SOO MUCH BETTER THEN NANDOS GREAT SERVICE AND THE PORTION SIZES ARE AMAZING. THE YOUNG LAD AT THE COUNTER WAS SO KIND AND POLITE. IF YOUR EVER CRAVING SOME GOOD CHICKEN OR CHIPS NINIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Really, disrespectful NOT HAPPY. A, weird delivery guy just looking at me for no obvious reason because of what I wear completely so disrespectful to stare at me and I said what is your problem and he just ignored me I don’t know what’s wrong with people these days it was so wrong to look at people like that just because they are a goth hope that guy learns to to park properly. Just, because people wear different clothes doesn’t mean that guy can just stare at me what a rude attitude this guy has.

I was surprised to read some of the other reviews on here, I’ve had a about 10 takeaways over the past year or so from this place and have only had a good experience. The drivers have always been friendly, the food has always been hot and excellent. Live the Greek Salad side dish as well. It’s my go-to if I’m stuck for cooking and had a hard day. My only wish is that they opened more - since Covid it’s just Thursday to Saturday (I think that’s still the case)

This is my favourite place to eat, the food is amazing and it’s my favourite take out. It’s so easy and delicious. They have a great menu and friendly staff. The food does take a while to prepare which is one downside but it’s worth it because all food is fresh and amazing quality!! It’s definitely somewhere I recommend checking out!!

1hr20 plus over expected delivery time of £50+ order. Called to check on progress, told food was being bagged as we spoke. Nothing 40 minutes later, called again and told food was still on the grill. Rude confrontational staff on phone kept hanging up. Called back 20 mins later to recheck on order to be told it’s been cancelled with no refund?! Absolutely disgusting service.

Very friendly service over the phone. Delivery person also excellent. Food was fabulous. All fresh and large portions. Accurate considering we had made variations to menu items. Really impressed will definately use again!! Healthy options too. Fantastic. Thanks Nini

We use Nini alot and usually without any issues however we ordered at 7.25pm this evening and after 3 phone calls and them lying to us we ended up cancelling the order as waiting for OVER an hour and a half just isn't good enough. I'm giving it a 3 out if 5 as all the other times it has been great. However this experience has made us think twice about using them again.

The decor is a bit uninspiring and the place was completely empty on a Friday lunchtime, so had a gamble and glad we did !! Food was excellent, decent portion sizes and great chips. Place was clean and tidy, looks like their main business is home delivery, but a great lunchtime experience.

To begin with it was dirty and disgusting. There was no water on service and the lady behind the counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered in my 32 years of living. I felt as if I was being judged the entire time. Once i had decided on what meal I was going to get (falafel salad) I took it down the beach with me to eat whilst watching the waves. I had eaten a large proportion when I suddenly found a toenail the size of my thumb. I HATED It do not recommend

Based on reviews, we decided to give this a go. Chicken burgers, chips and chicken wrap, falafel and humus wrap. Chips were plentiful and tasted great - neither overcooked or under-cooked. All the chicken was strips of grilled chicken. I chose 'mild' flavour for all fearing super hot peri peri style sauces. But mild was super mild, barely any taste ... but didn't change the fact the chicken was generous and well cooked. Next time will go for the medium and even hot ... Falafel were freshly cooked and not over soaked in oil. They were incredible. Tasted divine with humus and salad in a very thin fahita style wrap. Meals were £6.70 including chips ... not the cheapest but we were happy with the quality and portion so it's good ...drink is extra. I think for the price, a can of drink could have been included. Will go there again though. Highly recommend.

Walked in after a long day of work to get some dinner. I ordered the chicken with spicy rice which cost £8. I sat there for about 25 minutes before being served a cold and average tasting box of rice and chicken. Customer service was appalling and not once was I being treated with any manor of respect. Will never be coming back as it is a waste of money and time.

I am still in utter shock on how disgusting I was spoken to, the woman screaming down the phone to me and then hung up, I then rung back I asked for her name some girl said no, said the woman can do what she wants she’s the owner... wow, there is bad customer service and then there is this. I’m reporting the so called ‘restaurant’

Ordered tonight for the first time and omg absolutely amazing food. My favourite by far. Amazing wrap and thexsweey potato fries are so lovely 😊

When nini first introduced its expanded menu of peri food.. value for money and quality were fantastic. Recently they have increased their prices by over 25%, which left me disappointed. Tonight on top of this have found they have halved their portion sizes on selected dishes. Now it’s tasty, but poor value for money. Now I shan’t be returning as it’s counterpart Nando’s, is more bang for your buck. A loyal customer lost.

Thought we'd try this after being recommended to us. We were well impressed. Service was quick and the girl who served us was charming and explained exactly what each dish was. We had chicken and spicey rice. Chicken was superb. The best I have had from any takeaway. Sweet potatoe fries were good. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the portions. We will certainly be returning via the app where you can order. Thankyou.

Lovely tasty food. Arrived on time, hot and complete. The sweet potato fries were amazing as was the piri piri mayo! Will absolutely be ordering again.

It was 3rd time lucky for us. Just had the hot quater chicken and sweet potato fries and my fiancee had the bbq chicken baguette. Absolutely lovely. Chicken was hot and moist, nice flavour. Baguette was well filled. Thank you very much

Had to try out a new takeaway in town and were super impressed! Gorgeous fresh tasting food, excellent seasoning and a great variety! Didn’t even feel guilty as all tasted very healthy. A great takeaway, different to anything else locally, will definitely go back!

Fantastic healthy chicken very juicy and tasty and great price... Its the only place you can have a take away and not feel bad for eating it it makes you feel good you can even eat if on diet love it

Friendly service, speedy and the burger was flavoursome, fresh salad, onions and bun made up a great burger! Fries were crispy and tasty! Good portion size at a good price! Will return to check out other items on the menu

My experience of NINI has been since they changed the menu to the grilled chicken, Nando's style recently, I was recommended by my brother to try them.

Tried the take away service on 2 occasions and no luck. 1st attempt (which was a Sunday evening) we get a phone call 5 minutes before our just eat delivery time telling us they ran out of chicken so cancelled our order. 2nd attempt (a Thursday evening) 10 minutes after our just eat delivery time still no delivery I ring them to be told (not politely either)just started cooking it and would be at least another half hour only just seen the order. No customer care skills and no food.

I don't know the standard of food but the customer service is shocking. Never been spoken to so rudely. Will never buy from there. Can't see them staying in business much longer.

I was starving so i was looking for something to eat quick that i didnt need to wait, so i had tesco on my left and this shop on my right. Obviously if i went to tesco i will end up eating those triangle sandwishes super cold ones. So i decided to try this sandwish bar, got a meal deal 4.99, was lovely. Will go back there again.

We ordered a chicken chorizo toasted roll, samosas and onion bhaji's sides. All very nice and reasonably priced. Would recommend.
