The place, food, service and hygiene is amazing. The environment is very friendly, I have felt very welcomed and the manager Ramzi has been incredibly supportive and friendly. He has helped us choose the food, shisha and has served us the Moroccan tea incredibly well. Even the people at the restaurant are very friendly and you can have an interesting conversation about the culture. I highly recommend this place and you can take some really nice pics to post on your social media. I will come back for sure!!

Poor Communication- No notice of a Boxing event during booking. Time Limits- Forced to leave within an hour after the main course. Dismissive Service- Ignored attempts to order drinks. Unacceptable Conduct- Manager's demeanor was insulting. Do not recommend for important occasions.

We went to this beautiful restaurant for brunch it was lovely, the service was great and food was scrumptious.

We had booked this restaurant for our Christmas dinner (with all the office colleagues). It was meant to be an official dinner. We made the reservation well in advance so that we could spend time together and chat. Their food is good.but there behaviour destroy everything. However, they didn't informed us during the booking that they would be busy with a Boxing event and that there would be other guests, we might have prepared differently. They told us that we had to leave our table exactly one hour after our food was served because another group had booked the table for watching Boxing .After our main course, we wanted to order drinks or something else, but they refused to serve us and ignored us. Their manner of speaking suggested that we should leave immediately. We even offered to sit somewhere else, but they were not willing to take our next order there either. In short, our Christmas dinner was ruined because of them, and they insulted us in the process, which was very hurtful. The behavior of the manager or supervisor at this restaurant was completely unacceptable. So, please do not ruin important days by going to such places. Their conduct was very unprofessional.

We were excited about having dinner and spending quality time together. We had planned everything carefully and booked the table three days in advance. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the servers were excellent, but the manager's behavior was disappointing. After we finished our meal, he told us we needed to leave because the table was booked, even though we were planning to order drinks. We asked for another table, and while they moved us, they completely ignored us and didn’t take our orders. We felt unwelcome and decided to leave. It was a very disappointing experience.

However, the service completely ruined our experience. After finishing our meal, the manager (or supervisor) told us to leave because the table was reserved for other guests. It felt like he was eager to get rid of us as quickly as possible. We asked if we could move to another table to order desserts, and he reluctantly agreed, but insisted we pay right away. After paying, we tried to order more, but our requests were completely ignored. It was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, booking our company Christmas dinner here turned out to be a big mistake.

Came here for dinner and had a great time. The ambience, service and food was amazing, we had the labneh, batata harra, zaalouk for starters and the lamb tagine and chicken cous cous for mains. For drinks we had the mocktails and the power booster. For dessert, the Moroccan tea and baklava was delicious. Would definitely recommend visiting for authentic Moroccan food if you are in London!

The best Moroccan food I've had in London. Loved the salad, lamb tagine and honey cake. Would recommend :)

We went to Oasis Lounge expecting to try a different cousine (for me for the first time!) and had an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we were definitely in the middle of a moroccan oasis - the staff were lovely and the place looks amazing! We had the forest touch and the passion fruit mojito for drinks (both mocktails) and they were delicious. We then had the moroccan salad (honestly the best salad I have ever had in my entire life), the chicken pastilla (my favourite of the entire meal) and zaalouk (that came with the best bread ever!) for starters and then had the lamb tagine and the chicken couscous for mains - both incredibly delicious as well. The portions were very big and filling. To finish it off, we had the honey cake and the chocolate souffle for dessert with moroccan tea - one of the best teas I’ve ever had in my life. The vibe of this hidden oasis was incredible and the food was one of the best food experiences I’ve had in ages. Totally recommend a visit!

If you are looking for a Moroccan place in London then this is the place for you! I have been to Morocco and can assure you this place not only has the most beautiful traditional decor but it also has some of the most delicious Moroccan food I’ve had! 10/10! Definitely go for their traditional dishes such as the lamb tagine and the Tangia! The portions are a lovely size and they are delicious!!

Nice food and atmosphere, however be aware... Today I went with my family of 20 guests, as we were a large group ,we were told to order from the set menu which would cost £40pp. There were five of us who didn't order from the set menu as some just wanted a burger and some wanted a smaller meal. When the bill arrived, we were told each individual had to pay £40pp as everyone had a drink, main meal, and dessert. This is despite the fact some of us didn't order from the set menu or even order a dessert! My individual bill came to £24 yet I was forced to pay £40 because the owners said we were a large group and everyone had ordered from the same set menu. This was not the case for everyone. I would have been happy to pay the £40 IF I ordered from the set menu but I didn't. We left feeling very disappointed, which is a shame as the place itself was nice.

Amazing spot! As soon as you walk into the restaurant you feel like you have been fast tracked to Morocco. The interior is so beautiful. The menu had lots of choices and lots of Moroccan specialities. This was my first proper time trying Tagine and the meat was divine. We had a range of starters and 2 mains. Followed by the winning honey cake and ice cream and traditional tea. It’s also a great spot for shisha. With so many flavours to choose from. I would defo recommend. The staff are all so friendly and we got great service. I can’t wait to go again!!

Of course, I couldn’t skip my all-time favourite Chicken Tagine, and it was everything I hoped for and more—tender, flavourful, and simmered to perfection. But the real surprise was the Tangia. Another first for me, and WOW. The depth of flavour was unmatched! And just when I thought my taste buds couldn’t handle any more joy, along came the Honey Cake. Soft, rich, and perfectly sweet—it was the ideal ending to an extraordinary meal. Finishing off which smooth shisha. Can’t ask for a better place.

This place is ASTOUNDING for all the wrong reasons. Completely regret my decision to come here. The management and service displayed is the worst I've ever experienced. That is not an exaggeration. We are sitting there after making our order. And just waiting and waiting. There was no indication nor were we notified in the beginning how long the food will take. When we tried to gain attention, we were met by laughter! Manager and waiters just walk by dismissing us When we complained in the end, there was no apology, no recognition and they had the nerve to charge a service fee. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you're happy with waiting almost 2 hours for your food then by all means have a ball and enjoy yourself. I won't be surprised if rest of reviews are fake.

This spot is a great place for a cosy night out. Very good and tasty food. Pure Moroccan vibes. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was seamless

Just had the most horrendous experience at this place 1 hour and 20 mins to get served food and not once did any of the waiters even come over and apologise instead they was walking past smiling and laughing. I had ordered the lamb tagine and the couple sat next to me who came 15mins after me ordered the same thing and miraculously their food came out before mine. A couple who have came a little later again miraculously got their food within 20mins. To top it all off they had the audacity to add service charge to the bill at the end which I refused to pay. If you plan on coming here then bring a pillow and a blanket because regardless of what you order all you will get is a long wait. Would not recommend at all.

Even though I had to wait for 40mins, this dish was perfectly balance with tender meat and aromatic spices that lingered on the palate. The lamb, slow-cooked to perfection, was melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the sweetness of prunes contrasted beautifully with the savory depth of the sauce. Every bite felt like an embrace of flavours—earthy, sweet, and savory—brought together in harmony by the slow-cooked method of the tagine itself. It was a dish that spoke of tradition, patience, and deep flavours. You need to experience the Oasis. For dessert: Passion fruit cheesecake.

Unbelievable restaurant. Attention to detail was out of this world. We certainly felt like we were in Morocco. Stunning cold mezes and delicious main courses. We had houmous, aubergine and tabbouleh. For mains we had chicken grill and lamb tagine. The puddings looked delicious but portions were huge. The bread was delicious.
