Worst service I’ve ever received in my life, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they serve the main meal 2 & a half hours late especially a Muslim establishment that is serving ‘iftaari meals’. The food was terrible & dry too. The place is just pure aesthetics, no consideration for the quality of food or service. Never ever coming again.

Authentic Moroccan restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere and a decor celebrating Moroccan heritage. Service was great and the waitress was very polite and friendly. The food arrived quickly. The meat was juicy and succulent and the portions are generous for the price that you pay. We were also surprised by the size of the mocktails as they were very generous and tasty. The couscous was very flavourful. Baklava was sweet and flaky. It’s good for large parties of people as well. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walking distance from East Finchley station so we’d probably go by car next time.

Went here to check the hype. Service was good. Ambiance was great. The food...meh! Starters: Chickpeas Shorba was underseasoned, no sharpness with an overwhelmong spice. Main lacked oomph! Mixed Grill was underseasoned, dry, hard skewered meat chunks. The red one, I swear was indian tikka masala and not authentic moroccan. The rice was basmati, the kofta was very bland and chewy. Lamb Couscous was bland, had no intense flavour of lamb. So, the place is good but the food is not memorable..... AND YOU ALL KNOW THE RULE: We only go back to a place when we "remember" and miss something great we ate. So guys, to be fair to Oasis, this is my opinion. I am an experienced cook who grew up in the Mediterranean North African countries. My palate is a bit more advanced flavour analysis wise. If you don't have 50+ years of cooking Mediterranean food... then this place will taste alright. So enjoy your moment.

The Food was great 8/10 The atmosphere not really, many people around smoking Shisha and that smell made us uncomfortable for eating. And they really have to work to improve the hospitality of some people who’s working there, we arrived and the guy asked about name of our reservation without a smile or any kind of good behavior. Also never anyone come to check if everything is okay or if we still need anything else, also when we wanted to leave no one say anything, we felt a bit invisible. We enjoyed the food, but unfortunately will no come back again

Visited this place for the first time after being recommended here. Ambience was nice and had a traditional Moroccan theme to it. Table space was quite cramped and you ended up being bumper to bumper with other tables. Food quality was good and the price to quality ratio was fair. On the pricier side with food. Very noisy, so makes it difficult to hear your friends or your own voice. Shisha was good quality and staff were attentive to needs.

Highly recommended! Portions are huge and I had to ask for a takeaway! Also staff is very friendly.

I honestly had the worst dining experience at this Moroccan restaurant. Despite calling 45 minutes in advance to make a reservation in a non smoking area, we arrived to a freezing cold room. It took them an embarrassingly long time to find the remote for the heater, so we had to sit through dinner with our coats on. The cleanliness was also terrible, with dust visible everywhere—even on the payment till. What made it even worse was the menu. Not only was it overpriced for the quality and experience, but they had Coca-Cola listed, yet when we ordered it, they claimed they were boycotting it due to Gaza (which I respect, but still a heads-up would’ve been nice). I then ordered a Sprite, and they brought me limonada instead—at a shocking price of £4.50 for something that wasn’t even on the menu. That’s not boycotting, it’s just bad business. The food was the biggest letdown. We ordered Lamb Tajine, Beef Ttanjin, and rice, and none of it was fresh. The Beef Ttanjin were horribly overcooked, reheated and terrible dry. The service was just as bad—despite telling them twice that the food was overcooked, they completely ignored us. When we mentioned the issues again at the till, they didn’t do a thing. On top of everything, the staff struggled to speak English, which made communication frustrating. The prices were way too high for the experience and quality we received—I’d honestly recommend grabbing a bite at a high street fast food joint instead. This restaurant is a big NOOOOOO for me. Terrible food, bad service, and no care for customer experience. NEVER RECOMMENDED

Place is good, their lamb tajin is very nice. I go specifically for this dish. (This time waiter forgot side of couscous, when this finally arrived we had finished our lamb) That annoys a lot considering was my wife birthday. However, thats not the reason of my 3 star, this last time there, we were overcharged unfairly for a chicken couscous that my daughter asked. The waiter asked her if she would you like some veggies on it, so my daughter said yes (the waiter did wrong, as he didn't warn us about any extra price implied) For our surprise when the bill came we found out they charged us for this dish 28£(dish without vegies about £21-£22) which was way to much for what the dish was, full of bones and not as tasty as she'd like. Not happy with them. I have to high light, a bad management on the Shisha policy, I explain: When we sat, the table at our left was empty, 15 min later they sat a couple and straight forward served the Guy with a Shisha pipe, our food arrived and the guy was smoking all over our table the Shisha vape. Not nice from this suspect but also from management that does not think about the rest of customers. (No comments) Also, something management should think about is to climate the place better, as is winter time and their back area, was freezing cold. We ate and left in just 40 min, not cosy at all in winter time. If at least you could drink something alcoholic to warm up. But no, no alcohol served in this place, which I respect of course. It will take some time to come back.

On our recent visit, we were very disappointed. We sat in two different areas, and in both, cold air kept blowing, which made us uncomfortable and unable to enjoy the food as we should have. We ordered mojitos, and although they tasted nice, the glasses were filled mostly with ice, leaving hardly any room for the drink. You could take only one or two sips before the glass was empty, even though the glasses themselves looked quite large. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean and tidy, and the staff was helpful. However, it was much more expensive compared to other restaurants.

On Valentine’s Day the woman at the front was so sweet! The service was really good and the workers were very sweet and welcoming. The lamb was delicious and so filling. Everyone was so patient.

My family & I had such an incredible time at this place! The food was SO fresh, we had the lamb, chicken & prawn tagines and they were so so good. Drinks are also super fresh (orange juice is freshly squeezed) and the sticky toffee pudding for dessert was some of the best I’ve had. If you like Moroccan food, I HIGHLY recommend this place! I had booked a table in advance and specifically requested a great spot for our dinner, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant completely ignored this request and instead crammed us into a cramped corner. To make matters worse, they tried to fit four people into a space clearly meant for three, making the entire meal uncomfortable. The lack of consideration for our reservation was disappointing, and the staff didn’t seem to care about improving the situation.

Came here and was told to wait 45 minutes- 1 hour even though we had a booking. Ruined our whole night on Valentine’s Day. Totally disgusting , clearly overbooked and did not even call to notify us!

The ambience in the restaurant and decor made it seem as if you’re in Morroco doesn’t feel like you’re in London. I went to Oasis Restaurant today, and it felt like a trip to Morocco! The atmosphere was warm, and the decor was beautiful. I tried the lamb tagine, which was tender and full of rich flavours, along with light and fluffy couscous and perfectly spiced vegetables. The Moroccan mint tea was refreshing, and the sweets were a delightful treat! Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back ❤️😋

Horrible place to visit, the staff are rude and are never present in the dining area, I had to go to the kitchen to get someone to come and give me the bill so I can pay. We asked for Moroccan Tea after we eat, we finished eating and wanted to leave. The tea was not made. The rude staff told me I have to pay for the tea. I had not consumed it, how can I be charged for something you have not yet made or served, and that I had changed my mind about ordering in the first place? Joke of a restaurant. The food itself is overpriced and I don’t understand why it has the hype that it has.

The Tanjia was amazing, and the Fish Salmon Tajine and Chicken Cous Cous with Vegetables were full of rich flavors. The drinks, including the Strawberry Mojito and Passion Fruit Mojito, were refreshing and perfectly paired with the food. They also have a lounge area that makes it ideal for groups and families. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy great Moroccan cuisine with loved ones. Highly recommend it!
