A wonderful place to sit in the garden on a sunny day and enjoy coffee and cake. Excellent cake. Really nice staff who seem to enjoy serving people.

lovely coffee shop where we enjoy the fresh cakes and treats. Lovely to go to after being disappointed by thecofffee shops in town. Staff are usually friendly and in the spring and summer it is lovely to sit outside and walk around the park. Parking can sometimes be difficult but that is not the staffs fault.

Always our favourite place to come for coffee and cake or brunch! Always fab food. Excellent veggie options. Reasonably priced. Shocked there aren't tonnes more positive reviews! #supportsmallbusinesses

My first time of visiting here, and I will come again. Had a lovely egg mayo sandwich, and a fabulous piece of 'old school' cake delicious!

After trying this gem before Xmas I arranged for 13 of us to go for Afternoon Tea today. It didn’t disappoint , everyone was absolutely chuffed with the quality of the food and superb service. It was brilliant and we will definitely be back . Thank you

Wonderful coffee shop! We came here twice whilst staying locally for a week. The park is lovely and great to walk our dogs. The coffee shop was great, dog friendly seating outside, great choice of drinks, cakes to die for , and my wife’s eggs Benedict breakfast sublime. Avoid the Costas and Starbucks and come here instead!

Every time I pop here I leave either empty handed or frustrated. I don't come here often, usually when it's been wet and I need to take the dog a walk somewhere where there's paths. Today I was told I wasn't able to be served at the hatch and needed to come to the till, however my dog isn't the most calmest of dogs so found it unsuitable, so I asked if I could do it by the app, and was told yes. I downloaded the app to find out that they weren't taking orders! Left empty handed and annoyed. Previous visits have been the same, and the last time I went I waited 30min for an iced coffee for it to have been left on the side and no one called for me to collect.

I have been here so many times and absolutely loved it, however Saturday morning breakfast was really disappointing, it has to be said the coffee was really good, however breakfast sandwiches were poor, my bacon one was under cooked, poor quality bacon,and really didn't cover the bread, was served with slimy white bits, aargh the sausage sandwich my daughter had was again under cooked and not a great quality sausage, I would prefer a hike in prices over poor quality ingredients. Will be back for coffee but certainly not the food.

This is our local go to place with the friendliest staff even when they are under pressure, it gets so busy!! They always have time for an hello and to speak to my daughter. The coffee is lovely too. A gem of a cafe in our beautiful park. Can't wait till you open properly so I can have my halloumi brekkie!!

I've been here a few times over the last few weeks with my family.Tables are only outside due to Covid but the waiting system for a table needs to be worked on.We watched from our table as people were told repeatedly to wait on the grass if they were waiting for a table.There are two areas of grass though, there needs to be a clearly signed area so everyone knows where to wait. We watched people bickering over tables because someone tried to get a table before them.Staff are a little standoffish, I watched a member of staff tell someone off for not waiting on the correct area of grass and I felt so bad for them. Food- twice I have had the bacon now and both times it has been extremely fatty and not much actual bacon. My partner had the pancakes and said they were nice.Drinks are fine but I do find that there is a long wait most times.It is a lovely area to sit and socialise etc but I feel the food and drink is overpriced for what it is . We have only eaten here over the past few weeks because of the 50% off. Normally, we would only have a drink whilst we are at the park and then an ice cream.

We come here most weekends and have had the odd blip but overall its been pretty good, sadly not today. From beginning to end the service or lack of was shocking.So, I ordered on Hopt which we have done since coming back after lock down. The young lad that came out with the drinks took them to the wrong table, then when he realised it was table 7 he may well of just threw the drinks over us the way he put them down and walked off (no sugars or spoon), that got my back up but hey ho I went in and got them myself no big deal (I must admit I always find the mannerisms of this guy quite brash). Its just typical that this morning was the worst possible morning for things to go wrong as we were hoping to be in due to other commitments. We sat there and watched other tables getting their order who had come in after us, so I went in to check out what was wrong. I think the lady I spoke to is the Manager and she is usually so friendly but was obviously having a bad morning. She told me that there was a problem with the till and she would have to manually send my order through to the kitchen. At this point after waiting half an hour for just porridge and granola I would expect a drink on the house by way of an apology but all I got was a sour face, I should of just cancelled the order and got a refund.It gets worse, the pastry we ordered came out and again they tried to give it to the table behind us!We sat and waited a bit longer, the final straw was when they took out a couple of porridge's to another table. I called the waitress over (who I believe is the Manager) and explained that we couldn't wait any longer to which she snapped that's fine you can take them away! A couple of minutes later she came out with a brown takeaway bag and an insincere apology.So, we arrived at just after 8.00 am and left at 8.50 am with a takeaway bag and a bee in my bonnet.Sorry to say that we wont be back.

Following a walk around the park today with my 3 week old daughter I fancied a coffee so went to the coffee shop As normal coffee shop very busy and I couldn't get the pushchair in.I decided to go to the serving hatch around the side to place my order only to be told I could only order at the window if I had a dog?I explained i had a pushchair with me and couldn't get it in as they are so busy but still they wouldn't serve me.This is not a family friendly cafe and I strongly recommend families dont use it.Bring back the coffee van much more convenient .

Went here today to kill a couple of hours and spend some time with family. Went to go into the coffee shop itself, but was VERY busy (typical) and there was no room for a pram. We decided to sit outside in the sheltered area as it was still covered from the wind and drizzle of rain. When my parents got to the window to order 3 lattes (that's all we wanted) we were refused order because we didnt have a dog?! I guess having a 3 week old baby with us isn't "good enough" excuse to have a coffee. They also refused to hand hot drinks through the serving hatch to a woman, and asked her to send her son round to collect them. Her son was no older than 6, and she was holding a dog (too big for the 6 year old to hold). As most people with common sense would, she refused to send her young son in to carry the hot drinks out. Absolutely disgraced at the way we were turned away today for not having a dog, and the lack of organisation the staff had! I understand its busy, but still, it was 3 lattes, that's all we wanted! Such a poor first impression I had of this place, and will be reluctant to return!

My family regularly visit the Cafe for breakfast and have never been disappointed . Having read some of the negative reviews I find them very hard to believe as we have always been massively impressed by the staff, service and standard of food. If all you moaning Minnie's keep to your threats and don't return , good riddance is what I say. Go and be miserable elsewhere .

Had a long wait for a lukewarm hot chocolate. No prices on cakes, cookies and refridgerated drinks, time consuming to have to ask the price of everything. Think they hope you'll just buy them regardless.

Wow. 20 minute wait for a take out coffee, whilst my family waited in the park. One person in queue before me.Waited patiently. Loads of sit ins and take outs were done before mine and when I did ask about mine and if they'd missed it no acknowledgement that they had and no apology. Not sure where the fault is but yeah, disappointed overall.

On my travels photographing Midland's Bandstands I stopped at Mary Stevens Park. What a gem it is and I was delighted to find a lovely cafe in the grounds.Only for coffee which was excellent btw but for breakfast next time. Yes it's a little noisy indoors but many places are these days but the staff were very friendly and the service speedy. No complaints from me on this visit.

I’ve been to this cafe on several occasions and every time it has been so incredibly noisy in there , they have crammed too many tables in and people bump into you when you are eating .

Not enough staff during busy periods or tables and chairs. Could do with an uncover area outside durings these times. Food and coffee average though.

A lovely café. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast and lunchtime food. Parking is free (if you can find a space). I had chicken tikka sandwich which was bursting with chicken. Had our granddaughter with us and asked for a bowl of boiling water to heat up her baby food. No problem. Would definitely recommend and will visit again By the way the park is great with a lake with plenty of ducks and geese on.

A very hardworking cafe, the staff are always great and they do lovely coffees. I have previously had a really nice vegan cake from here however when I visited yesterday they had no vegan cake options and no vegan options on the savoury menu despite displaying a (vg) symbol in the allergens section? It seems a little strange to me to include that in the allergens section alongside gluten free and vegetarian and offer plenty of gluten free and veggie options yet zero vegan options. I assume they operate on quite a casual basis with cakes but it would be nice to know you can definitely have something to eat here instead of having to hope you get lucky and turn up on the right day!

What a find, wide selection of breakfast from full English to pancakes with loads of topping choices as well as other choices in between. Wide choice of cakes including gluten free. Wide choice of hot and cold drinks.

Very busy venue but excellent value for money brunch. Wide choice to suit everyone and good friendly service. Would recommend as the parking also free which is a bonus!

I had the Cajun chicken jacket potato which was nice but expected it to come in a sauce as it meant the meal was very dry.

Ate here recently with my two children the coffee lounge itself is smartly decorated although a bit chilly due to automatic doors that are both large and slow to close.

We have visited numerous times and tried a variety of options from the menu. Lots of choice and always delicious food. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food served very quickly. Drinks reward scheme is fab. Buy 9 drinks get 10th free. The card soon fills up so a free drink is a nice extra! No negatives at all about this place. It's our weekly treat, to visit the park and have lunch at no.92!

Fabulous place for breakfast the Granola & Yoghurt especially. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. A walk in the park afterwards to work off the calories

Visited numerous times now. Food is always lovely. A range of drinks and fresh cakes to choose from. Healthy options available. Drink and snack choices for children. Can get busy but isn’t that a good sign? Never had to wait more than 5 mins in the queue and food always arrives quickly. A number of seats/sofas inside and picnic tables outside (some under shelter). Multiple bowls of water outside for dogs. Ramp for disabled access. Really modern and clean toilets.

My elderly father and I visited for an early lunch last week, after a pleasant stroll round Mary Stevens Park. The food was very pleasant although slightly pricy, with friendly service from young staff. Inevitably, as it was during the school summer holidays, the cafe was very busy with parents, grandparents and young children, and was therefore very noisy. That's not a criticism of the cafe itself, but rather a warning to others who, like my Dad, may struggle to hold a conversation in a noisy environment (there's very little in the way of soft furnishings to absorb sound).

Lovely place, great staff, decent prices.....fantastic addition to the park👍🏻👍🏻 highly recommend that you pop in.

Very pleasant breakfasts only downfall Bacon & hash browns have changed. Not so tasty and a bit cheap looking. Otherwise great cafe. Waitresses are great and very helpful.

Nice drinks again, friendly staff, would recommend this place. Only criticism is that my Cappuccino was a little cold but, it tasted good....

Just stopped here for coffee while walking around the park, staff attentive but not welcoming, excellent double expresso coffees will be going back soon to try out the breakfast maybe a little apprehensive in view of some of the reviews here on TA.

I used to love going to this little cafe until this morning. Decided to have a bacon sandwich. The bread was very dry like it had been left out uncovered and there was hardly any bacon on it. Very disappointing. After speaking to the girls who were serving because a manager wasn’t available the answer was more or less “that’s how they are, the bread was out of a fresh loaf and we put 2 pieces of bacon on”. Well if that was fresh heaven help it when it’s stale. We really should have photographed the amount of bacon. It costs £3.15 for that, daylight robbery. The staff could really do with a bit of etiquette training as the treat you like it’s your fault. Won’t be going again.

If you are vegan or have a milk allergy, you will pay through the nose here. Yes, I had to pay 30p extra to have a dash of almond milk in a flat white coffee. Unbelievable!!

Great addition to the park, always busy which does affect service at times. One gripe though is they advertise loose leaf speciality teas however when they arrive it's a bag in a pot!

Tuvimos sándwiches crujiente de atún que era importante y venía con una gran ensalada, con una taza de té. Un amigo que más tarde se unió a nosotros tenía una porción de pastel de zanahoria que casa era sin gluten y una de las muchas tartas en oferta, que tenía buena pinta y eran todos sin gluten.

Metimos en alrededor de las 3:00 pm para un rápido aperitivo y un buen café con un amigo y no me decepcionó, el menú está perfectamente montado para almuerzo y incluye gran patatas chaqueta suaves con relleno bueno y fresco de una mejor que la media ensalada (nuestra selección del día) con una buena taza de café americano. La ubicación en el parque es genial (era un buen día el tiempo) y el ambiente vibrante y agradable. El personal era bueno en ayudarnos con el menú (esta fue nuestra primera visita) y esto hizo que nuestro almuerzo tarde memorable, bien por ellos!

Hemos estado un par de veces y es un lugar encantador para conseguir algunos refrescos. La única cosa es que, cada vez que he estado, si tienes un paninni o sándwich, no dan la comida al mismo tiempo que su té/café. Te dan tus bebidas, pero por el momento su sándwich, que hayas terminado tu bebida. O si ha mantenido su bebida para la comida, las bebidas frías. ido Me gusta mi té durante y superior después de comer. No hacerlo con pastel, tienes que al mismo tiempo como su bebida. Sólo un poco, pero sería bueno si su bebida llegó al mismo tiempo que su comida

Visited this cafe with my daughter and husband. It was nice and the food was ok. The setting is beautiful, you can sit inside or outside. Prices reflect being the only cafe in the park.

Visité muchas veces y nunca decepciona. El tocino y queso brie pannini siempre es encantadora, aunque hoy la lechuga no estaba en su mejor. El chocolate caliente es cremoso y sabroso. En general, el conjunto y todas las bebidas son buenas, muy bien servido y un espacio limpio.

Debería haber escuchado a amigos que estaba de visita en Norton! Yo cola y esperamos más de 30 minutos para un pedido de 2 y 1 capuchino americano! No es aceptable, incluso en un día ocupado, y cuando se compara este tipo de servicio con otras cafeterías, tienes que pensar que quizás es la falta de capacitación o la organización.

Un salón de café encantador a Mary Stevens Park. Situado en los jardines de té de este lugar es perfectamente adecuado para todas las edades, desde bebés en brazos a los miembros de cuatro patas de la familia. El café es estupendo y hay mesas si prefiere disfrutar del sol cuando esté disponible.

Primera visita al parque soleado en marzo así sentamos en con mi hija y mi nieta en Café 92 y tenía unos sabrosos pannin inusual y café con ensalada. Mi niña preciosa nieta tenía una vainilla batido entonces pelota en el césped mientras terminamos nuestras bebidas, muy agradable.

Chocante! ! Tuve que cambiar mi bebé y un miembro del personal dijo, "en los aseos de minusválidos fuera (! ! ), voy a conseguir la llave". La llave no encajaba así luego comenzó buscando a través de cajas de plástico para otro mientras mi pobre bebé necesitaba cambiar. Después me dijeron "lo siento, no tengo la clave". Qué? ? Otro miembro del personal me dijo que había otro lugar que podía ir todo el camino a través del parque. . . servicial. ¿Por qué todo el camino de trekking en otro sitio cuando me compré comida y una bebida de este establecimiento? ¿Qué sucede si una persona de movilidad reducida viene y necesita ir al baño? ? Tales actitudes negativas sólo del personal así como si no te importa. He estado aquí mucho, pero no se va de nuevo.

We often visit the cafe and are never disappointed. We love to head there for breakfast and can recommend the full English. The sandwiches are always fresh and full of filling. The staff are always polite and very friendly.

Excelentes bebidas y aperitivos. Muchos asientos dentro y fuera. Buen lugar para parar a descansar en el parque, perros bienvenido fuera. Un poco caro, pero las bebidas servidas en vasos y comida adecuada está muy bien presentado en bonita vajilla con cubiertos de acero inoxidable. Bien merece una visita.

El café es de primera y las tartas son incomparables. Si consigue ir allí y no un pastel entonces no puede ser humana! !

Conocí a mi esposa y su amiga aquí para un café. El lugar es muy popular, pero por razones obvias. Gran Café, personal simpático y muy trabajador. Mi esposa y su amiga tenía un desayuno caliente, lo que asegura me fue genial! Sigan con el buen trabajo :-).

Menú es limitado y muy caro para lo que es. Los precios del menú no fueron correctos - la excusa - nuevos menús en impresoras y que han estado esperando más de 4 meses! Y no bien a que nos dijeron el precio es correcto, aunque admitió su error! Personal para no tener seeemd ni idea de qué hacer y resultó una señora para respuestas a todo! Servicio lento y la calidad de la comida cuando llegó era malo! 1 trozo de tocino en un bacon y Brie panini a 4 libras! ! ! Comida para niños estaba bien pero esperando más de 40 minutos- no tan bueno! A pesar de repetir la orden de regreso a nosotros todavía nos las arreglamos para conseguir los cambios mal, así que la comida tenía que ser enviado de vuelta!

In the middle of Mary Stevens Park and filling a long over due need. Modern buildings and a great range of snacks/ meals covering food allergies. Perfect at the end of a great walk. Friendly service and good value.

Vienen aquí con frecuencia con mi marido y nuestros dos hijos para un café y un pastel o una bebida fría. Pasamos mucho tiempo en Mary Stevens Park, y esta cafetería es una parada relajante. Un entorno precioso, muy buenos precios, y buen café. Muchos asientos en la sombra o al sol, y precioso césped ares con bancos si quieres algo un poco más tranquilo. Muy bien situado.

I have previously written an excellent review on this cafe in the park.I stand by my previous comments about the place,coffee etc BUT----- I was very concerned this week when I decided to order gluten free toast.When I placed the order I needed to clarify they use a separate toaster to cook this ----- THEY DON'T -- WHICH THEREFORE MAKES IT NOT GLUTEN FREE DUE TO CROSS CONTAMINATION.

Always enjoy popping in for a lovely tea or coffee whilst dog walking. Great breakfasts too, not cheap but all good quality, really like the birchalls tea!

He estado allí un par de veces para un capuchino descarado y me encanta. Los niños pueden correr y jugar y usted puede sentarse fuera y disfrutar del sol. El personal es amable pero puede estar muy concurrido, así que a veces el servicio puede ser lento. Un buen complemento de un parque mejorado mucho.

Decidimos levantarnos temprano en la mañana del sábado. Entramos en la ciudad y en la cafetería parado en Mary Stevens Park para un desayuno inglés completo. No hay mucho que decir salvo que el desayuno era muy bueno y razonable relación calidad-precio. Servicio de atención al cliente impecable y en general la experiencia fue muy positiva y aprovechar de nuevo.

Called here for lunch on a Bank Holiday Monday. Located in Mary Stevens Park the cafe has a pleasant location. Plenty of outdoor seating. Food was good as was the service. Have returned since and will be trying the breakfasts in the near future.

Metimos aquí para el desayuno del domingo día de las madres. Esperamos casi 15 minutos para nuestros cafés y la camarera nos dijeron nuestros desayunos completos inglés en el camino. Sin embargo, nos gustaría pedir sandwiches de tocino y parecía un poco confundido cuando nos dijo que este. Entonces esperamos otros 25 minutos para nuestros bocadillos durante el cual nos vimos en asombro como el confundido y desorganizado personal trajo varios órdenes erróneos. Incluso compró dos un montón de huevos revueltos en tostada que habíamos pedido y fueron llevados de vuelta a la cocina. Era un caos completo! Habiendo dicho eso, cuando nuestros sándwiches de desayuno no llegue estaban deliciosos. No habíamos terminado nuestros cafés por el momento nuestra comida llegó pero decidió no pedir otra debido a largos tiempos de espera. A pesar de tener que esperar 40 minutos en total para nuestra comida volveremos ya que la comida es buena y también tienen café encantador. Sin embargo, creo que un curso de formación de personal es necesario, ya que nadie parecía saber lo que estaba haciendo, y espero que la próxima vez que se servirá más rápidamente! xx

Came down on a sunday morning, had a lovely panini & great caramel latte, service is quite slow though but it does get very busy.

Me encanta su café, el mejor que he tenido localmente y todo lo que venden es buena calidad. que siempre está lleno cuando he visitado y no tienes tus bebidas inmediatamente, pero entonces no es un estilo un MacDonalds establecimiento. Me encanta sentarse fuera viendo mis niños jugando en los jardines, mientras disfruta de una buena taza de café. Gracias no 92!

Visitamos esta concurrida tienda de café en los jardines de té de María Stevens Park durante el tiempo umpteenth hoy. Ocupado como de costumbre la mayoría con mesas ocupadas por dentro y por fuera. Mi marido tenía un Americano como de costumbre que realmente tarifas. Mi té estaba bien, como de costumbre, parece que falta sabor. Mi hija tenía los huevos, tocino y queso desayuno sandwich con gluten free bread un auténtico lujo para ella ya que no hay muchos lugares sin gluten dicho pan gratis y ella era encantador. Como siempre había un poco de espera para las bebidas que he decidido es el par para el curso en la mayoría de las tiendas de café este día ya que sólo pueden hacer un café a la vez!

Ya me encanta el original no 92, así que la nueva en el parque era siempre será bienvenido. Pero incluso no anticiparse a lo que un gran añadido sería. Mismas luvverly ofrendas de alimentos y bebidas, con la gran ventaja de un lugar para que los niños corran y quemar la energía de sus galletas fest! Obviamente una opción popular por lo que puede estar muy llena, pero nunca nos hemos fracasado a conseguir una mesa y disfrutar de cada visita. John y equipo, nos Saludo! X

Myself and my family love visiting the coffee lounge in the park. The coffee is good, staff are friendly and it's a lovely place to sit and relax. We visit every time we come to the park.

Lovely cafe - the only down side is minimal disabled parking. I've tried to take my 95 year old mom about four times and haven't been able to park.

En primer lugar me gustaría decir que no es muy claro por qué este maravilloso lugar es conseguir esa injusta prensa? Supongo que algunos folk debe haber dinned en palacio de Buckingham. O, mejor aún a ver que tienes un ir a correr un lugar. De todos modos probarlo por ti mismo gente supongo que todo el mundo tiene una opinión y la mía ... 'joya' fantástica comida, bebidas y ambiente. Un lugar maravilloso. Y es genial para el dinero. Hacedme caso 'me encanta cafe' paz ✌️

The coffee is good indeed, comfortable place for short coffee-meetings. There is no pressure to finish it ASAP to free the table.

A lovely and much improved addition to the park...Yes it's pricier than the cheap coffee cart that was there before but you pay for what you get...Good coffee, good cake beautiful, comfy sofas inside when it rains and a beautiful garden to sit in when it's sunny. The free wifi is fab as I work from home, it's good to get out the house with my laptop. Stops me getting cabin fever!! On a downside (which isn't the coffee houses fault) is the lack of parking...Its monopolised by all the council workers..which was not part of the deeds when the park was left to the people of Stourbridge...The council workers make it nearly impossible at times to find a space in the week.

Justo lo que necesitábamos en el parque durante un largo tiempo. Gran café, deliciosa comida y un ambiente relajante. Los precios no son más que cualquier otra buena tienda de café de calidad, y en lugar de comida empaquetada como las calle cadenas hoteleras ofrecen, número 92 tiene un gran menú de desayuno fresco, almuerzos hechos y bizcochos. Es un placer para visitar.

Visitamos por segunda vez, la primera siendo cuando era nuevo y todo el personal parecía nuevo. Nuestra segunda visita fue probablemente peor! Una impresionante estructura pero la comida y las bebidas son caras y el servicio aquí es espantosa de la me importa mucho menos variedad . El café sabe muy barato y sosa.
