Me and my boyfriend and we came here for the Costa. It's quite nice how there is a Costa inside this cinema.

Clean tidy cinema. Food and drink really expensive

Reclining seats. Best nap ever! Got a prayer room too!

Plenty of car parks but still quite narrow considering that most cars are being made larger or are SUVs. Cinema rooms well looked after and comfortable.

I had a great experience at the theater, enjoying the comfort of the recliners and excellent sound quality.

The cinema experience is awesome. Front service staff are courteous, and the viewing atmosphere is clean. One thing you must know is that parking isn't free. To get a four hour window of parking for free, and you must log in with your number plate at the front desk of the cinema as soon as you get in. Else, you will get a fine off 100 quid.

Still now the sound is not good! You guys turn of the surrounding sound ! Only the speaker in front of the screen is working! Other speakers are off! Such a bad experience ! Screen 7

I can't fault this cinema, the seats are just great,nice and warm. Clean,and you can take a beer in....what's not to like....Don't forget to register your car in the car park!!!!

Great cinema experience. Everything soft

It was cold inside the cinema whilst watching the film, especially in December's time and cold weather outside.

I took my wife to see Robbie Williams, its been some time since e went to the flicks, booked online - no worries, got to venue, excellent staff, paid an extortionate amount of money for some food and drink - it has been a long time since I was last at the cinema. We then went to go through to the screen and was told that the heating wasn't working! It was COLD, and I mean COLD in there - we were offered free tea and coffee, but that wouldn't have made a great deal of difference. I am very disappointed that I wasn't informed that the heating wasn't working BEFORE my purchase of food and drinks, as I may have decided not to stay, however Vue may have let me down but the film didn't disappoint.

Had to wait 10 minutes past statt time for them to clean the screen, bit disappointing, food and service was good as expected

parking can be tight as the carpark can get very full for weekend matinees

Went to watch Mufasa. Booked tickets online, which was really easy to do. Ordered food there first then went to our screen. They scanned our QRcode and we went str8 into out seats. Lots of space and comfy recliner seats. Very clean and workers were friendly and patient. It wasn't busy as we went straight after school.

Good - neat and clean, friendly staff, easy process, variety foods, damn good recliner seats. Bad - Too warm inside the screen i watched. Got a headache as there is no proper ventilation.

Very friendly staff. We arrived a bit late because of the snow and our show was already playing on another screen so we were a bit confused and a young man working outside helped us without hesitation even though we didn't ask him.

Absolutely freezing inside screen 9. How ridiculous to pay almost £14 each to sit in a theatre for over 2. Hours feeling cold. Don’t plan to bother coming back here.

Odeon Leicester offers a great movie experience with excellent screens, comfortable seating, and a good variety of snacks. However, the toilets are not sufficient for the number of screens and visitors, and they were not clean during my visit. Improving this would make the experience even better

The seats in screen 9 felt small, but other than that, all good.

We went for Moana 2. Website was not working properly but there was a very kind staff member "ROSHAN". He helped us all the way and with his help ,we able to watch movie..thanks to him and other lovely staff..

For some reason, audio was very low in screen 11 and also didn't appear like 4k projection.

Brought a year pass to get better value for money. Over recent times the cinema was very cold the staff however don't really care even when people leave half way through! Over priced ticket if you pay as you go! Seating is comfortable but often ripped or torn!

This review is based on last couple of movies experience first of all dint feel like watching movies in cinema the sound system was very bad my house sound system sounds much better then them my advice , don’t show movies if you can’t On proper sound system very disappointment ..

Excellent and comfortable way of watching any movies and big space for parking.

The inside of the room 10 was incredibly cold , no different from outside , the only plus was that there was no rain or wind,I wasted extra money because I couldn’t eat or drink what I bought as my hands were freezing cold, incredibly bad experience I left half through the movie, after that I heard from my friends that every room in that cinema is freezing cold, I don’t recommend it , yes the sound and seating was great but I will never get back

Usually they are really good. But went to see Wicked this evening, we had pre ordered food and cocktails to turn up and be told they were unavailable as sold out. Offered alternative and order a further set of drinks and told to go fill up my soft drink during which time cocktails had been made and the staff members decided to criticise me for not being there to collect them, this was done in hearing distance of other customers and my daughter. The film was starting and we had food, I asked the staff members if it was OK to take the food to my seat and come back for the drinks which they agreed, when I returned one set of our drinks had been given away and they had to remake them for me. I was looking for the hidden camera the whole time as thought someone was actually winding me up. Very poor customer service

It was our first time there in a few years ......Lovely big reclining seats... great view of the big screen Choice of foods and sweets was pretty good possibly a little on the expensive side .. there was even a little bar there too ... JUST MAKE SURE YOU READ THE PARKING RULES I DIDNT REALISE THIS AND I GOT A PARKING EYE PARKING TICKET £60 😤

Great venue,been going for years. Great prices great food,seats are great. Went to see “gladiator 2” with my brother today 27/11/24. Only problem it was freezing 🥶 in the theatre for a hour.😪

I ordered a popcorn with triple giant buttons and they only sent me one tiny bag of NORMAL buttons. Plus i had a tango ice blast with NO straw. How do you expect me to drink it?

Love to go to this site. Seats are comfortable with reclining chairs. Parking is free. There are many different rooms. Good sound system in the Isense, especially advised for Adventure, horror or Sci-Fi movies 🎥 🤌🏾 Please ppl take your garbage before leaving your seats!

I recently visited Odeon Cinema, and I have to say, the experience was very disappointing. The screen quality was subpar, and their so-called “iSense” is anything but premium. It doesn’t live up to the standards of a high-end cinematic experience. The picture and sound quality felt outdated and nowhere near the immersive experience you’d get with IMAX or Dolby. This cinema is in desperate need of an upgrade if they want to keep up with modern expectations. Definitely not worth the extra cost for “iSense.”

Each screen now has only a few rows A-E for example and 9 seats on each row, spread out and ALL electric recliners with a positionable tray each. Genuinely home from home. New favourite cinema. Highly recommend, also Red One was a great film

The cinema itself was fantastic. Comfortable recliner seats with a table. But the ladies toilets were disgusting. One toilet had no lock or toilet paper, one had no toilet seat, one was dirty with urine on the seat and floor.

I went today and the all the staff could not have been nicer. Our seats were like beds and unfortunately my son was sick due to an illness. All the stuff were so nice and understanding and Costa gave us a bag to take in the car. I can not thank you enough Odeon! Thank you from all my family we will be back for sure!

Plenty of Parking and easy access

Odeon now has recliners throughout. I only found this out a couple of months ago and it’s a total game changer if you are a poorly back person. I will now be able to consider movies on bad back days and can see movies longer than 2 hrs. Well done Odeon! 😀

Super comfy seats. Confusing ordering of expensive food

Not great. No direction on what to do, where to go. A mystifying experience that I would not recommend to my worst enemy. On reflection and after the reply from the team I’m going to revisit odeon and keep an open mind.

Was very empty when I went. Was weird to see you have to pay for drinks and food at a screen and then go up to get it from the counters. My friend got around 4-5 receipts. Confused on the difference of the recliner + seats and the non + seats. Mostly clean but in between the seats was dirty especially for how little people were in that day.

Nice cinema, staff can be a bit rude at times- more concerned about their own conversations and will stare at you if you dare to disturb them.

Non stop alarm going off and errors on screen spoke to staff this has been like this for 3 weeks . This could cause issue if fire as errors see image Odeon please sort this is a serous issue

Unacceptable Experience at Odeon Leicester Dear Odeon Leicester Management, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service we received at your Leicester location today. My husband and I, long-time patrons who regularly opt for the Limitless option, encountered an appalling level of customer service that we believe warrants immediate attention. Upon arriving for our scheduled movie, we faced an unwarranted issue with the ticket scanning process. My husband's picture did not appear, prompting the staff member, identified as Broger, to request an ID. Despite presenting his BRP, which includes a slight discrepancy in the last name, and demonstrating our booking via the app, the issue was not resolved. The staff member's insistence on fixating on the last name, despite all other verification details being correct, was both unnecessary and frustrating. We provided all the required information: the app displayed our booking, the photo ID was verified, and we were physically present. Despite this, Broger refused our entry. This not only wasted our time but also marred our weekend plans. The lack of resolution, coupled with the dismissive attitude and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, has left us feeling humiliated. This experience was a stark deviation from the quality of service we have come to expect from Odeon. I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future.

Always prefer odeon to any other cinema. Just buy snacks beforehand if you’re concerned about the price

Place is getting worse day by day. Staff on floor and cleaner doing hard work. Office staff are also helpful. All staff including young on till and serving food also multi tasking on fourcourt and order payment points.

Please be advised that the car park is poorly marked and lacks illuminated signage, particularly during evening hours when attending a film screening. The tablet is discreetly located in a corner of the building, and failure to locate it may result in a £100 penalty. I recommend seeking alternative parking options.

If you get put in a good screen it's a relevantly pleasant time, staff are usually rather friendly and with Odeon Limitless+ you're crazy not to pop down a few times a week!!!

I would like to start right from the beginning so you can fully understand the experience me and my family had yesterday, I tried to book the tickets on the odeon website and my Amazon prime code wouldn’t work at all after trying several times I ended up booking them anyway, when we arrived we got our tickets and food and drinks from the counter along with buying more food ( hotdogs and nachos and sweets etc at this point having spent the best part of £90 all In all ) only to go to the part where the person checks your tickets and lets you through to be told that my son (15 years old) didn’t look old enough to watch the movie we have really looked forward to watching together, I asked to speak to a manager only to be told that I was speaking to a manager and everyone at that point turned into a manager surprising enough. When I asked what Id my son should of had with him I was told he should have produced a birth certificate or passport… I don’t know about you but I don’t even know where my birth certificate is and the only place I take my passport is when I leave the country not to the bloody cinema. We left the cinema extremely disappointed and let down as we always go to odeon for movies and will certainly not be the case moving forward.

Great location, ample parking close by. Costa coffee next door. Several screens. £13+ for a ticket though having said that the seats are brilliant and recline. Property clean and tidy, friendly staff. Only downside is the extortionate prices, recommend you being in your own drinks and snacks. 2 soft drinks, 1 bottle of oasis, 3 packets of sweets came to £24.46 absolute extortionate prices. No reason for them to be marked up as high as they are, pure greedy by the company. Take your own food and drink

This cinema is a joke. I went there for a Luxe experience but because of the screen is so small I felt like I was watching a film on a small TV. Good sound though. Generally disappointed.

Snacks at all cinemas ate expensive but we went here with 2 for 1 so the ticket price worked out great. Was in a smaller screen but the recliners are great, it was very clean, screen was fine, and staff were friendly. Just remember to put your number plate in so you don't get a ticket.

Not one for tech..no person to help you on desk all touch screen thats if you haven't pre booked tickets online. Place is over priced over 36 quid for 2 tickets popcorn 2 drinks and a packet of chocolate maltesters...plus you have to make sure that you pay for parking

Dont get me wrong place was nice and clean and all. But the fact that they ran out of beverages like coke and fanta really annoyed me and the popcorn wasnt as warm aa you would expect when you buy them. Apart from that their recliner seats were mad comfy and really felt like was watching the movie at home.

Staff were excellent. In cinema sound was very loud.

Came in last night for the deadpool premiere. I'd like to say thank you to the two men on (one in a Costa shirt) and the lovely girl checking our tickets with the long hair and eyelashes. You made it more enjoyable for me and more relaxing. However, the 2 other female employees were unhelpful to say the least. From the nasty looks to barking at me and my partner for looking at the merch even tho at that point in time the setting was empty. So even with the screen glitches thank you for making it still a fun night to those 3.

Seats and atmosphere is excellent, great cinema, free secured parking. But tickets are bit expensive as compared to Vue and Showcase. Overall a nice good cinema for family entertainment
