One of the best coffees I’ve had for ages. Very balanced - friendly service. A great place to stop for a coffee

I love the coffee here and took a rare chance in lockdown to call for a family round of drinks in its rather too limited opening hours. The coffee was great as ever but it's a shame the service didn't match - too sharp which came across as very unwelcoming, as if they were doing us a favour by serving us, and made me wonder why I'm making a point of supporting a local business rather than one of the chains nearby. It wasn't the first time either - hopefully management can look at this as it spoils the experience.

Really rude male staff and terrible coffee. Very bitter and also tasteless as well somehow. Don’t come here if you actually like coffee you will be disappointed

No filter in St Annes is the best coffee shop on the Fylde coast. The flat white is the best anywhere and consistently so. Lots of vegan options which is perfect for my wife who is lactose-intolerant. The vegan jaffa-cake gateau is to die for. Staff are friendly and service is great. There is a one-way system and sanitiser at the entrance. The staff ensure that masks are worn and customers observe the one-way. That's very reassuring while we still have covid. I can't wait for the seating to reopen.

Popped in for a coffee today and was wearing a mask, I stood at least 3 meters away from the only other customer in the shop. The guy behind the counter literally shouted at me that I was stood in the wrong place and was in the other customers way! He was really agressive and i left without ordering my coffee. I was very conscious of giving the other customer space and i was wearing a mask, so his outburst and rudeness was completely unjustified. Needless to say I will not be back.

Maybe I’m bias because I’m local but it is the best coffee stop in the area, guys there are very friendly and helpful, love all the detail like compostable takeaway cups, virtually get anything you ask for along with cakes and snacks. Christmas drink menu is pretty extensive so allow time to drool lol. Think warming drink, think Nofilter...

I came across No Filter Coffee on social media, as they posted photos of their vegan options, so called for lunch today with my husband. There are lots of options including bagels and toast with vegan butter or cream cheese, toasties using Applewood vegan smoked cheese. We had the festive vegan sandwich 'The Vegan Dipper' of Quorn chicken slices, stuffing, cranberry sauce and a pot of vegan gravy for dipping.... Had to go back for a cake as there was such a wide selection, buying a slice of salted caramel and a chocolate jaffa cake...Coffee is excellent and served in Vegware compostable cups and sandwiches served in tinfoil and cakes in cardboard boxes. The food was scrumptious, the vegan gravy made the sandwich, the sourdough was top notch and the cakes were to die for. Lots of plants milks too. What a great place No Filter Coffee is for vegans visiting the town. Special mention for Manager Jamie, who was very friendly and we had a quick chat with him about their vegan options which he was very enthusiastic about. My go to place in Lytham St Annes when we next visit the town.

I found the overall experience very disappointing, the coffee was poor. The flat white was the size of a latte and certainly not specialty grade coffee. It just tasted like hot milk. One of the male staff members came across pretty rude too. Will not be back.

My husband and i visited this coffee shop today all i can say is excellent well done guys.My hubby is not a coffee drinker and couldnt see the attraction but he plumped for a hazelnut latte under advisment .He enjoyed it so much we are going to make it a regular thing .I had a club sandwich which was bursting with flavour and filling and the best flat white i had ever had .The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble we chatted about them being an independent business and how they had blended their own coffee with high grade beans. All the staff of this family run business are very knowledgeable about their food and beverages and it was an absolute pleasure to be there will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends. They also have a wide range of bubble teas watched as people enjoyed them really want to go through the menu and try lots of new things. We were extremely comfortable not rushed and at all times the social distancing guidelines were adhered to very well done guys definitely 2 new regulars.

Went in for a quick bite to eat in the sunshine today and a coffee. Got to say this place is amazing! We had a gourmet toastie each - Reuben and club, they were delicious! Would deffo order again. My other half had a bubble tea, never seen these before, I had a try of it though and it was really nice and I don't usually like tea. I had a gingerbread latte that was to die for!. Will be definitely going back next time we're in st Anne's.Great food and friendly staff! Even with all this social distancing around, this visit really did cheer me up and make my day! 5*!

Went in yesterday for a coffee with a relative. I've been in here every time I've visited the area for the last three times, and each time I've been disappointed. Yesterday was the worst though and my last time trying. The decor is fine, but the service was abrupt and the drinks frankly shockingly bad. I ordered two flat whites and got two huge lattes. I don't know what size of cup they were in, but I'd guess at least a 12oz mug. That's not a flat white. The drinks were insipid, too hot, and mine had coffee down the side of the cup which was obviously from the cup being incorrectly placed beneath the portafilter then moved - so how much espresso even went into the mug? The point is that it shouldn't have been served. The whole experience was poor. We both left our lattes with only two or three sips taken and left without being thanked - one of the basic elements of running a coffee shop is to greet customers as they arrive (no) and to say thanks or bye when they leave (no). So here's what this place is doing in my opinion...The owner understands that there is a coffee 'trend', that the look is sort of industrial, and that you can charge about £3 for a cup of coffee. But that isn't the industry. Specialty coffee is built around passion and people. I couldn't find any information about which coffee they use - not the roaster, the country of origin, the varietal or process etc. Specialty coffee is not latte art and high prices (poor latte art too - no crema to provide the desired visual contrast, just a blobby white fern-type thing on slightly off-white milk foam). As a coffee professional it was sad to see that this independent can't be bothered to even try to provide St Anne's with a genuinely good cup of coffee. It pains me to say this, but from now on I'll be going across the street to Cafe Nero.

I walked past this cafe with my 2 children when my 3 year only who hasn’t long been on the toilet told me he needed to wee. I went in and asked if he could use the toilet, by this point my son was holding his bits and he was clearly uncomfortable. I was then looked at by several members of staff and told that he couldn’t use the toilet and I would have to find somewhere else for him. I don’t live in that area so I was unaware of any public toilets locally. I think it’s horrible that they could deny my son to use the toilet when he is 3 years old and he would have been so upset if he had had an accident. I will never eat or drink in this place now due to the sheer ignorance towards my son who had requested something very simple.

Visited today, ordered cheese and ham toastie, soup with toast and two hot drinks, I've got to say the toastie is possibly the worst I've ever had, the bread was so thin it was like cardboard, and cheese was like rubber, the toast my wife was served with her soup was again like cardboard, the bread wasn't toasted, it appears to have been cooked in a panini machine. In all our years visiting cafes we have never been served toast of that nature anywhere, we won't be missed but won't be visiting again.

Had a recent stop here and we were highly impressed with drinks and service. Busy shop, motivated staff, and quality drinks all made for a pleasant change to chain coffee shops seen on most High streets.

Thank goodness Nofilter is not another national chain, far from it and I am thankful for that.I was meeting a friend for coffee and a chat, we decided to meet there as there is easy local parking and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in I knew it was a good decision, the shop was busy but not overcrowded, a great sign that others rate it.I was greeted in a friendly informal way and my order was taken by the member of staff who noticed I was using a crutch and immediately asked if I wanted my coffee bringing over to me, a nice touch. The coffee was excellent, I take mine straight black and can often find some coffees either are bitter or at the other end of the scale devoid of taste. This was a well balanced coffee that sat nicely on the palette, it was hot and well made.I'll definately be returning when I'm down that end of town again!

Great coffee reasonable prices, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. They serve snacks and food at good prices too but I haven’t had chance to try that yet. We visit St Anne’s a couple of times a week to take my Mum out for a coffee. I can’t believe I’ve been going to Caffè Nero for months without noticing this place across the road!

Since it opened I've looked forward to normally at least a weekly visit and always enjoy chilling here on my own, with a friend or the kids. I especially love the coffee, including the guest coffees. Great if you're a coffee geek (I'm only a very amateur one). Amazing lattes, hot chocolates, cakes etc. The rocky road, ooh! Had lunch today with my daughter and it was so reasonably priced. Relaxed atmosphere, independently owned, great friendly team of people.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff, professional and welcoming. I visited today with my husband after a walk on the beach. It’s close to local attractions and the train station. Great for me as a vegan as they also offer a range of plant milks. They are part of the local to Fylde loyalty card scheme so you can also gain points towards loyalty rewards. This was my second visit and it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you.

Visited after a heavy night drinking service was slow and confused ordered milky coffees which turned out to be just coffee with a splash of milk which didn't arrive until part way through the breakfast after asking for them again, both breakfasts were served on baking trays which was not the worst thing in the world but slightly unusual, 2 of the 3 staff seemed lovely and the food was slow to arrive but was piping hot apart from the toast I think that had been cooked on the radiator. All in all not the best we've had in Blackpool but certainly not the worst.

We arrived late on but the bouncers were so helpful! Covid restrictions followed and we were welcomed by Todd. He was so lovely and really made us want to stay. He was so knowledgeable with drinks and made us feel so comfortable. All the bar staff were lovely to be honest. First time visiting Blackpool and definitely the best bar we have been in. This bar slime makes us want to return! Thank you Todd and team x

We took our 10 year old grandson to Blackpool for the day. The weather was decent and early evening we were sitting outside a bar near North Pier when it suddenly started raining heavily. (It came as a surprise). We needed to eat so went in the Dusk Bar as it was very close by. It had a disco, but being early evening there were few customers, when we arrived. We had Tapas dishes and a pizza. The atmosphere was good, the food really tasty and quite reasonably priced. The staff looked after us really well.

Terrible service 17 for bottomless brunch and not enough staff waiting 20 to 40 minutes for drinks, definitely will not go again.
