If you order munch box expect box of chips cooked in old oil and few peaces of meat... very disappointed compared with other munch boxes

I ordered a large lamb tikka in naan and was happy that nite bite actually give you the option to pick your own salad. The kebab itself was really nice 👌, and I'm glad that I ordered some extra garlic sauce as it made it even better. The only constructive criticism I have is that when you pay 80p additional for the option for sauces [plural] it would be nice to receive more than one. Additionally mint sauce isn't on the options but this is all personal preference and not a complaint at all. The seasoning and quality of the ingredients in the kebab were fresh and very tasty. Ordered for collection and arrived bang on time, my order was just being boxed up so brilliant timing from the lads The food was incredible quality, I ordered a mix donner and chips and could tell the donner meat wasn't some low grade ready cooked meat that they just heated up, the lamb and chicken donner were both fresh and tasted great The lads inside were welcoming and even though I ordered from here maybe 3-4 times in total they could already recognise me, customer service was definitely top quality Will be making this my new go-to place for a kebab in the future

I ordered a meal last night and after an hour it hadn't arrived I tried the restaurant but got no answer. I then ordered from another restaurant what turned up on time .today at 4 o'clock in the afternoon the 1st meal I ordered arrived I called the restaurant and they sent the driver back to collect it after it was collected I call the restaurant back to get my refund and they said that they would no give me a refund. the man was also very condescending.

Food arrived hot and about 15 minutes early. Can recommend and will be ordering again.

Not sure if they changed the pizzas recently, they were already good, but they seem to have levelled them up. Portions are always good and the delivery guy is always prompt and polite, genuinely a credit to the restaurant.

Great staff, very helpful and polite. Best burger in town. You can get a salad pot so that you can put your salad on at home. No yucky hot sloppy salad like other takeaways. Mmmm absolutely perfect. And lovely and hot with good portions. Our favourite....A+.

Only one issue I did not get the correct food.order was for 1 regular donner kebab, no salad or sauce, was given a chicken kebab in place of this which the person hated. 1 large donner kebab chilli sauce and salad which was recieved and was tasty

Part 1. Terrible quality received order. It's was not like I was order. Plus they add 3 potato chips inside to chicken donat kebabs almost only few drops sauce inside. They add to price for this 3 chips 1 pound extra. Recomend double check before receiving. Part 2 Continue story.... I was visiting and try make order one more time this evening. They was didn't accepted my food order plus speaking not even looks like normal clear English language. After ours discussion about first part comenent they asking not visit anymore. They have poor communication with costumer.

Not worth the money. I ordered a hawaiian burger and this was all I got. No toppings or anything.

It took a while from orderung to receiving my order but i guess i came in at a busy phone order. The worker was friendly was a little dissapointed with the amount of chips i got and the chips were crunchy like when they have been cooked and left aside and then reheated up. The chicken was nice inside but really dry and crumbling on the outside. But overall it did me as a quick meal.

Good kebabs and fresh nan bread

Great family business. Guys are all helpful and friendly community spirited people. Happy to adjust your order within reason and if they have the stock. Great tasting food. They hardly ever have a bad chip day. Would love to see their vegetarian options expand ( probably will if they get the demand ) I use to eat meat and their kebabs are yummy. Try their Sizzlers and Munch boxes. Good value for money and I think they use recycled packaging, too. Delivery drivers are always friendly and helpful, too.

Since the last review this place has crashed. Pizzas with no toppings on them and kebabs hardly cooked. Time to move on.

Got an order wrong but fixed it in the end

We have tried almost all the take-aways in Peterborough for kebabs over the years and this has now become our favourite. Loads of meat, salad done as you ask and always hot when we collect. We have recently tried the pizzas from there and although they are the usual fast food take away type the are always cooked well and hot. Feeling hungry writing this.

Decent food friendly staff will deliver if required

Ordered a takeaway with my friends the man on the phone was all nice told me it was busy and would take 45 mins. Hour and a half later the order arrived with half the food missing would not give me a refund or bring the rest of the order!!! Told me I could have a free meal next time so today I called up and he would not give me the free meal that I have payed for anyway!! Awful customer service!! Avoid! Much better takeaways in peterborough food is also very dry and not nice 😷💩

Este lugar produce fresco y las mejores pizzas! Hornear italiano y real que puede pedir su propia coberturas. Probamos su noche algo especial, y tengo que decir que fue increíble. Mi amigo pidió un Kebab que venía con ensalada y salsas de cortesía. Le gustó mucho. También pedimos algunas hamburguesas a la parrilla, y para ser honesto fueron adecuadas de carbón no es lo que te dan de otros sitios. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar definitivamente vale la pena visitar también la llevan.

Compré un kebab nos preguntaron si podían separar la ensalada y salsa pensé que había les pedimos que separan el mar como Moisés tuvo que pagar extra por una ensalada y salsa. ¿Dónde está el servicio de atención al cliente???
