Me and my friends hunt out cafes that make good coffee and decent scones. Nurtch did well in both respects. Best scone I've had in a while. Lovely atmosphere on a wet Saturday. ❤️

Beautiful soup with tasty bread and excellent service. We look forward to our takeaway scones. Also excellent to get a pot of hot water with the tea without asking.

Lovely warm clean coffee shop, greeted by friendly staff. The food is homemade, can recommend the afternoon tea, if its a light lunch pannini with a good selection of fillers, this is served with salad homemade slaw and crisps. My new place to go to and won't be changing.

Me and my mother have visited this hidden gem on Milburn Road in Ashington a few times now. This place is definitely worth a visit if you can. The service is exceptional and the staff are so kind and welcoming. The food also is amazing quality and at a very reasonable price when compared to other more expensive places in Ashington. My personal favs were the roasted pepper Quiche and gorgeous gluten free chocolate brownie. Also this place is a god send for my mum is Coeliac as Nurtch provides a good selection of Gluten Free dishes. Moreover the owners are more happy to hear recommendations for dishes you might want them to make and add to the menu. Deffo a 10/10 from me and my mum.

First visit to this recently opened establishment and was very impressed. Lovely food at very very reasonable pricing. A selection of toasties, paninis served with salad and crisps. Soup available plus cakes, scones and traybakes. There is a lovely calming relaxing atmosphere within the room and we were looked after extremely well by Michael and Adam. Will certainly be returning to Nurtch in the future.
