Used to be so so good !! Was terrible today . A large breakfast consists of 1 x extra rasher of bacon , mushrooms dripping in fat and sausages cheap as chips !! What used to be my favourite now probably won’t visit again

Been going every sat morn for suburb Breakfast.Staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.All cooked fresh.Very popular with locals and people are calling in for takeaways.We always went to morrisons,but wont be going anymore after finding this little gem.

The breakfast sandwiches are great, really hit the spot but the prices for extras seem random. £6.60 for a spam/egg/mush? £4.20 for the spam,70p each for egg and mushroom? £5.60? £6.20 for bacon/saus/tom? £5.20 for bacon/saus + 70p for toms. £5.90? No price list visible and the internet results have led me to these prices. I was told last week an extra egg is £1.40. If so I'm buying a chicken.

Second time here and all four of us enjoyed it. Very friendly staff, delicious sandwiches. There's a good choice on the menu.

We have been coming to this Cafe for years. However, we won't be back. Something has changed? My wife ordered poached eggs on toast. The eggs were so under done that they were inedible. My wife took them back and asked if they could be cooked for a little longer, even if they microwaved them for a few seconds? The cook took the plate from her without a word and threw them in the bin. He was very angry and obviously didn't like the feedback? They brought another plate of toast and eggs that my wife described as the worst that she's ever had? Different people and a different experience. What a shame, we'll miss this place.

Popped in for a sandwich after visiting the Christmas Market. It was after lunch and not long from closing but we were welcomed and seated. We chose a club sandwich and a chicken with bacon, avocado and lemon mayonnaise. The BEST sandwiches we have tasted in a long time. Delicious soft bread, generous filling, clean flavours and a good price. All washed down with a HUGE pot of tea. What a lovely little find a short walk out of the main shopping area. If we are in Wetherby again, we will be back.

Have been here several times before whilst visiting Wetherby for a travel break and previously it was great all round. Unfortunately they now prioritize take out food and drinks service over diners. Hence, we waited 30 minutes for coffee and 50 minutes for food to be served. What a disappointment. There are ten tables and whilst we waited for our drinks only two tables had any food served to them. Everyone else was waiting for meals. Our waitress stopped to accept take-out food and drink orders over the phone and served take out drinks to walk-ins whilst we waited for our drinks to be made. This is NOT the way to treat customers inside and l definitely won't be going back.

Came for lunch last week and breakfast this, both prior to cinema visits. Excellent service, lovely fresh food and prices so reasonable. Breakfast today was very good with quality items. We'll be back whenever we're in Wetherby!

I was here for breakfast and I had their Full English breakfast which contained sausage, eggs, beans, toasts and came along with a delicious cup of filter coffee. I enjoyed the friendly service by the staff.

Stopped on the way back down the A1 , called in for late breakfast / brunch. (its only a few minutes off the A1, and much better than a service station stop). Nice people , nice food, would recommend.

This has always been our favourite cafe in wetherby. The food is delicious and freshly prepared with lots of care and the price is affordable. For me what really tell the quality of a cafe is the side salad, which in some places consists in a few limp leaves and pale tomatoes. Well, the side salads and homemade slaw here deserve a special mention so it is clear that lot of attention goes into preparing outstanding food. We have been coming regularly for at least 10 years and it has never disappointed us. Despite having recently changed hands, the quality is as good as ever - we went for lunch today and our burgers and chicken fajitas were amazing. Well deserved 5 star from us and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Was looking for a between Christmas and new year breakfast from an independent and most of our regulars were closed. Found this Deli on Google and we were really pleased with our choice. Staff were welcoming and breakfast excellent. Couldn’t have asked for better!

We’ve been trying to catch lunch here for a while but always seems to close earlier than you think. But managed to catch them for a lunch last month. Food was lovely, I had an omelette with plenty of filling and my husband beef and horseradish sandwich. And one of the best coffees too. Very reasonably priced and lovely friendly service. Would def recommend if you catch them open.

We were travelling through Wetherby and were looking for somewhere for a coffee and a snack and we came across this cafe by chance. Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and lovely coffee and very reasonably priced…..what more can you ask for.

Fantastic service, great food. Very clean and tidy. Came off the A1 on a trip looking for a decent place for breakfast that wasn't service station etc and was well worth the small detour. Very good value for money. Will definately be stopping here again.

Had brunch today, 21/12, very tasty food, good value for money. Sat on comfy sofas in window, nice ambience, relaxed atmosphere, busy but staff attentive. Will definitely return.

have been visiting thos place since our business moved to wetherby and must apologise for the delay in reviwing as with any business reviews are vital, the staff are always freindly happy to take telephone orders and also go out of their way to make something if available even when not on the menu, i regularly get salmon and scrambled egg at breakfast time and it is always first class, occasionally come here for lunch and the ham/cheese panini's are also very good, thank you north street deli please keep up the great food and service.

First revisit since before lockdown. Felt safe and covid secure. Visited for lunch last week, hadn’t booked but that was no problem. Service was prompt and food lovely. We had club sandwich and omelette between us. Portions on the healthy side, great value. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Will definitely revisit.

Popped in for coffee and a cake today. Wonderful selection of cakes as always but don’t they are wrapped now post Covid. Feels clinical, loses the homemade baking feel..... I’m sure they used to cover these with plastic/ glass domes.That said Coffee was lovely but miss the homemade feel of the place that it once had. Would think twice about going back....

Estoy muy contento de haber podido encontrar este lugar abierto (¡alternativa = café Morrisons!). El café era excelente y el pastel de zanahoria excelente. Está ubicado justo al norte del centro de la ciudad en la carretera principal, pero no se deje intimidar por esto. Vale la pena buscarlo y sin duda volveré cuando esté en la zona.

Went for brunch today, full English x 2 and a baked potato with tuna. All very nice and the place was full.

Great service and delicious food. Sometimes hard to get a decent veggie breakfast but this was lovely. 2 veggie sausages, hash browns, beans, tomato, eggs and hot buttered granary toast. All with a cup of hot coffee for under £7.00. I can see why its so busy on a weekend.

I went in this morning as I was passing through, needed a good cup of coffee and that’s exactly what I got! I found it very reasonably priced and well worth stopping for! I think other businesses locally could learn a thing or to about how to treat customers, these guys really do have it spot on! Well done guys and keep up the good work!

Fui con mi hija a almorzar esta semana. Tuve sándwich club con tocino de pollo y ensalada junto con 3 capas de pan de granero, extremadamente sabroso y fresco. Mi hija tenía panini de pollo Cajun que le encantó. ¡También tenía batido de chocolate con 2 bolas de helado! El servicio es atento y la comida recién hecha, en general deliciosa.

Stopped here for breakfast in our way back from Harrogate. I had the small breakfast and it was delicious. Good value for money

Checked opening times on TA and it showed open on Monday. Walked across town on a wet day to find closed, sign on door saying closed Mondays. Not happy, please get it changed to help other future customers.

So glad I checked out reviews to find this little gem. It’s a 2 minute walk out of the centre of Wetherby so probably wouldn’t have stumbled across it. The row of bikes outside suggested that this is a biker’s haven and I can see why. Such a tasty brunch. A sausage butty and a bacon butty, both stuffed full with quality meat and a strong pot of tea. Prompt service considering all tables were taken. Will definitely call in on our next trip ‘darn scarf’!

We broke our journey in Wetherby last week and instead of pulling into Wetherby Motorway Services chose instead to stop off at Wetherby and called in North St Deli. It was a quiet, rainy Sunday afternoon about 3pm but we were given a warm welcome and although we were too late for hot food, we chose some sandwiches and coffee instead. They were delicious and came with a nice, freshly prepared side salad. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Felt really relaxed after our break. We shan't bother with the motorway services again!

Each time I go to NSD I'm reminded how much better it is than any of the local alternatives. The welcome is always genuine and bright, no matter what the weather, and the food is all fresh cooked and presented very well. Breakfast is what I go for - a full English and pot of tea, with bacon, grilled tomatoes, beans, black pudding, lovley sausages, egg and toast, woth a pot of really good tea. Great quality and great food - the only drawback is that sometimes you have to wait for a table, because it's not a big cafe - but always worth a wait.

Wife is coeliac so has a gluten free diet. North street deli were great with this. Really good portions and the food tastes great! All 4 of us massively impressed. Prices very reasonable too!

North Street Deli was packed out within 15 minutes of opening, so get in early or be prepared to wait for a table. The reason it's busy is the excellent food and service. Everything was freshly cooked and the coffee was good too.

Excellent breakfast .. reasonably priced... friendly service. Found this by chance and really enjoyed it.

This place popped up on google with great reviews and it did not fail. Delicious breakfast and my friend who got a gluten free breakfast agreed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Brilliant value for money. All round prefect visit and will definitely be returning.

He is always shouting at the young people who work there embarrassing them, the owner has no manners and is very rude would never visit again.

Friendly serving staff in a relaxed and enjoyable place to eat breakfast. A choice of breads for toast alongside good produce for a reasonably priced full English. A very nice coffee too. The choice on the menu will satisfy whoever walks through the door. Enjoy!

We rocked up out of the blue here for brunch before a spa day. Slightly tipsy in celebration of a day with no kids they could have been very put off by 5 grown adults acting like giddy teenagers but nope, they were so lovely and friendly. Despite being packed to the rafters at 11:30am on a Sunday, they fitted us in. They offered variations of what they had on offer instead of just the blanket menu and were generally lovely.

Habiendo entrado a tomar un café y un bocado para comer temprano en la mañana nos sorprendió gratamente el personal muy amable y su conciencia sin gluten. Me ofrecieron pan sin gluten tostado en una tostadora aparte, así que pude disfrutar de un generoso sándwich de tocino de dos pisos mientras mi compañero se metía en un desayuno inglés completo. Con un café cada uno tenía una buena relación calidad-precio y nos preparó para un día ocupado.

Bought a take out hummus and salad sandwich, the filling was very poor thin spread of hummus and sparse salad very disappointing as I have eaten there before and enjoyed a lovely veggie breakfast . I would go again to eat inside but give the take out a miss

Visited with my sister for some lunch. What a delight to see the breakfast menu being served until 1pm. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff were helpful . Loved the coffee - smooth and hot. I’ll definitely back with my husband !

Called for Breakfast whilst driving through Weatherby. Sat outside the waitress took our order and brought our Dog a bowl of water, within 5 mins we had a lovely tea pot of tea, and 5 mins later a very nice breakfast. All round great service and Food will definitely eat there again.

Regular visitor for breakfast, brunch and lunch! 5* service and food! on the last occasion had breakfast! Everything perfectly cooked, added black pudding which was very tasty. The coffee was equally as great. Good size portions and great value! Always busy so you may expect a wait but it's worth it!

Visited for a family lunch/brunch ; the food was very nice but spoilt by the toxic atmosphere generated by the chef/ owner verbally bullying his young female waiting staff, particularly a new staff member.

Met friends here for Sunday Brunch. As strangers to the area we choose our venue via Trip Advisor reviews. When we arrived on a very wet morning the place was packed out and the atmosphere was buzzing. We didn’t have long to wait before a table was made available for us and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was of superb quality, served very quickly and great value for money. I can thoroughly recommend this great cafe. It’s worth the short diversion from the A1 when travelling.

We loved this little cafe in Wetherby. It was extremely dog and human friendly. The service was impeccable as was the food. The young lady serving us was both pleasant and couldn't be nicer. The cafe was immaculate and there was a great menu choice. We'll definitely return.

I often go here as it is cheap, atmospheric and the food is always delicious. The latte’s and cappuccino’s are tasty as are the wraps, the milkshakes, the bacon sandwiches and the panini’s. The small cafe is located on the outskirts of central wetherby and is always filled with happy customers. I have been going here for some years now, and after only just looking it up, i am definitely not surprised it is number 1 in wetherby!

It's several months since I last popped in here, a recent visit was not good. Basically, the latte was poor, not a latte at all, just normal not very tasty coffee. The young lady delivering the drink managed to fill the saucer with coffee, no attempt to clear it up, no apologies so I had to make sure coffee didn't drip onto my clothes. Not good.

Stopped in for lunch. Excellent food and top service. The food was fresh and the choice was extensive. Well worth a visit if you want tasty food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Been here many times for breakfast mainly but also lunch! A full breakfast (veggie too)! Has all the trimmings with tea/coffee/juice for a low price. The lunch menu also has a lot on offer from paninis to fajitas. They also offer take out which is great for on the go. A little out of the way from town but not far. Highly recommend!

We stopped off with our 2 dogs for a Sunday Breakfast. Immediate welcome despite the very busy kitchen. Extensive menu, although this is called a Deli, the range of food from sandwiches to specialty burgers is wonderful. We both had a full breakfast, one vegetarian and one English. Few things I spotted within the first few minutes - immaculate surroundings, mix of seating from cosy to outside tables , a lot of staff , service 5 star. The food was very hot, what a pleasure and change from sub standard usual cafe. Watching the chef, he orchestrated the staff like clockwork, tables cleared and cleaned right away. All manner of plates cooked to order and served together. Lovely lady (possibly the co-owner), took our orders and accommodated the dogs with a warm welcoming approach. Nothing but kindness. The only room for improvement is the loo, could do with a upgrade sometime, but spotless and plenty of soap and paper towels.

Stopped off at Wetherby town after seeing the huge queue at the services. Glad we did. Lovely filling breakfast, the hash browns were the best I have had in ages. 7 year old daughter thought chips and omelette were filling and delicious and juice was fresh. Friendly welcoming service. Cards accepted if you are spending more than 5 pounds and good range on the menu for lunch. Comfy sofa in window which we lounged in before heading off on the rest of our long drive.

My husband treated me to breakfast for my birthday. It was a real treat to be able to just sit and be waited on, the food was excellent and good value. Service very quick and efficient. Cosy friendly atmosphere.

We visited on the morning of my wedding, 9 of us and we were served in good time considering we hadn’t booked and the food was amazing and set us up for the day!

It is a very busy little cafe in Wetherby. The food is great, the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place if you want a quick lunch or a sandwich on the go.

Staff extremely accommodating! My friend and I both had prams and although the cafe is small the staff bent over backwards to fit us in. Food was lovely too

I have visited this lovely cafe many times twice a month usually.The staff are friendly and the food is great.Its also good value for instance a hot bun sandwich with two fried eggs in,£1.95! Sausage bap £3.10 or plus bacon £1.00 more.Very tasty! The toasties look great too.

We called here last Sunday morning for breakfast after staying overnight nearby after a day at the races. Opens at 9.30am on a Sunday morning, which is great if your early birds like us. The place was busy from the get-go, but in a good way. A lovely warm, welcoming ambience, clean, bright, and most definitely family- friendly. I liked that there is an open kitchen and loads of choice on the menu which offers excellent value for money. We both opted for a full English breakfast, and I have to say we both said it rated as one of the best we have eaten, and we have eaten quite a few I can tell you when you get to our time of life! Hot, beautifully cooked, and quality ingredients. And best of all TINNED plum tomatoes instead of grilled fresh tomatoes. Hallelujah! Someone finally recognises that these are far superior in taste and a perfect breakfast choice. Highly recommended, just go & enjoy!

We ate here after a local tour. We’d pre- ordered sandwiches, quiche and desserts. All ready and waiting for us and prompt drinks service. Attentive staff throughout and the lunch was excellent and incredible value.

We had a lovely lunch here with nice food, but my review is about nice Diana was in returning my kids jackets to us. We had left them behind but live hundreds of miles away. Diana kindly packaged them up and sent them to us. Helpfulness above and beyond what you might expect. Thank you very much.

Met at the North Steet Deli with a friend. This cafe is small but lovely. We had a jacket potato with cheese and beans with coleslaw and salad . The staff were so lovely and friendly. My friend and i were chatting and didnt realise it was way past 3pm which is when the cafe closes. But no one batted an eye lid. The staff just continued to clean up quietly and thoughtfully behind us.

Stopped off here while out cycling round wetherby area. It's a small café with a few tables outside. Got a very tasty panini and side salad. Looking at what others had ordered all there food looked very nice. The prices were very reasonable as a lot of places bump up prices around wetherby. The staff were all very friendly and very professional, we will definitely be stopping off for another bite to eat when out this way.

Cooked to order and it was delicious - really liked the bacon. Good coffee.Service was prompt and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable.We will be back.
