We dined at Oasis Lounge for a wonderful intimate meal this evening! The staff, ambiance and food were absolutely amazing. Total 10/10. The moroccan and lebanese vibes are brilliant, with great friendly staff and stunning interior! The moment we walked in we LOVED the atmosphere, comfy sofas, authentic feel and overall fun vibe!! We had stunning starters, mains such as lamb chops, some new additions to the menu with desserts such as chocolate souffle and baklava. all topped off with their traditional mint tea. We will definitely be returning with friends for special occasions!

One of the employee was so arrogant and non informative. He didn’t clear about their sitting area , where Shisha was Mandatory . And he enforced us to have Shisha . On of the other colleague tried to control the situation but the other one still argued! We left our desert without even finishing , we paid the full bill with service charge. We went there seeing so many good reviews but disappointing experience.

The most beautiful extremely delicate and lovely place best customer service I was so much impressed by Moroccan culture and let’s talk about the food We had 2 different types of tagines lamb and chicken. The chicken one came with could could and chick peas sweet potato’s and omg it tasted heavenly delicious proper authentic Moroccan flavour and then we had chicken shish extremely tendered and mouth watering then we had fat touch salad and baba ganoush both were very refreshing For drinks we had their fresh juices and smoothies delicious and their moctails were out of this world they were made to perfection Guys visit is a must must must !

A really bad experience. We went for a family dinner and we left super disappointed. The staff were rude and very unwelcoming plus they didn’t speak much English, the food was average to okay and the atmosphere wasn’t the best. The prices are high compared to the standards of the food and the service you get with it (waiters just putting the food on the table without telling you what it is or asking who’s food it is). Overall a bad experience and we wouldn’t go back

Absolutely amazing place! The decor and ambience is absolutely gorgeous, especially at the back, and perfectly encapsulates the Moroccan-Lebanese background of the place. The host (owner?) was also a really friendly, welcoming and lovely guy. Obviously the food and drink are the main things to talk about and everything we had was delicious. We came for breakfast on a quiet Monday morning. Personally I had one of the Tagines and a smoothie and I haven't had a nicer breakfast in a long time! Plenty of food provided to fill you up, and also well made and beautifully served. Haven't been for dinner so can't comment on that side of the menu however I will be making time to come back for it soon, and if it's anywhere near as tasty as our breakfasts were then it'll be superb! Recommend to anyone not only in the area but, since it's not too far from East Finchley Station, anyone in London/on the Northern line too. Also make sure you say hi to the bird, he's adorable!

While visiting today after finding the place on Instagram, we found the food to be wonderful and the service to be good. However, the loud music made it difficult for us to hear each other. My wife made a reservation at this restaurant for my birthday. Initially, I was unimpressed by the exterior, but once inside, my perception quickly changed. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and above all, the staff provided very friendly service.

Tucked away on a somewhat secluded street, this place is well worth seeking out. The Turkish theme runs through the spacious layout and the menu doesn't disappoint. There's plenty of seating tucked away in quiet corners but with relaxed, comfortable seating. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome even though we came at an unusual time and ordered a mix of light bites and coffee.

The place is amazing, and the food was served fresh and quick. Recommend to install fans or AC units during summer

Never again, the service was nonexistent. Having spent £116 you'd think a place that charges a premium would at least take your order. Without any exaggeration, I had to literally get up 6 times and ask everytime I needed something. They never came or checked if anything else was needed. Honestly I'm still in disbelief at how shocking the service was, not sure I can even say it was bad given they didn't even provide a "service". Even when paying which i had to gonfind someone, they didn't say thanks or please, it's like they were doing me a favour! Rudeness at its best. The place was LITERALLY empty as you'll see on my video. When we arrived and sat down, we spoke to the one other couple who were just leaving, in a space of 5 minutes I saw them get their food and get up and look around for a waiter, then they left. They said they had to leave with their fresh food as a takeaway for the same reason. Not woth the price in anyway. Even the shisha £35, asked 3 times, no coal changes it just died. Many other options out there, avoid.

I found this place around midnight and went there with my friends, as we were starving. The moment we went there, we were in awe about the interior as it looks very simple from outside. But, honestly it is really beautiful whereas the food was average. So, it is understandable that people don’t visit here for food, they either go there for good time snd shisha. P.S.: Just to let you know that they have a policy/rule for the customers to spend £25 per person. We were not aware and we were grateful to the person who was serving us to explain in a gentle way.

I’ll definitely be returning to Oasis lounge, from the moment you step inside it’s like taking a trip to Morocco. From the decor to the food, everything is truly authentic and delicious. This was my first time visiting this place, and it was meant to be a relaxing outing with friends to enjoy Moroccan-style food and atmosphere. From the moment we entered we heard shouting in the kitchen amongst staff. This wasn't great to see from a customer point of view and gave a bad feeling. The menu was shockingly overpriced, with a pot of Persian tea for two costing almost £12! Initially, a friendly staff member took our order but after that we were completely ignored. Despite making frequent eye contact with us and clearly seeing that something was wrong, the staff treated us like we didn't matter. Meanwhile, the table next to us, a larger party, received all the attention. When we needed drinks, the manager rushed past us, barely acknowledging our presence. He handed us a fizzy drink menu and was gone before we could ask any questions. My pregnant friend needed a sugar-free option but the manager's attitude made us feel unwelcome and hurried. We reluctantly chose juices, only to find we didn't like them and again the staff avoided us when we tried to complain. We were left feeling neglected and frustrated while other customers received attentive service. The atmosphere and decorations are good but this place desperately needs to improve its management and customer service. If they continue to ignore and mistreat customers, they will undoubtedly lose them. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call: treat your customers with respect and attention, or they won't be coming back!

I was disgusted by the service that was delivered to me today .Oasis claims to serve breakfast but when I arrived at 10am there was no one in the restaurant except for someone in the kitchen . When I asked him for a menu he threw them on my table and proceeded to walk away . I immediately realised that he didn’t give me the breakfast menu so when I asked him for the breakfast menu he took around 5 minutes to get me them and once again threw them on the table . When we were ready to order he said with a horrible attitude ‘what do you want ‘. I was so shocked by his disrespect so I walked out the restaurant. He then slammed the door as me and my friends were walking out . I have never been treated with so much rudeness in my whole life , I do not recommend going to their breakfast.

The food was decent but extremely overpriced. The atmosphere was definitely the best thing about this place. By far the worst thing was the service. The manager had a terrible attitude and did not seem to care about our table. They never checked up on us and didn’t ensure that we had a good experience. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that is charging these prices.

Went there for lunch at about 12.45pm one the 7th June, food was amazing specially the fresh bread and starters, the waiter didnt read our order back to us so there was a mistake in our order, we were not given any cutlery or napkins, only towards the end of our meal another waiter was present and he was dressed and looked the part for a waiter ( initially the man serving us was not dressed in clean clothing or ready for us at all

Some of the dishes arrived cold, and others lacked the signature spices that make Moroccan food so flavorful and distinctive. 4. Our experience at Oasis was unfortunately disappointing due to the poor service we received. The manager, Adam, was particularly dismissive and inattentive. When we asked for a Coke, he inexplicably brought up the conflict in Palestine, stating that the restaurant doesn't serve it. This was not only irrelevant but also an inappropriate context to introduce political views. Moreover, the lack of attention from the rest of the staff further detracted from our experience. It was evident that other tables received more focus and better service, which left us feeling unwelcome and neglected. The overall lack of hospitality overshadowed the potential of the restaurant. While we were giving this feedback to Adam he didn’t seem to care and was very sarcastic with his answers. We hope management can address these issues to improve the experience for all guests in the future. 5. The poor service ultimately overshadowed our entire visit, making it a place we wouldn't recommend. If customer service is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere.

The food was very good. The baba ghanoush was so nice and smokey and the bread was lovely and fresh. As a Moroccan I'm very critical when it comes to the food. We chose mixed grill which was good in flavor and the calamares were also very well seasoned and nice and crispy. I loved that as soon as you enter the restaurant it feels as if you are in Morocco. The decoration is amazing and a lot of thought went into it. The service was very good too. I disliked the shisha being in the same area as the restaurant

Me and my friends visited Oasis tonight for the first time. The food was ok but not great to be honest (kebabs need more spices). What I'm concerned about is the service of the resturant. Poor managment. Manager knew we were not happy about something and we are upset but he wasn't doing anything about it! No one was coming to check on us to see if everything is ok or if we need anything else. I'm a pregnant woman who was thirsty to have a cold drink. We asked the manager about drinks, he could see I'm pregnant but didn't even offer me a tap water! He was so rude and rushed us to choose something from the drink menu. I told him I want a lot of ice in my drink but when drinks came there was no sign of ice. Before we left the resturant we spoke with the manager (Adam) and gave him feedback about his attituade and how he treated us but again he was so rude and just wanted to get rid of us insted of listening to us properly and appologising for his attituade! I wouldn't recommand this place at all for their poor service especially from a manager.

Absolutely outstanding, from the food, ambience, service and most importantly the food. Very authentic and flavoursome 😍. I brought 11 of my family and the service of Adam and all the staff was 10/10 they were so patient and hospitable. Highly recommend!!!

Adam has been very patient with us and showed a lots of experience with regards the dishes we were asking for. His manners and service was excellent. We felt like we were invited to his own house with a very warm welcome. Thank you so much Adam, we definitely will come back (11 of us) and Wii invite more of our families and Freind’s. A hidden gem in Finchley. Visited a few times with friends and family and have enjoyed every time we come here. Lovely decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Excellent in every aspect!

1st time at Oasis it was a great experience. It felt like you was in morocco 🇲🇦 so authentic. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were perfect. The atmosphere and ambience was just right. I would recommend to family and friends and I will be going back soon!

Good food for a fair price. It's just uncomfortable to sit and eat on such low and tight seating. And I didn't enjoy the mix of food whilst others smoked shisha but each to their own. I would go back for the drinks and the couscous was super fluffy.
