Took over 2 hours for my food to be delivered.

Food is nice but they need to read just eat notes were it clearly says no onions

Waited 1:45 for order after calling restaurant they said it was out with driver 45 min later it finally arrived but cold very poor makes me think twice in using this site.

Perhaps I’ll call the restaurant next time and not use the app. Timing on app was initially 35min.. ordered at 1820 and got a delivery time of 7:20 order arrived at 2000.. Just Wait is my new name for this app...

Fast delivery. Food was exceptionally good, though a portion of the order was missing (rice).

I am not happy with the over the hour wait for delivery only 5 min up the road and the fact when we got it the food was freezing! Shocking service I will be letting people know.

Food was cold phoned twice half an hour apart and both times I phoned I got told it's not long left with the driver

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery so by the time I got it I didn’t even really feel like eating it any more and most of it got binned so a waste of money really.

Food arrived and was still warm, thankfully, as I had to wait 35 mins after the adviser delivery time. The food was OK. Just disappointed with the deliver time.

Let down by this place which is usually quite good, but on a tuesday night delivery should not take two hours, phoned the shop to be told the usual “its on its way” driver mustve cycled here. Food arrived and chips were soggy and cold couldnt eat them.

Outstanding meals, large portions. Food quality is second to none in the local area, and delivery is always on time.

Salt and pepper chips were soggy, curry and satay sauce bland. Not happy with my hangover munch. Won’t order from here again.

Didn't have any complaints with the hot food. The only problem I had was with the diet coke can was dented so much that it was causing a slow leak.

unfortunately the chips were over cooked and were pretty muc inedible.. the chow mein however was spectacular, as always. I’m sure this was just a blip as they are usually spot on, but the chips just weren’t up to scratch tonight , I wouldn’t eat them or share them with my kids. disappointing, because of their own high standards over the years. not enough to make me stop using them though.

NOTE TO SELF: DO NOT PREORDER FROM HERE. I preordered my food to be delivered at 6:30 as my daughter wasn't due in til then. But the food got delivered at 5pm by the time my daughter got in the food was a bit stodgy.

my delivery was amazing when I eventually got it, they had took my food to the wrong address, but restaurant sent new food out in 20 minutes

Ordered a salt and pepper munchy box and was disappointed! It all tastes as if it had just had salt poured over it! There was no peppers through it and no spice to it what so ever. The curry sauce was way too nutty and the onion rings were nearly the size of my head. Wont order again sorry.

the driver at first drove up and down my street for 10 minutes sent me wrong ribs chips were like rubber not happy

Food was greasy and wrong item sent so not enough to feed the family. Phoned them and was eventually told correct item would be sent. 3 hrs later and nothing. I was a regular customer but won't buy from here again and I want a refund.

Waited 45 mins over the delivery time. Had to contact the 'bot' services to fond out what was happening. When the food finally arrived, some food was missing and it was also cold. Not great overall and i am a regular too. Not happy.

Food was slightly later than usual but I was pay weekend and the driver also explained they had a new start on the counter. Food was still delicious and piping hot. The mussels were immense! Highly recommend!! Can't understand the negative comments on here at all they're deluded!

food came 1 hour late and then try to charge more then was said on just eat never going there again...

delivery time good food on arrival was boiled rice when I ordered fried so called to change it I'm currently still waiting after half an hour for my fried rice so in all an hour n half so far for my dinner not happy at all!!

My order was delivered at 5.15 when it should gave been 6.30 we are not happy with this service, why ask for a delivery time if they do not stick to it. Will not use again.

El sal n platos chili son muy sabrosa. Las comidas son realmente fuerte con buena relación calidad-precio, especialmente si, como yo, no puedes comer una principal y lateral para ti. Las comidas son grandes y llenar de seguridad me va a residuos sin nada. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Food is always on time or early!!

Delivered on time but forgot part of the order. Quality was not pleasant. Thai green curry was not of Thai quality at all and tasted nothing of any Thai green dish. Disappointing.

Always lovely out of here they get your order just as you request every time. Food is lush xxxx

The Thai curry was not like any Thai curry that I have ever had (and I love Thai curry). It tasted odd and I threw it out to be honest and shared my friend's satay. Disappointing.

Placed order came missing stuff phoned to say they where no help at all already paid for and they couldn't have cared less and the man in charge was so rude second time they messed my order food might be ok but customer service is shocking shouting down the phone not ordering here again very poor took back for a refund.

Chicken curry was alot better than it was a wee while ago anyway would defo get again rice was a big soggy that was it

Orderd a hot and spicy munchie box waited an hour it came and it was a plain munchie box would have sent it back if it didn't take an hour and wasn't willing to wait an hour for my correct order absolute disgrace considering my hole order came to just under 17 pounds i expect this to be resolved as it is out of order no doubt i will be ignored even though yous were happy enough to take my 17pounds!!!!

Had never tried Ocean Pearl before but was glad I did. The szechuan beef was truly excellent, honey chilli shredded crispy chicken was lovely and the salt & pepper chips were nice. Will definitely order from again.

Although not a 10/10 review it's still the only Chinese take away I'd ever order from.

Food was nice although more onions than meat in the curry & I only asked for onion in 1 curry but it got put in two, after waiting an hour an 10mins for the delivery i just picked the onions out instead of foning for a replacement

i usually love ocean pearl and always order from here but i dont know what happened tonight my food was late on arriving and my salt and pepper chicken wings were greasy and didnt have much favor or spice was quite disappointed.

An hour and a half wait for cold food of a terrible standard. Delivery driver kept ringing wrong flat causing the food to be late and cold.

Munchie box was very dry and food was over cooked and crispy wouldn't but another one but would try something else, curry sauce was lovely

Food was good as always although ordered it it 6.30pm and still no sign of it at 7.50pm nearly an hour and a half later! Phoned to be placed on hold for 10 mins to be told "its already left" it did arrive 10 mins after that so got my order over an hour and a half later!

Really enjoyed my Chinese from them. The delivery was on time and the service is great. I called up to ask to change the order as I made a mistake and they were more than happy to do this!

Food was delicious! I have always went to my local Chinese before moving to clydebank last December, and have been trying to find a new Chinese since. I think I've found it! Delivery time is a little long (usually an hour ) but food is always worth the wait.

Food was not delivered in fact. I cancelled the order after a 2hr 40 min wait. Would give 0 stars if possible. Restaurant wasn't helpful ,when phoning up in fact they hung their phone up on me. This was our favourite chinese but won't be ordering from here again
