I go here several times a week. Since it started, it has become a key spot in the community, The location is central to the village. The reception, staff and atmosphere are relaxed and welcoming. The food is excellent quality and good value for money. Ranges from a good English breakfast, range of lunches, celebration afternoon teas, good coffee, cocktails, beers, wines and spirits. Eat inside, at a table in front or in expansive covered area at the back. Space for parties.

Lovely little coffee shop/bistro in the village of Brinsworth. Their coffee and cake is to die for, I believe someone local makes the cakes and they are just amazing!! The atmosphere is very cosy and friendly and the staff can't do enough for you. On the whole this is definitely worth a stop at if you are in the village, its just one of those nice places that you feel welcome in.

Went with 2 friends to support this local business on a Wednesday lunchtime. It was really busy and we were delighted they were doing so well. Staff are so lovely, welcoming and friendly too. Bit disappointed at the limited menu after hearing such good things about the food but maybe we just had the choice from the lunchtime menu at that time of day? Our order was taken quickly but then we waited and waited and waited. A waitress came over and apologised for the wait and said they would knock a pot of tea off the bill, that it was a small kitchen, everything made fresh to order so prepared table by table. Our mood wasn’t helped by another table who came in after us being served first. After a one hour wait we got our bowl of soup and 2 paninis! After all that we found the food decidedly average which was a huge shame. My friend did feedback about the wait and did say that this was in the hope that they could correct the problem or people wouldn’t be back. Well done for opening this in Brinsworth. Hope you can make it work.

Came for lunch with the family & grandchildren recently & we had a fab afternoon. The food was good, the play area kept the kids entertained and the staff were pleasant and friendly. We’ve definitely arranged to return in the school holidays & hopefully the sun will shine so we can enjoy the beer garden.

I live in Doncaster so don't know this area well, but my bestie does live local and recommended this restaurant. We first came in the midst of all the snow we had in January and on entering the restaurant saw only two people eating, but this was all forgotten when we were welcomed by a lovely friendly waitress with dark hair who showed us to our table and explained the menu. We only wanted something small on this occasion and chose jacket potato with tuna and salad. Honestly, I know you might think it's only a jacket potato, but it was the best I've ever had. We couldn't resist the desserts and had Bakewell tart with clotted cream. This was amazing. The waitress was really kind and explained about the new owners taking it over and what changes had been made. Obviously, it was not long after Christmas and with the weather not being great, I think that was the reason why not alot of people had ventured out. We enjoyed it so much that we said we would come again. This we did on 6th February. Greeted by the same smiling waitress as before, she did actually remember us when we got talking from our first visit. The restaurant was alot more busier On this occasion, the waitress told us that they had had quite a few special occasion bookings of late, which had gone done really well. We weren't disappointed with our second visit at all. We will certainly visit again and I am looking forward to visiting one evening with my husband who I have told all about how good this restaurant is. It will also be lovely in the warmer weather when you can sit outside and have a cream tea........looking forward to it already. Keep up the good work
