Oceano in Redcar and Cleveland

Food wrong once , they quickly sorted . Second time ordering , food real wrong , rang up to be told they didn't have what I ordered so they send something random instead. Food is ok , but service with preparation and delivery woeful . Both times my issue sorted when ringing , and guys polite enough , I won't be ordering again . But I don't believe the reviews saying awful service , or aggressive.

Just order two mix kerbabs for me and the wife we only got Donna and chicken on it we ordered two weeks ago and I have all ways ordered a mix kerbab and got chicken Donna and lamb not tonight they don't do it no more well I think the price should be different if no lamb well sorry guys you have lost my custom from now on I am not happy with the way you said we change the menu but the price is still the same with out the lamb

Placed an order for £17 tried to edit my order was no option to I then have called Taco Bell 11 times probs some bike ignoring the phone working her shitty job fully just ignorant so I’m currently waiting an order to turn up with things I’m allergic to place takes in no consideration even just pick up the phone and let me tell use I need to edit my order just laziness and ignorant bimbos working behind a counter

This subway restaurant was extremely dirty. The tables were not wiped down and the floor was littered with debris. It's clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority at this location, which is incredibly concerning for any place that serves food. It's also advertised on the Subway app that this location accepts the Subway rewards card - this couldn't be further from the truth, as it is always down. Would not recommend anyone to visit.
