Nusret Shawarma in Bradford

Tuve una experiencia de lo más terrible con este despreciable restaurante que se llama Nusret Shawarma. Hice un pedido a través de Just Eat, y se suponía que llegaría a las 10: 01 PM, pero nunca apareció. Para empeorar las cosas, marcaron la orden como "entregada", lo que simplemente no era cierto. Traté de resolver el problema, pero no hubo respuesta del restaurante. Este nivel de servicio es completamente inaceptable y se siente deshonesto. Recomendaría encarecidamente evitar este lugar. Hay establecimientos mucho mejores y más confiables que realmente valoran a sus clientes. Muy decepcionado. Evitar a toda costa

Always seen this place as I make my way to and from city centre and the outside looks great and very inviting. Finally went in yesterday and was served at the till, for some reason had to give my order twice but it got fulfilled in the end. Looking at the menu the prices are OK, my only gripe is they charge the same price for a chicken shawarma and and lamb shawarma, but when asked if I can go half and half they said it'd be a 10% extra charge. This makes no sense as you're not giving me extra food so there shouldn't be an extra charge. The plate was served and I sat down to eat. The layout is spacious, clean and well kept, with sauces and tissues on each clean table. There's even a sink with soap which I feel every eatery should have, only downside is it's tucked behind the drinks machine so you wouldn't know it's there unless you stumble a roos it or ask for it. The plate looked very presentable and pleasing to the eye, the vibrancy of the salad was the most appealing, the chips n chicken were just different shades of beige. Salad tasted nice and fresh throughout and that's probably due to most of it being pickled and constantly topped up through the day. The bad now. The chicken shawarma and the chips were cold. I'd watched the worker plate them and saw that he'd opted to give me the scraps an leftovers that were sat next to the rotisserie and fryer, rather than make me a fresh batch. That's poor service and shows that they'd rather give you a bad plate of cold food rather than make you wiat a few minutes longer for a fresh portion. Was absolutely appalled at this but this did cement my decision that yesterday's visit was my first, and last. Won't be returning again.

Staff was nice and polite, food was excellent, everything was clean and on point. My friend was also very impressed with food, definitely recommend and will visit again.

I ordered a shawarma sandwich with a drink cost is £5 I gave the man £10 and he didn’t return my change when challenged he was adamant I gave him £5 where as I cashed out from the cash point prior to walking in to the shop so I know what I gave him. He was still adamant and making it very awkward in front of other customers so I let him keep it. Food was nice though just be careful because it sounded like he knew what he was doing.

Amazing food, nice staff and clean premises. Tried Nusret special pizza first time and was really good.

Well enjoyed by everyone. The place was great to eat and this was not expected as the prices were surprisingly low.

Best sharwarma I've eaten and was a cheap price. Highly recommended, customer service was also good as the food was served quickly and they also gave me a very good portion size. I highly recommend nusret sharwarma for anyone who is a fan of chicken and lamb, the interior of the store is also very nice and has a good vibe.

The food is really tasty and the prices are really cheap. Every time I come in the customer service is on point and I get treated well. Can’t complain at all

Been down a few times, everytime I’ve been it’s been brilliant. Friendly staff, quick service and lush food.

Charged fully but given less than half the items. When I phoned back to let them know expecting an apology was faced with a completely rude staff member. Told me that despite asking for a meal deal on the menu unless you specifically asked you don't get the extras just main item but will be charged in full. Nonsensical.

I was passing by on my way to Leeds & thought I would give it try. Its absolutely fantastic food & great prices!! I bought lamb & chicken shawarma & whole roast chicken it is excellent quality & the nans are soft & fluffy. Would highly recommend to all & will definitely be visiting again.
