Servicio grosero, contundente, hostil y lento.

This is a fantastic deli serving excellent local food. I haven’t had a bad meal here yet and the service is always great too. They also sell some local produce which you can buy.

Lovely cafe between Jenny Lind Park and Chapelfield - they refurbished (or distressed) the interior of the old pub and converted it into a light, airy and friendly cafe which also has range of wine/beer/deli food to takeaway. It's a shame pubs are closing but if they are turning into spots like this that welcome the whole community may be it is not such an issue. Friendly staff and good brunch/lunch type food - I had a delicious sausage roll but lots more on offer for all persuasions.

My wife and I had noticed that NR2 had opened and having followed them on social media we visited them on one or our rare trips to Norwich. It totally lived up to expectations. We love the cool laid back air about the place, the decor which is beautifully created in the shabby chic style we like. The breakfast was excellent as were the members of staff. We would and will highly recommend them as this is an excellent cafe/deli.

I wish I lived in one of the neighbouring streets so I could come everyday. I love, love, love this place. Uber cool and chic, if the cafe doesn’t make it they have a career in interior design! But the cafe is terrific too, very well curated selection of goodies and delicious snacks. Good coffee and lovely service,it’s a winner all round

Our first visit to this delightful and stylish coffee shop that's a world away from Starbucks. A gorgeous cafe with a hint of Chelsea chic just off Chapelfield. Fabulous little place. We'll be back soon.

We sat outside and enjoyed ciabatta rolls filled with sausages. Very pleasant atmosphere, service good and polite. Even an egg timer for brewing the pot of tea! Surprisingly busy at lunch time. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

I used to visit this cafe venue in the late 80s when it was a dodgy local pub, but had a great jukebox and pool table. You entered at your own risk. It has been transformed into a cool, airy, family run cafe/deli and is truly delightful. Very stylishly decked out, great affordable menu and extremely friendly service. This is one of those finds that I don't actually want to share, BUT it's too selfish not to. We will be back! A Norwich gem.

Visited after seeing an article in our local newsletter. Parking is a little tricky. A lovely cafe with scrummy ottolenghi inspired salads, toasted sandwiches and good coffee. They also sell lots of wonderful bits to take home - we obliged by buying some gin jam that was spotted from the corner of the MIL's eye. I had a salad selection with fresh local bread, the MIL the Swiss on rye toastie. Both delicious. They provide many vegan options and oat milk as a dairy alternative. The cafe can also do take out in the form of salad boxes of sandwiches made to order. Go early in the day - this place is going to get busy, it's just that nice. Also...the bacon butties the 3men in their overalls were gulping down looked equally delectable, but that unfortunately will have to wait till next time.

I just love a teashop and having read re this one I thought I would give it a whirl. Nice friendly staff and lovely cakes. The other food looked good to. Did like the egg timer for the tea. It’s quite trendy - interesting original floor and seems to be attracting customers which is good. Took a photo of the loo roll holder as I do like something different! Well worth a whirl!

Disagree with the first review, I have had a few lovely lunches in NR2, highly recommend the Goats Cheese and Chorizo. The atmosphere is chilled so felt comfortable to do work and didn't feel rushed out the door. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Not sure what the review is about below - 2 baps and 2 hot drinks would be around £12, with great quality thick bacon and local artisan bread along with great coffee it should be more!!!

Bit of a walk from centre but classic city estate pub. Good choice of beers, classy old gents lining the bar. Exactly what you'd expect from this type of pub.

YMCA confirmed this cafe has closed for good. A great shame as it was great value and very convenient for the city centre. They now have a cafe called Williams Kitchen on the Aylsham Road.

We walked in and asked for a table for two. There were lots of empty tables and customers peraring to leave, but we were barked at and told we could sit outside and there were no other options. We wouldnt have minded sitting outside, but the rude guy we spoke to made us feel like an inconvenience, so we left and went somewhwere else.
