Got takeaway online last night order at 7.35pm and idnit get it tell 8.50pm and wasn't happy with it as the food was cold so will never order from them again 😞

Sent wrong item ordered chilli chicken repeated 3 times. Sent sweet and sour chicken. Also price stated on the phone not same as charged. This is not the first time they have sent the wrong dish. I also don't think they care about bad reviews

New to this place, however it’s been spot on. Only downfall is I’ve had to take out a second mortgage to pay for the salt and peppered chips £5.30 🤔 absolutely disgraceful and their average at best. Expected them to be out of this world for that price!!

So disappointed! Used this Take-Away for years and rated it as best Chinese in Blackpool . Sadly no more chicken satay very watery, with hard carrots, no cashews. It used to be a thick sauce with Cashews and green pepper what happened Num one! New Chef that can’t cook??? Won’t be ordering again

Ordered 2 starters and 2 soups by phone at 18.00 hours on Christmas Eve. I appreciate they are busy but told "another half an hour" several times. No delivery by 20.10. Cancelled the order. Terrible service for a simple order!

The best Chinese we have had. Ordered online and was delivered quick. Everything was hot and tasted so nice. The rice was light and fluffy unlike others we have had from other Restaurants. Would 100% recommend and will be back again soon!

I rang after 1 hr and half, to be greeted with a rude man over the phone and no food turned up! Crap

Popped in to order a Chinese last night, the girl seemed to intrigued in her phone rather than the customer, even though I repeated myself 3 times, I knew she would get the order wrong, sure enough it was. Since the little Chinese fella left I dont think I have ever had a correct order.

Love this place. The chicken skewers in satay sauce are amazing.. the only place that does the sauce decent.. yummy!! An the salt an pepper chicken is amazing also.. only down side is they don't take card payments so can be a pain...😪

I’ve been using this take away for a few months now even sticking with it after finding a small piece of glass in my first order,(what an idiot), after at least 6 plus orders of the same items I ordered tonight and a dish came wrong, I called and they told me..... no I didn’t, you definitely didn’t, I’ll read back to you, after which I told them thanks for their consideration. Don’t use this take away their manners are appalling and couldn’t give two s@&ts about the customer.

First time trying this one, as I'm always using av different was ok the food was greasy to hell i had the fried pwan balls ( greasy) spring rolls ( greasy) They don't shake the excess oil from the food, straight out the wok and into the tubs.

We ordered a takeaway as a treat lady week due to a rubbish Indian takeaway a few nights earlier and hoped this would be better - it was worse!! The chicken wings had zero meat on them, the bbq spare ribs were minute, fatty and full of gristle to the point where there was more cartilage than bone or meat. AWFUL. The chicken in the curry was slimy and fatty, it was also a strafe colour and not white. Such a waste of money, won't be going there again!!

Excellent food and service. Can never fault this Chinese. Normally we go and pick it up but this time we had a take away delivered .

I ordered from here on Mother’s Day , ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, bbq spare ribs, egg fried rice and salt and pepper chips, we enjoyed everything except the ribs, they were far far to salty and spoilt our meal, would use this Chinese again but would not order the ribs again.

I’ve just ordered from here, I’m sure they they have changed hands couple of months ago the food was fabulous but now the chips are soggy horrible, the food bland £15:39 for spring rolls chips and chilli and honey special it’s just not good at all!! Try for your self but you will be disappointed

The attitude gettin told to shut up on the phone the cheek of this place should be no stars apparently the curry is the same they send it out disgusting watery and sugary my advice best place in town if u want a Thai curry is to go to BOONAK in town as this place look at state of chips and also got charged for an extra portion there food is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND STAFF ARE PARDON THE PUNT A SANDWICH SHORT FROM THE PICNIC.

A friend of mine recommended this Chinese take away 4 years ago. I have since tried every other Chinese take away in town and nothing even comes close! The food is so good, delivery is very quick. These guys are no longer on justeat but I still call them, even though it means talking with people vs ordering online. DO NOT get Chinese anywhere else you will be let down. These guys are the best. Always chuck in a few freebies as well, portions are good. Quality is unreal. My favourite dish is the beef in black bean sauce and chicken satay.

First visit after a late finish and a quick pint in The Devonshire Arms. Ordered Cantonese special with fried rice. Rice was beautiful, yellow and fluffy and the main meal was very tasty with a proper sweet and sour sauce not the usual red sauce rubbish you can get elsewhere. Clearly busy on a Monday night with many orders coming through whilst I was waiting, always a good sign. On this visit I would certainly recommend.

This takeaway is the best by miles there are quite a few in the area but this one never fails to impress. We have tried quite a lot of the menu and everything has been delicious

Extremely Over priced discusting dry small portions that's what we got when it did eventually arrive, STAY AWAY complete waste of money. Felt sorry for the poor delivery guy who had to attend to their! 5th mistake of the night,

We whet after a late finish at work, meals were quickly made and hot after going back to hotel. Great taste too.

Excellent service from the start..recommended starter dishes which were well cooked and enjoyed by all the family..mains were tasty and we're well presented...a must for anyone want2a very good Chinese meal ......well done top marks...

Zamowilam zupe kurczak z kukurydza. springrollsy,kurczak curry i ryz z jajkiem.wszystko bylo bardzo dobre:) polecam jak ktos lubi czasem zjesc w domu i ma chec na chinskie jedzenie.

Good food. Curry was a lot hotter than normal but other than that would recommend highly.

Esperamos 60 minutos para la comida, aunque éste no es el problema. Cuando la comida llegó sólo cálido. Las tostadas de gambas conseguimos 8 plazas pequeñas. El. Equivalente a dos pedazos de pan si no menos. Las patatas fritas eran marrones y parecía la heces de forma la parte inferior de un turno largo. Se supone para ser sal y patatas fritas peppper. De ninguna manera tenían apenas cualquier fritas en ellos estaba tan disgustada como este chino es normalmente bueno. Nosotros no lo llamó para quejarse como en anteriores quejas nada está hecho y que no quieres más comida. el pollo era horrible no me sorprende que era gratis. Y im curiouse de porqué la chicekn arroz frito pollo y el pollo en el chili y salsa de miel, todo parecía muy diferentes. La comida era sosa, hardily cálido y no quería en muchos!!! La salsa de curry y el mal parecía dulce y agria tenía un pelo negro. Muy decepcionados esta noche. Nos pareció que el esperar más de lo usual sin hacernos disfrutar más y fue horrible. La única cosa fue el conductor de la entrega de alimentos que era tan encantadora y no dejar una pequeña propina para él.

Ordered a takeaway from here on Friday 1st July, 2016. Delivered to our hotel at a charge of £2, generally speaking a local delivery should be free, provided you have spent enough. Ribs in BBQ sauce were fine, but then came my king prawns in batter, with Oyster sauce and fried rice. I did no more than pick at it, leaving over 80%. It was absolutely tasteless, oyster sauce hadn't even been waved at it and the fried rice was hard and gritty. Utterly awful, so never again!

Not this time,we order at least twice/three times a week and this is the worse meal since ordering from you. We ended up throwing the majority of our food away and just eating chips and curry sauce. Gutted. Time to try a new takeaway

Placed an order tonight and waited for the order they sent to my old address and they phone up and said they're outside so I told him that it was the wrong address which it clearly states on just state where to deliver and took another 40 minutes to deliver and was cold no apology from the restaurant know apology from the driver unbelievable total disgrace will not be ordering ever again and are used to order quite a bit from here but no more

Meal took over the estimated time by over 30 min. But it was still hot when it arrived and it was very nice.

We called the takeaway after the delivery was half was half an hour late, was told 10 minutes and half an hour later I'm writing this review as it still hasn't arrived. Not even an apology when we called the staff didn't seem to know what order we were talking about. Absolutely disgusted.

Food was of decent quality. We ordered online and everything was delivered promptly. The only thing that lowered the ratings is that I thought there were too many bean sprouts in the chow mein. The sprouts were almost as many as the noodles.

Ordered what was advertised as 'Thai chicken soup' and what turned up was a tub of sweet chilli sauce with some poor quality chicken and some some of black veg? It was un edible!! I order dim sum steamed dumpling starters, which tasted like they were off and they were rock hard !! I had house vermicelli noodles, which was horrendously bland, had no flavour, poor quality meat. As I'm writing this I can feel my stomach doing back flips from the mouth full of each dish I eat... Do not eat here, vile !!

I wrote in the comments no chillis as I have a allergy to chillis and my meal came with chillis in it so could not eat it at all had no credit to ring up and complain so spent £26 on something I couldn't eat want compensated

I have ordered from No1 more times than I'd like to admit.. This was the first Chinese I ordered when I moved to Blackpool two years ago and I haven't looked back. I have never had a problem with the food, the customer service or even the prices. Always delivered piping hot and absolutely beautiful. The delivery drivers are friendly and don't just chuck the food at you and walk away, Infact the delivery driver that came tonight was beautiful and I fancy her abit haha! Awkward when I'm a girl.. Anyway, I'll never stop using No1. They deserve all the stars, cheers guys x

First use of this takeaway due to a move, definitely will not be the last! Fantastic quality of food and speedy delivery from a very friendly driver.

Good food but in my sweet and sour chicken there was prawns... Concerned as this is food contamination... There was also a lot of hard rice... I really liked this take away but not sure I will order from here anymore.

After reading reviews, we tried No1 chinese. It arrived quicker than estimate and food was very hot. Unfortunately it was greasy and tasteless and the chicken wasn't nice. The staff were very apologetic and gave a full refund on return of the food. No arguements at all. Maybe a 1 off with the food but i won't be trying again.

The food didn't come for an hour and a half. I rang the resturant, they told me someone was on their way. Half an hour later, still nothing and I live 10 minutes away. I re-rang and was told they would be a further 10 minutes. No apologies. The food came... the chips were cold and there was very very very limited sauce on the honey ribs. The only thing decent was the Vermicelli. Never will I order from here again.
