I had noticed Oak and Maple when looking on Google maps so I was over the moon when we stumbled across it on our way into the centre of Newquay. We tried several of the 'raw' bars. The peanut butter cup was a favourite. We also enjoyed a juice too. Love the concept! Hoping for nationwide delivery soon.

This little place is a wonderful find in Newquay. They make their own oat and cashew mylk to go in the smoothies which are served in glass bottles that are then returned to be re-used. We fuelled up on a smoothie before a three hour walk and both were great tasting and kept us going until lunch. A real gem!

What a fabulous little find! Tucked away, it's well worth the visit if you're in Newquay or even just nearby. All their juices/smoothies are made fresh, and full of goodness. We had a smoothie each (Blue Matcha and Berry Beet) and both were beautifully balanced with all their delicious ingredients. The homemade mylk made them extra creamy, and having these in reusable glass bottles you could take back made it even better. Prices are slightly high, but then again, with the quality and ethos of O&M it's absolutely fair. Can't wait to visit again next year and sample more of the menu!

We tried the juices, the shots, the chocolate/peanut butter bites, the energy balls and the wraps and loved everything. This little café is a real gem.

Just had The Drake and the Mrs Perryman. Both came with plenty of chips, the actual duck dishes were outstanding, really nice. We will be returning to try another dish when we return next year. We were lucky to have crispy skin as well. We spotted the sign for the duck Truck while we were driving to our cottage in Tintagel and decided to give it a go during our stay. We were not disappointed. Top local produce, by the farmer. Keep up the good work, we'll be back
