I’m so glad this is my local kebab shop, the food is fantastic and safe always helpful and pleasant.

Very busy takeaway but the food is good to eat

Ok Kebabs has been under new management for a few months now and the food is absolutely stunning. They have converted me from a lamb donor to a chicken donor!! Portions are large (except the sauce pots, may as well put the sauce directly into the food as there isn’t enough and barely half filled the pot) , food is ever so flavoursome and the team are very bubbly and friendly. Unfortunately I have had to knock down the stars on service as they haven’t quite got their timings right yet. Even after months of embedding in and learning their peak times. I always call my order for collection and I’m often told 20-25 minutes. As usual I arrive 5 minutes after that time and my food still isn’t ready. Leaving me to wait another 10/15 minutes. I would much rather be told to collect in 40 minutes than keep waiting in the small shop. I have tried walking in and ordering and found that slightly quicker, but not all the time. If you don’t mind waiting for delicious food, highly recommend OK Kebabs.

Ordered for delivery,waited an hour past expected delivery time after not received,phoned multiple times but didn’t answer phone,had to go and collect and wait further 15 mins for food,avoid ordering on Saturday nights,other customers in who also had to collect when ordered for delivery(also no offer of refunding delivery charge)

Tried it for the first time about 3 weeks ago and had ordered multiple times since as the food is amazing it's great value for money as portions are massive, it's not so greasy like other kebabs, food is 10000/10, garlic sauce is amazing definitely get an extra pot, salad is fresh, the baklava is good too and the staff are very friendly and efficient and fast, definitely our new go to, 100% would recommend!!!

Poor service! Accepted order for delivery. Cancelled 1hr 30 mins later order by email. Didn’t have the decency to notify me. Still waiting for my order 30 minutes later. Called again got yelled abuse. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Unfortunately can’t do 0 stars made order at a 18:30 called at 19:30 to be told order was on the way then at 19:55 got an email to say order has been cancelled. DO NOT USE

This kebab shop has been under new management for a good few months. I have had food from them several times over those months and it has been excellent every time. Good quality meat cooked to perfection and I love the option of having rice with it. Delicious - I can’t recommend OK Kebabs enough.

Great service food always taste great

I popped in here this evening after work as we had had a new fridge freezer delivered and hadn't been shopping yet. The food was delicious, the menu, quality and service is actually very well thought out. Our shish kebab was served on a bed of delicious flavoured rice - really nice authentic rice. The salad and sauce came in little individual pots and the pittas were prepped and wrapped individually too. Everything was well cooked and nice and hot. Very clean inside shop and staff wearing gloves when handling food too. Great! Thank you very much!

Kebabs by day, card fraud by night! CHARGING CARDS @ 4am ONCE CLOSED. Been reported and POLICE will be visiting, I will make the trip and visit myself very soon! Who do they think they are! Absolute NEW OWNERS FRAUDSTERS!

Staff are super friendly. The shop is extremely clean and most importantly the food is immaculate😋 waiting time for collection was about 20 mins but the wait was defo worth it. I tried out their chicken shish which is packed with flavour. Its also served with rice and a separate box of salad; just how i like my kebab. This is definitely the best kebab ive had in kent. Highly recommend.

Ordered food told it would be 60min after 70min called to be told would be at least 20 min longer hopefully it does turn up will update you all

Salad ok meat salty as hell chilli sauce green no flavour at all what a load off make your own mind up.

Food quality is excellent. Would recommend their wraps. Falafel is very tasty.

Ordered from OK kebabs for the first time this evening after reading many good reviews and so glad we did. Food was delivered in less than 25 minutes from ordering (Wednesday night) We ordered a lamb doner and chicken shish mix, with some chips - the food was superb, so tasty and cooked to perfection. I love the add on of rice as well, very traditional and something you don’t often get from the kebab shops we have previously ordered from in the area. 10/10 for everything, very happy and will definitely order from here again. Thank you ☺️

The best chicken shish in the whole of Kent and the customer services excellent I used to go to his old shop which was 5 minutes from my house now I drive 20 minutes to his new shop just to get his food because it is excellent

Payed a visit today but only tried the small portion of chips which were very nice a I'd say enough for 2 people if having something else with them .very friendly young lady served me .

Had a lovely chicken shish came with rice warm pitta and amazing fresh salad one of the best kebabs iv had the rice makes such a difference.. Well done all staff. And lovely delivery driver will defo order again 👍👍

Had to wait 1.5 hours for 3 chicken kebabs on two occassions. Owner looked at me in the face and ignored me completely while serving people who came way after me. Two times same thing and when I asked him he looked at me blankly... fyi paying with GBP like everyone not turkish lira not indian rupees... like brown people is not at all welcome!

Brilliant food, never had a bad takeaway from here.

I really like the kebabs from this shop. The portion sizes are good (a small kebab is enough for me). The meat is cooked through but still moist and the salad is fresh.
