Went for brunch and was pleasantly surprised with the food

I recently visited Oasis with my sister, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant was simply enchanting, which perfectly complemented the exotic flavors of Moroccan and Middle Eastern cuisine. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the meal. As for the food, it was a culinary journey through vibrant spices and rich flavors, providing a true taste of the region. The calamari, in particular, stood out as a highlight of our meal, perfectly cooked and bursting with deliciousness. And let's not forget the cocktails – they were nothing short of spectacular! Each sip was a tantalizing blend of flavors, expertly crafted to perfection. In fact, I dare say they were the best cocktails I've ever had. Overall, our experience at Oasis was simply outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Whether you're craving delectable cuisine, exquisite cocktails, or just a memorable dining experience, Oasis delivers on all fronts.

This spot was such a vibe! It felt like we was on holiday. The atmosphere was beautiful, it truly felt like a slice of Morocco in London. The food was delicious, lamb tagine being the best I’ve ever tried!! Been Morocco 4 times and this was the best. Great service too.

Service is bit slow but overall experience is okay

Had the tagine, it was OK, having had tagine in most of the top UK spots this was probably 6/10. Alot of fat within the lamb and the prunes could have done with being cooked for longer. The bread however was amazing. Chicken cous cous was nicer but still not amazing, far too much fat on the meat.

After seeing the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google and social media, our expectations were high when we visited this restaurant. However, we left extremely disappointed. It seems like many of the reviews might have been incentivized or part of a marketing strategy. Firstly, the portions were disappointingly small, and there were no complimentary items provided. It was surprising to find out that bread didn't come free, and we observed other diners at neighboring tables also asking about it. Additionally, the price of £5.50 for a very small portion of chips felt like another joke. Even the thimble-sized sauces provided with the meal were barely enough for one chip. For the price paid, we expected a more substantial meal or at least some basic amenities. Additionally, the mandatory service charge felt unjustified, especially given the lackluster experience. The food itself was a letdown. It arrived quickly but was served cold, including the rice. The salad was below average, and the chutneys were a joke. Only one piece of bread was hot; the rest were cold. Overall, the quality of the dishes did not match the price point. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Before trusting the online reviews, we urge others to consider experiences like ours. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Had a fantastic experience at Oasis Lounge. The Moroccan-themed decor is stunning, complete with plants and trees that make you feel like you’re in Marrakesh. The food is authentic and delicious, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!

My first time here and really enjoyed my time. The shisha is really good!

Overall 3 stars for this place for us. We ordered the mix grill. It was alright, nothing special. We have had better in other places. The decor is nice but the restaurant looked like it needed a deep throughout clean, it was infested of these annoying tiny flies flying around and some ended up in our food and drinks. Not sure about going back.

Had an amazing meal here. the restraint was so beautifully decorated. Felt like we were in Morocco. A lot of love has gone in to the place. Everything was perfect. The meal start to finish was so good. My favourite was the lamb tagine. Literally melt in your mouth packed with flavour. The mocktails were really good too. The cous cous with the chicken was great. The chicken was so tender and juicy.

If I could give anything less I would was considerate I can't believe even though spoke to the workers before going Abdul he said how he will sort us out as I mentioned we are family coming a group of 13 trust me not worth it don't be deluded by content created by paid influences the portion was ridiculous and stingy and prices is not worth it the king mix grill was small came on a ordinary plate size chips like tiny portion although I spoke to the worker directly saying I'm not happy with the portion size we came from so far they did not care don't ignore people negative reviews trust me I ignored people negative review and went still now I regret going.... not worth your pocket stingy as hell you better off in a Turkish place where breads are automatically served, rather then to ask for, and trust me these portions not worth your pocket go to a restaurant where they really care about customers they didn't really give much service, although we paid for tea they then said it's in the house like I'm sorry even that didn't take right very disappointed and will definitely put on all social platform because this place is not for family the worker didn't seem to bother even though it was not even busy

Poor service, very poor quality food. Confrontational manager who did not want to talk after discovering mouse droppings next to seats. The table next to ours departed shortly after our arrival, the table was not cleaned or wiped down - no wonder there are rodents present in this place

If good service is what you’re looking for do NOT come here. Me and my partner experienced discrimination here by the waiters and waitresses here. As soon as we step foot in the manager had some sort of agenda towards us (interracial couple). Ordered the chicken tagine it was standard coming from a North African myself. Our main issue here was we had asked 4 times for juice only for them to just completely ignore and come to us 45 minutes later saying they ran out of apple juice and then orange juice. We wanted any juice really as the tagine was salty. I confronted the first man we asked the juice to and he completely ignored us and walked away. Absolutely appalling as I was celebrating my birthday I wasn’t expecting much or for them to go above and beyond but at least let us know that you’ve ran out if you have and the table beside us had to intervene and ask the waiters to get us our drinks (which they never did.) will not be coming here again and won’t be recommending to anyone either unless you’re coming just for the shisha. I have attached a picture of the incredibly rude waiter. Atmosphere/vibe was nice but can only rate it 4 as workers do play a part

We went in as a group of 10 for the first time, for Iftar and my friend's birthday, on a set menu. I am giving this resaturant a very generous 1 star which is for the atmosphere and the taste of the food. The lack of stars are due to the below reasons: 1. We had booked a table for 10 people, they reserved a sofa space for us, and only made about 9 tight spaces available, so we had to ask the table next to us to use a chair - the least of the problems. 2. When taking our orders, I mentioned I have a sesame seed allergy and could not have any on my food. I asked for them to confirm whether the starters had any on them. I had to repeat this to 3 other waiters that passed by our table, and finally after about 30 minutes, another waiter came to say 2 of the starters on the plate have sesame seeds and for me not to eat them, I asked for the starter to come without those 2 items so there was no cross-contamination. My entire table was served starters...without cutlery, and we were waiting there for about 10-15 minutes for someone to bring cutlery over. When my starter arrived, I was handed a plate with BOTH of those sesame-containing items on it. I had to send it back, and once again repeat that I am allergic and I cannot be served sesame. Once my starter finally arrived, without the sesame, most of my group had already finished their starters. 3. The main courses began to be served - mine was served first along with a couple other people, I once again asked them to check my food had sesame seeds because it was not mentioned to me when they brought my food over. Same story here, everyone but 1 person was served their food, no cutlery was given. the table beside us were also served without cutlery. The person that did not get their food, only got theirs after about 15-20 minutes. Once again, I had to ask 4 different waiters to check about sesame seeds without response. Finally, I got up and went to the kitchen to ask them directly, it was confirmed there was no sesame, and by this time, my food was cold. 4. The manager came over to our table and asked what happened, and I explained the sesame seed situation to him, he said I need to 'do my homework before coming to these restaurants' and practically laughed in my face, as well as not taking the allergy seriously. This level of unprofessionalism is very dissapointing and absolutely unacceptable. 5. Overall service was very poor, they are certainly understaffed and need better management. I cannot say the food did not taste good, it did, however, when the food becomes cold due to prolonged waiting, this is where it is unsatisfactory. I hope these points can be taken into consideration for any future customer experiences. The time and money I personally spent in this place was undeserved. I will not be returning.

Bad Bad Bad service, we have waited for food almost 2.5hours and when they bought food it was cold. Tagine bought without bread and bread came after 30 mins and main dish mix grill bought after all food done which was pathetic. Not happy with service and the way manager behave was unacceptable as he shouted in front of kids Kids waited for food like 2.5hours and frustrated. Not recommended for family dine outs

My friends and I visited on our first night out for Iftar. Upon arrival we noticed set menus laid out and enquired further. We had not been informed prior there was a set menu for the evening, which most of our group were not keen on. The staff, to put it as politely, were not interested in providing any form of customer service towards us and blamed us for not knowing of the set menus (we should have looked on Social Media prior, apparently). Fortunately, upon leaving, we crossed paths with the owner Khalil (hope your name has been spelt/pronounced properly). After hearing of our discontent, he took responsibility and provided the best and most courteous evening for us. His level of customer service, demeanour, kindness, and attitude is what you would expect at the highest level - as such we were grateful and felt blessed to have met him. The evening turned our beautifully, food, drinks and dessert was exquisite 👌. Shisha could have been better, but overall, due to the owners approach and great customer service, he made our night. It is because of his service we will be returning. Thank you.

The food was amazing the decor had a traditional style to it that made it feel cozy and comfortable and the service was second to none also the owner of the establishment was very friendly he took the time to come sit with us and talk to us we ended up talking for over 2 hours, the staff were also very friendly with top notch service. We will definitely be coming back!

I think I found my favourite Moroccan restaurant in London. So soon as I walked into the restaurant it felt like being in Morocco with all the traditional items. The food was delicious and of such great quality. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming again! If you love shisha. The area at the back is perfect area to sit back and relax. Great atmosphere !

We had a lovely evening at Oasis Restaurant for Iftar. They have an amazing set menu with very delicious filling food, including soup, a main meal, salads and dips. Very traditional and the aesthetic of the restaurant is also very tradition. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming again.

Came here to break fast with family and it turned out be a horrible experience, we had arrived with the intention to order from their normal menu however when ordering we were told we had to order off their Iftar (special) menu which was dissatisfying as we had checked the menu online and there was no disclaimer saying we must order from their special menu during the time when people open their fast this limited our food options. The food we had ordered took almost an hour to arrive and when it did the food didn’t come all together as we asked, my sons food came first then we waited 20 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive once it did my son had finished his plate. We decided to order some drinks which took 25 minutes to arrive and eventually when they were given to us they mixed up the drinks order and gave us completely different to what we ordered?? And I had asked for a bottle of water 4 times for it to only be given to us 20 minutes later? Appalling service and waiting times, upon asking for the bill they had also messed up the prices and charged us falsely, the staff were not attentive nor apologetic for any of the mistakes or delays. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want top service and good experience. On the other hand the deco was nice, however the tables were really uncomfortable to sit around, no space to put your feet….. I hope the management take this as a positive criticism and improve the above mentioned points….

Absolutely loved my experience at the Moroccan Restaurant in London! The service was terrible. We did not receive our main meal for over an hour. Me and my friends to left after 1 hour and 40 mins without eating our main meal. I would not recommend to anyone. We still had to pay half , it was an absolute joke . Honestly felt disrespected. Food: iftar Set menu.

I went with a friend for iftar (2 young girls). Initially I liked the decor and was anticipating a great meal after fasting the whole day and coming from a busy work day all the way from the other side of London to try morrocan cuisine for the first time. Their soup came first… it was BURNT. I can’t believe it was even served like that. I told the waiter and he took it away but never replaced it nor offered an alternative for replacement. I didn’t complain just continued with my iftar. The tagine was average, could’ve been better but I had no major complaint about it. The problem was with the service. At one point the owner came to ask about the food we said it was okay but the soup was burnt and he said “yes I know”. Again, we continued to have our food. The bill came and we noticed the soup hadn’t been taken off and nothing discounted out of courtesy so naturally we asked for something to happen, the owner made us pay for the service charge and offered £4 off yikes! I politely told him as a business owner he should’ve done it before I asked but that that it’s fine. He proceeded to speak very aggressively with me and my friend and eventually just ignoring me as I didn’t speak Arabic, my friend told him that I was excited to visit a morrocan restaurant and that she’s upset she brought me here and that it’s the first experience with her culture and it being so horrible. He started shouting and saying that he’s been in the industry for 14 years and has enough customers and doesn’t need us and he said leave my restaurant now. Please imagine that me and my friend are two young girls and he is a big tall man who is trying to intimidate us. If you’re a woman don’t go here if you care about safety and comfort. I would definitely not recommend this place. The food reviews are probably from his family members or influencers he invites. Please avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money or evening here.

Firstly for a famous lounge like this you would expect some professionalism, they have less decorum then a reversing dump truck, we went there for iftar and had one of the worst experiences, I have been treated better by my enemies fr. The waiters were nice so it’s not their fault but the food was horrible, we got soup which was burnt, i don’t know how you burn something that’s 90% water, their Tajine was average at best, I have fed stray cats in morroco better Tajine than that and when we told them the soup was burnt they took it away without providing a replacement and even charged us for it. We asked it to be removed off the bill and was confronted with abuse and disrespect, then the owner came who’s built Thomas the tank engine and he started talking about how he is famous and doesn’t need us, over a flipping soup. I wouldn’t go here again if they paid me. Horrible.

I had an amazing iftar experience at this Moroccan cosy spot! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, and the decor was absolutely stunning. The food was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious Moroccan dishes that were bursting with flavor. Me and my sister had the iftar menu which also came with a dish of complimentary dates. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed. We ended the visit with baklava and chocolate cake - 2 out of their various dessert options. It was truly a delightful and satisfying evening. I can't wait to go back again! 🌙🍽️

Upon ordering our shisha and tea which it was cold, it quickly became apparent that it didn't taste anything like the flavor we had requested. When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, hoping for a replacement, the situation only escalated. The owner himself intervened, insisting that the shisha was of good quality and outright refused to change it. His manner was shockingly rude, the worst I have encountered in any establishment. After a mere 15 minutes of enduring this unwelcoming atmosphere, we decided to leave, only to find ourselves grossly overcharged. For just two shishas, the bill exceeded £100, not including a mandatory service charge. This incident highlights not just the lack of professionalism, but also the sheer arrogance and unreasonableness of the management. I would strongly advise against visiting this lounge. It's a clear example of a business that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and frankly, it's not worth anyone's time or money.

Today, during the month of Ramadan, my family and I visited the restaurant, and the food was very delicious and the reception was very welcoming... I advise everyone to visit the delicious Moroccan restaurant, and in the end, do not forget the Moroccan tea, which has a distinctive and sweet taste. My first experience of authentic Moroccan food. I just loved the food, the strong cultural vibes that this place holds. Its an amazing experience and a place totally suitable for families. You can also enjoy the shisha here. I would highly recommend this place. You will be in love with the place when it comes to spending your precious time with your loved ones

tagine was terrible..really oily and fatty and little meat and no aroma..couscous wad very average..again little flavour and a lot of bones. Service was nor great and slow...Nice venue but food is overpriced and not worth the price
