No 1 Pizza in Dudley

Waited 2 hours for pizza. Staff rude and pizza was disgusting. Sloppy and no cheese. Green mold in cheese and chips were dry and vile. I will never order from here again.

How rude are the staff here ordered through just eat like usual been here a few times that was 12.59 last night phoned at 2.00 am asking where pizza is and I was told your Fxxxxx pizza was delivered at 11.30 I said how can that be I didn’t order until 12.59 am he replied your Fxxxx pizza was delivered at 11.30 how’s that possible he quickly said fxxxoff again and put the phone down I phoned back again different person answered same was said rude as sxxx I won’t ever use them again and if they keep up the good customer service they will lose more thanks to just eat I am getting my refund

The pizza tasted ok but it’s not 8 inches. Am I expecting too much? Well the person (male) I spoke to told me it was 8 inches when clearly (see photo) it was nearer 7 inches. Order bigger but quite frankly I would not give this person my money. So arrogant and didn’t care at all, it felt like I was speaking to a Narcissist.

Crap, sent wrong order. When rang rude and said I was wrong even tho I have a receipt to say I've been over charged and sent the wrong food. Won't use again, had issues before but gave it a second chance, never again.

Ordered £50 of pizza last night, 1 pizza was short, rang them all they said was , contact Uber eats, as nothing to do with them, attitude, no help refused to deliver a fresh pizza, to which I paid for, discusting service, 1 hour later, they delivered a stone cold hard pizza , appalling service food was awful,

Been using no1 Stourbridge for years, but tonight we have experience dreadful service. 2.5 hours to receive any food, even though I was told on 2 occasions it was out for delivery, after my 3rd conversation I was informed food had been deliveried to no 16 instead of 6, which is funny as we don’t have a number 16 in our street. The food finally arrives for the fries and sauce to be missing. So I get back on the phone for the fourth time to be told it’s ok we will get them out it you, sorry mate but I ain’t waiting an additional 30mins when we have already waiting 2.5hours so I requested a refund to have a response of ‘what you want a refund of like £2?’ Umm yes I have paid for something I haven’t received I am well within my rights to request a refund, it’s ok I will send you the chips. I think I have just told you twice I don’t want the chips I want a refund! Ok I will get you a refund for £2. (Laughing), great how will you process that then been as I paid on card and you haven’t got my details! I will get the delivery driver to drop it at your house! Funnily enough we are still waiting for said refund! I appreciate orders can go wrong but to be given the customer service we have received this evening is just out of order, the staff have been rude and genuinely didn’t care! Not a chance will we be a returning customer!

Ordered a pizza on Uber eats. Took over an hour so called them, we were told the food had been sat there for half an hour ready and they had no one to deliver it (as if we would want to accept food that’s been sat there for half an hour) then they said they could send a driver but we had to pay them when they got here after paying for delivery on Uber eats - disgraceful. Will be expecting a refund and never ordering again.

Really fresh and delivery was quick. I’m very fussy with pizza and this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. Second time we have ordered. Would def recommend

You know one of those places you walk past and just think 'that's just asking for diarrhoea' Sloppy watery pizza. People only go here after a night out in Stour. Do yourselves a favour, go Maccies.

Been going here for ages and always been the same but had enough today so posting this long due review. First of all the pizza here is great (when they get the topping right). But every time you order to collect they over charge you !! It’s not like it’s by mistake as, as soon as you point out the correct price they all of a sudden chance the price with a smirk and no apology!!! AND ITS LITERALLY EVERY TIME !! They think their customers are stupid And will keep coming back regardless. I will not be coming back I’ll be using rominos from now on. Where they know what customer service means. It really is ashame as no 1 pizza do actually make a great pizza. Wish I could give a zero!!!

I went back in time for my pizza and had one with the Bolognese on just like pizza hut used to do. My husband had ham and pineapple which he enjoyed as well. I wouldn't have the fries again as they'd sweated during delivery so wasn't good. I'm looking to having a pizza from here again and hope it's just as good.

AVOID. Phone order, promised 40 mins. Called after 1hr told another 15/20 mins. Called again told another 10 mins. Arrived after 1hr 45mins. Order wrong. Sent it back. Asked for a refund to my card. Told they were too busy and made me go to the shop to get it. Appalling attitude. Didnt even seem bothered

Placed an order at 8:24pm for delivery at 9pm it got to 9:34pm so I tried to call the restaurant... could not get through tried again 5 times finally spoke to them they said food should be with me in few minutes. 10:23pm food still had not arrived after trying 29 times to phone the restaurant I had no luck... disappointed and ruined my evening. Glad I was paying cash!!!! They do not provide a service and no one should order from them! You will not receive your food!

If I could rate this place 0 I would. We ordered pizza and sides at 1930hrs and was told 45 minutes, after an hour we called for an eta to be told they were busy and it would be another 20-25 minutes. We waited 30 and called again to be told, they only had two drivers and were busy and it would be another 15 minutes. It arrived 2 hrs after we had ordered and there were missing items, handed the food back and called for a refunded as we had paid by card. The shop refused the refund as they were too busy!!!! So ended up going to the shop to demand a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Wide choice of pizza menu including make your own. Served and delivered hot - absolutely fantastic value

my experience at no 1 pizzas was appalling I would never recommend this place to anyone, even if it would mean paying more somewhere else. We ate in at this shop as it was easier and not till we had ordered our food that there was flys and what knows all flying around the window, there was not just 1 of the many flys there was 1000's of them. I alerted the man and he came with his newspapaper and realised it wasn't good enough so he went and collected his disinfectant and sprayed all along the window ledge and went back behind the counter and placed his ear phones in and sat down asif nothing had happened. we was there 20-30 minutes too see if he would clean them up but he didn't he left them there. The flys was all across the tables to and he did nothing about them nor did he clean up. I will not be returning!

The food is very well made and tastes great but very disappointed on how dirty the place is. Found hundreds of mini flies all over the window sill right next to where i was eating. Dead and alive. Will not be eating in there again.

This is by far the best Pizza in town, we have a Domino's but my kids always insist on No1 Pizza, the Widow maker is my personal favourite

No 1 pizza is very good, the pizzas are delightful and there's plenty of choice for vegetarians. The mushroom pizza is amazing and my boyfriend loves the Widow Maker. Great place for lunch.

Never really get pizza from anywhere else. Great piazza, very reasonable. Consistently good whether pick up or delivery.

Amazing pizzas at amazing prices. We never go any where else for pizza. Always feels like a treat. Each one freshly made in front of you. Dips, drinks and sundries available. Delivery is an option.

I ordered a cheese & tomato pizza with BBQ chicken over the phone for collection. Now, rather than say "we only have 1 type of chicken and that's tandoori" they made a cheese pizza with tandoori chicken and a BBQ sauce for the base. I got it home, me and the wife had a bite and realised their mistake. When I phoned back they point blank refused to accept their error, argued with me and refused to do anything about it. When I then went back in to the shop they started arguing with me again and only when the other customers started staring did they agree to change it. BUT! The guys attitude when making the pizza was appalling! He even tried to belittle and even embarrass me by shouting across, holding bits of chicken in the air saying "you want THIS red chicken. You see it. It's RED! You understand?!" So I just bit my lip, took my wife her pizza and will NEVER go back in that place again. Will be emailing the No.1 pizza head office and writing on their Facebook page. Trust me, this arrogant sack of crap is not worth your money.

Slightly cheaper than Romino's but decent quality and certainly better than Olivio's. The staff are friendly enough but it is just cheap take away pizza. My preferred pizza in Stourbridge though.
