Great place, good addition to have a costa

I like odeon for easy parking and easy to get to and although the staff are lovely they really need to serve the customers more quickly… my magnums melted it takes that long….. you will sell more if you train the staff to be quicker…. A few people put their snacks back cause of the queue… just saying….

Great cinema experience, clean ambiance, friendly staff, Salma one of the ladies at the ticket venue assisted us with the app download and we had great deal of money saved

The Premier seat I pad for was disgustingly filthy with food & drink stains and food crumbs, I sat on napkins to stop my clothes getting dirty

My seat looked like it went through a tsunami disaster ffs

Really chilled cinema, friendly staff. Seats are okay but desperately need a refurb like a lot of the Odeon cinemas.

Great venue and clean screen rooms with good audio for the films. Price is competitive too which brings us back here frequently.

Abit expensive and was gutted the nachos wasnt in the normal cinema tray but enjoyed it.

Friendly staff but don't use groupon they don't work and it's only a fiver a ticket anyway.

I would give 0 stars of there was an option. A staff member called Salma was very unprofessional and rude to me and my friends. She intentionally targeted us due to our age. She rudely told us to not forget our manners when we were moving around the building after showing her the tickets. She constantly harasses us for no particular reason and gave us dirty looks. This is very disappointing as the staff at the till was very helpful. 12/01/25 Just went to the cinema again today and Millie who was at the till was very polite and friendly when serving us. Great overall experience apart from being rudely questioned about tickets AGAIN by Salma.

Pretty expensive for snacks and drinks, the AC is also left on in screens that are almost empty so you end up absolutely freezing. Make sure you take a coat

Ample walking distance parking. Pre booked the tickets online only £6. Loads of screens, some are quite large.

Not been to the cinema in absolutely ages,so it was nice to spend an evening with the wife. We had already pre booked our tickets & seats,we came to watch the Robbie Williams film,Better Man. To say it was a cold January evening,the showing was quiet busy. We didn't bother with confectionery or drinks,not at those prices.. Overall a nice evening out,plus plenty of parking right outside..👍

One of my best visits in a long time at this odeon, a lovely staff member named mamoona assisted me and my mother with disability needs, and helped us get to our correct seats. She was extremely caring and thoughtful. Will be coming back just for the disability friendliness service offered by Mamoona, which i have never received in any cinema before.

Very good local cinema, prices are reasonable. The new Standard plus are a joke, same seats just at the back. Seats r a bit cramped as in leg room but otherwise ok. Would have given higher than 3 but I think some facilities like the toilets need an upgrade

Small group of pre-teens making lots of noise and constantly using phones. However, the staff did come in and remove them. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the length of the movie.

Filthy 🤢 they offer incentives online but when you come they are out of stock. There are better cinemas locally, not coming back here.

Pretty much empty screen. To watch Moana 2. Looking a bit run down now needs a revamp. To much dead space in the entrance and before you get to the screens. But screens themselves are clean and staff are lovely.

Not very clean, sugar tax applied to drinks and sweets, no heating, so bring a jumper.

We watched a film in screen 5 in the premium seats (row D) The seats were filthy and in a really poor condition. Even the screen itself was dirty, which was very noticeable during the film. They didn't dim the lights fully during the film either, which was slightly distracting with everybody moving around. Overall, it's not the greatest film experience unfortunately!

This cinema used to be our go to, unfortunately it went downhill. It's so dirty, toilets always stink. Guys, this is not OK. Management needs to up their game

Mamoona who works there her customer service skills were 10/10! She’s so friendly and very helpful! Very polite and funny! Need more smiling faces and kind people like her there more often!

Be careful, the male workers think it's ok to enter the female toilets whilst they're in use. My girlfriend came out of the toilet to find just herself and a male worker in there. It's disgusting and clearly is a safety issue. No man should be entering female toilets whether they work there or not.

The manager and his staff are absolute heroes, we booked for Wicked turned up at the wrong time and they managed to accommodate us at no extra charge - customer service at its very best Odeon you should be very proud of how your brand is represented, we have visited here a few times and always impressed at how clean and tidy it is and the friendliness of the staff can’t thank you enough, keep doing what you are doing

1st time, I've been here for years, and I'm sad to say it's not what it once was. Empty spaces where things once were. That aside I was there to watch a film. It was comfy and clean, and the nachos were amazing. The price to watch the film was great too. I'd definitely go again.

Went to go and see Smile 2 last night. Walked in to give my online ticket to the vendor who just gave me a dirty look. The place looks run down bins full ,toilets grim. Just a place to watch a film no thrills not pleasant.

Please for God's sake remake this cinema. Its so dated its like you're stepping into 2007. Seats are awful. Please just freshen it up

An out of date cinema without an IMAX, dolby or isense screen. Screen 1 and 2 are quite big but older low resolution and darker image projectors. I also had a bad experience with one of the members of staff "salma" is possibly the persons name"that scans your ticket, spoke to me in such a poor way. The odeon logo sign is now not lit up correctly and it seems the place is being mismanaged unfortunately. Free parking because of Sandbrook park is the only reason I would visit again.

Super friendly staff on the tills the ones serving on the 26th of September at 8:50 pm were brilliant.

Ample parking always manage to get close to the door. Plenty of screens and most are of a decent size so don't have to worry about sitting too close to noisy people ruining your experience.

The place is absolutely filthy and Salma who checks your tickets has clearly no social skill as she is rude when dealing with you. Don't think I'll be going back to this dump anytime soon.

It's good, but it bothers me that you have to go to a screen to order food.

Always pop here for movies the place isn’t far from myself and it’s clean with plenty of parking space and yeah book online to get tickets half price!! No brainer! Staff are nice food drinks are expensive lol e

APPALLING!! Staff on tills have got major starving problems, seating is absolutely terrible and the floors are filthy and full of chewing gum!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND :(

Easy on line ticket order, however only decided on buying drinks once arrived. Separate facility needed just to order refreshments

The staff are friendly and the seats are comfy. There is a Costa inside. Some of ceiling panels in screen 5 are missing and the walls are in a state. Dust on the speakers. Toilet cubicle door had no lock on it and the hand dryer smelt like an electrical burning smell. It needs investment.

my order was missing 2 large boxes of nachos which cost £20 and the bag wasn't fully sealed

Seeing a film here is fine. Audio and visual is fine. Hospitality wise its not as the cinema is long due a refurbishment. Seats are not reclining compared to most odeons now. Foyer was busy and getting cleaned when i visted. Toilets were digusting. Prices for this cinema should be cheaper. I Would only visit if its for ease i.e. if its the closest.

Not a very nice place,staff were VERY ,VERY RUDE. The prices are ridiculous and the seats were uncomfortable. All in all it was not a nice experience,thank god the new cinema is open .

Cinema is in a poor state,dirty toilets,no hand wash, if you only want to watch a movie and are not bothered about the rest of the things then you might like to go there, but for me it is my first and last visit.

The auditorium was cold, the seats were uncomfortable, the foyer was grotty. People were talking through the film. There were severely disabled people who were constantly shouting, making it difficult to hear the film. Some people left as a result. It may seem heartless to comment on that but I feel they should have their own film showing, cinema tickets are expensive for a family and it is money wasted if the film is ruined No staff were keeping an eye on anything. We won't be returning to this cinema.

They are like child seats, so small and uncomfortable. Every seat is so dirty, nobody clean them. They just don't bother. Booking online it's a nightmare.

No cues ,great parking ,and places to eat nearby i. Update from last visit, freezing in cinema,and volume to high ,and at costa three staff took 20 mins to make five drinks , disappointed

A nice experience, although I fear for the future of cinemas! We went to watch a 3pm sitting of the new ghostbusters film (great film by the way) and there was probably only about 15 people watching it. Food/snacks/drinks are pricey, but it's part of it I guess. Booked online and got charged a £3 booking fee, no idea what that's for, just another way of taxing you I guess!? Spent about £45 for me and my 2 children in total for about 2 hours of entertainment.

In a very small screen to watch a film that is relatively new to the cinema, there were only us there as we prefer it quieter, it was absolutely freezing in there, I spoke to the staff about it and she said it was because there wasn’t much body heat in there, we will be going to Reel from here onwards.

I took my mum to the movies , this was the first time mum had been to the pictures in years she walks with a walking frame and the staff were lovely and friendly and really made my mum feel at ease.

The building is really starting to show its age.

My 3 star rating was only because the seats are like sitting in a kiddies car seat. Luckily no one was sat with a drink next to me. That's the only fault I had. Everything else was great.

Only 2 hours parking let's it down

Visited the rochdale many a time and the service as always was brilliant, especially Salma (the Asian lady with the pink hair) she was lovely and very helpful again with the computer check in.

Visited this cinema for the first time in a long time. We ended up in a relatively small screen for a movie that's not long been out, and were the only guests there. It was like a private screening! It was a good movie and enjoyable time. Loved it when the staff said "enjoy the movie" as we went in, even the person not checking our ticket said the same thing when looking for the auditorium.

Good price for tickets but two weeks running now it's too cold. Had to wear coats throughout and this week brought a blanket. Might as well be outside

Very quiet but lovely helpful staff and only three people watching the film.

Went here to watch a film with my daughter snd her friends. Hoping for a nice relaxed 2 hours or so anyways that didnt happen there was 3 lots of groups of (tennagers) who was constantly on there phone talking loudly and even throwing popcorn and sweets at people in front of them when asked to stop by another person in the screening that didnt even acknowledge them and just carried on. What happened to where there use to be a member of staff in the screening to make sure everyone was behaving the way they should be. When I told a member of staff I was told there was nothing they could do because they was paying customers. Seriously after all the money spent in the cinema and we couldn't even enjoy our film.

Great value tickets, screen quality and sound is excellent, but all public areas looked and felt run down. Queueing system for food and drink is disorganised even when only slightly busy.

Had an evening out at the cinema. A big thank you to Salma for helping to sort our tickets out. Very friendly and helpful.

Love the Ben & Jerry's Icecream and Milkshakes, the Costa isn't too great. Cinema was empty when we visited which was nice. The building inside is showing signs of poor maintenance (e.g. holes in ceiling, toilet lights hanging off ceiling etc. Bur film was good, staff was helpful and we had a good time.

It's not a bad cinema, seats are comfortable, enough screens to get to see a fair range of films at most times, there are also a few places to eat on Sandbrook Park too and parking is free.

Why buy the tickets for kids, and they didn't let kids in for a family movie

I hate this place absolute disgusting people, i said my birthday and they didn’t even let my sister finish and said we can’t watch. WHAT 15 year old carry’s around id??? disgraceful and horrible service. The workers were judging us on how we look.
