Portion sizes are awful, had missing items on arrival and terrible customer service

As always, top food and delivery time !

Food was just warm, onion rings were soggy & the pizza had a thick crust when I ordered thin crust.

Ordered 2 kebabs no chips. Got 2 portions of kebab meat 2 small portions of lettuce,2 garlic sauce, No pitta bread....pathetic!!

Requested a specific delivery time and it arrived at that time (not used this feature before). Pizza delicious as always.

Ordered - Chicken garlic wrap with salad no chips - delivered chicken wrap with about 2 teaspoons of salad. pot of garlic and chips!! and over an hour late

food arrived on time. Pizzas were good however chicken kebab was definately old and off. smelled fishy and induced vomitting. would avoid in future.

Food wasn’t even delivered to the house rang pizza shop to ask where it was they said he was outside witch he wasn’t food was freezing cold once my brother went and got it from the shop

Pizza was dry, barely any sauce & it was rock hard! Won’t be ordering again.

i got a delivery from here: cheesy chips, garlic bread, oreo milkshake. garlic bread was very greasy and soggy, milkshake was nice. however, the cheesy chips weren’t very nice at all. the chips were like texture of cardboard and the cheese was barely even melted and it wasn’t even layered, it was just sprinkled on top.

Food piping hot, pizza and southern chicken was amazing

Food tasted like it was warmed up from last night. Absolutely awful. Haven’t ordered from here in a while and certainly won’t for a while again! Gone massively down hill since the rebrand!

Below average pizzas, chicken parmo's are decent though. If you're just wanting a pizza, go somewhere else. Seriously, they're not the best.

Come stone cold after saying it was out for delivery 30 mins ago. About 10 chips, ordered mars bar milkshake and it was half full, white and just tasted like vanilla 😩 kebab wrap was suppose to have salad in and think it had 2 pieces 🤦🏻‍♀️

Food over 45 minutes late. Despite multiple phone calls advising it was on it way, this was not the case. Food arrived cold, rang shop directly who advised it wasn’t their problem & to contact just eat for a refund.

Got the meal deal. Pizza, cheese burger and kebab with 2 dips. The burger was abit flat but other than that tasty. Only downfall to the whole order was rge salad it miserable.

Forgot the chips and the drink the food was absolutely freezing cold considering how quick it got delivered

Never normally have any problems with this company. This is second time our order was late. Received a txt message at 7.45 to say driver was on his way. He arrived at 8.20. pizza was just lukewarm. Really disappointed

Food was due between 2120-2140.it came around 2215 and portions were smaller than normal plus the large portion of chips I ordered extra for 3.50 were small

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. Rang up after an hour and a half and was told it was on its way, but it still didn't come after another 20 minutes (baring in mind I only live about a mile away). So I rang again and they said there were 2-3 other deliveries in the car. When the food arrived, the driver brayed on the door. The food was all freezing and soggy. The parmo cheese had all slid off as if the box had been wedged open. Half the chips were missing, and the food looked tampered with. There was about a dozen chips and a massive gap in the box. The person who I spoke to on the phone on both occasions was very rude and unhelpful. Overall, the food and service were appalling. I'm not fussy and never leave bad reviews but I just can't get over how BAD everything was. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Waste of money.

It serves all kinds of pizza, as well as cold drinks and french fries with garlic and hot sauce. And there's more. I recommend to visit it.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered food when it arrived the chips were undercooked donner was disgusting burnt and chewy. Pizza was squashed when we rang we were told 20 mins and new one would be sent out waited until after midnight for it to arrive we refused the new pizza and they pushed the pizza on us and told us to take it and we could get a refund the next day. Well guess what they knew of we took that pizza we wouldn’t get a refund. We refused the pizza as it was after midnight we were ready for bed. Absolutely disgusting customer service and they have now lost customers

Seems they couldn't be bothered to put the doner inside the pita. Pita was added in a separate bag. And all the salad was, is a bit of lettuce. No tomato, no chilli. 1 out of 10 for so called doner kebab.

Great food fast and friendly service

They forgot the kebab, made us go back through for it and couldn't even throw in a free can of pop. Chips had black ends on most of them, tikka kebab was scraps, garlic bread was dry. Pizza was nice, won't be back.

The supposedly deep pan pepperoni pizza was a thin blackened disc and altogether not too tasty. What I thought was a sun dried roadkill was a bolognese parmo. The donner meat was quite nice but the pitta was a bit dry, the salad warm and the chips aneamic. It was cold. But I don't like to complain.

I live in a complicated area which no one can find as it's not signed or anything and is behind another block. My boyfriend was waiting at the top where we normally wait for most delivery drivers and they didn't come. When I went to ring them to ask them about it he just shouted at me and blamed me saying I didn't answer the door when In fact he definitely didn't come to the right house because no one can find it. Told me he's drivers are professional and spoke to me feral on the phone. Will never be ordering from here agin!

Ya know what it is I only ever order for my exes bairn , because he’s 14 and loves north east pizza but honestly from me I’d have to say it’s bang average and you would only ever order and w joy if you were hammered, it’s otherwise total tosh x

The food was really lovely and Hot when it arrived but something went wrong somewhere... I had to Chase my order twice. considering we live less than a mile away... it was 90 minutes late, not a good look when there's so much competition around.

Pizza was soft and soggy, parmo was alright but we did suffer from stomach ache all night after. Used to like Pizza and Go aswell😏

Ordered a Chicken Parmo with Kebab meat on top! Chicken was cold in the middle, covered in an extreme amount of white sauce, and the kebab meat was burnt on top. Rang up to make them aware that it didn’t look great, I didn’t want a refund, rushed off the phone with yeah we know it was burnt but white sauce was meant to have a lot. Threw it in the bin with the undercooked chips.

Food was excellent. Would recommend.

If its anything other than a pizza your getting don't bother. Chicken kebab, 5 pieces of dry chicken, a micro salad, about 15 chips and a thimble half full of garlic. Only thing that was full size was the pitta bread probably because they didn't prepare it...
