Have been ordering here regularly for a couple of years now. One of the most consistently good takeaways in the area. Love the chips, always crispy 😋 value boxes always great size portions and prices are really good. The 'boss' is always happy and friendly - well done guys 😁

Disgusting food, ordered a chicken and doner kebab. As soon as I was handed the bag I knew I wouldn’t enjoy my food. It smells and tastes rancid and off, I had a small bite of each meat and felt sick. Awful, hope they get shut down.

Terrible food, I only live 1.5 miles away and the food took ages to deliver and was cold when it arrived. The food is horrible. Don’t order from this place

Do not use this place. Its absolutely shocking. I ordered steak and it was white meat, cat, dog, pigeon, who knows. Never again..

Worst food I've eaten, ordered cheese omlate and chips ,kebab meat with burger relish,..plain omelette reheated chips rock hard undercooked kebab meat with sweetcorn relish on ..3rd time this is now will NEVER order from here again

Hour and half later food paid for online never came and they are now closed!!!!! Avoid at all costs !!!!!

I hadn't ordered from here for awhile and figured why not.... But I have to be honest the food has gone way downhill and waiting times weren't what they used to be either........ pizza was undercooked cold and dough was wet , they somehow managed to mess my order up also. Even the chicken wings were underdone. Prices are pretty ambitious for the poor quality of food on offer. I'll be staying well clear from now on. Why are 99% of takeaways so bad in Stoke, it's disgusting.

Loyalty gets you no where!!! Was told we could use loyalty points (i have over 1500) last week to tonight being told we can't they have stopped doing them for now!!! Waited an hour for food to arrive!!! Chips were cold!!! Won't be ordering from here again!!!

My missus ordered our food an hour ago, 2 peri peri chicken burgers and chips and 2 meat samosas with salad. It got here the missus is eating her samosas and she has had to go without her burger and chips. She didn't say until I'd finished my food that she hadn't got any. Absolutely fuming! I heard her order on the fone and knew she said x2 burgers and chips. She rang back and all they had to say was "You only paid for one" no apology ITS BLATANTLY OBVIOUS THAT WE OBLY PAID FOR ONE! YOU ONLY SENT US ONE! I wish I'd have answered the door. Nice night in ruined. Won't order again

Where do I start?! Took just under an hr to arrive, then then charged £2 more that what we were told when the food came, the food was cold the order was wrong and they also forgot the drink with one of the meals! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN! DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Perfect. Quick delivery, friendly too. Chips are the nicest iv found in ages, nice a crisp. Doner meat is spot on, not overly greasy like you tend to find and the meat feast pizza...omg. So good!

Ordered food via there website, over two hours waiting for my order. Couldn't get though via phone number. Chips were like rubber, got wrong bottle of pop than what i ordered, aload of grease. Last time of ordering from here

Ordered food over 2 HOURS to arrive, pizza was dry like cardboard my partners burger was dry and also wrong asked for double got single, not Ordering from them AGAIN......

If only I could do 0 Star. Waited over 2 hours for food to come. Rang twice and had the same answer the guys on his way. Guy turned up and food was cold, Hard and looked like it had been reheated a 1000 times. All food has now gone into the bin, and have a very hungry family, Very disheartened with them. Absolutely a joke live only 6 mins away.. Took over 1 and half hours to get a curry and rice..

The most revolting curry I've ever had! The food did take an hour and 15 minutes to arrive but I didn't mind that. However, the food that arrived was disgusting. The 2 curries we ordered were literally swimming in grease. They looked awful! It was pure slop! (See the photos). We had to throw them away. We did order some other side dishes. Chips. Onion bhaji etc... they were not particularly good either. But the curries were so shockingly sickening I just had to share it online. Will never be ordering from here again.

Twice I've had cold food delivered I rang and said I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I will not be using them again

Absolutely horrendous customer service, food was 45mins late and stone cold, tried to contact the restaurant on a number of occasions to no answer. Food was packed with cold cans of pop, hence warm cans and look warm food. Asked for a refund and they have rejected my request. Cold kebab meat isn’t the meal I ordered. Disgusting behaviour. I’ve not used this restaurant for a while but had done before with no problem, but seems I should of checked recent reviews as this problem seems to be pretty regular of late. Will not be using again to say the least. It’s a 0/10 from me 🖕🏻

Absolutely outrageous the wait ordered at 6.20 received at 8.10 ordered curry absolutely disgusting. Very much tomato paste taste like masala worst we have ever had. I'll take them a proper curry in so they can compare with there cooking. Sorry to say this but never again will I be ordering from Bucknall spice

Took over 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered and we are only about 15 minutes away. Rang up after waiting over an hour and was told driver had already left the shop. Delivery arrived 30 minutes later, and driver must of been driving around with our food as it was cold when arrived.... Such a shame really as the food tasted OK but obviously would have been better if it was hot

My partner meal was burn 🔥 So he have to eat from mine. I order a large version... this look very normal size. On the menu I order its supposed to have salad don't have come with it. Can't chose what drink to order. Just can or bottle and you have what they send you. Oh and no sauces with it. Nahh not order from there again for sure!. Let's hope we don't get sick.

Food arrived cold and the chips were soggy. I ordered a steak kebab which on the menu says comes with onions peppers and mushrooms....turned up just steak and bland

Placed our order at 8:39pm, food arrived at 10:10pm. Ordered a garlic bread with no cheese, garlic bread arrived with cheese. Called immediately and asked for another to be sent & asked how long it would take was told ‘10 minutes’. New garlic bread arrived 1 hour later at 11:10pm undercooked with lumps of garlic butter on, not impressed at all & won’t be returning.

Under new management... place is spotless ...food to die for ...and 20% DISCOUNT on orders over 15 quid ..if not in a deal meal .... Brilliant

Absolutely disgusting, ordered peri peri chicken and chips and was just fatty bones covered in some sort of sauce that must of been sat rotting for weeks! Also had a chicken tikka pizza that must of been cooked in the fridge (raw dough) never going there again.

Waited quite a while for food to come which wasnt very hot and half of the order was missing If they are busy let the customers know instead of sending poor food or being that busy you forget I'd prefer honesty and quality to a poor meal any day

Never usually have any problems with this take away, we have been using them for a while now.. however tonight we have been waiting for our food for 1 hour and 50 minutes, it's a very small order. Tried to contact the takeaway and had no answer 3 times.

One of the Best takeaway in Stoke-on-Trent, everything is beautiful, from burgers to pizzas to kebabs to chicken to lamb to naan and Currys. I won’t go anywhere else now and they do delivery to your doorstep just order by phone and get your food quick and hot I recommend to everyone! Keep up the good work guys! ♥️😋😍

Since it's under new management the service has gone quick. The food is amazing with best deals and the staff is polite. Ordered peri peri wings with a wrap and chips, the food was hot and friendly drivers.

We had lunch and dinner here a few times with family and friends. The workers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. amazing food and service . Must try!

Ive never experienced a takeaway this bad before! Wouldn't even give this place one star! Food was terrible and over an hour late. When it arrived it was cold and food was missing from our order. Lettuce was brown! Chicken tikka was that dry it was hard! The chips taste and feel like they have been reheated. Do not waste your money on going here!

The pizzas are very poor . They need to sample Werrington Pizza and grill ones to get an idea of the standard that is expected .

Peri Peri chicken dryer than Ghandis flip flops, I paid extra for donner meat and it didn’t even come then when I phoned up the person on the phone was rude and didn’t even do anything to help, his response was well what else do you want me to do it’s not my problem. On the other hand I rate the chips and garlic mayo.

The most annoying thing about this place is that the food is nice. But we have never had a complete order, time and time again they repeat the order to us and still something is missing when we collect or it is delivered.

Ordered lamb karahi and got a chicken korma to my dismay still hungry as i cannot bring myself to eat a plate of baby sick so whoever ordered chicken korma enjoy my lamb karahi

Absolutely disgusted to say the Least! Was told 45mims delivery for a burger and kebab (which is adverage) after two phone complaints later still waiting past 2 HOURS!! would never order again.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from here and after waiting for ova an hour and a half AGAIN, its shameful. The food is gd but after getting in touch to be told its on the way and still waiting 30mins it's disgusting.

Such a shame love there food but 2hours from bucknal to werrington so call up to tell him it's come & it's cold to get told we are busy won't use here again

Ordered food from here, they got my order rong didnt want to fetch the food and refund they only wanted to rectify it which took 3 attepts before getting the order correct, by the time i had what i actually ordered it was 1.00am so i didnt end up eating it as i was too tired and fed up by the 3 rood phone calls by then. First and last time orderi g from them, i wouldnt even give 1 star. Payed for food that i didnt get to eat. Poor customer service

Had 2 double cheese burgers and they were Undercooked would not recommend

Just placed an order for two lots of curry sauce and chips with a side of onion rings, it was absolutely disgusting curry sauce was a very dark brown with bits in and make my chips more than soggy. Won’t be having again. Only good things were the onion rings.

To start we ordered 63 pounds worth of food after waiting for an hour and a half no food!!!!! We rang and were greeted with an arogant managers response that because we were paying cash he obviously didnt trust us!! We had no call back to say that they were worried about the order and the so called manager said that we could do one and spend our money elswhere which obviously we did, i can not believe that we were made to feel so cheap and wrong plz do not use this place as theese people do not deserve decent peoples custom!!!!!!
