The flavor combinations are incredible and the service was there to match. Nothing was rushed and it was totally relaxed. Front of house was exceptional.

A fantastic experience. An intimate affair, three tables of two around an open kitchen, just what we were looking for. The tasting menu is seasonal, creative, full of flavour. There is a reason and a purpose behind every ingredient; complexity and depth of flavour. And yet it’s an easy to understand series of dishes with a huge amount of thought behind the shape of the menu which keeps you guessing and excited for the next course. Conversation with Noel and partner Nora is interesting, enlightening and engaging. Biodynamic wines only and each wine is a talking point, the orange wine we enjoyed was particularly good. We also tried Laura’s traditional Mexican coffee to finish which was a revelation. An excellent evening - if we’re back in woolacombe, we’ll be booking a table again. Thanks Nora and Noel, a brilliant way to enjoy an anniversary evening.

Unusual but excellent dining experience in the chefs kitchen, with his wife as waitress. Expensive but worth it.

We had a lovely evening at Noel Corston. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was the whole concept that made it really special - you really do feel like you’re coming into Noel & Nora’s home for dinner. It’s a lovely atmosphere and they’re great hosts! I particularly liked being able to hear about the dishes and ingredients. Highly recommended! Exquisite care and taste into every dish. For those of you foodies who love an experience , this is it !

We were really excited about booking into this restaurant as part of our walk on the South West Coast Path. We made an online reservation which was accepted. Now Noel has a separate booking for others to fill his establishment and has cancelled our booking in favour of them on the pretext that Wendy asked that food that is meant to be served hot is served hot and that made him 'uncomfortable with having us as guests'. This is despicable behaviour by Noel.

We spent my 50th Birthday at Noel Corstons and it was such an amazing fine dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere with the best local produce expertly prepared by Noel himself right in front of you. What a Birthday treat to remember! Thank you so much from Rod and Jo
