North Stafford Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent

Used to be a regular customer. Not anymore , had so many bad experiences with this place now. More oil and grease than anything. Cold food. Rude staff when you ring them.

Ordered Sunday missed my order brought my desert back melted and Monday they took my payment and did not come and haven’t got my money back won’t be ordering from here again

Hi from 74 Beverly Drive bentilee on this morning 10th February at 2:54am I ordered a 14 inch meat feast pizza,and large chips. and can rio and bottle Pepsi £19.25 so what I'm asking is where is the bottle Pepsi only got the can of Rio please deliver the bottle or perhaps a refund would be in order either way please sort it out I don't to have give you bad reviews. Please can this be resolved today some time when you are open ? Many Thanks Simone H.
