We had our work Xmas party here. I had in my set Menu - Warmed Char-Grilled Violet Artichoke Tart - OMG so yummy and flavoursome... highy recommend it. - Steamed Ginger Pudding - nice light and delicious.... A happy veggie diner.....

This is the second time we booked the downstairs area for a company meeting. The team couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Great space and food too. Highly recommended.

We were waiting a while for food and when it did arrive dinner was cold which they reheated but the food wasn't very good. Cocktails were lovely though.

La comida era media (patatas fritas, comida insípida) y el servicio era muy pobre por desgracia. La comida y las bebidas tenían que ser perseguidas. Fuimos olvidados durante siglos, no pudimos encontrar personal de espera para pedir menús de postres, luego no regresaron a tomar nuestro pedido, y tuvieron que pedir que tomaran nuestro pedido. A estas alturas estábamos tan hartos de esperar que solo solicitamos los postres gratis de los niños; era demasiado tarde para pedir postres para adultos o cualquier café (¡no es que nos preguntaran si nos gustaría pedir alguno! ) Muy pobre y fue vergonzoso para mí, ya que había reservado el restaurante para una comida con familiares del extranjero.

Oscar who looked after us was amazing. Fun, checked on us, recommended a very good rum for me. We had a nice table and the atmosphere was upbeat even if a little loud. My only issue was the Sunday roast pork. It was over cooked so some of the edges were unable to eat due to being too dry. The meat was cut pretty thin for a roast also, will maybe made it drier. I felt the portion of vegetables was kind of stingy too for a roast. Really disappointed and wished I had order a regular main. Thank you to Oscar for making our visit really lovely 👍🏼😊

A bistro just besides famous power station. Food and service were fantastic. Had really great time there as the staffs looked really cool but friendly. They took really good care of you but not bothering at all. By the way, the price was pretty fair which truly worths.

Lo único negativo fue que no tenían una selección más amplia de opciones veganas, pero no lo suficiente como para desmerecer nuestra salida nocturna. Estuvimos agradecidos por las burbujas de cumpleaños y nuestro camarero fue genial y nos hizo buenas recomendaciones. Buen servicio, buena comida y un ambiente realmente encantador. Visited on a quiet weekday evening, service was attentive and friendly (Adam & Manager on duty/ didn’t catch his name) looked after us very well! Cocktails and food were outstanding too.

We live nearby, we always come for Sunday roast and we love it. Also want to mention that Gas was very hospitable!

We were served by Adam and the team and they were awesome. So attentive and respectful and fun. The food was great we shared a bunch of things between a group of 6 adults and did their 90 minute bottomless cocktails, major recommend.

I live above Bar 29 and have lived in the area for years, so I feel I have a good amount of experience with Bar 29. What I will say is that the 3.8 star total on this place is completely unfair, perhaps some of the lower ratings are from years ago before they found their feet. My food there has always been great (remember the price you're paying and the location you're in), the service has exceeded my expectations on every visit I've made this year. Finally, the atmosphere is buzzing and friendly. My only negative comment would be that service at the bar can be very slow at times and I've felt like I'm being ignored, as far as table service goes I've had no issues at all. All things considered, I'd give Bar 29 4 stars with a 5th being earned if they can improve the efficiency of the service at the bar itself. Would recommend for food or drinks!

Great bar/restaurant with amazing views, great drinks and service.

Good food, nice venue, totally under-staffed. Mistakes made with order, food not available (told a while after ordering). Asked for a small side plate for one of the kids. It never arrived so we helped ourselves. Asked several times for things. Not the staff’s fault as they seemed totally overwhelmed.

Oscar el gerente ayudó a acomodarnos fuera y continuó registrándose con nosotros durante toda la noche, aunque pudimos ver que estaba muy ocupado. Gaz era muy amable y profesional y parece muy experimentado en el trato con las personas y los clientes. En general fue una noche encantadora que hizo mi cumpleaños especial. We loved the caramelised banana pancakes, and the sweetcorn and courgette hash. Visit was slightly let down by fairly slow service, but it was a Saturday morning.

Tenemos una mesa acogedora dentro en la parte trasera para evitar el sol y los fumadores al aire libre porque teníamos un par de gemelos bebé con nosotros. El personal era muy amable. Pedí un plato de gambas al curry, lo revolví, ¡sin gambas! Pregunté dónde estaban las gambas. Cocinaron felizmente otra comida llena de gambas. Disfrutamos de nuestras comidas junto con los cócteles.

Great spot at Battersea Power Station for brunch and cocktails just in front of the river. Service and atmosphere is great, roomy & spacious restaurant with lots of delicious food/drink options (try the sweetcorn fritters!).

Most awful security man I've ever seen! I was invited to the river bar party on the lower ground floor. The security guy was standing near at the entrance by the toilet. After I went to the toilet I tried to go back to the party. He said " You can't come in here." But another party guest seems like smooth to enter the entrance door after finished toilet BESIDES ME!!! This case is racist I think!! He is looks like bald man between 9pm to 9:30pm on 27th July!

I visited here yesterday with a group of friends to watch the Euros- there was a downstairs area sectioned off for this with reserved seats which was great and well organised. Unfortunately, I was a bit late because of delayed trains but my friends were all drinking downstairs, watching the game and with a spare reserved seat waiting for me. I arrived and was greeted by a man who was extremely rude and eye rolled at me with an extremely pissed off look and said ‘no, there’s no space’ and proceeded to ask if I had a reservation. Once I informed him that my friends were down there and I had a reservation he decided to radio down to the staff who said- Yes, no problem send her down. He proceeded to tell me to go down as if he was doing me a favour and as I walked off, I turned round to see him furiously talking to another member of staff about me/the situation. No apology at all for the reception from him. It was all very unnecessary and not welcoming at all. The staff downstairs were lovely and so welcoming- they escorted me to my seat no problem. Not sure what this man’s issue is but he’s doing a good job of putting people off from returning.

The food was great, but the restaurant was unpleasantly loud. I felt like I was yelling for someone 2 feet away to hear me. Nothing is done to prevent echoing, everything is flat and hard, so the noise bounces everywhere. If this doesn’t bother you, the food is great and the decor is cool.

This was the second visit here. We had a smaller group this time. The service and attention provided by Adam was amazing. He had several large groups to serve at the same time and his attention to ensuring everyone was having a great time and everything was ordered was received and enjoyed! The recommendations from Adam did not disappoint. We asked for the bill then decided on dessert after another recommendation and did not disappoint! Look forward to visiting again! We had the steak, chips and wine off the lunch menu for 18 pounds . Food and wine was lovely and Oscar was spot on. Would recommend.

Excellent service and lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. 14 of us had a late lunch event. The staff really made us feel welcome, the booking and communication with the events team was super efficient. A nice atmosphere and good food.

We have been several times, we really like the place, the food is good, very good service, the waiters are all very friendly and helpful, normal price, recommended.

I've been here for both brunch and evening drinks, and it's a really nice place. The prices are a bit steep for what it is, but the food is good. It does get really loud (from the music, not the people) for no reason. There really is no need to turn it up so that I can barely hear the person next to me. There's also very limited veggie/vegan options, especially in the evening menu... We decided to eat somewhere else

We had a fabulous evening at the Disco House Saturday ✨ all of the staff were friendly, attentive and the the Manager Giovanni hosted us a wonderful night, he was very welcoming, efficient and hospitable! I would definitely come back for some great cocktails and the food was gorgeous, I definitely recommend the crispy squid 😍 sipping our cocktails with the view of the thames, the music was great and ambience! Thank you to Giovanni for making our night extra special ✨✨🪩🫶

One of my experiences was, during my time in the UK. It was absolutely fantastic. I savored every moment of it. Giovanni, the manager was incredibly supportive. Made things much smoother, for both me and my family.

Worst service ever. They gave us a table&sold us the wine. After 10 min the manager came and ask us to leave the table beacuse "was already book". The manager call us crazy and ask us leave. Worst experience ever AVOID. After we left, the manager came and told us he was sorry, but had some "influencers" taking videos, and so he was stressed to find a place for them. Honestly I would not even recommend this restaurant to my in laws. It was horrible.

Horrible experience, manager kick us out and called us crazy people after buying a bottle of wine because the table double book a table and wanted us to leave without an options and without drinking our wine. I feel very sorry for the owner and the place could be managed better. Very poor from the Italian manage himself.

Horrible place. We've been offered a table and then they kiked us out cause apparently the table was booked. They kiked us out of the restaurant even after changing table. After leaving, the italian manager came to explain us why he kiked us out, the reason is that there are influencers drinking there, and they wanted to give a certain image. Amazing... the worst service ever.

First time visiting and it did not disappoint. The service was quick and staff were friendly, the food was hot and tasty. We visited during the week around breakfast time, the restaurant was very quiet it was nice.

Vibing and suave battersea spot x on a sunny day, it’s hard to grab an outdoor seat BUT the stairs in front of the restaurant is a flex and allow you to sit and drink and that made for a fab afternoon. Procès are comparable to central London but go for the vibes, the AperolSpritz, and a sturdy step.

Just stopped for a pint. Outdoor area is nice enough, however gave 4 stars due to the tables needing a wipe!

Had brunch of Sweetcorn & Courgette Hash, added the 'House-made Dingle Dell Ham' - not sure what was house-made, as it appeared like a bit of ham out of a packet. However the Sweetcorn & Courgette Hash was really tasty. Really attentive service.

Love the £10 brekkie deal, available Mon-Fri before noon. There is also a pastry and coffee deal in the afternoon. The restaurant is bright and spacious and offers a beautiful river view as well. There is a bar downstairs, but haven’t been.

Terrible service, made us feel very unwelcome and had to rush as apparently we should have booked even though there were so many empty tables but they literally kept walking past to make sure we left (all buying cocktails etc) within 30 mins. Will not return and so disappointed as it was a 60TH birthday treat

Very happy customer, the manager Gas is very professional, attentive and amazing host. We have been seated in couple seconds from the time we arrived, (welcoming smile from hostess); drinks arrived in couple minutes after ordered. All the team who worked that evening made my and my daughter's night memorable. Mc&Cheese from children's menu- recommend to every child: for taste, size and presentation, same as squid starter for me. Thanks to the chefs! My daughter 5 years old got all attention from the staff; despite it was very busy Thursday evening. Amazing experience.

3.8 stars is an outrageous misrepresentation of the quality of food/drink and service here. I came here on a busy lunchtime, the staff were really friendly and really accommodating. After a short wait and a some delicious drinks at the bar, we were seated. The roasts (chicken & beef) were 2 of the best (we agreed) we’ve ever had in London, and we’ve lived here for 2 decades. I couldn’t fault the food, service or drinks. £24 for the roast is on the higher end of a London roast (not by much), but so so worth it for the quality, taste and perfect sizing of everything. Shout out to the red cabbage (bloody good)! Highly recommend a visit if in area. Take 3.8 with a huge pinch of salt.

My wife and i pop in on Sunday for a coffee.glanced the menu coffee and pastry £4.50 not bad.ordered 2. asked for the bill it came to £18.90 called the manager ask why have i been charged £9.90 more he was not pleasant at all he told me what i chose was a weekday menu i said so why is it out on Sunday if its a weekday menu .He pointed out that it did state in tiny writing Mon-Fri would no meet me half way.so 2 plain croissant cost £9.90 Not only but also the 12.5% Service charge is a bit steep. The Managar Horrible Man .

We sat outside at lunchtime next to the river. The service was good and the staff were really friendly and efficient. The meals arrived promptly and they were generous portion sizes. It was quite an expensive meal for the 4 of us, but the location probably dictated that.

Adam is the best! Most brilliant guy and treated us like royalty! What a man. Chicken burger was also awesome, happy me! Keep people like Adam

We were a family party of 13 and this was a bit of a last minute booking for us but No. 29 came up trumps ! We chose a selection of dishes , pasta , mixed and veggie roasts and a variety of sides . All our food was hot, tasty and plentiful . The venue is large and spacious so - although it was busy it never felt crowded . The staff were friendly , attentive and efficient throughout . (A special shout out for Adam , with his exquisite manners!) Well done No. 29 ! Highly recommended.

This place is so fab for brunch. Although relatively pricey it does have fab service, a great vibe and delicious food. I had the Shakshuka and my boyfriend had the Chicken Burger, and he claims this is the best one he's ever had! The interiors and vibe of the place is beautiful, I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Great vibe and great food! The burger is very yummy and the fries are fresh and crunchy. And they have an incredible drinks deeeal (see the pic!)

Great space and ambience for our event. Staff were responsive and adaptable, and the food was good to. Can't recommend enough. We will certainly be returning.

Awful customer service and food was very mediocre. I mentioned on the booking that it was a friends birthday and again on arrival. They did absolutely nothing with that information. They had us wait for 20 mins for our table which I suspect they forgot they had told us to sit at the bar area right by the checkin desk. Because when I went up to ask what was happening, they were unapologetic and it seemed that the table had been ready for a while. They then continued to rush us for our table, even though they were the ones who hadn't seated us at the allocated time. I've been here several times just because of the location, but if you're looking for somewhere with amazing food and service, this isn't the place for you.

We popped in for a drink and sat at the bar. We were served by Adam who was a genuinely really nice guy which is refreshing to see. The atmosphere in the bar was lovely and it was nice and warm despite it being a bit chilly outside. We would definitely recommend and return.

Booked here for the Sunday Roast menu on a late Sunday afternoon sitting. Meal was fab! Good size portion, nice & hot with all the trimmings.

We had a super waiter, Matthew. He really made our evening. Food was good. Atmos ok maybe a little loud but great fun and vibey.

This is a very lively place, the food is delicious, I had a very nice burger with chips. We visited in the evening, the music was loud so was hard to hear each other and it was a bit dark inside and couldn't see the menu properly. We went there to meet with friend after not seeing each other for long but was not able to hear each other, so we ate and left to go somewhere else. The toilets are down stairs, there was a private party and had to pass everyone with difficulty to get to the toilets. Not for me.

Nice venue and staff. Food mediocre- starter (crostini) was sad and a child could have thrown it together! Main (shrimp butcher) was nice but quite salty. Desert 🤣 well, a small scoop of ice cream with a pot of expresso - absolute joke. Didn’t complain as not down to staff and at the end of the day we just won’t go again. Shame as I had high expectations

Terrible service, went there this morning for brunch. I order a salmon toast with extra poach eggs and bacon on the side. The bacon arrived on top of the salmon when I requested to be on side and it was half raw! I request the girl to change it. She took the plate, cook the bacon and bring it back completely burned (yes the same one). Then we waited ages to ask for the bill, when the waitress arrived, she told us that we needed to leave in 5 min because there was another booking. My friend to the bathroom, while I was waiting for her (2 min after) the waitress came and ask me to leave on the spot. Bear in mind the restaurant wasn’t too busy, loads of free tables. I was shocked, I’ve never received a service like that and I will for sure never come back. :)

I only gave 4 stars overall because I thought £4 per extra with breakfast (e.g. mushrooms) was a bit steep! Lovely food, coffee and staff.

Nice place for a casual lunch. They won’t cook a burger medium - they will only do well done and the medium rare steak sandwich I ordered instead came medium-well anyway. Also weirdly you can’t tip, nothing on the bill and Cash only tips. Well I haven’t carried cash since Spring 2020. It’s hard on the staff. The place asked me to email in, which I did, but radio silence from them. What was the point of that?

This place is absolutely lovely, and full of sunlight on a summer’s day. The staff were really hospitable and kind, and I vibed well with all of them. Our server Matthew in particular was very quick to respond to us whenever we called him over. The drinks were really yummy and also strong, and it was just a nice day out at Battersea on the whole!

I booked a space at No 29 for my 30th birthday and was so pleased with how it turned out! The space and decor is great. The staff were really friendly and attentive, helping make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks so much!

The experience at the restaurant at number 29 in Bathsea Power Station was fantastic! The hostess was welcoming, and our waiter was attentive. They handled our large table, including three kids, with great care. The food was delicious too! Overall, a delightful dining experience.

Big thanks to the host for finding us seating for four children and four adults for Sunday lunch on a busy day. We were then met by Oskar who provided amazing service to us and was very thoughtful and attentive to the kids. Food was lovely - 2 x brunch items, great roast and a decent burger. Children’s food looked just like smaller versions of adult meals - delicious. Great atmosphere, food and service. Thanks again to Oskar who is a credit to the team.

Arrived into London late and stopped here for dinner after flying all day. Menu stated food until close, which doesn't seem realistic at all. As I arrived (21.30), I asked if they were still serving food to which I was told yes. Grabbed a table and started looking at the drinks menu. Server came to the table to insist that I order food as the kitchen was closing. This wasn't really an issue as I knew it was late but why not tell me that before I sat down. I ordered my food and a pint of beer, the server then came back to the table before my beer had even arrived to ask for payment. Highly unorthodox as I was sitting inside at the far end of the restaurant, not prime position to pull a runner. Received my food, got the steak sandwich (fantastic) and chips (freezing). Had to flag down a waiter to get fresh chips as they were frozen, then another, to ask for salt and pepper, then again for ketchup as nobody seemed to want to have anything to do with food service. Seems like a lovely spot for drinks, great ambience and vibe for a date, but don't go for food, at least not later in the evening. 3 bar staff, 3 floor staff, 1 manager, maximum 9 tables. Staff spent their time talking at the drinks service area Throughout the entire service not one person came down to check if everything was ok which seemed odd as I had already had issues

We waited 15 minutes with a small child and nobody served us so we just left without ordering. It wasn't even busy.

I was there this morning and unfortunately, the food is very average and the service pants. Save your money and go somewhere else - particularly at brunch. Polite advice to management, when someone sends food back just comp it. Don’t try settle for a 50% off, it’s just cheap and you’re losing a customer forever (I live in the power station). I’m not going to quibble, I don’t care about the money but do about the principle.

Alerted staff who seem hardly phased and unapologetic to the scene we just witnessed. Asked to speak to manager who didn't attend as had gone home but was told what could they do as they are along the river and have doors open, I've been to enough restaurants along the river and never witnessed seeing a rat in a restaurant. Staff handled the situation shockingly and was made to feel we were at fault for raising the issue.

We and the table next to us saw a rat run into the kitchen, we informed the staff who were very rude about it and seemed un-phased about the health and safety implications!

Had the unfortunate experience of seeing a rat running into the kitchen. When we alerted the manager Andre he didn’t care at all and acted as if it’s an everyday occurrence. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I was disappointed with the way he handled the situation and will not be returning to this restaurant.

No 29 Power Station West restaurant provided us with a 5-star service for our 20th wedding anniversary. Daniel, the manager was amazing, staff were friendly. Great all round atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot in the elegant and beautiful surroundings of the newly redeveloped Battersea Power Station. Thanks guys 👍

This venue has one postcode on their email and a different one on their website! When I mentioned this to the manager he just smirked. I was was with a large group, my seat had a large table leg in front of me and couldn't stretch my legs out. The food was just okay and over-priced, the service from the manager leaves a lot to be desired. My food was over-salted, the main dish, the sauce was too heavy for the fish and also very salty, the dessert was disappointing. I felt like they didn't want us there despite a whopping £900 bill. Way too expensive for what they served. I do not recommend this venue, best to go somewhere else.
