Had are 1st take away 12 .4 .25 .so lovely.and the 3 of use enjoy it so much we will be back.

Just got 2 kebabs,all sauces left off..plain and boring

Don’t bother.. what you receive is a lucky dip. Argumentative staff when trying to resolve wrong order. Spend your money elsewhere!!

Have used la pizza regularly over the last 15-20 years, the website is slow and outdated and doesn’t always show selections made….ordered kebab with onions and yoghurt sauce as usual, they sent with no sauce when I called to ask them to bring some they said no you didn’t put it in the comments. I said no because the box was ticked for yoghurt sauce they said no it isn’t there, I have even gone back on the website as if I’m ordering it again to make sure it wasn’t my error and after ticking the two boxes one for onion and one for yoghurt sauce, in my basket it only shows onion which is obviously a website error. Have had it come with no sauce before so usually order a tub of yoghurt sauce to save having a dry meal but when you pay extra they seem to manage to put it on the kebab so you don’t need the tub? was met with an argumentative attitude on the phone and general lack of customer service as mentioned in many previous reviews. Super disappointing after being a regular customer for such a long time so will take our custom else where in future.

Foods amazing from the place I suggest ordering the bbq chicken pizza and chicken wrap the milkshakes are nice

Terrible service was delivered incorrect pizza that I ordered spoke to manager and he said he was to busy to sort it out

1 1/2 hours and still waiting for delivery!!!

DONT DESERVE 1 STAR!!! No option online to have sauce separate!!! So put in the comments that we wanted the sauce separately, they clearly read the comments as they sent a separate sauce!! Didn’t send the large chips with the deal!! Called them, to hear the unprofessional arguments in the background about there being an option for sauce separately which there is not!! Then they send a small chips! And as you can see a fresh donner meat! That looks like the shit out of the bottom of the tray! And half the amount of the original portion! Staff have major attitude problems!!! And need a course in customer service! WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN!! You need to update your online website!! Clearly!! And the wait was also terrible! It’s quicker being served a three course meal in a restaurant than here!!

Food always great but random service and don't ask them to order a taxi may as well walk home

There is no email address on your website, there is no way to write a complaint. I ordered Mexicana bake, and I got chicken bake, I don't like such mild food.... where to write a complaint?

Great food, Good delivery, great staff when I go in the shop.

First time ordering. Me and a friend ordered a pizza each. Was piping hot and very tasty. But please please please do not send out soggy uncooked chips, please cook them alot longer amd you're onto a winner. My partner ordered donner meat and chips and the meat and yoghurt sause I'm afraid was bland and almost tasteless. I would order a pizza again though

Anther local take away I use quite often always great food never had a problem and staff are always willing to sort it out if there a missing item or the wrong food

Never had an issue with this place Iver the years but However just recently gone down hill I don't no why the quality of donner meat was disgusting and they simply can't follow instructions or choose not to on purpose and I've also noticed they don't like to add sauce on your free fries when you spend over a certain amount

Absolute joke can't follow imple orders I order the same hing everytime and they get it wrong, and wouldnt offer a solution to fix it, as they believe they have enough customers to screw a few over with wrong orders, there's enough takeaways n heywood competing for m well earned cash, will nit be using these again. Rude or the phone.

I have given 5 star's Cos these people that will go out of their way to please there customers they are the most friendly people too and the food is amazing....

Can't complain. Foods lovely. Donner meat is nice. Cheesy chips with garlic mayo are the best. Burgers are yummy, too.

I love the shish and donner in a naan. This place isnt on any uber or just eat site. However google lapizza and it will come up.

Twice my foods been brought to the wrong address even though it specifically says the right one. This time I even put the address in the comments section??

I have ordered from LA consistently for 10 years and they never ever fail to deliver the best pizza I have ever tasted. So fresh, doughy, cheesy and delightful and you can't taste everyone else's pizza toppings that have been in the oven with it like you can with other takeouts. Love this place so much.

Got my order wrong when I rang to fix it was told I was wrong they will not replace my food I'd have to order again...spoke to like I was something they'd just spat out

Food was good, but I got an EXTRA large donner meat and looks like I got a large and its an extra £2, but other then that not to bad

I've been going here for years. Most days delivery is 30minutes and I've never once been disappointed. Chicken burgers, pizza, calzone, scampi.. Its all delicious!

Have used this takeaway for over 10 years and the food is good but when they say their is no charge for using your card then bill you £1 it's not good think I might be going elsewhere in future.

First experience wasn't good waited nearly 2 hours but the food was that good I decided to try again and I'm so glad I did the food is fantastic 😋

Really don't know how to start this but wow. So we are regular customers and first of all our order was wrong we ordered a garlic bread with cheese and mushroom and we got a cheese and tomato with peppers??? They then replaced it with a bland cheese and mushroom non garlic bread as it tasted like cheese no garlic. We then found plastic in our food and was told it was from the kebab meat still shouldn't be in the food??? No sorry just exudes you have lost a regular customer here. We will not be back you should look after your regulars!!! The order was in my finances name zeko.

Back to granos as of tonight after whole order was wrong, even ran through it with the girl who took order !! Never had this issue with granos fancied a change but as they say the grass isn't greener on the other side 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Yo i gunan come in a kick off. I ordered a kebab smashed out my face one night. And you charged me £1 surcharge to use bank card. This is illegal and i demand a refund plus a kebab otherwise trading standards will be popping round for a cuppa. You scrubbers.
