Best vegan burger I've ever eaten.

notorious have to be the record holder for their chips losing heat..you can order and collect them and the time you get to the car..bone cold!

Chips bang average the burgers we had both bang avarge the mac daddy was horrible 40 quid for what we got was steep bk is better

Hey meat it’s ok but massive disappointment for bakery not being a bit pre baked hot like in all good burger places . Poor selection of drinks. Eatable but nothing special though place got potential . Bit of better costumer service would change place and give some style .

The Cajun fries with the habanero Mayo is an incredible combo. Had the regular burger and it rivals 5 guys, try it out ppl.

Ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times, food is always good, arrives warm and in prompt time. It can be a little expensive, but the burgers are loaded with toppings and the serving generous, the loaded fries too are always well worth picking up. All in all, I can heartily recommend ordering from this establishment.

Fab dinner before seeing a film. The pork nachos were delicious! The burger was well cooked and fresh toppings but a little lacking in flavour.

i used to eat here a lot and absolutely loved it but recently its changed a lot. the quality of food isnt the same and also i got food poisoning, which ive never had before so im quite shocked! i ate the vegan duck fries and then i was violently sick all evening :// I also have come before and all workers were high so idk the entire vibe of this place has changes, the prices are high and the quality is low and definitely lowkey undercooked the vegan duck when i got mine :/ used to be my favourite dish but now I won't be ordering it again. :(

Not sure how this is rated so highly. Beef burger was breaking apart and tasted very average, the mac and cheese sauce was rubbish and was not smooth. The chicken burger was really nice though. Given it was pretty quiet, the food still took about 15-20mins which for the standard of food it wasnt worth it but the atmosphere is much better than when this was a burgerking opposite.

Appalling customer service. I was a massive supporter when they first opened in Maidstone especially when Karl was working for them . Turned up at 1730 on Sunday excited about a burger told we are closed. No sorry no attempt at making eye contact or having a conversation couldn’t be bothered . The guy with tattoos was very rude and abrupt and dismissive of us even when we said your website says you close at 1800.

They consistently get the order wrong when you order takeaway, or they just don't bother sending half the order. Nice food but that doesn't matter if you don't receive what you pay for.

Average taste, very little cooked on site and you can tell when you eat the food. Feels like plastic, sauces are bought and nothing done to them. I’d really rather walk to 5 guys from Lockmeadow…

Turned up at 7pm on a Friday night with my disabled son in a wheelchair for a treat he had been looking forward to before the cinema to be told they had a private party coming in and they were not taking orders. Come back in 25 minutes. Well too late for us - photo is 15 minutes later and dosnt look very busy - suggest you try the Indian instead - that was very good

Really juicy and packed of flavour. My wife and I, were sharing a burger and chips for lunch. The chef offered to half the burger and also slip a few extra chips in our box. Very grateful and a really top burger for such a reasonable price. Thank you!

We stopped and had dinner at Notorious BRG after the cinema this evening. I had the Mac Daddy burger.. Nice tasty burger.. plenty of seating available. Friendly girl serving. My friend had chicken strips and chips, all tasty..

I had the straight Notorious BRG (beef)...staff were great, simple chat and handed a buzzer timer whilst I waited I'll never buy a burger from anywhere else, period. I waited for approx 10 mins to get my order, opened the box and it was as though it had just been at anadvertising photo shoot, almost looked too good to eat....... I don't need to tell you what goes in a decent burger the ingredients are pretty much the same - so how do they make it taste so good? If you tried to make it better with more mayo or hot sauce it would be ruined cos you can't improve on perfection?! I'm gonna return tomorrow for sure.

Really tasty burgers, generous portions of side dishes… however, ‘skin on fries’ did not have any skin on, and food hall venue was too bright, draughty and noisy, would do better in a more elevated outlet.

Order from the place they failed to send the right food via delivery to me I failed to receive the added on pulled pork and the garlic mayonnaise. When food arrived it was stone cold and thrown in the bin massive waste of money

I was in clear sight of the counter, the cold burger was ok but the chips and pulled pork aren't nice cold I think the girl that was left on her own probably thought the 9 on my buzzer was a 6, but I was less than 10m from counter, should or could have said 9 and I would of heard

The blue cheese deluxe burger is phenomenal, so much flavour, doesn't overpower the burger. So much choice on the menu was difficult to choose

Went Maidstone Notorious BRG. Don’t like mayo or any burger sauces but like spice. OMG. Tastiest burger I’ve ever had. 10/10. Filling too. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Would happily go again.

My wife and I drove over an hour to visit Notorious BRG and it was SO worth the journey! Food was tasty and filling. We were spoilt for choice as everything could be made vegan without compromising. The Notorious BRG burger's filling was wonderfully proportioned and we really appreciated the gerkins. The Bacon Mac was rich and cheesy and the fries were incredible with a sweet hoisin sauce. We were given a notification device so we could find a drink and somewhere to sit but it wasn't long before our food was ready. Seating is within the foyer and for all the restaurants. This can get busy and cold. We now need an excuse to revisit Maidstone.

We were recommended to try NOTORIOUS B.R.G, as they were probably the best burgers I've tasted was the quote. Well, we couldn't disagree. We all had the NOTORIOUS B.R.G. and skin on fries, and seriously, it was delicious. Fresh tasty meat, fresh salad and lashings of pickles and mustard. This is how burgers should be. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Finally got around to trying Notorious BRG Maidstone. I had the PIG Burger and Duck Fries and OMG they were amazing. My better half had the hash brown nuggets and loved them. Really great service and a nice area to sit and eat. 100% be back...Soon

Definitely the best burger I’ve had in a very long time. It was absolutely gorgeous, the bun, the patty, the salad. And the fries...omg! The staff were fabulous, especially the young lady with the dark hair in a ponytail, didn't get her name! Thank you and I will be going back and recommending to friends.

When did I go? I can’t only select one month. We go very regularly. What were you here for? Lunch and dinner of course! Multiple times! This is why I thought I needed to write a review as we have never had a bad experience. This place is a MUST. The burgers are incredible and the duck fries (vegan and real) are insanely tasty. The team are lovely and go above and beyond. The service is quick. I would highly recommend everyone give it a go.

Me and my wife stopped by here to get something to eat before the cinema and were completely blown away by the quality of the burger and duck fries. Pleasant staff, food cooked fresh, I think they also do a lot of vegan stuff too.

Travelled here with high expectations because of the reviews but was left quite disappointed. The food came quickly, hot and the staff were lovely. However, the burger arrived and had far too much ketchup and mustard in it that you couldn't even taste the burger itself. The meat was poor quality, the burger was overcooked and very gristly with lots of chewy hard bits. I would not return as it felt like an overpriced Big Mac as we spent almost £30 for a meal we didn't enjoy and threw in the bin. - Update May 2023 - We never received a refund despite chasing.

One of the best burgers available in Kent. A burger that leans heavily into the party and bun with the toppings purely adding to that experience. If you are in the area or half hour away, it's absolutely worth the trip and visit. Firmly recommend

The best burgers I’ve ever had.

Food was nice, freshly cooked and relatively fast. But it's very over priced for the size of the burger. Worth a try but keep expectations low.

Not as good recently? Have been many times and always enjoyed the flavourful and juicy burgers, but the quality seems to have dropped in the past 3 months. Patties have been dry and underwhelming considering the premium price for each burger. The chips are still consistently good though!

They have some pretty tasty vegan options and the man who served us was friendly. We haven't tried many of their vegan dishes (I've been told they do a vegan version of all their dishes) but we'd like to give the some of the others a try.

Really really not worth the hype. We did a 20 minute drive because the reviews looked really really good. Not going to give lower rating because it might just be me but I really didn't like the burger I ordered. There was SO much mustard you couldn't taste anything else. My partner enjoyed his but said the same. I had one bite then gave it to him because it really wasn't nice. I wouldn't say don't go but it wasn't amazing.

Had this as a takeaway so can’t comment on the venue but felt like going the extra length to leave a public review was needed. We had 4 burgers with friends, all different including a veggie one, and all 4 burgers were outstanding. Will order again and visit for sure next time we go to the cinema !

The tables were incrediblely clean, and the service was absolutely amazing, taking our order super quickly and giving us the food right away. Unfortunately, the food was very subpar and did not taste at all like what it should have done. Although I wouldn't be against trying another item on the menu, I hope that when my wife and I return we can find something we like so we can raise the score

It's now the best burger in town and it's not the cheapest. The burger is very attractive but patty was over done and dry and I didn't like the addition of herbs, the meat itself should be the best bit of the burger. The chips and Mac and cheese are alright. Sadly I don't think I'll go back as it was quite an expensive meal for what it was.

A regular stop off in Lockmeadow. Notorious BRG is perfect for pre cinema or post swim stop off. The entire menu can be tailored for meat free or vegan tastes.

The loaded chips are some of the best we've had. The burgers are 2nd to none. Thoroughly recommend.

This place is without doubt the best food outlet for vegans in Maidstone. Everything on the menu can be made vegan, and the burgers, mac and cheese, and fries are all delicious. They also had the brilliant idea of setting up a separate “Notorious V.E.G”...

We’ve ordered 3-4 times from Notorious BRG over the past few months and have been impressed on each occasion. Always seems fresh and the burgers are well put together. Chips seem a little pricey, but that appears to be the case across the board now.

Went with friends for a quick dinner this evening and we were welcomed by lovely staff and even some live music! Food was cooked to perfection would 100000% recommend!

Burger Meat was unseasoned, so tasteless, and didn’t seem to be good quality. Habanero sauce was like really sweet jam, sickling sweet. Lettuce had black spots all over it. They all seem lovely, but won’t be ordering a burger ever again from these guys.

Super helpful staff & A Great Burger! After placing an order on Deliveroo I needed to call the restaurant, who were super helpful about my request and told us they were beginning to cook the food then. Over an hour later and Deliveroo blaming it on the restaurant not preparing the food on time, I called the restaurant again. Honestly not come across such a helpful team in ages!! They dealt with all the contact with Deliveroo for us and then delivered the food themselves!! Burger and the ingredients were really good quality and the sides are all great too!! Will definitely use again... without the middle man!! xx
