Nice cosy cafe, lovely cake and coffee. I had my young grandson with me who also had a cake and a drink. Unfortunately the lady who served us could have been a bit warmer towards us as she was towards another family who came in after us. Just didn't feel very welcome there, a pity because everything else was great.

Celebrated my Mum's 80th birthday here today. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. Food was freshly made and plentiful. The two ladies running the tearoom were extremely friendly and helpful. They even made mum a gorgeous cake! Thank you 😊😊

Delicious food served by very friendly staff, nothing's to much trouble with a great menu. We tasted the full English breakfast which included eggs ( however you like them cooked) bacon, sausage, fried bread, beans, tomatoes and black pudding. Fresh orange juice and tea and coffee.

Lovely little tea room offering a wide range of meals at extremely reasonable prices. From the pictures, table cloths, artefacts and friendly staff to the mix and match china cups and plates; it all makes for a great experience.

We were visiting St John's, the parish church of Worsthorne, for me to preach for The Leprosy Mission and my contact suggested here for a Sunday lunch after the service. This was an excellent idea. Very good value at £6.95 for a large plate full of beef, potatoes, Yorkshire pubs, greens and deliciously al dente carrots, with lots of gravy. It's a small space so you would be well advised to book: and bring cash - they don't take cards. The midweek menu (Weds-Sat, also available on Sunday) is also well worth considering if you are in the area. And the cakes ....

Sometimes, you don't often realise or appreciate the availability and hospitality within your own locality. Wow!! Such a little treasure can be found at No 11 Tea Rooms in Worsthorne.. This cosy, homely, welcoming establishment is wonderful. You can feel the ambience as you go through the door. The environment is totally countryside with an aura of conviviality and the aroma of deliciously home cooked food. I cannot give enough praise for the quantity and quality of the food, My favourite breakfast....sausage barm or bacon barm, yummy....👍🏼👍🏼 Absolutely well worth a visit 👍🏼👍🏼

The food is good here. The afternoon tea is particularly recommended. However, staff could do with some customer service training. It is amazing what a smile and friendly greeting can do. Some days we have visited and service is efficient and ok. Other days the girl serving is positively rude. The watress clearly has an issue about getting away dead on 3pm as she will tell you on arrival what time the tearoom closes! On entering the tearoom the usual greeting is a very stern 'have you booked?' Before saying hello, or making you feel welcome. On one visit she was particularly rude to two ladies coming in at 2.30 wanting tea and cakes. There were no other customers but they were made to feel like it was a massive inconvenience and were told that the tearoom closed at 3pm and they wouldn't be allowed any hot food. It's a tea room not a five star restaurant. Staff training is a necessity. The food is good if you can overlook the service issues.

Stayed at the local B&B and breakfast was served in the Tea Rooms. Really good 'full English' and very tasty locally sourced eggs. Loose tea with strainer made for a lovely cup of tea!

Visited with mum for lunch having heard good things and we weren't disappointed. Think we may book in the future as the seating is limited and would not want to be disappointed. The cheese and onion pie was tasty.

Third time lucky as we had tried twice before to get in to No 11 (once closed and once a private party) and glad we persisted - quite small inside, seating maybe 20 or so, so booking recommended if planning on having lunch. My partner had a baked potato, which wasn't on the menu but was happily provided and I had tea and cake. The next table were having afternoon tea which looked very nice and substantial so we might try that next time. Closed Monday and Tuesday by the way.Lovely friendly waitress.

We had booked a Christmas lunch with friends. Good job we did as all the tables were taken. The meal itself can only be described as delicious. The turkeys was the most succulent I have ever had. Beatifully decorated room.

Seven of us descended unannounced on the Tea Rooms in Worsthorne halfway through a MTB ride on the Pennine Bridleway. Fortunately we managed to fit round the large table even though all the customers seemed to arrive at the same time. The staff were very helpful and there was a good variety of home cooked food on offer including meat and potato pie, cheese and onion pasty, lasagne and a variety of sandwiches etc. Plenty of cakes, scones, trifle etc followed. A very pleasant traditional tea room, not a 'fast food' cafe and we'll be back.

What a great place to take a toddler...I have a 13month old and she loved it...really clean, great coffee and food...really big play area and lots to do for them...most places don’t cater very well for under 2’s but this is just perfect...can’t recommend it enough 👍👍

Ordered the mighty angus meal with the loaded fries was brilliant. You never have to guess when your food will be ready they give you a bleeper that lets you know when it’s ready.
