Locale piuttosto piccolo con cucina a vista. Prezzi nella media. Personale giovane e cortese. Menù variegato: pizze, carne alla griglia (molto buona), panini con hamburger (i più gettonati). Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione metro di Queensway.

Stopped off here one evening when out looking for somewhere to eat in the Queensway area. My wife and I both opted for pizza after swithering whether to have the fish and chips which looked great. In short, fantastic pizza which we both thoroughly enjoyed even though my wife's not a big pizza fan. Service and prices were good. Would certainly call here again to eat. Recommended.

Torno ogni anno in questo locale e ogni anno trovo una insegna differente. Quest’anno è il turno di Braceria. In ogni caso il menu resta identico. I prezzi sono buoni, alla luce del fatto che ci sono anche interessanti combinazioni di menu. Detto questo, al nostro arrivo, in attesa che si liberasse un tavolo, il cameriere ci ha fatto attendere fuori con la pioggia. Al momento dell’ordine abbiamo chiesto conferma del fatto che la birra fosse inclusa nella combinazione menu, ci è stato risposto positivamente ma al momento del conto abbiamo trovato gli importi separati e non in combinazione. Abbiamo subito risolto il malinteso ma resta un servizio approssimativo. Buoni i King Prawns e le proposte di Fish& chips

I called in here for breakfast on the three mornings I was in London and each day the food was great and the staff were lovely. I will call in again on future trips.

This restaurant's name was different The first night at London we were hungry so my husband and his brother went to check the restaurants around. After tasting the cheese pizza the lady was offering samples of by the door. We got well seated for a party of 7. 5 Adults and two children. We ordered mussels, calamari rings, Caesar salad, child prawns, 3 pizzas for adults, 2 pizzas for kids and BBQ ribs. Food was good, not great, but good. The 2 ladies served us were lovely and the Chef came out to ask if we enjoyed our meal. All was very good until the most horrible experience in a restaurant in our trip to London happened. A staff member from the kitchen came out right after the chef and tried to small talk to us. My brother-in-law and my husband speak Arabic so he came to show that he spoke Arabic too. That was not so annoying and acceptable in a tavern until the payment time came. The tradition between my husband and his brother fighting over the bill came to surface again. That same man suddenly so disrespectfully said "Well you should have made a 500 pound bill for them as those people don't care how much they pay!" That was far the most disrespectful things I ever heard in a restaurant. I was so angry and my husband held my hand told me let's just walk away. My blood still boils when ever I remember this. I told my husband that I didn't care how much they wanted the pizza again they are not allowed to visit that place. 3/5 for food, 3/5 for cleanliness and 1/5 for service

This is a decent, family owned and run cafe type eating house with good value food freshly cooked to order. It's not The Ritz but there again neither are the prices but you'll get a decent feed to get you through the day.

My children and I had a lunch here. The food was over cooked ,the quality of the food was appalling and the staff there were rude and impolite we were extremely disappointed with the poor excuse of a restaurant. This restaurant should be closed and replaced with a restaurant that sells edible food.

Es una buena opción si estás por la zona y no te apetece ni oriental. Por allí hay algún pub y alguna pizzería. La apariencia es sencilla, cálida y agradable. Además vi que había mucho comensal. Cené dos veces. Una vez me pedí su hamburguesa casera y la otra vez los Ribs. Bebí una cerveza checa excelente: Staropramen. Fue una buena experiencia. La comida fue más que correcta, buena. El staff es correcto y no empalagan. Entraban y salían clientes. Incluso llegó a entrar algún vecino y trabajador de la zona. Un buen sitio para comer/cenar tranquilo y descansar.

Kävimme ravintolassa syömässä kaupunkiloman ensimmäisenä iltana, keittiö oli auki kymmeneltä sunnuntai-iltana. Asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin hyvää ja ystävällistä. Paikka mainostaa kalaravintolana mutta tyyli on aika pubiruokamainen, erikoisesta sisustuksesta huolimatta. Ruoka oli perushyvää.

The Good - welcome from lady front of house. First class. The bad - ordered burger specifically without cheese. Waitress relayed this request to kitchen (heard it). Hey presto, burger arrives with cheese. No big deal.....returned it...... cook rips the cheese single off the burger and sends it back out! The Ugly - complete lack of customer focus with the exception of front of house lady. Definitely won't be returning. Complete disdain for customers

The potential of thi splace is fantastic. As you walk by it has a great vibe. That sort of shabby chic look that makes it appear the perfect place to chill. In terms of shappby, the shabbiest bit is the waitress service. it feels like some family run enterprise where mates are helping out. They don't really know what they are doing, but hey, they are giving it a go. Then linked to that is the kitchen service. We ordered three main courses. The first had been eaten by the time the tssecond made it to the table, and then they had forgotten the third altogether. The chic bit is the price..... ion first glance you would think it may be cheaper than some of the surrounding restaurants.... in the shabby environment expect a dull west end bill.

How is it that you can look someone in the eyes and charge £25/28 for a "steak" and not add any kind of salt and pepper to it? Good lord guys, are you trying to mediocre to the last degree? Step up your Grill game, look it's simple I'll teach you; you take the steak, add salt and pepper to it, pat it in, add a light drizzle of olive oil then put it on the grill or pan. Sear each side, cook till the temperature reaches 125f, let it rest for a few minutes (2-3) then serve. This is not god damn rocket science people.... As a bonus, the waitress didn't seem to know a single thing about waitressing. I could only guess it was her first shift, as opening the bottle of wine we ordered was an experience I could only describe as awkward and embarrassing. Cutting the foil cover on the table and making a mess of it was the start of it, but when she seemed confused on how the bottle opener worked I was tempted to just take it and do it myself. She spilled the wine whilst pouring and didn't notice, thus not cleaning it up, too. I won't bother going into details about the confusion when we tried paying the bill, I'm still unsure how it even became confusing but she didn't seem to understand how card machines worked either. Again, I could only guess it was her first shift. If the case, please tell people she's new as it would have saved an infuriating experience. Otherwise, generally awful. Would never return even if paid to do so.

We ate lunch here on our way to visit Kensington Palace and Gardens. Initially, I was very excited about the menu, but neither lamb dish I was interested in were available--apparently they were out of lamb altogether. This was very disappointing. I ended up ordering a pizza with asparagus and ham, which was good, but not what I really wanted. My son had a steak burger and did really enjoy it. We shared a bottle of Sicilian red wine which wasn't that good at first, but got better as it aerated. Service was decent and we did not encounter any rudeness others have mentioned. Our only disappointment was the absence of the lamb. If you are out of something, you should at least have a sign that informs people of that fact; just saying....

The staff here is extremely rude! Avoid this place at all costs. My husband and I unfortunately wound up here after a long day of touring. On the menu there was an option for Cesar salad, and one for with chicken. There were two separate prices listed and the "Cesar salad" was listed as a vegetarian option. I ordered the Cesar salad as I am a vegetarian. When the order came it had chicken in it and I told them once again that I ordered a Cesar salad, not a Cesar salad with chicken. The chef started screaming and being crazy. I did get my salad without chicken and I asked for extra dressing, as I had when I first ordered. Well the crazy chef started screaming again and the waiter comes back to tell me "we don't have any" with a real attitude. Whatever. Ate our food and wanted to get out of there. Asked for the check and he asked if we were paying card or cash and then wanted to accept payment before showing us the bill. I had to ask for it. Super shady! When I looked at the bill I was charged for a chicken Cesar salad. I asked him to change it and he told me there was no such option on the menu for just a Cesar salad. I actually had to show the waiter where the difference was on the menu. He was so rude about it too, but clearly I was right. The people here are idiots. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else.

Stopped for an evening meal and even though there were only a few tables filled the service was slow, there was no customer interaction and all in all a poor experience. The food was just ok and the price was average, wouldn't recommend the rose wine, not nice at all...

Went there after british summer time. At 11 hours many people, almoust didnt get a seat. Then the pizza was tasty though plastic, the beer was Steropramen, cause no other Lager available.

Visited here after lovely day at Wimbledon - so sad we did - terrible from start to finish. Staff not overly friendly - and more importantly food pretty rubbish. I ordered grilled king prawn avocado salad and handcut chips - prawns overcooked and tasteless - avocado salad some cherry tomatoes with raw red onion and a few bits of mushy chopped avocado - in a wee bowl - chips don't know how they cooked them but tasted like oven chips - didn't realise you could make them taste so bad.... Daughter had pizza which had raw chopped tomatoes piled on centre and wasn't great at all. Drinks they had only 2 types of beer despite about 6 on menu. Overpriced also and gratuity added without being asked.
