round frozen reformed turkey chunks you get at Tesco, then something that was described as dauphinoise but definitely a bad interpretation and a few ridiculously sweet pieces of veg, oh and half a place of inedible leaves. Total bill = £217 which I'm happy to pay for if the food and service is acceptable, it was actually some of the worst food I've had in a long while. Nice facade but lacking in experience and expertise

Went here this evening for a family meal which is normally really good. First error asked for red wine white was brought out. Then kids pizza came out and one adult main. 15 mins later other mains came out. One was nearly cold. Asked for it to be reheated 10 mins later it came back. Garlic bread had been ordered we asked twice where it was it finally came when main courses were finished. Pudding for children requested and it took so long we ended up taking it home. Not a very good experience tonight after previous very good visits

Great Wildwood branch as it's in a good location with loads of parking! We had a really good time here and enjoyed our food. The service was quick as we went when it wasn't busy. They have the best fries, they're so well made and seasoned.

One of our group was a 3yr old. There is a small play area, which enabled us to eat our meals whilst my granddaughter played with other children.

First and last time I go there had a table booked for 8pm turned up to be told there were no tables avaliable and had to wait so left and went someware else disgusting service
